"Tujuan Penelitian: Covid-19 (coronavirus) secara signifikan mempengaruhi komunitas dan industri usaha, termasuk juga industri mikro dan kecil. Berkaitan dengan hal tersebut, perlu dilakukan transformasi perilaku di dalam berwirausaha dari Lembaga Keuangan Mikro (LKM) untuk menghadapi persaingan yang ketat di tengah situasi kondisi pemulihan sosial-ekonomi karena perubahan yang dramatis. Oleh karena itu, pemimpin dan individu di LKM harus memiliki perilaku kewirausahaan transformasional untuk membawa pertumbuhan organisasi secara berkesinambungan
Orisinalitas: Makalah ini termasuk salah satu tulisan yang pertama menyarankan bagaimana perilaku kewirausahaan transformasional diterapkan kepada Lembaga Keuangan Mikro (LKM) berbadan hukum koperasi untuk mendorong pertumbuhan sosial-ekonomi dan pengembangan lingkungan secara optimal seimbang kepada para debitur Usaha Mikro dan Kecil (UMK).
Metode: Penelitian ini dilakukan secara kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 223 Lembaga Keuangan Mikro berbadan hukum koperasi Swamitra di seluruh Indonesia
Hasil: Ekosistem internal, yakni ketahanan organisasi, ambidexterity dan strategi keunggulan daya saing, memberikan pengaruh positif kepada perilaku kewirausahaan transformasional. Peranan ketahanan organisasi menjadi kurang menonjol di dalam memberikan pengaruh positif kepada perilaku kewirausahaan transformasional.
Kontribusi: Strategi keunggulan daya saing dan ambidexterity lebih baik langsung menuju ke perilaku kewirausahaan transformasional daripada melalui ketahanan organisasi.
Limitasi: Penelitian untuk LKM Swamitra dapat dilakukan dengan model longitudinal secara time-series sampai dalam periode tertentu selama pandemi dan setelah pandemi berakhir. Sementara itu, penelitian ini bersifat cross-sectional selama pandemi Covid-19 berlangsung dan mendekati akhir. Keterbatasan penelitian berikutnya adalah faktor R2 = 0,55 pada ketahanan organisasi / organisational resilience (OR) dan R2 = 0,626 untuk perilaku kewirausahaan transformasional (TEB), walaupun dilihat sudah memenuhi syarat. Oleh karena penelitian ini ke dalam kategori social-science, masih ada ruang untuk perbaikan, dan antecedent atau faktor penentu yang mempengaruhi ketahanan organisasi (OR) dan perilaku kewirausahaan transformasional (TEB) di luar penelitian ini.

Research Objectives: Covid-19 (coronavirus) has significantly affected communities and the business industry, including micro and small industries. In this regard, it is necessary to transform behavior in entrepreneurship from Microfinance Institutions (LKM) to face intense competition in the midst of a situation of socio-economic recovery due to dramatic changes. Therefore, leaders and individuals in MFIs must have transformational entrepreneurship behavior to bring about sustainable organizational growth.
Originality: This paper is one of the first to suggest how transformational entrepreneurship behavior is applied to Micro Finance Institutions (MFIs) incorporated as cooperatives to encourage socio-economic growth and environmental development in an optimally balanced manner for Micro and Small Enterprises (UMK) debtors.
Methods: This research was conducted quantitatively by distributing questionnaires to 223 Microfinance Institutions incorporated as Swamitra cooperatives throughout Indonesia.
Results: Internal ecosystems, namely organizational resilience, ambidexterity and competitive advantage strategies, have a positive influence on transformational entrepreneurship behavior. The role of organizational resilience is becoming less prominent in providing a positive influence on transformational entrepreneurship behavior.
Contribution: Strategies of competitive advantage and ambidexterity are better directed towards transformational entrepreneurship behavior rather than through organizational resilience.
Limitations: Research for Swamitra's MFIs can be conducted using a time-series longitudinal model up to certain periods during the pandemic and after the pandemic ends. Meanwhile, this research is cross-sectional during the Covid-19 pandemic and is nearing its end. The next research limitation is the factor R2 = 0.55 for organizational resilience (OR) and R2 = 0.626 for transformational entrepreneurship behavior (TEB), even though it is seen as meeting the requirements. Because this research is in the social-science category, there is still room for improvement, and the antecedents or determinants that influence organizational resilience (OR) and transformational entrepreneurship behavior (TEB) are beyond this research.

