"Project planning is among the most critical factors to the success of a construction project. In project planning, cost and schedule are closely interrelated, because they share a lot of common data in their planning processes. Therefore, the integration of cost and schedule functions has been an attractive issue in construction project planning. Many researchers have emphasized the benefits of this integration and several different methodologies combining cost and schedule data have been provided. However, the results of the previous studies are not comprehensive enough to fulfill the requirements of project planning. This paper presents a model-based planning system that employs Building Information Model (BIM), Object Sequencing Matrix (OSM), and Genetic Algorithms (GAs) to obtain an optimal crew assignment under resource and workspace constraints. The purposes are to evaluate the project costs and optimize the temporal distribution of resources in project planning. A computer implementation called Cost/Schedule Integrated Planning System (CSIPS) is also developed to verify the feasibility of the proposed approach."

"Monitoring proyek konstruksi adalah proses melacak, meninjau, dan meregulasi progres dan kinerja proyek, serta mengidentifikasi masalah yang muncul selama implementasi proyek. Laporan monitoring proyek juga berfungsi untuk menyelesaikan proyek sesuai anggaran dan waktu rencana. Proses monitoring proyek secara konvensional membutuhkan banyak tenaga kerja, memakan waktu, dan rawan error sehingga tidak efektif. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan sebuah sistem monitoring proyek yang berlangsung secara otomatis, terintegrasi secara disgital, serta efektif dan efisien untuk diterapkan pada proyek berskala besar, seperti pembangunan Sumbu Kebangsaan IKN. Pada penelitian ini akan dibahas tentang Tinjauan literatur dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi aktivitas monitoring proyek konstruksi, sehingga instrumen monitoring dapat disusun sesuai dengan kebutuhan aktivitas monitoring proyek konstruksi. Tinjauan literatur juga dilakukan dari berbagai sumber untuk mengumpulkan data instrumen monitoring seperti fungsi, kelebihan, kekurangan, dan haga instrumen. Kerangka kerja disusun untuk menggambarka interoperabilitas antar instrumen, serta proses pengumpulan data monitorinng dari area proyek, hingga pelaporan dan pengambilan tindakan. Pada studi kasus aktivitas monitoring proyek gedung Command Center yang terletak di area Sumbu Kebangsaan IKN, diperlukan instrumen UAV, SLAM, RGB Camera, Wide Angle Camera, LiDAR, Machine Learning, Ultra Wideband, BIM, IoT, Infrared Camera, dan WiFi.

Construction project monitoring is a process of tracking, reviewing, and regulating project progress and performance, as well as identifying problems that arise during project implementation. The project monitoring report also used to accomplish the project according to the planned budget and schedule. The conventional project monitoring process reuires a lot of manpower, time-consuming, and error-prone, thus not effective to be implemented. Therefore, a project monitoring that is automatic, digitally integrated, effective and efficient is needed to be apllied to large-scale projects, such as the construction of the Sumbu Kebangsaan IKN. In this study, a literature review will be discussed to identify construction project monitoring activities, so that monitoring instruments can be prepared according to the needs of construction project monitoring activities. A literature review was also conducted from various sources to collect monitoring instrument data such as the tools function, advantages, disadvantages, and price of the instrument. The framework is developed to describe the interoperability between instruments, as well as the process of collecting monitoring data fom the construction site, until reporting and acion taking. In the case study of monitoring activities for the  Command Center building located at the Sumbu Kebangsaan IKN area, the instruments reuired are UAV, SLAM, RGB Camera, Wide Angle Camera, LiDAR, Machine Learning, Ultra Wideband, BIM, IoT, Infrared Camera, and WiFi."

"Waste in the construction industry is a severe problem in various countries in the world, including in Indonesia. Several studies on construction projects over the last three years have found that the Construction Waste (CW) tendency has increased significantly. The objective of this study is to identify existing CW in design-build project and how it can be reduced by increasing collaboration between the stakeholders involved in such projects. The survey method is used to explore and find solutions to the CW problems, and to reduce it by increasing collaboration. Data were obtained from 127 respondents working on a design-build construction project, then processed by using the SEM-PLS 3.0 Professional program to estimate the causal-predictive relationships between stakeholder, culture, communication, conflict, and the collaborative variables that affect the reduction in construction waste on design-build project. A collaborative model between the parties implemented by managing those involved, understanding the culture, minimizing conflict and improving communication, can reduce both physical waste and non-physical construction waste."

"Hasil Pemantauan dan Evaluasi Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) di Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan (Indonesia) menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan Peraturan Pemerintah (PP 50 Tahun 2012), dan Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum (Peraturan Menteri PU No 05 / PRT / M / 2014), masih kurang aplikasi dan pemahaman, baik untuk pengguna layanan dan penyedia layanan (perencana, pengawas dan pelaksana). Selain itu, hasil pemantauan dan evaluasi juga menyimpulkan bahwa kurangnya pemahaman tugas dan tanggung jawab terkait Sistem K3 di masing-masing pihak masih kurang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemangku kepentingan dalam sistem manajemen keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja di kementerian pekerjaan umum dan perumahan, dari mengidentifikasi pemangku kepentingan, dan mengetahui proses sistem manajemen keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja.
Penelitian ini terbatas pada beberapa proyek konstruksi berisiko tinggi di kementerian pekerjaan umum dan perumahan. Data dikumpulkan dari hasil studi literatur dan peraturan terkait dalam pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan metode penelitian survei, studi literatur, disertai dengan adanya validasi dari para pakar. Dalam penelitian ini juga menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS 3.0 dalam menganalisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Method (SEM). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah perencanaan keterlibatan para pemangku kepentingan dalam proses sistem manajemen keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja di Kementerian PUPR.

