"Masalah lingkungan telah menjadi isu yang mengarah pada manajemen keberlanjutan. Industri layanan kesehatan, salah satunya rumah sakit, merupakan industri yang menggunakan sumber energi secara terus menerus dan menghasilkan limbah yang rentan menggangu lingkungan. Oleh karena itu, rumah sakit perlu mengambil berbagai upaya perlindungan lingkungan dan mengembangkan strategi ramah lingkungan seperti pengelolaan sumber daya manusia ramah lingkungan. Menanggapi hal tersebut, penelitian ini mendukung hasil literatur yang menyatakan bahwa manajemen sumber daya manusia ramah lingkungan, tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan, dan perilaku ramah lingkungan karyawan berdampak pada kinerja lingkungan rumah sakit secara holistik. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif, pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan secara online dari 208 karyawan medis dan non medis rumah sakit di Indonesia. Data yang diperoleh diolah dengan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) menggunakan AMOS 22. Temuan mengkonfirmasi bahwa Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Green Motivation Enhancing (GME), dan Green Employee Involvement (GEI) berpengaruh signifikan  terhadap Employee Green Behavior (EGB). Lebih lanjut, EGB terbukti memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Environmental Performance (EP). Untuk analisis mediasi, penelitian mengkonfirmasi bahwa EGB memiliki peran mediasi yang signifikan dalam memperantarai GME, GEI dan CSR terhadap EP. Penelitian ini mempertegas peran kritis dari perilaku ramah lingkungan karyawan rumah sakit untuk meningkatkan kinerja lingkungan rumah sakit.

Environmental problems have become an issue that refers to sustainable management. Healthcare industry, hospital as one of them, is organizations that uses energy continuously and produce waste that vulnerable to harm the environment. So that hospital needs undergone various environmental protection efforts and developing green strategies, such as green human resource management and corporate social responsibility. Responding to that, this study supports literature results which stated that green human resource management, corporate social responsibility, and employees’ green behavior possess a holistic impact on the environmental performance of hospital. This research implements quantitative research design, data collection method via online questionnaire from 208 medic and non-medic employees of hospitals in Indonesia. Such data was then analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method in AMOS 22. The findings confirm that Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Green Motivation Enhancing (GME), and Green Employee Involvement (GEI) had a significant impact on Employee Green Behavior (EGB). Furthermore, EGB had a significant relationship with environmental performance (EP). For mediating analysis, the study confirmed that EGB had significant role as mediating variable between GME, GEI, and CSR on environmental performance. This study highlights the critical role of hospital employees’ environmentally friendly behavior to enhance hospital’s environmental performance. "

"Berbeda dengan penelitian atas CSR Corporate Social Responsibility sebelumnya di Indonesia, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan tingkat pengaruh kinerja CSR perusahaan dalam tiga dimensi yaitu Environment, Product Quality dan Community Relations dalam melakukan praktek Earning Management. Penelitian ini juga melihat bagaimana tahapan siklus hidup perusahaan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2008 - 2012, yaitu sebanyak 130 perusahaan dengan 650 observasi penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh negatif kinerja CSR perusahaan dalam melakukan manajemen laba, selain itu tahapan hidup mature perusahaan akan berpengaruh negatif atas kinerja CSR perusahaan terhadap manajemen laba.

In contrast to previous research on CSR Corporate Social Responsibility in Indonesia, the purpose of this study was to describe the level of influence the performance of the company's CSR in three dimensions, namely Environment, Product Quality and Community Relations in practice earnings management. This study also looked at how the stages of the life cycle of the company. Based on the sample in this study is a listed company on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in the year 2008 2012, as many as 130 companies with 650 observation research. The results of this study indicate that the presence of negative influence CSR performance management company in profit, in addition the life cycle of mature companies will negative affect of the performance CSR on earnings management.