"Munculnya Pandemi Covid-19 di penghujung tahun 2019 secara tak terduga menempatkan dunia dalam era VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity) yang membuat banyak organisasi berjuang untuk mempertahankan kelangsungan hidupnya dan bangkit kembali untuk mendapatkan keunggulan kompetitif. Studi penelitian terdahulu menunjukkan resiliensi memainkan peran penting dalam kelangsungan hidup organisasi, terutama di era VUCA. Banyak faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi resiliensi organisasi, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari peran modal psikologis, kepercayaan, ketangkasan, fleksibilitas strategis terhadap resiliensi organisasi dan keberlansungan hidup organisasi dalam menghadapi pandemi Covid-19. Kami menguji hipotesis kami pada dataset 100 industri ritel convenience store, Bright Store milik PT Pertamina Retail dengan mengambil data dari kepala toko dan karyawannya melalui survei online. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peran kepercayaan dan fleksibilitas strategis berpengaruh positif terhadap ketahanan organisasi dan kelangsungan hidup organisasi.

The emergence of the Covid-19 Pandemic at the end of 2019 unexpectedly put the world in an era of VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity) which made many organizations struggle to maintain their survival and bounce back to gain competitive advantage. Previous research studies shown resilience plays an important role in organizational survival, especially in the VUCA era. Many factors can affect organizational resilience, this research aims to study the role of psychological capital, trust, agility, strategic flexibility on organizational resilience and organizational survival in the face of the Covid-19 pandemic. We tested our hypothesis on a dataset of 100 retail industry convenience stores, PT Pertamina Retail Bright Store by taking data from store heads and employees through an online survey. The results showed that the role of trust and strategic flexibility had a positive effect on organizational resilience and organizational survival."

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh dari persepsi politik organisasi, knowledge sharing dan resilience terhadap organizational citizenship behavior pegawai di Unit Strategis Presiden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada seluruh 129 pegawai Unit Strategis Presiden, dengan jumlah responden yang memberikan jawaban sebesar 56 responden. Variabel persepsi politik organisasi diukur menggunakan Perception of Organizational Politics Scale (POPS) yang dikembangkan oleh Kacmar dan Carlson, variabel organizational citizenship behavior diukur dengan skala yang dikembangkan Podsakoff, variabel knowledge sharing diukur dengan menggunakan skala yang digunakan pada penelitian Evans, sedangkan variabel resilience diukur menggunakan skala yang dikembangkan oleh Näswall, Kuntz, & Malinen. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara knowledge sharing dengan organizational citizenship behavior. Hubungan positif dan signifikan juga ditemukan antara resilience dengan organizational citizenship behavior. Namun tidak ditemukan hubungan yang signifikan antara persepsi politik organisasi dengan organizational citizenship behavior di Unit Strategis Presiden.

ABSTRACT
This study analyzes the effects of perceived organizational politics, knowledge sharing and resilience to the organizational citizenship behavior in President's Strategic Unit. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to all 129 Presidential Strategic Unit employees, with respondents giving answers was 56 respondents. The Perceived Organizational Politics variable was measured using Perception of Organizational Politics Scale (POPS) developed by Kacmar and Carlson, organizational citizenship behavior variable was measured using scale developed by Podsakoff, the knowledge sharing variable was measured using the scale used in Evans research, while the resilience variable was measured using the scale developed by Näswall, Kuntz, and Malinen. The results of this study show there is a significant positive relationship between knowledge sharing and organizational citizenship behavior. A positive and significant relationship was also found between resilience and organizational citizenship behavior. However, there is no significant relationship between organizational political perception and organizational citizenship behavior in The President's Strategic Unit."

"PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk menghadapi disrupsi yang mengubah perilaku konsumen berkomunikasi menggunakan aplikasi online seperti WhatsApp, Line, Telegram dan Slack sehingga ada penurunan permintaan dan pertumbuhan terhadap pendapatan perusahaan sejak tahun 2017. Adanya fenomena disrupsi mengharuskan Telkom untuk dapat menghasilkan inovasi baru melalui kerja sama Startup yang bisa menjadi bisnis utama bagi perusahaan di masa depan. Dalam meningkatkan kinerja inovasi, perusahaan perlu mengadopsi proses kewirausahaan strategis yang dapat membangun kapabilitas dinamis sehingga mampu meningkatkan kinerja inovasi di tengah lingkungan disruptif. Kewirausahaan strategis untuk dapat berjalan dengan efektif memerlukan ambideksteritas yaitu organisasi memiliki struktur organisasi yang dapat mendukung kebutuhan ganda dari aktivitas opportunity-seeking (OSA) dan advantage-seeking (ASA).
Penelitian ini mengkaji efektivitas pengaruh kewirausahaan strategis, kapabilitas dinamis, dan ambideksteritas organisasi terhadap kinerja inovasi. Data pada penelitian ini diperoleh dari survei Manajemen Tingkat Atas dari 62 startup yang menjadi portofolio PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero), kemudian dianalisis menggunakan SEM PLS untuk melakukan uji hipotesis penelitian.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kewirausahaan strategis berpengaruh terhadap kapabilitas dinamis, ambideksteritas organisasi, dan kinerja inovasi. Dimensi budaya kewirausahaan berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja inovasi Startup. Studi ini menjelaskan adanya situasi rendahnya kinerja inovasi pada Startup walaupun Startup sudah menjalankan ambideksteritas organisasi.

PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk is facing a disruption that changes consumer behavior in using or interacting with products of Telkom while they are actively using online applications such as WhatsApp, Line, Telegram and Slack so that there has been a decline in demand and growth in company revenues since 2017. The disruption phenomenon requires Telkom to be able to generate new innovations through teamwork or collaboratively with Startup that could be the core business or source of main activities for the company in the future. In improving innovation performance, companies need to adopt a strategic entrepreneurial process that can build dynamic capabilities to improve innovation performance in a context of disruptive environment. To implement the strategic entrepreneurship effectively requires organizational ambidexterity that refers to an organizational structure that can support the dual needs of opportunity-seeking (exploration) and advantage-seeking (exploitation) activities.
Thus, this study examines the effectiveness of the influence of strategic entrepreneurship, dynamic capabilities, and organizational ambidexterity on innovation performance. The data in this study was obtained from a top-level management survey of 62 startups that are part of the portfolio of PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero). The data was analyzed using SEM PLS to test the research hypothesis.
The results show that strategic entrepreneurship has positive effects on dynamic capabilities, organizational ambiguity, and innovation performance. The dimensions of entrepreneurial culture have no significant effect on startup innovation performance. Despite some study limitations that create model bias, sample bias, and response bias, it is very important to note that entrepreneurial culture is part of exploration activities for opportunity identification and that it cannot directly affect innovation performance without first being exploited. On the other hand, this study explains the situation of startups’ low innovation performance even though startups have implemented organizational ambiguity. It implies that organizational ambidexterity is not a sufficient condition for innovation performance. Startups must be able to orchestrate or manage first their resources to innovate.

"Pandemi Covid-19 mendorong bisnis untuk berjalan dengan cara baru tentang kemampuan organisasi dalam bertahan dalam situasi apapun. Penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana jaringan bisnis dan kapabilitas platform digital menjadi faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap kapasitas ketahanan organisasi dan di saat yang sama tetap menjaga kinerjanya. Menggunakan data yang dikumpulkan dari 241 perusahaan properti di Indonesia yang diolah menggunakan analisis Structural Equation Modelling (SEM), hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa jaringan bisnis memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap ketahanan dan kinerja organisasi. Penelitian ini juga mengungkapkan bahwa peran kapabilitas platform digital tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi dalam konteks sektor properti di Indonesia. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi empiris yang menunjukkan bahwa jaringan bisnis dapat berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap kinerja organisasi dan memberikan wawasan baru tentang bagaimana jaringan bisnis perusahaan dan kapabilitas platform digital, dalam konteks sektor properti, dapat mempengaruhi pengembangan kapasitas ketahanan organisasinya, yang membantu untuk bertahan dari krisis dan berkinerja baik secara berkelanjutan.

