"Air merupakan salah satu komponen penting dalam industri farmasi sebagai bahan baku, eksipien, pelarut dalam pemrosesan, proses produksi, dan pereaksi analitik. Kontrol terhadap kualitas mikrobiologi dan kimia air pada saat produksi, penyimpanan, dan proses distribusi merupakan hal yang penting. PT CKD OTTO Pharmaceuticals menggunakan Feed Water, Purified Water, Water for Injection, dan Pure Steam. Sehingga Water Monitoring System yang merupakan proses produksi, penyimpanan, dan distribusi air farmasi harus diterapkan untuk memastikan bahwa air yang dihasilkan sesuai dengan kualitas yang diinginkan. Tugas khusus ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi Water Monitoring System di PT CKD OTTO Pharmaceuticals secara konsisten sehingga kualitas air yang digunakan sesuai dengan spesifikasi dan parameter yang telah ditentukan. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan oleh staf QC yang terkualifikasi di titik yang telah ditentukan sesuai dengan SOP berlaku, kemudian sampel dianalisis dan hasil analisis akan di input untuk olah data. Diperoleh hasil pengujian Water Monitoring System memenuhi kriteria untuk parameter mikrobiologi dan parameter kimia namun dalam beberapa titik pengujian melebihi Alert Limit ditentukan seperti konduktivitas pada titik pengujian Raw Water 03, PWGEN 02, PWGEN 03, PWGEN 05, PW 01, PW 03, PW 05, PW 07 dan PS 01. Parameter temperatur melebihi Alert Limit pada titik pengujian WFI 01 dan WFI 03. Parameter pH melebihi Alert Limit pada titik samping WFI 03, PSGEN 01, PW 05.

Water is one of the important components in the pharmaceutical industry as raw materials, excipients, solvents in processing, production processes, and analytical reagents. Control of the microbiological and chemical quality of water during the production, storage, and distribution process is important. PT CKD OTTO Pharmaceuticals uses Feed Water, Purified Water, Water for Injection, and Pure Steam. A Water Monitoring System, which is a process of producing, storing, and distributing pharmaceutical water, must be implemented to ensure that the water produced is of the desired quality. This assignment aims to evaluate the Water Monitoring System at PT CKD OTTO Pharmaceuticals consistently so that the quality of water used is in accordance with predetermined specifications and parameters. Sampling is carried out by qualified QC staff at predetermined points in accordance with applicable SOPs, then the samples are analyzed and the analysis results will be input for data processing. Obtained Water Monitoring System test results meet the criteria for microbiological parameters and chemical parameters but in some test points exceed the specified Alert Limit such as conductivity at the Raw Water 03 test point, PWGEN 02, PWGEN 03, PWGEN 05, PW 01, PW 03, PW 05, PW 07 and PS 01. The temperature parameter exceeds the Alert Limit at the WFI 01 and WFI 03 test points. The pH parameter exceeds the Alert Limit at the WFI 03, PSGEN 01, PW 05 test points."

"Salah satu sarana penunjang kritis yang ada di PT CKD OTTO Pharmaceuticals yaitu Sistem Pengolahan Air (SPA). Perlu dilakukan suatu upaya untuk menjaga kualitas air agar dapat dikendalikan mutunya sesuai spesifikasi dan menjamin produk farmasi yang dihasilkan aman, berkhasiat, dan bermutu. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan yaitu dengan pemantauan terhadap sumber air, peralatan pengolahan air, dan air hasil pengolahan di industri farmasi, baik terhadap kontaminasi kimiawi, biologis, dan bila perlu terhadap cemaran endotoksin. Oleh karena itu, dalam tugas khusus ini akan dibahas mengenai hasil tren dari data pemantauan air periode bulan Juli 2023 - September 2023 di PT CKD OTTO Pharmaceuticals. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memantau hasil analisis tren untuk melihat apakah ada data yang berada di luar spesifikasi dan melebihi alert level. Pengumpulan data dilakukan secara retrospektif dari analytical report yang diperoleh dari departemen Quality Control. Data selanjutnya dianalisis dan diinterpretasikan menggunakan tabel dan grafik sehingga dapat diamati tren data pemantauan air periode bulan Juli 2023 - September 2023 di PT CKD OTTO Pharmaceuticals dan membandingkan tren data pemantauan air periode sebelumnya (April 2023 - Juni 2023). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa semua hasil pengujian di beberapa titik sampling masih sesuai dengan tren data periode sebelumnya sehingga tidak terdapat data yang berada di luar spesifikasi atau melebihi alert limit. Pemantauan air yang dilakukan setiap 3 bulanan ini dilakukan sebagai immediate action untuk mengantisipasi tren data yang buruk pada waktu yang akan datang.