"The purpose of this paper is to determine the direct influence of the mechanism of good corporate governance (GCG) and corporate social responsibility (CSR) on financial performance as well as through earnings management as a mediating variable. The data used in this research are secondary data involving 115 companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the period of 2014. The data used in this study are analyzed using partial least square and carried out with the help of SmartPLS 2.0 software. The results show that the mechanism of GCG doesnt has effect on earnings management, CSR has a negative effect on earnings management, mechanism of GCG has a positive effect on financial performance, but CSR and earnings management dont have effect on financial performance. The results also show earnings management cannot be a mediation between GCG mechanisms and financial performance or CSR and financial performance.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan terhadap daya tarik organisasi dengan menggunakan reputasi organisasi sebagai variabel mediasi. Variabel tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan diukur dengan beberapa indikator dari Turker, untuk variabel reputasi organisasi diukur menggunakan beberapa indikator dari Hochwarter et al., dan yang terakhir untuk variabel daya tarik organisasi diukur menggunakan beberapa indikator dari Turban & Keon. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dengan jumlah responden terkumpul sebanyak 330. Analisis data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi, analisis mediasi dan analisis sobel test. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan mempengaruhi daya tarik organisasi secara signifikan. Tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan mempengaruhi reputasi organisasi secara signifikan. Reputasi organisasi mempengaruhi daya tarik organisasi secara signifikan. Berdasarkan hasil uji mediasi yang telah dilakukan, reputasi organisasi mempengaruhi hubungan tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan dan daya tarik organisasi sebagai mediasi secara signifikan.

This study aims to examine the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility on organizational atrractiveness by considering organizational reputation as a mediating variable. Corporate Social Responsibility variable is measured by several indicators from Turker, for organizational reputation variable measured by several indicators from Hochwarter et al., and the last for organizational attractiveness variable measured by several indicators from Turban & Keon. This study uses quantitative approach, collecting data by distributing questionnaires with 330 respondents collected. Data analysis was done by descriptive analysis, regression analysis, mediation analysis (causal step) and sobel test analysis. The results showed that Corporate Social Responsibility affect organizational atttractiveness significantly. Corporate Social Responsibility affects organizational reputation significantly. Organizational reputataion affects organizational attractiveness significantly. Based on mediation analysis, organizational reputation affects the relationship of Corporate Social Responsibility and organizational attractiveness significantly.

"Menciptakan keunggulan kompetitif penting bagi perusahaan sebagai kegunaan untuk menarik para pencari kerja kompeten yang diperlukan untuk keberlanjutan bisnis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji peran langsung employer brand attractiveness dan corporate social responsibility sebagai variabel dependen dalam memengaruhi intention to apply, serta pengaruh tidak langsung organizational reputation memediasi hubungan antara employer brand attractiveness dan corporate social responsibility terhadap intention to apply,sebagai variabel independen. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang diberikan kepada total 315 responden. Responden adalah mahasiswa tahun terakhir dan lulusan baru yang belum memasuki dunia kerja dan merupakan bagian dari Generasi Z di Indonesia. Kuesioner menggunakan skala Likert 7 poin, dan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) digunakan untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh antara variabel yang digunakan dalam studi ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa employer brand attractiveness dan corporate social responsibility perusahaan secara signifikan memengaruhi intention to apply. Sementara itu, organizational reputation mempengaruhi hubungan antara employer brand attractiveness dan corporate social responsibility perusahaan dengan intention to apply melalui mediasi positif. Penelitian ini memiliki beberapa keterbatasan, seperti tidak adanya detail tentang jenis perusahaan yang dituju oleh responden, penggunaan metode cross-sectional, dan pengukuran self-assessment yang dapat menyebabkan bias subjektif. Berdasarkan penelitian ini, perusahaan dapat belajar bagaimana membentuk organizational reputation yang berfungsi sebagai keunggulan kompetitif dalam meningkatkan employer brand attractiveness dan corporate social responsibility di kalangan Generasi Z sebagai calon tenaga kerja baru yang memasuki pasar kerja.