Covid-19 pandemic is driving businesses to grow and run in new ways about an organization's ability to survive in any situation. This study examines how business networks and digital platform capabilities are factors that affect the resilience capacity of organizations and at the same time maintain their performance. Using data collected from 241 property companies in Indonesia processed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) analysis, the results of this study show that business networks have a positive and significant influence on the resilience and performance of organization. This study also reveals that role of digital platform capabilities has no significant effect on organizational performance in the context of the property sector in Indonesia. This research provides empirical contributions that business networks can have a direct effect on organizational performance and provides new insights into how a company's business networks and digital platform capabilities, in the context of the property sector, can influence the development of its organizational resilience capacity, which helps it to survive crises and perform well sustainably."

"Tingkat kegagalan perusahaan rintisan berbasis teknologi di Indonesia masih sangat tinggi. Semakin banyaknya tantangan dan ancaman disrupsi, membuat perusahaan harus merancang strategi agar perusahaan rintisan berbasis teknologi masih bisa bertahan di masa yang akan datang. Penelitian ini menghasilkan alat ukur resiliensi organisasi yang dapat digunakan perusahaan untuk merancang strategi keberlanjutan organisasi. Penelitian ini menghasilkan 12 variabel dimensi kemampuan organisasi dan 9 variabel dimensi kerentanan organisasi yang valid dan reliabel untuk digunakan. Pengukuran resiliensi organisasi yang dilakukan dengan alat ukur ini menunjukkan kondisi resiliensi organisasi pada perusahaan rintisan berbasis teknologi di Indonesia masih ada dalam kondisi Buruk dan diperlukan strategi agar kerentanan perusahaan dapat diturunkan.

The failure rate of new technology-based firms in Indonesia is still quite high. The future business environment is more challenging dan disruptive, so the new technology-based firms in Indonesia need develop strategy to be sustain and viable in business. This research aims to develop resilience measurement tool which can be used by organization to develop strategy to be sustain in the future. 12 variable of organization vulnerability dimension and 9 variable of organization capability proved valid and reliable to be used. Based on this measurement tool, the resilience profiling of new technology-based firms in Indonesia are in Bad conditions, and there are needs to develop strategy so the vulnerability can be decreased."

"Employment condition in Indonesian has not been very conducive, because lay off and underemployment has been going on until today. The worst of entrepreneur is the choice to enable those who are not in the manufacturing sector, private or government employee. However changing from supervised employees to independent entrepreneurs, who can even create other jobs, is difficult. In fact, in a developed country, small or medium enterprises are those who contribute to the country. To which the behavior of entrepreneur can be develop will be affected by the “nature” which is transmitted through genetic and “nurture” which is socialized by social environment, family, cultural environment, peer group, school, courses, training centers, and so on, which faktors will mostly affect to a person will depend on this individual him/herself. The quality entrepreneur behavior of a person will also be contingent upon government institution support. A hypothesis of a research tests that most of the higher/successful entrepreneur behavior is the one which is developed by “nature” and “nurture”. It means, beside internal faktor, the external faktor of entrepreneur is also important. This hypothesis in fact, can be proved through a just finish research."

"Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja sosial dan pengaruh kinerja sosial terhadap kinerja keuangan dalam lembaga keuangan mikro (LKM) di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan dinamika lingkungan sebagai anteseden, aliansi stratejik dan kapabilitas dinamik sebagai mediasi. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap sampel 235 pimpinan puncak LKM yang tersebar di seluruh provinsi di Indonesia. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner survei. Pengujian data menggunakan SPSS versi 25, dan model struktural menggunakan Amos versi 25. Hasil temuan menunjukkan bahwa orientasi kewirausahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja sosial LKM di Indonesia. Orientasi kewirausahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan namun harus melalui peningkatan kinerja sosial. Kinerja sosial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan. Pentingnya LKM meningkatkan kinerja sosial (kedalaman dan luasnya jangkauan) untuk meningkatkan kinerja keuangan. LKM perlu meningkatkan kontribusi dan tanggung jawab sosial untuk meningkatkan kinerja sosial yang akan berdampak pada kinerja keuangan. Kinerja sosial mencakup kedalaman jangkauan untuk berkontribusi dalam peningkatan kualitas hidup masyarakat miskin di sekitar lokasi operasional LKM dan tanggung jawab sosial LKM kepada masyarakat melalui pemberian beasiswa, bantuan pengobatan gratis, bantuan sembako, dan pembangunan/renovasi rumah ibadah dan lain-lain.

