"Dampak negatif penggunaan plastik pada industri beauty and personal care (BPC) telah menjadi perhatian publik. Masyarakat mulai mencari alternatif yang ramah lingkungan untuk produk perawatan kulit mereka. Kecenderungan untuk memilih produk yang ramah di kalangan konsumen mendorong munculnya produk green skincare. Banyak perusahaan yang mulai memproduksi green skincare dan memasarkannya dengan iklan ramah lingkungan (green advertisement). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh green advertisement terhadap green trust konsumen dewasa muda pada produk green skincare. Penelitian dilakukan secara eksperimental dengan desain randomized between-subjects two-group posttest only terhadap 335 partisipan WNI berusia 18—25 tahun. Peneliti memberikan perlakuan berupa dua stimulus poster green advertisement. Green trust konsumen diukur menggunakan alat ukur yang dikembangkan oleh Chen (2010). Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan metode Independent Sample T-Test untuk menguji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari perlakuan yang diberikan pada kelompok 1 (M = 26.07, SD = 2.085) berupa poster green advertisement dengan klaim ramah lingkungan terhadap green trust partisipan dibandingkan kelompok 2 (M= 14.95, SD = 7.335), t(333) = 18.799, p < 0.05 yang diberikan perlakuan berupa poster green advertisement dengan klaim ramah lingkungan yang menyesatkan (greenwashing). Perbedaan skor variabel antara kedua kelompok tergolong cukup tinggi dan dapat disimpulkan bahwa partisipan mampu mengenali poster green advertisement yang memiliki klaim ramah lingkungan sebenarnya serta menunjukkan kepercayaan ramah lingkungan yang rendah pada poster green advertisement yang memiliki klaim ramah lingkungan menyesatkan (greenwashing).

The negative impact of plastic use on the beauty and personal care (BPC) industry has become a public concern. People are starting to look for eco-friendly alternatives for their skincare products. The tendency to choose products that are friendly among consumers encourages the emergence of green skincare products. Many companies have started producing green skincare and marketing it with green advertisements. This study aims to see the effect of green advertisement on the green trust of young adult consumers in green skincare products. The study was conducted experimentally with a randomized between-subjects two-group posttest design only on 335 Indonesian citizen participants aged 18—25 years. The researcher gave treatment in the form of two stimulus green advertisement posters. Consumer green trust is measured using a measuring instrument developed by Chen (2010). The collected data were analyzed using the Independent Sample T-Test method to test the hypothesis. The results showed that there was a significant effect of the treatment given to group 1 (M = 26.07, SD = 2.085) in the form of green advertisement posters with environmentally friendly claims on participant green trust compared to group 2 (M = 14.95, SD = 7.335), t (333) = 18,799, p <0.05 which was given treatment in the form of green advertisement posters with misleading greenwashing claims. The difference in variable scores between the two groups was quite high and it can be concluded that participants were able to recognize green advertisement posters that had actual environmentally friendly claims and showed low green trust on green advertisement posters that had misleading environmentally friendly claims (greenwashing)."

"Bergesernya tren gaya hidup yang mengedepankan ramah lingkungan akibat permasalahan lingkungan yang semakin mengkhawatirkan, mulai marak digunakannya green advertisement dalam menarik konsumen. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat pengaruh green advertisement terhadap green skepticism konsumen dewasa muda pada produk green skincare. Metode eksperimen pada penelitian ini menggunakan desain eksperimen randomized between-subjects two-group posttest only. Penelitian ini menggunakan poster iklan sebagai stimulus yang mewakili green advertisement. Green skepticism diukur menggunakan alat ukur dari Matthes dan Wonneberger (2014) dengan tiga item. Jumlah partisipan penelitian ini sebanyak 342 konsumen yang merupakan Warga Negara Indonesia dengan rentang usia 18—25 tahun. Peneliti memberikan perlakuan berupa dua stimulus poster green advertisement. Green skepticism konsumen diukur menggunakan alat ukur yang dikembangkan oleh Matthes dan Wonneberger (2014). Data dianalisis menggunakan metode Independent Sample t-Test untuk menguji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pada green skepticism konsumen kelompok 1 (M=6.85, SD=2.473) berupa poster green advertisement dengan klaim ramah lingkungan (M=6.85, dan kelompok 2 (M=13.50, SD=3.808), t(340)= -19.205, p< 0.05 yang diberikan perlakuan poster green advertisement klaim ramah lingkungan yang menyesatkan (greenwashing).