Creating a competitive advantage is crucial for companies to attract competent job seekers necessary for business sustainability. This study aims to examine the direct role of employer brand attractiveness and CSR as dependent variables influencing the intention to apply, as well as the indirect influence of organizational reputation mediating the relationship between employer brand attractiveness and CSR on the intention to apply, as independent variables. Data were collected through questionnaires given to a total of 315 respondents, consisting of final-year students and fresh graduates who have not yet entered the workforce and are part of Generation Z in Indonesia. The questionnaire used a 7-point Likert scale, and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was employed to analyze and explain the relationships between the variables in this study. The results showed that employer brand attractiveness and CSR significantly affect the intention to apply. Meanwhile, organizational reputation positively mediates the relationship between employer brand attractiveness and CSR with the intention to apply. This study has several limitations, such as the lack of detail about the type of companies targeted by respondents, the use of cross-sectional methods, and self-assessment measurements that can cause subjective bias. These limitations necessitate careful interpretation of the results due to potential response variation, inability to explain post-study changes, and possible bias in the findings. Based on this research, companies can learn how to shape organizational reputation as a competitive advantage in enhancing employer brand attractiveness and CSR among Generation Z as new job market entrants."

"ABSTRAK
Bonus demografi yang mencapai puncaknya pada tahun 2020 mendatang menjadikan melonjaknya jumlah generasi millennials di pasar tenaga kerja. Kecenderungan generasi millennials menjadi menjadi lsquo;kutu loncat rsquo; dalam bekerja disebabkan oleh preferensi yang berbeda dengan generasi-generasi sebelumnya. Kepedulian generasi millennials terhadap isu lingkungan dan sosial bersinggungan dengan praktik CSR yang dilakukan perusahaan. Survey online dilakukan pada pegawai bank untuk melihat perbedaan tingkat Engagement saat terekspos Coporate Social Responsibility yang berbeda. IBM Statistical Package for The Social Science SPSS versi 20 digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat perbedaan antara CSR Internal dan Eksternal terhadap variabel Job Engagement namun tidak ada perbedaan pada Organizational Engagement. Secara umum CSR eksternal dinilai lebih tinggi oleh karyawan terhadap tingkat Engagement mereka.

ABSTRACT
Demographic bonus that will reach its peak in 2020 increases the number of millennials in the labor market. The difference in tendency towards career preference of millennials when compared to the previous generation is the main attribute causing them to become rsquo job hopper rsquo . Millennials interest on social and environmental issue is in line with the practices of CSR. Online survey was conducted on bankers to see different level of millennials rsquo engagement when exposed to different categories of CSR practice. IBM Statistical Package for The Social Science SPSS version 20 used to test the hypotheses. This research found that internal and external CSR have more significant influence on job engagement rather than in organizational engagement. Generally, eksternal CSR is perceived higher by employees in terms of influencing engagement level."

"Skripsi ini meneliti tentang pengaruh dari pelaporan corporate social responsibility terhadap tingkat cash holding perusahaan dan apakah leverage sebagai variabel moderasi dapat memperlemah pengaruh dari kualitas pelaporan CSR terhadap tingkat cash holding perusahaan. Dengan menggunakan sampel sebanyak 120 perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2016, ditemukan hasil bahwa kualitas pelaporan CSR berpengaruh positif terhadap tingkat cash holding perusahaan dan pengaruh positif tersebut akan melemah pada perusahaan yang memiliki tingkat leverage yang tinggi sesuai dengan agency view of CSR.

This study discusses the impact of corporate social responsibility reporting on the company 39s cash holding and if leverage as a moderating variable could weaken the impact of csr reporting on the companies cash holding. By using a data sample of 120 companies listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange, it was found that CSR reporting positively affect the company 39s cash holding and this positive impact will be weakened on companies that have high leverage levels this result is in line with the agency view of CSR.

"Adanya kebutuhan untuk mendapatkan sumber daya manusia yang kompeten menyebabkan terjadinya talent war antar perusahaan. Dengan begitu, penting bagi perusahaan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang dapat meningkatkan job pursuit intention calon pelamar kerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran mediasi corporate reputation terhadap pengaruh Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) dan job pursuit intention pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Indonesia. Variabel yang diuji adalah lima dimensi CSR, yaitu workplace economic responsibility, legal responsibility, ethical responsibility, philanthropic responsibility, dan environmental responsibility. Serta corporate reputation yang berperan sebagai variabel mediasi antara dimensi CSR dan job pursuit intention. Terdapat 270 responden yang menjadi data pada penelitian ini dikumpulkan dari kuesioner yang disebarkan secara online dan dianalisis menggunakan model Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan menggunakan software Lisrel 8.8. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa CSR berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap corporate reputation. Selain itu, corporate reputation juga berpengaruh positif signifikan pada job pursuit intention dan memediasi hubungan antara CSR dan job pursuit intention. Namun, CSR memiliki hubungan negatif signifikan terhadap job pursuit intention. Untuk itu, penting bagi BSI membangun corporate reputation agar job pursuit intention dapat meningkat.

