"Validasi pembersihan merupakan bukti terdokumentasi dengan jaminan kepastian yang tinggi bahwa seseorang dapat melakukan proses pembersihan sistem atau peralatan secara konsisten dengan metode tertulis untuk mencapai batas yang telah ditentukan atau dapat diterima (Kumar et al, 2012). Adapun tujuan dilakukan validasi pembersihan yaitu untuk memverifikasi kemampuan metode pembersihan dalam menghilangkan residu produk sebelumnya, pengawet atau agen pembersih dan kontaminan mikroba (Ashgarian et al, 2014). Pengambilan sampel untuk validasi dilakukan dengan metode pembilasan agar dapat menjangkau seluruh bagian alat-alat sampling. Sampel pembilasan tersebut akan diukur pH, konduktivitas, karbon organik total (Total Organic Carbon/TOC), dan jumlah mikrobanya. Dalam studi ini, PT Mahakam Beta Farma menjadi subjek evaluasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan desain observasional menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah prosedur pembersihan alat-alat sampling di PT. Mahakam Beta Farma telah dapat secara efektif membersihkan alat-alat sampling yang dibuktikan dengan hasil pengujian bilasan terakhir alat yang telah memenuhi spesifikasi. Hasil pengukuran pH, konduktivitas, Total Organic Carbon (TOC), dan jumlah mikroba dari hasil validasi pembersihan alat sampling memenuhi batas penerimaannya untuk masing-masing parameter. Hasil perhitungan nilai batas paparan (PDE) yang diperbolehkan berdasarkan pendekatan ilmiah untuk zat aktif Citicoline Sodium adalah 100 mg/hari dan Fentanyl Citrate adalah 0,0580 μg/hari.

Cleaning validation is documented evidence with high assurance that a person can perform a system or equipment cleaning process consistently with a written method to achieve a predetermined or acceptable limit (Kumar et al, 2012). The purpose of cleaning validation is to verify the ability of the cleaning method to remove residues of previous products, preservatives or cleaning agents and microbial contaminants (Ashgarian et al, 2014). Sampling for validation was carried out by rinsing method to reach all parts of the sampling tools. The rinsing samples will be measured for pH, conductivity, total organic carbon (TOC), and the number of microbes. In this study, PT Mahakam Beta Farma was the subject of evaluation. This research was conducted with an observational design using descriptive analysis. The conclusion of this study is the procedure for cleaning the sampling tools at PT. Mahakam Beta Farma has been able to effectively clean the sampling tools as evidenced by the results of the last rinse test of the tools that have met the specifications. The results of measurements of pH, conductivity, Total Organic Carbon (TOC), and the number of microbes from the validation results of cleaning the sampling tool met the acceptance limits for each parameter. The results of the calculation of the allowed exposure limit value (PDE) based on a scientific approach for the active substance Citicoline Sodium is 100 mg/day and Fentanyl Citrate is 0.0580 μg/day."

"Salah satu hal yang dapat mempengaruhi mutu produk adalah terjadinya kontaminasi silang pada produk obat, maka dari itu perlu dilakukan proses validasi pembersihan (cleaning validation). Hasil perhitungan PDE dapat digunakan untuk mengetahui nilai Maximum Allowable Carryover (MACO), yaitu batas yang dapat diterima untuk residu obat dipastikan tidak adanya kontaminasi silang untuk bets berikutnya yang akan diproduksi. Hasil pengukuran pH berada pada rentang 5-7 untuk semua alat, hasil pengukuran konduktivitas berada dibawah 1,3 ?S/cm dan hasil pengukuran TOC berada dibawah 500 ppb. Sedangkan untuk parameter jumlah kontaminasi mikroba, hasilnya belum diketahui ketika laporan ini ditulis karena masih berada dalam masa inkubasiMembuat prosedur pembersihan terhadap alat-alat sampling Liquid Sampler dan Volumetric Pipette terhadap senyawa Penanda Y di PT. Mahakam Beta Farma, sehingga memberikan hasil pembersihan yang memenuhi syarat dan konsisten. Menguji hasil pengukuran pH, konduktivitas, Total Organic Carbon (TOC), dan jumlah mikroba dari hasil validasi pembersihan yang berada dalam batas penerimaannya.

In taking apothecary professional education, there are activities in the form of Work Practice for Profession of Apothecary (PKPA) which must be followed by all apothecary student with the aim of applying pharmaceutical science, training skills, and providing an overview of the world of work for apothecary student. Work Practice for Profession of Apothecary (PKPA) are carried out in two places, namely PT Abbott Indonesia and Roxy Pondok Labu Pharmacy in the period January – May 2022. Through this PKPA activity, it is hoped that apothecary student can apply their pharmaceutical knowledge well, know their role as pharmacists, and have good competence so that they can provide good services for the world of health and in the pharmaceutical industry."

"Coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19) merupakan virus yang pertama kali ditemukan di Wuhan, Cina pada akhir tahun 2019. Sebanyak 65 negara telah terjangkit virus ini salah satunya yaitu Indonesia. Peningkatan jumlah kasus COVID-19 di Indonesia memberikan dampak bagi masyarakat, terutama pada peningkatan kepedulian masyarakat terhadap kebersihan dan kesehatan tubuhnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisa pengaruh pandemi COVID-19 terhadap pola perilaku pembelian masyarakat terhadap produk Over The Counter (OTC) dan ethical serta untuk menganalisa pengaruh pandemi COVID-19 terhadap jenis produk yang terjual di Apotek Safa. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu berupa literatur dan data hasil penjualan obat-obatan di Apotek Safa pada Bulan Maret dan September 2020. Dari hasil analisa, diperoleh bahwa terdapat penurunan pembelian obat-obatan pada Bulan Maret ke September 2020, dan didapatkan bahwa jenis obat-obatan golongan OTC yang paling banyak dibeli yaitu berupa masker dan Vitamin C. Industri Farmasi merupakan suatu usaha yang memiliki kegiatan berupa produksi obat-obatan. Dalam menghasilkan produk obat yang aman, bermutu serta berkhasiat sehingga risiko-risiko yang mungkin timbul selama proses produksi dapat diminimalkan diperlukan pedoman yang diatur sistem manajemen mutu yaitu berupa prosedur Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik (CPOB). Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk memahami manajemen risiko mutu sediaan gel X di line produksi PT. Pharos Indonesia dan untuk menganalisa tindakan penanganan risiko mutu produk. Sampel pada penelitian ini diambil dari sediaan gel X dari PT. Pharos Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berupa tinjauan pustaka dan observasi secara langsung di Line Produksi PT. Pharos Indonesia. Dari hasil analisa, diperoleh bahwa parameter proses yang berperan dalam produksi sediaan gel X antara lain kebersihan ruangan; kecepatan pengadukan; waktu pengadukan; suhu mesin; keadaan tube dan lainnya, serta tindakan penanganan risiko mutu produk gel X dilaksanakan berdasarkan derajat risiko tertinggi hingga terendah.

Coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19) is a virus that was first discovered in Wuhan, China at the end of 2019. A total of 65 countries have been infected by this virus, one of them is Indonesia. The increasing number of COVID-19 cases in Indonesia gives an impact on the community, especially on increasing public awareness of their hygiene and their health. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of the COVID-19 pandemic on the community's purchasing behavior patterns of Over The Counter (OTC) and ethical products and to analyze the effect of the COVID-19 pandemic on the types of sold products at Safa Pharmacy. The method that used in this study was by literature review and data sales of drugs at Safa Pharmacy period March and September 2020. From the study, it was found that there was a decrease in drug purchases from March to September 2020, and it was found that the the most purchased OTC drugs are masks and Vitamin C. The Pharmaceutical Industry is a business that has activities to produce drugs. In producing safe, quality and nutritious medicinal products so that the risks that may arise during the production process can be minimized, guidelines that are regulated by a quality management system are needed, called Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) procedures. The purpose of this study is to understand the quality risk management of gel X preparation in the production line of PT. Pharos Indonesia and to analyze product quality risk management. The sample in this study is a gel X preparation that was taken from PT. Pharos Indonesia. The method used in this research was by literature review and direct observation in the Production Line of PT. Pharos Indonesia. From the study, it was found that the process parameters that played a role in the production of gel X were room cleanliness; stirring speed; stirring time; engine temperature; condition of tubes, and others, furthermore the handling quality risk of gel X product is carried out based from the highest to the lowest degree of risk. Pelaksanaan pekerjaan kefarmasian mencakup pekerjaan kefarmasian dalam produksi sediaan farmasi dan pelayanan sediaan farmasi. Kualifikasi kinerja Preparation Vessel OLSA PCBS 200 yang berada di fasilitas produksi injeksi hormon PT Harsen Laboratories dilaksanakan dengan parameter Pengujian Heat Distribution Empty Chamber yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan sensor suhu thermocouple dan Kaye validator, serta Uji Indikator Biologi yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan Indikator Biologi berisi Bacillus stearothermophillus. Laporan kualifikasi kinerja memuat hasil dan kesimpulan dari seluruh pengujian yang dilaksanakan, sehingga dapat diketahui bahwa kinerja sistem SIP pada Preparation Vessel OLSA PCBS 200 memenuhi persyaratan sterilisasi yang telah ditetapkan.