The shift in lifestyle trends that prioritize environmentally friendly due to environmental problems that are increasingly worrying, the use of green advertisements is starting to be rife in attracting consumers. The purpose of this study was to see the effect of green advertisement on green skepticism of young adult consumers in green skincare products. The experimental method in this study used a randomized between-subjects two-group posttest experimental design only. This study uses advertisement posters as a stimulus that represents green advertisement. Green skepticism is measured using a measurement tool from Mathes and Wonneberger (2014) with three items. The number of participants in this study were 342 consumers who were Indonesian citizens with an age range of 18—25 years. The researcher gave treatment in the form of two stimulus green advertisement posters. Consumer green skepticism is measured using a measurement tool developed by Mathes and Wonneberger (2014). Data were analyzed using the Independent Sample t-Test method to test the hypothesis. The results showed that there was a significant effect on consumer green skepticism in group 1 (M=6.85, SD=2.473) in the form of green advertisement posters with green claims (M=6.85, and group 2 (M=13.50, SD=3.808), t (340) = -19.205, p < 0.05 which was given the green advertisement poster treatment of greenwashing claims."

"Permasalahan lingkungan telah menjadi perhatian masyarakat dunia. Kini, terjadi perubahan gaya hidup untuk mengurangi efek negatif terhadap lingkungan akibat konsumsi masyarakat. Muncul berbagai gerakan pelestarian lingkungan, salah satunya dengan membeli kosmetik ramah lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh altruistic value, biospheric value, dan hedonic value, serta mengetahui pengaruh mediasi pro-environmental belief dan personal norm terhadap green purchase behavior konsumen Indonesia dalam konteks pembelian kosmetik ramah lingkungan. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling menggunakan survei online terhadap pembeli dan pengguna kosmetik ramah lingkungan berusia minimal 17 tahun di Indonesia. Sebanyak 230 responden terkumpul dalam penelitian ini, kemudian data diolah menggunakan software Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Method (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa data mendukung seluruh hipotesis, yaitu ketiga nilai tersebut berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap pro-environmental belief, yang mendorong perasaan berkepentingan untuk memenuhi tanggung jawab untuk menghadapi permasalahan lingkungan (personal norm). Peran mediasi dari pro-environmental belief terhadap hubungan ketiga nilai tersebut dengan personal norm, serta peran mediasi personal norm terhadap hubungan pro-environmental belief dan green purchase behavior terbukti berpengaruh secara signifikan. Penelitian ini dapat bermanfaat untuk membantu manajer dalam merumuskan strategi dalam memasarkan produk kosmetik ramah lingkungan.

Environmental issues that happened all over the world have earned public attention. There’s a change in consumer’s lifestyle that aims to reduce the negative effects on the environment created by their consumption. As the industry grows wider, the cosmetic industry continues to contribute to environmental damages. There are various movements to preserve the environment, one of them is by buying green cosmetics. This study aims to determine the effect of altruistic value, biospheric value, and hedonic value, as well as to determine the mediating effect of pro-environmental beliefs and personal norms on the green purchase behavior towards green cosmetics products in Indonesia. Purposive sampling with online survey technique was done on buyers and users of green cosmetics products with a minimum age of 17 years old. 230 respondents were collected and analyzed using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Method (PLS-SEM). The result revealed that altruistic, biospheric, and hedonic value have a significant effect on pro-environmental beliefs, which encourage feelings of interest in fulfilling responsibilities to deal with environmental problems (personal norms). The mediating role of pro-environmental belief on the relationship between these three values and personal norms, as well as the mediating role of personal norm on the relationship between pro-environmental belief and green purchase behavior proved to have a significant effect. This research hopefully can be useful to help managers in formulating strategies to market green cosmetic products."