One of the critical supporting facilities at PT CKD OTTO Pharmaceuticals is the Water Treatment System (SPA). Efforts need to be made to maintain water quality so that the quality can be controlled according to specifications and ensure that the pharmaceutical products produced are safe, efficacious and of high quality. One effort that can be made is by monitoring water sources, water processing equipment, and water resulting from processing in the pharmaceutical industry, both for chemical and biological contamination, and if necessary for endotoxin contamination. Therefore, in this special assignment we will discuss the trend results from water monitoring data for the period July 2023 - September 2023 at PT CKD OTTO Pharmaceuticals.

This research aims to monitor the results of trend analysis to see whether there is data that is outside specifications and exceeds the alert level. Data collection was carried out retrospectively from analytical reports obtained from the Quality Control department. The data is then analyzed and interpreted using tables and graphs so that trends in water monitoring data for the period July 2023 - September 2023 at PT CKD OTTO Pharmaceuticals can be observed and compared with trends in water monitoring data for the previous period (April 2023 - June 2023).

The results show that all test results at several sampling points are still in accordance with the data trend for the previous period so that there is no data that is outside specifications or exceeds the alert limit. Water monitoring, which is carried out every 3 months, is carried out as an immediate action to anticipate bad data trends in the future."

"CKD-OTTO Pharmaceuticals merupakan perusahaan industri farmasi yang berfokus pada obat sitostatika. Obat sitostatika merupakan sediaan steril yang dapat diproduksi menggunakan proses aseptik. Media fill atau uji simulasi proses merupakan salah satu validasi proses aseptik yang dilakukan semirip mungkin den proses produksi rutin dengan menggunakan media pertumbuhan mikroba untuk mengevaluasi kepatutan pembuatan produk steril farmasi secara aseptik. Hasil proses media fill akan dilakukan inspeksi visual pra-inkubasi dan pasca-inkubasi untuk melihat pertumbuhan mikroba. Inspeksi visual harus dilakukan dengan semaksimal mungkin agar tidak terjadi kesalahan yang memengaruhi produksi sehingga diperlukan kualifikasi personil inspeksi visual media fill yang memumpuni dan sesuai dengan CPOB. Sebelum melakukan kualifikasi, personil yang terlibat harus memiliki pendidikan, pelatihan, pengalaman yang sesuai, dan memenuhi syarat dalam menginspeksi unit media fill. Nilai kelulusan kualifikasi personil inspeksi visual media fill adalah harus mampu mengidentifikasi semua kit/test tube dengan akurasi 100% untuk wadah yang keruh atau jernih. Personil inspeksi visual media fill dinyatakan telah terkualifikasi apabila lulus tiga kali kualifikasi.

CKD-OTTO Pharmaceuticals is a pharmaceutical industry company that focuses on cytostatics. Cytostatic drugs are sterile preparations that can be manufactured using an aseptic process. Media fill or process simulation test is one of the aseptic process validations carried out as closely as possible to the routine production process using microbial growth media to evaluate the appropriateness of making sterile pharmaceutical products aseptically. The results of the media fill process will be subjected to pre-incubation and post-incubation visual inspection for microbial growth. Visual inspection must be carried out as much as possible to avoid errors that affect production, so it is necessary to qualify of personnel visual media fill inspection in accordance with GMP. Before qualifying, the personnel involved must have appropriate education, training, experience, and be qualified to inspect the fill media unit. The pass mark for the qualification of media fill visual inspection personnel is to be able to identify all kits/test tubes with 100% accuracy for turbid or clear containers. Media fill visual inspection personnel are qualified if they pass three qualifications.