This study was to examine the influence of entrepreneurial orientation on performance of microfinance institutions (MFIs) in Indonesia. These tests use environment dynamism as antecedents, strategic alliances and dynamic capabilities as mediation. The test was carried out on a sample of 235 CEOs/top leaders of MFIs spread across all provinces in Indonesia. The findings show that entrepreneurial orientation has a significant influence on social performance and entrepreneurial orientation has a significant influence on strategic alliances. Strategic alliances have a significant influence on dynamic capabilities and dynamic capabilities significant influence on social performance. Entrepreneurial orientation does not influence financial performance but must go through social performance mediation. Social performance has a significant effect on financial performance. The importance of MFIs improves social performance (depth and breadth of reach) to improve financial performance. Social performance includes the depth of the reach to contribute to improving the quality of life of people experiencing poverty around the MFI's operations and the social responsibility of MFIs to the community through scholarships, free medical assistance, basic food assistance, and building/renovating houses of worship and others."

Tesis ini membahas pengaruhi dimensi kewirausahaan organisasi terhadap kinerja
Gerakan Mahasiswa Kristen Indonesia. Adapun dimensi kewirausahaan organisasi
tersebut terdiri atas 3 yakni Inovasi, agresifitas dan keberanian mengambil
resiko. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain eksplanatory.
Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan linear antara variabel
dimensi inovasi kewirausahaan, dimensi agresifitas kewirausahaan, dan dimensi
keberanian mengambil resiko dengan kinerja organisasi. Penelitian ini
menyarankan agar GMKI memusatkan perhatian pada dimensi keberanian
mengambil resiko karena variabel ini memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap
kinerja organisasi

ABSTRACT
This thesis focused on the entrepreneurial dimension of organizational influence
on the performance of the Indonesian Student Christian Movement. The
dimensions of the entrepreneurial organization that is made up of Innovation,
aggressiveness and courage to take risks. This research is a quantitative study with
explanatory design. The research concludes that there is a linear relationship
between the variable dimensions of entrepreneurial innovation, entrepreneurial
aggressiveness dimensions, and dimension courage to take risks with
organizational performance. This study suggests to GMKI for focusing on the
dimension GMKI risk taking because this variable has a significant impact on

"Pertumbuhan jumlah klinik di Indonesia semakin meningkatkan kompetisi antar klinik. Klinik yang mampu beradaptasi dari tantangan dan memiliki performance yang baik akan dapat mengatasi ancaman dan dapat bertahan hidup serta terus berkembang. sehingga setiap klinik perlu memperhatikan hal yang mempengaruhi organizational performance. Entrepreneurial leadership, enterpreneurial orientation, dynamic capability dan innovation capability yang memberikan pengaruh juga pada organizational performance Klinik. Penulisan ini dilakukan dengan melakukan survey dengan jumlah 541 responden pemilik/ pimpinan klinik yang beroperasi di Indonesia. Setelah dilakukan cleansing data digunakan 385 responden Klinik. Penelitian dengan melakukan uji empiris melalui metode kuantitatif dan structural equation model-partial least square (SEM-PLS). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa entrepreneurial leadership mempengaruhi organizational performance melalui mediasi enterpreneurial orientation, dynamic capability dan innovation capability secara positif dan signifikan. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya klinik meningkatkan kapasitasnya yang mencakup setiap variabel dalam penelitian, dimana setiap variabel memiliki peran signifikan dalam menciptakan performance yang tinggi untuk klinik dapat memenangkan kompetisi.

The growth in the number of clinics in Indonesia is further increasing competition between clinics. Clinics that are able to adapt to challenges and have good performance will be able to overcome threats and can survive and continue to grow. So every clinic needs to pay attention to things that affect organizational performance. Entrepreneurial leadership, entrepreneurial orientation, dynamic capability and innovation capability which also have an influence on the Clinic's organizational performance. This writing was carried out by conducting a survey with a total of 541 respondents who are owners/leaders of clinics operating in Indonesia. After the cleansing was carried out, 385 Clinic respondents were used. The research was conducted by conducting empirical tests through quantitative methods and structural equation model-partial least square (SEM-PLS). The results of the analysis show that entrepreneurial leadership affects organizational performance through the mediation of entrepreneurial orientation, dynamic capability and innovation capability positively and significantly. This study emphasizes the importance of clinics increasing their capacity which includes every variable in the research, where each variable has a significant role in creating high performance for the clinic to win the competition."