Monitoring and Evaluation Results of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Management Systems in Ministry of Public Works and Housing (Indonesia) shows that the implementation of Government Regulation (PP 50 Tahun 2012), and Regulation of Minister of Public Works (Peraturan Menteri PU No. 05/PRT/M/2014), is still lacking of application and understanding, both to service users and service providers (planners, supervisors and implementers). In addition, the results of monitoring and evaluation also concluded that the lack of understanding duties and responsibilities related to OSH Systems in each party is still lacking. This study aims to analyze stakeholders in occupational safety and health management systems in the ministries of public works and housing, from identifying stakeholders, and knowing the processes of occupational safety and health management systems.
The research is limited to some high-risk construction projects in the ministry of public works and housing. Data collected from the results of literature studies and related regulations in the implementation of construction projects. The research method used in this study is using survey research methods, literature studies, accompanied by validation from experts. In this study also uses SmartPLS 3.0 application in analyzing data using the Structural Equation Method. The result of this research is planning the involvement of these stakeholders in the process of occupational safety and health management system in the ministry of public works and housing.

"ABSTRAK
Perkembangan kemajuan proyek di Indonesia berkembang semakin pesat. Dalam penyelenggaraan proyek, seluruh aktivitas yang berlangsung di dalamnya tidak terlepas dari kontrak. Oleh karena itu, kita harus benar-benar mengerti dan memahami isi kontrak tersebut agar tidak terjadi kesalahpahaman. Hal-hal yang tidak memenuhi kewajiban dan hak salah satu pihak sebagaimana yang tercantum dalam kontrak dapat menyebabkan timbulnya klaim. Berdasarkan 10 Putusan Pengadilan Negeri yang didapat, penyebab utama klaim adalah wanprestasi serta faktor alam dan administrasi. Klaim dapat diselesaikan melalui Pengadilan Negeri dan Arbitrase. Banyak perusahaan yang lebih memilih menyelesaikan klaim melalui Badan Arbitrase Nasional Indonesia (BANI) karena sifat persidangannya yang tertutup diibandingkan melalui Pengadilan Negeri yang bersifat terbuka. Namun biaya yang harus dikeluarkan melalui BANI berkisar antara Rp 200.000.000,00 ? Rp 850.000.000,00, berbeda jauh dengan Pengadilan Negeri yang berkisar Rp 350.000,00 ? Rp 600.000,00. Klaim yang diputuskan melalui Arbitrase dapat dibatalkan melalui Pengadilan Negeri berdasarkan Pasal 70 UU No. 30/1999, yaitu adanya dokumen palsu atau dinyatakan palsu, adanya dokumen yang bersifat menentukan disembunyikan, dan adanya tipu muslihat. Selain dari tiga hal di atas, maka alasan apapun tidak dapat dijadikan untuk membatalkan putusan BANI.

ABSTRACT
The progress of the project in Indonesia is growing more rapidly. In the operation of the project, all the activity that takes place in it can not be separated from the contract, therefore, we must thoroughly understand and comprehend the contents of the contract in order to avoid misunderstandings. Things that do not fulfill one of the obligations and rights of the parties as specified in the contract may lead to a claim. Based on the 10 District Court obtained, the main cause of the claim is in default as well and force major and administration. Claims can be settled by the District Court and Arbitration. Many companies prefer to resolve claims through the Indonesian National Arbitration Board (BANI) due to the closed trial than using District Court because it is open trial. But the costs to be incurred through BANI ranges between Rp 200.000.000,00 - Rp 850.000.000,00, far with the District Court that ranges from Rp 350.000,00 - Rp. 600.000,00. Claims are decided through arbitration can be canceled by the District Court based to Article 70 of Law No. 30/1999, which is the existence of false documents or false otherwise, the decisive document is hidden, and the ruse. Apart from the three above, then any reason can not be used to overturn the decision of BANI"

"Pembangunan Infrastruktur di Indonesia sedang dilakukan dengan gencar. Infrastruktur seperti Stadion, sebagai salah satu wajah Indonesia, masih  menelan banyak korban dalam pembangunannya. Untuk itu diperlukan sasaran dan program keselamatan konstruksi dengan sumber daya yang memumpuni. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merencanakan sumber daya daya keselamatan konstruksi berbasis BIM pada struktur atas Stadion. Dengan menggunakan BIM, perencanaan sumber daya keselamatan konstruksi, akan lebih singkat dan biaya yang dikeluarkan akan lebih rendah. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif ddan kuantitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah risiko dan faktor bahaya menggunakan WBS pada proyek pembangunan Stadion. Penelitian ini pada akhirnya akan menghasilkan strategi manajemen keselamatan konstruksi dan akan mengukur dampak penggunaan BIM terhadap kinerja keselamatan konstruksi.

Infrastructure is being developed at a high rate in Indonesia. Infrastructures like stadiums, as one of the objects of pride of Indonesia, still claimed many casualties in its construction. Therefore, a construction safety program and goal is needed along with capable resources. One example of such resource is Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This study aims to create a plan for BIM-based construction safety resource in stadiums' upper structure. By using BIM, the planning of safety resource. The study used qualitative and quantitative methods, and the results found risks and danger factors in using WBS in stadium constructions. Finally, this study will result in a construction safety management strategy and will measure the impact of BIM usage on construction safety performance."