"Kemajuan teknologi yang bergerak cepat memengaruhi gaya hidup konsumen secara global, dalam hal mengakses dan menyebarkan informasi digital (E-WOM), membeli barang dan jasa secara online, dan mengonsumsi makanan cepat saji yang berdampak negatif terhadap lingkungan dari limbah. Penelitian tesis ini dilakukan untuk melihat pengaruh hubungan antara keterlibatan E-WOM dan sikap terhadap lingkungan terhadap niat untuk membeli produk hijau pada konsumen dewasa muda. Penelitian korelasional dengan metode non-probability sampling dengan sampel 479 partisipan, dewasa muda berusia 18-34 tahun dengan membagikan kuesioner online dengan topik Green Consumers.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterlibatan E-WOM dan sikap terhadap lingkungan secara simultan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap niat untuk membeli produk ramah lingkungan. Hubungan positif antara keterlibatan E-WOM dan hubungan negatif dari sikap terhadap lingkungan terhadap niat untuk membeli produk hijau dapat menjadi pernyataan bahwa semakin tinggi keterlibatan individu dalam E-WOM, dan semakin rendah atau negatif sikap terhadap lingkungan akan meningkat niat untuk membeli produk hijau untuk perorangan. Keterlibatan E-WOM memiliki pengaruh yang lebih besar pada niat untuk membeli produk hijau daripada sikap terhadap lingkungan pada konsumen dewasa muda.

Fast-moving technological advancements affect global lifestyles of consumers, in terms of accessing and disseminating digital information (E-WOM), buying goods and services online, and consuming fast food that negatively impacts the environment from waste. This thesis research was conducted to see the effect of the relationship between E-WOM involvement and attitudes towards the environment on the intention to buy green products in young adult consumers. Correlational research with non-probability sampling method with a sample of 479 participants, young adults aged 18-34 years by distributing online questionnaires with the topic Green Consumers.
The results showed that the involvement of E-WOM and attitudes towards the environment simultaneously had a significant influence on the intention to buy environmentally friendly products. The positive relationship between E-WOM involvement and the negative relationship of attitudes towards the environment towards the intention to buy green products can be a statement that the higher the involvement of individuals in E-WOM, and the lower or negative attitude towards the environment will increase the intention to buy green products for individuals. The involvement of E-WOM has a greater influence on the intention to buy green products than the attitude towards the environment in young adult consumers.

"Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh green perceived quality terhadap green trust melalui green satisfaction sebagai variabel perantara pada skincare organic Sariayu solusi organic di Jabodetabek. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 200 orang yang diambil dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Analisa data dilakukan dengan menggunakan AMOS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa green perceived quality memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap green trust yang diperantarai oleh green satisfaction.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of green perceived quality towards green trust with green satisfaction as an intervening variable. This research used 200 samples as a basic criteria sample for SEM, all the respondents were collected by purposive sampling methods. This research was analyzed with Structural Equation Modelling SEM with AMOS software. The result of this research presented that green perceived quality positively influenced towards green trust with green satisfaction as an intervening variable.

"Green perceived value, green satisfaction, dan green trust diterapkan dengan maksud agar tercapainya green loyalty dari pelanggan, sehingga pelanggan terus berkeinginan untuk melakukan pembelian ulang suatu produk. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh green perceived value, green satisfaction, dan green trust terhadap green loyalty pada konsumen The Body Shop di Jakarta. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 150 responden yang diambil dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Analisa data dilakukan dengan menggunakan AMOS. Hasil penelitian ini menujukkan green perceived value, green satisfaction, dan green trust memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap green loyalty. Hasil lain menunjukkan green perceived value memiliki pengaruh langsung baik terhadap green satisfaction dan green trust. Dalam penelitian ini green satisfaction tidak memiliki pengaruh dengan green trust. Variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap green loyalty adalah variabel green trust.

