"Disertasi ini menelaah sistem ideologi khas bangsa Indonesia, yaitu Sosio-Demokrasi Pancasila. Sistem ideologi sosio-demokrasi Pancasila dicita-citakan untuk menciptakan masyarakat Indonesia yang sejahtera dan berkeadilan sosial. Realitas di tengah masyarakat sekarang, ada ketimpangan sosial dan jurang yang tajam antara yang miskin dan yang kaya. Penyebabnya adalah bangsa ini belum mempraktekan secara sempurna sistem sosio-demokrasi Pancasila sebagai yang digagas oleh para Bapak Pendiri Bangsa. Karena itu diperlukan upaya untuk menggali kembali nilai-nilai luhur yang terkandung dalam sistem sosio-demokrasi Pancasila. Penggalian ini, setidaknya, untuk mencapai dua tujuan. Pertama, mengkaji asumsi-asumsi terkait demokrasi khas Indonesia yang menurut Sukarno mencari keberesan politik dan ekonomi, keberesan negeri dan keberesan rezeki. Artinya, menurut Sukarno sosio-demokrasi ini bisa menghasilkan kesejahteraan berkeadilan sosial bagi seluruh rakyat Indonesia. Sosio-demokrasi itu sendiri, seperti juga demokrasi liberal, adalah sistem yang dapat terjadi pembaruan di dalamnya, adaptasi dengan kehendak zaman. Kedua, melakukan penafsiran terhadap sosio-demokrasi dan asumsi-asumsi di dalam konsep sosio-demokrasi tersebut. Teks ditafsirkan dengan mengikutsertakan horison penulis. Konsep-konsep sosio-demokrasi yang lahir di era awal kemerdekaan Republik Indonesia ditafsirkan ulang di era sekarang ini. Dengan menggunakan metode hermeneutika Gadamer, peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa prinsip-prinsip dalam sosio-demokrasi Pancasila dapat menciptakan kesejahteraan dan keadilan sosial bagi seluruh rakyat Indonesia.
This dissertation examines the typical ideological system of the Indonesian nation, namely the socio-democracy of the Pancasila. The ideological system of Socio-democracy of Pancasila aspires to create a prosperous and socially just Indonesian society. The reality in today's society is that there is social inequality and a sharp gap between the poor and the rich. The reason is that this nation has not perfectly practiced the Pancasila socio-democratic system as initiated by the Founding Fathers. Because of this, efforts are needed to exhume the noble values embodied in the Pancasila socio-democratic system. This excavation, at least, to achieve two goals. First, it examines assumptions related to typical Indonesian democracy which, according to Sukarno, seeks political and economic order, state order and livelihood order. This means, according to Sukarno, this socio-democracy can produce socially just welfare for all Indonesian people. Socio-democracy itself, like liberal democracy, is a system that can be reformed within, adapting to the will of the times. Second, interpreting socio-democracy and the assumptions in the socio-democratic concept. The text is interpreted by including the author's horizon. The concepts of socio-democracy that were born in the early era of the independence of the Republic of Indonesia are reinterpreted in the current era. Using Gadamer's hermeneutic method, the researcher concludes that the principles of Pancasila socio-democracy can create social welfare and justice for all Indonesian people."

"Pancasila democracy departs and stems from the embodiment of the Pancasila precepts, which received the legitimacy of the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia in 1945 and MPRS Decree Tap / MPRS / 1968 / XXXVn of 1968. Pancasila as the basic of state and open state ideology should also be an inspiration and motivation in the implementation process of Direct Election of District Head, which is also regulated in the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia in 1945, Law 32/2004, Law 1/2015, and Law 8/2015 so that when the politicalization of religion in the process ofElection of Governor of DKI Jakarta did not cause widespread contraction that reveals the urgency of Pancasila, NKRI, Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia in 1945, Unity in Diversity and NKRI State law.
Based on the phenomena occurring as a result of the Direct election of the Governor of DKI Jakarta , the people realize the importance of Pancasila in the process of democracy through by examining what is meant by "PANCASILA DEMOCRACY " and what is the relevance of PANCASILA in the democratic process of Direct election of district head? This study presents explorations based on bibliography and phenomenological studies that reveal the urgency of Pancasila democracy in the process of local head election and conceptual theoretical as an effort to re-actualize the whole understanding of democracy called "Pancasila democracy".

"Evaluasi ini dilakukan untuk menilai kemampuan Yayasan Madani Berkelanjutan dalam melakukan riset disektor kelapa sawit. Yayasan Madani sebagai sebuah lembaga swadaya masyarakat yang fokus terhadap isu tata kelola hutan dan lahan, memiliki berbagai program untuk memengaruhi kebijakan pemerintah. Akan tetapi, dalam program-programnya Yayasan Madani cenderung hanya menggunakan data-data skunder ditingkat daerah dan nasional, sedangkan sejatinya dalam pembuatan kebijakan juga membutuhkan data ditingkat masyarakat agar kebijakan yang disusun sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat. Dalam tulisan ini, penulis menawarkan sebuah kerangka yang dapat digunakan untuk melakukan riset guna mendapatkan data dilevel masyarakat. Evaluasi ini menggunakan analisis strength, weakness, opportunity, dan threat serta dalam pengumpulan datanya menggunakan metode observasi yang diengkapi dan dipertajam dengan metode wawancara terhadap 3 informan. Berdasarkan evaluasi yang telah dilakukan, diketahui bahwa Yayasan Madani kurang mampu untuk mengimplementasikan kerangka yang ditawarkan. Dari segi sumber daya manusia, anggota Yayasan Madani terbatas dalam bidang penelitian lapangan, dari segi penggunaan jenis data sejauh ini Yayasan Madani cenderung hanya menggunakan data-data angka ditingkat daerah dan nasional, dan dari segi anggaran juga Yayasan Madani tidak mengalokasikan anggaran untuk keperluan penelitian lapangan. Dengan demikian, penulis merekomendasikan Yayasan Madani untuk dapat mengkombinaskan penggunaan data angka dan data narasi dalam program, hal ini bertujuan agar alternatif kebijakan yang diberikan ke pemerintah daerah lebih detail dan sesuai fakta dilapangan. Penulis juga merekomendasikan agar memberikan pembakalan kepada para anggota untuk mendukung penggunaan data yang lebih variatif dalam program.
This evaluation conducted to assess the ability of the Madani Foundation to researching the palm oil sector. Madani Foundation is a non-governmental organization that focuses on issues of forest and land governance. Have various programs to influence government policy. However, in its programs, the Madani Foundation only uses secondary data at the regional and national levels, while in policymaking it also requires data at the society level so that the policies formulated are by community needs. In this paper, the authors offer a framework that can use for research to obtain data at the society level. This evaluation uses the analysis of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. The Data collected by using the observation method that is complemented and sharpened by the interview method of 3 informants. Based on the evaluation that has done, known the Madani Foundation is less able to implement the framework that offered. In terms of human resources, members of the Madani Foundation are limited in the field of field research, in terms of the use of data types so far the Madani Foundation tends only use numerical data at the regional and national levels, and in terms of the budget also the Madani Foundation does not allocate a budget for field research purposes. Thus, the authors recommend the Madani Foundation to be able to combine the use of numerical and narrative data in the program. The author also recommends providing upgrading skills for all members to support the use of more varied data in the program."
