"HIV salah satu penyebab utama menurunnya system kekebalan tubuh yang lama kelamaan akan mengarah pada stadium AIDS.Sistem kekebalan tubuh sangat di perlukan untuk mempertahankan diri terhadap mikroorganisme.pada ODHA sering terjadi cemas yang dapat mempengaruhi kualitas hidup pasien HIV. Bahkan beberapa masalah yang di hadapi oleh pasien HIV yaitu tingkat kecemasan, masalah finansial, frustasi, merasa bersalah, depresi, bahkan sampai dengan merasa ketakutan untuk menghadapi kematian. Dalam mengatasi kecemasan dapat mengunakan terapi alternative berupa yaga hatha sebagai intervensi dalam menurunkan tingkat kecemasan pada ODHA. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 22 responden. Metode penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuntitatif dengan desain “quasy eksperiment”.Tehnik pengambilan sampel dengan cara convenience Sampling sebanyak 22.intervensi yoha hatha memeliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap tingkat kecemasan seperti usia (p=0.217), jenis kelamin (p =0.828) pekerjaan (p=0.814). Pendidikan (p=0.797). kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah aadaanya hubungan antara yoga hatha dengan tingkat kecemasan pada ODHA

HIV is one of the main causes of the decline in the immune system which will eventually lead to the AIDS stage. The immune system is needed to defend itself against microorganisms. In PLWHA, anxiety often occurs which can affect the quality of life of HIV patients. Even some of the problems faced by HIV patients are the level of anxiety, financial problems, frustration, guilt, depression, even to the point of feeling afraid to face death. In overcoming anxiety can use alternative therapy in the form of yaga hatha as an intervention in reducing anxiety levels in PLWHA. The sample in this study amounted to 22 respondents. This research method is a quantitative approach with a "quasy experiment" design. The sampling technique is by convenience sampling as many as 22. Yoha hatha's intervention has a significant relationship to anxiety levels such as age (p = 0.217), gender (p = 0.828) occupation ( p=0.814). Education (p=0.797). The conclusion in this study is that there is a relationship between hatha yoga and anxiety levels in people living with HIV."