Green perceived value, green satisfaction, and green trust are applied in order to achieve green loyalty from customers, so that customers continue to wish to repurchase a product. The objective of this research is to analyze the effect of green perceived value, green satisfaction, and green trust on green loyalty to consumers of The Body Shop in Jakarta. The sample of this study amounted to 150 respondents taken using purposive sampling. Data analysis is done using AMOS. The results of this research show that green perceived value, green satisfaction, and green trust have a direct influence on green loyalty. Other results show that green perceived value has a direct effect on green satisfaction and green trust. In this research green satisfaction has no influence with green trust. The most influential variable on green loyalty is the green trust variable."

"ABSTRAK
Meningkatnya kepedulian konsumen terhadap lingkungan dapat dijadikan peluang bagi perusahaan untuk mengembangkan suatu strategi guna memenuhi kebutuhan dan keinginan konsumen yang terkait dengan lingkungan. Terkait dengan hal tersebut salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan untuk dapat meningkatkan citra dari produk atau merek yang dihasilkan perusahaan adalah melalui penerapan strategi green marketing, yang merupakan wujud dari kepedulian perusahaan atas dampak yang dapat terjadi dari produk yang dihasilkan oleh perusahaan. Penelitian ini membahas tentang pengaruh dari green brand image terhadap green satisfaction, green trust, dan green brand equity pada merek Tupperware. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pada kelompok responden yang memiliki pengetahuan terhadap program kepedulian lingkungan merek Tupperware, variabel green brand image memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap green satisfaction dan green trust. Sedangkan antara green brand image dengan green brand equity, green satisfaction dengan green brand equity, dan green trust dengan green brand equity menunjukkan tidak terdapat pengaruh. Untuk kelompok responden yang tidak mengetahui program kepedulian lingkungan merek Tupperware hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa green brand image berpengaruh positif terhadap green satisfaction dan green trust sedangkan terhadap green brand equity menunjukkan pengaruh negatif. Kemudian antara green satisfaction dengan green brand equity menujukkan pengaruh positif dan antara green trust dengan green brand equity menunjukkan tidak terdapat pengaruh.

ABSTRACT
Increased consumer concern for the environment can be used as an opportunity for companies to develop a strategy to meet the needs and desires of consumers related to the environment. Related to this is one way that can be done to improve the image of the product or the brand that the company is through the implementation of green marketing strategy, which is a manifestation of the company's concern over the impact that may occur from products produced by the company. This research discusses the effect of green brand image toward green satisfaction, green trust, and green brand equity in the Tupperware brand. The results of this study showed that the group of respondents who have knowledge of the environmental program of Tupperware, green brand image has positive influence on green satisfaction and green trust. While between green brand image with green brand equity, green satisfaction with green brand equity and green trust with green brand equity showed there is no effect. For the group of respondents who have not knowledge of the environmental program of Tupperware, the result showed that green brand image has positive influence on green satisfaction and green trust while the green brand equity showed a negative effect. Then between green satisfaction with green brand equity showed a positive influence and green trust to green brand equity showed there is no effect"

"Tesis ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh dari green brand image, green trust, dan green satisfaction terhadap repurchase intention pada produk IKEA. Data berasal dari 165 responden yang sebelumnya sudah membeli produk IKEA yang dianalisis menggunakan structural equation modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitan ini menunjukkan bahwa green brand image berpengaruh terhadap green trust dan green satisfaction. Green trust memiliki pengaruh terhadap repurchase intention sedangkan green satisfaction tidak berpengaruh terhadap repurchase intention pada produk IKEA.
Dari hasil penelitian, peneliti menyarankan IKEA untuk tetap mempertahankan usahanya dalam membentuk green brand image, mengedukasi konsumen untuk meningkatkan kesadaran hingga merubah perilaku mereka dalam menggunakan produk-produk ramah lingkungan, melakukan kegiatan corporate social responsibility atau community development, dan meningkatkan faktorfaktor lain yang menjadi pendorong adanya repurchase intention pada konsumen terutama di Indonesia.