The need to obtain competent human resources causes talent wars to occur between companies. Thus, it is important for companies to know the factors that can increase the job pursuit intention of prospective job applicants. The purpose of this study was to determine the mediating role of corporate reputation on the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and job pursuit intention in final-year students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Indonesia. The variables tested are the five dimensions of CSR, namely workplace economic responsibility, legal responsibility, ethical responsibility, philanthropic responsibility, and environmental responsibility. As well as corporate reputation which acts as a mediating variable between the dimensions of CSR and job pursuit intention. There were 270 respondents who became the data in this study were collected from questionnaires that were distributed online and analyzed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) using Lisrel 8.8 software. The results of this study prove that CSR has a significant positive effect on corporate reputation. In addition, corporate reputation also has a significant positive effect on job pursuit intention and mediates the relationship between CSR and job pursuit intention. However, CSR has a significant negative relationship with job pursuit intention. For this reason, it is important for BSI to build a corporate reputation so that job pursuit intentions can increase."

"Industri makanan dan minuman Indonesia semakin berkembang dan perusahaan retail yang berkecimpung dalam industri ini bersaing secara ketat. Untuk memenangkan persaingan tersebut, banyak perusahaan yang telah menerapkan green marketing sebagai salah satu strategi pemasarannya. Penelitian ini meneliti perusahaan yang telah menerapkan green marketing khususnya perusahaan yang memproduksi green product dan melakukan praktek tanggung jawab sosial yang bergerak di industri makanan dan minuman di Indonesia. Data dikumpulkan dari 150 orang responden yang berdomisili di daerah Jakarta dan sekitarnya yang belum pernah membeli produk makanan dan minuman ramah lingkungan. Pengolahan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan SEM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari perceived quality terhadap consumer purchase intentions. Selain itu, corporate social responsibility memediasi secara penuh green product awareness terhadap consumer purchase intentions.

Food and beverage industry in Indonesia is growing and retail companies engaged in this industry compete tightly. For winning this competition, a lot of companies have implemented green marketing as their marketing strategy. This research examines the companies that have implemented green marketing, particularly the companies that produce green products and practices corporate social responsibility which is engaged in food and beverage industry in Indonesia. Data were collected from 150 respondents who live in Jakarta and surrounding areas who have never bought environmental friendly food and beverage products. The data in this study was analyzed using SEM. The result of this research shows that there are positive and significant effects between perceived quality and consumer purchase intentions. Moreover, corporate social responsibility mediated green product awareness towards consumer purchase intentions."

"Penelitian ini meneliti pengaruh pengungkapan tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan dan kepemilikan keluarga terkonsentrasi terhadap manajemen laba. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menguji pengaruh kepemilikan keluarga terkonsentrasi terhadap hubungan pengungkapan tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan dan manajemen laba. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel seluruh perusahaan sektor pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2012-2014 dengan total observasi 105 sampel. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa pengungkapan tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan berpengaruh negatif terhadap manajemen laba dan kepemilikan keluarga terkonsentrasi berpengaruh positif terhadap manajemen laba. Selain itu, adanya kepemilikan keluarga terkonsentrasi memperkuat pengaruh negatif pengungkapan tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan terhadap manajemen laba.

This study examines the influence between corporate social responsibility disclosure and concentrated family ownership on earnings management. Besides that, this study also examines the effect of concentrated family ownership on the relationship between corporate social responsibility disclosure and earnings management. This study uses mining listed firms in Indonesia Stock Exchange as samples with some years of observations, 2012-2014. The total samples of this study are 105 samples. We find that there is negative influence between corporate social responsibility disclosures on earnings management. Besides that, we find that there is positive influence between concentrated family ownership on earnings management. Furthermore, concentrated family ownership is proven to strengthen the negative relationship between corporate social responsibility disclosure and earnings management."