Dalam melaksanakan praktik kefarmasian, apoteker sebagai orang yang berwenang harus mempunyai keahlian dalam penerapan CPOB di industri farmasi maupun penerapan standar pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek. Oleh karena itu, calon Apoteker perlu mendapatkan pengalaman praktik baik pada industri farmasi maupun apotek sebagai perbekalan untuk bekerja sebagai profesional. Hal ini menjadi dasar bagi Program Profesi Apoteker Universitas Indonesia untuk memberikan saya kesempatan untuk melaksanakan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) pada PT. Selama melaksanakan PKPA, calon apoteker diharapkan dapat memahami mengenai peran, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker di industri farmasi dan apotek sesuai dengan ketentuan CPOB maupun standar pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek.

Therefore Apothecary Professional Programme University of Indonesia has given me the opportunity to carry out the Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) at PT. CKD OTTO Pharmaceuticals and Apotek Roxy Biak. During the implementation of PKPA, apothecary student are expected to understand the roles, duties, and responsibilities of pharmacists in the pharmaceutical industry and pharmacies in accordance with the provisions of CPOB and pharmaceutical service standards in pharmacies."

"Profesi apoteker merupakan salah satu bagian dari tim pelayanan kesehatan yang memiliki peran penting dalam bidang industri farmasi, rumah sakit, pelayanan, dan pemerintahan. Salah satu hal penting yang harus dilakukan agar dapat menjadi seorang apoteker profesional adalah berpartisipasi langsung dalam melakukan praktik kefarmasian. Maka dari itu, seorang calon apoteker harus melakukan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker untuk menjadi apoteker yang profesional sebagai bekal agar memahami peran apoteker dan mendapatkan pengalaman yang diperlukan untuk memasuki dunia pekerjaan. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) kali ini dilaksanakan di PT. CKD OTTO Pharmaceuticals periode Januari – Februari 2022, Apotek Roxy Jakasampurna periode April 2022. Dengan dilaksanakannya Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di industri farmasi dan apotek, calon apoteker diharapakan untuk bisa menambah wawasan, pengalaman, pengetahuan, keterampilan dan gambaran mengenai pekerjaan yang akan dilakukan oleh seorang apoteker sehingga dapat menunjang untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian nantinya.

One of the important things that must be done in order to become a professional pharmacist is to participate directly in the practice of pharmacy. Therefore, a prospective pharmacist are required to carry out the Pharmacist Professional Practice to become a professional pharmacist as a provision to understand the role of pharmacists and gain the necessary experience to enter the world of work. This time the Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) was held at PT. CKD OTTO Pharmaceuticals for the period January – February 2022, Apotek Roxy Jakasampurna for the period April 2022. With the implementation of the Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) in the pharmaceutical and pharmacy industry, prospective pharmacists are expected to be able to obtain insights, experiences, knowledges, skills and an overview of the work that will be done by a pharmacist so that it can support to do pharmaceutical practice later."

CKD-OTTO Pharmaceuticals adalah memahami proses freeze drying, prinsip kerja mesin freeze dryer, dan kualifikasi operasional freeze dryer terutama pentingnya serta tujuan setiap uji yang dilakukan; mengamati witnessing kegiatan kualifikasi operasional freeze dryer Lyofast5 pada area produksi; serta mampu menyusunan laporan kualifikasi operasional freeze dryer Lyofast5. Pada saat ini PT. CKD-OTTO Pharmaceuticals sedang dalam persiapan untuk sertifikasi CPOB sehingga penulis dapat melihat persiapan dan tindakan yang dilakukan untuk memenuhi parameter CPOB. Penulis juga telah mendapatkan kemampuan untuk memahami peran, tugas, wawasan dan tanggung jawab apoteker dan memberikan solusi pada permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi.
