"Apoteker merupakan seorang tenaga kesehatan yang memiliki peran dalam aspek-aspek terkait proses pembuatan, distribusi, dan pelayanan obat-obatan. Dalam rangka mendukung terwujudnya masyarakat yang sehat, seorang apoteker perlu untuk memahami peran dan pekerjaan kefarmasian. Pelaksanaan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) pada periode Juli-November 2021 dapat menjadi sarana bagi seorang calon apoteker dalam memperoleh pemahaman tersebut. Pelaksanaan praktik kerja di PT. CKD OTTO Pharmaceuticals dapat membantu dalam mempelajari peran apoteker di industri farmasi. Pelaksanaan praktik kerja di Apotek Roxy Rawakalong menjadi sarana dalam memahami peran apoteker di apotek. Praktik kerja yang dilakukan di PT. Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari dapat memberikan gambaran mengenai peran apoteker di bidang distribusi obat dan alat kesehatan. Oleh sebab itu, penyusunan laporan praktik kerja ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan beberapa topik dan pembahasan yang diberikan oleh setiap tempat praktik kerja.

Apothecary is a health worker who has a role in aspects related to the manufacturing, distribution, and service of medicines. In order to support the realization of a healthy society, apothecary needs to understand the role and work of pharmacy. The implementation of the Pharmacist Professional Internship (PKPA) in the July-November 2021 period can be a means for a prospective apothecary to gain this understanding. Implementation of internship at PT. CKD OTTO Pharmaceuticals can assist in studying the role of apothecary in the pharmaceutical industry. The implementation of internship at the Roxy Rawakalong Pharmacy is a means of understanding the role of apothecary in pharmacies. Internship carried out at PT. Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari can provide an overview of the role of apothecary in the distribution of drugs and medical devices. Therefore, the preparation of this internship report aims to describe some of the topics and discussions provided by each internship location."

"Skip testing merupakan prosedur yang penting dilakukan untuk pengujian pada suatu bets. Tes ini mengabaikan sebagian parameter uji dengan asumsi bahwa bets yang tidak diuji dengan parameter tersebut masih memenuhi semua kriteria penerimaan yang ditetapkan. Skip testing bertujuan untuk menghemat biaya (cost-effectiveness) saat melakukan pengujian untuk suatu bets. Selain itu, penerapan skip testing juga dapat menghemat waktu dan tenaga, sehingga pengujian yang dilakukan dapat lebih cepat dan efisien. PT. CKD-OTTO Pharmaceuticals, departemen Quality Control (QC) akan melakukan pengujian terhadap incoming material baik itu bahan baku, bahan tambahan atau pun bahan kemas sesuai permintaan dari petugas/penanggung jawab Warehouse. Pengujian untuk satu bets bahan/material yang datang dapat memakan waktu sekitar 3-7 hari bila dilakukan pengujian untuk semua parameter yang tercantum didalam Metode Analisa. Biaya yang dibutuhkan untuk pengujian satu bets bahan/material juga cukup tinggi, sehingga skip testing merupakan solusi untuk mengefisiensi biaya dan waktu pengujian. Skip testing plans dilakukan dengan merencanakan analisa-analisa yang perlu dihilangkan dari incoming API materials tahun 2018 samapi dengan tahun 2021. Pemilihan analisa yang perlu dihilangkan adalah analisis yang bukan merupakan jenis analisis kritikal seperti pemerian (description), identifikasi, penetapan kadar, impurity, ukuran partikel, susut pengeringan dan/atau kadar air, uji microbiologi. Hasil menunjukkan incoming API materials (bahan aktif obat) bisa dilakukan dengan skip testing plan yaitu menghilangkan pengujian non-critical pada masing masing bahan aktif obat. Tren data dari seluruh pengujian non-critical baik dari pengujian in-house (yang dilakukan di PT CKD-Otto Pharmaceutical) atau pun dari CoA Manufacturer tidak menunjukkan adanya penyimpangan, semua data terlihat sudah sesuai dengan spesifikasi dan pengujian Uji T-Independent test pada data hasil pengujian in-house dan CoA manufacturer untuk uji non-critical menunjukkan tidak adanya perbedaan yang signifikan, sehingga saat skip testing dilakukan hasil dari CoA manufacturer dapat digunakan sebagai referensi.

Skip testing is an important procedure for testing a batch. This test ignores some of the test parameters with the assumption that batches that are not tested with these parameters still meet all of the acceptance criteria set. Skip testing aims to save costs (cost-effectiveness) when testing for a batch. In addition, the implementation of skip testing can also save time and effort, so that the tests carried out can be faster and more efficient. PT. CKD-OTTO Pharmaceuticals, Quality Control (QC) department will conduct tests on incoming materials, be they raw materials, additional materials or packaging materials according to the request from the warehouse officer/person in charge. Testing for one batch of incoming materials may take about 3-7 days if testing is carried out for all parameters listed in the Analytical Method. The cost required for testing one batch of materials is also quite high, so skip testing is a solution to streamline testing costs and time. Skip testing plans are carried out by planning the analyzes that need to be removed from incoming API materials in 2018 to 2021. The selection of analyzes that need to be removed is an analysis that is not a critical type of analysis such as description, identification, grade determination, impurity, size particles, drying shrinkage and/or moisture content, microbiological tests. The results show that incoming API materials (active drug ingredients) can be done with a skip testing plan, namely eliminating non-critical testing for each active drug ingredient. The trend of data from all non-critical tests both from in-house testing (which was carried out at PT CKD-Otto Pharmaceutical) or from CoA Manufacturer did not show any deviations, all data seemed to be in accordance with the specifications and the T-Independent test test on the data the results of in-house and CoA manufacturer testing for non-critical tests showed no significant differences, so when skip testing was carried out the results from the CoA manufacturer could be used as a reference."

CKD-OTTO Pharmaceuticals periode bulan Januari hingga Februari tahun 2018 bertujuan untuk mengetahui tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di industri farmasi dan memahami penerapan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik CPOB di Industi Farmasi. Calon apoteker juga diharapkan dapat memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi. Tugas khusus yang diberikan yaitu berjudul Kualifikasi Operasional Mesin Freeze Dryer di Area Produksi PT. CKD-OTTO Pharmaceuticals . Tujuan dari pelaksanaan tugas khusus di PT. CKD-OTTO Pharmaceuticals adalah memahami proses freeze drying, prinsip kerja mesin freeze dryer, dan kualifikasi operasional freeze dryer terutama pentingnya serta tujuan setiap uji yang dilakukan; mengamati witnessing kegiatan kualifikasi operasional freeze dryer Lyofast5 pada area produksi; serta mampu menyusunan laporan kualifikasi operasional freeze dryer Lyofast5. Pada saat ini PT. CKD-OTTO Pharmaceuticals sedang dalam persiapan untuk sertifikasi CPOB sehingga penulis dapat melihat persiapan dan tindakan yang dilakukan untuk memenuhi parameter CPOB. Penulis juga telah mendapatkan kemampuan untuk memahami peran, tugas, wawasan dan tanggung jawab apoteker dan memberikan solusi pada permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi.

Internship at PT. CKD-OTTO Pharmaceuticals period January to February 2018 aims to understand the duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in the pharmaceutical industry and the understanding of the application of good manufacturing practice GMP in the pharmaceutical industry. In addition, the pharmacist candidate can also have the insight, knowledge, skills and practical experience to undertake pharmaceutical work in the pharmaceutical industry.