This thesis aims to investigate the influence of the green brand image, green trust and satisfaction towards repurchase intention green on IKEAproducts. Data were taken from 165 respondents who had previously been purchasing IKEA products and were analyzed with structural equation modeling (SEM). The results of this research showed that green brand image influence on green trust and green satisfaction. Green trust has an influence on repurchase intention, while green satisfaction has no effect on repurchase intention in IKEAproducts.
From the results of this study, the researchers suggest IKEA to maintain its efforts in forming green brand image, to educate consumers to raise awareness to change their behavior in using the products that are environmentally friendly, conducting corporate social responsibility or community development, and improve other factors that may be driving consumer?s repurchase intention, especially in Indonesia.

"Saat ini pasar dunia terus berubah, pilar keberlanjutan seperti lingkungan, ekonomi dan keadilan sosial telah menjadi bagian dari pengambilan keputusan pemasaran. Mengembangkan strategi pemasaran di tengah-tengah masalah lingkungan dan ekonomi saat ini telah menyebabkan fokus pada pentingnya pemasaran hijau. Menggunakan theory of consumption values dan value-attitude-behavior model, penelitian ini mengusulkan untuk mengeksplorasi green consumer behavior untuk green product di Indonesia. Attitude toward green product dan consumer values seperti functional value (price and quality), social value, conditional value, epistemic value, emotional value, and environmental value digunakan untuk mempelajari green consumer behavior untuk green products. Penelitian ini mengembangkan model penelitian dan diuji secara empiris dengan mengumpulkan data dari kuesioner yang didistribusikan di Indonesia. Berdasarkan sampel 200 responden, hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa hanya social value yang berdampak positif pada green consumer behavior, functional value (price), functional value (quality), environmental value, conditional value, epistemic value, dan emotional value tidak mempengaruhi green consumer behavior. Sebagai mediator, attitude toward green product memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap epistemic value, environmental value, dan emotional value. Ini menegaskan dan secara signifikan menambah literatur green consumer behavior di pasar yang berkembang.

At the moment the world market continues to change, sustainability pillars such as environment, economy and social justice have become part of marketing decision-making. Developing a marketing strategy in the midst of current environmental and economic issues has led to a focus on the importance of green marketing. Using the theory of consumption values and value-attitude-behavior model, this research proposes to explore the green consumer behavior for green products in Indonesia. Attitude toward green product and consumer values such as functional value (price and quality), social value, conditional value, epistemic value, emotional value, and environmental value were used to study the green consumer behavior for green products. This study developed a research model and empirically tested by collecting data from questionnaires that were distributed in Indonesia. Based on a sample of 200 respondents, the results indicate that only social value has a positive impact on green consumer behavior, functional value (price), functional value (quality), environmental value, conditional value, epistemic value, and emotional value do not influence green consumer behavior. As a mediator, attitude toward green product has a significant effect on epistemic value, environmental value, and emotional value. This confirms and significantly adds to the literature of green consumer behavior in a developing market.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh strategi green marketing mix, green image, green satisfaction, dan green trust pada green customer loyalty di pasar green cosmetics lokal Indonesia. Model pengukuran dibuat berdasarkan tanggapan valid dan reliabel dari kuesioner online pelanggan produk green cosmetics terkait green marketing mix, green image, green satisfaction, green trust, dan green customer loyalty menggunakan 6-poin Skala Likert dengan bantuan PLS-SEM. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa green product memiliki pengaruh positif pada green image dan green satisfaction. Green price memiliki pengaruh positif pada green image, green satisfaction, dan green customer loyalty. Green place memiliki pengaruh positif pada green image, green satisfaction, dan green trust. Green promotion memiliki pengaruh positif pada seluruh dimensi green brand equity dimana green public relation menunjukkan peran besar dalam penentuan hubungan antar keduanya. Green image memiliki pengaruh positif pada green satisfaction dan green trust. Green satisfaction memiliki pengaruh positif pada green trust dan green customer loyalty. Green trust memiliki pengaruh positif pada green customer loyalty.

This study aims to examine the impact of green marketing mix, green image, green satisfaction, and green trust on green customer loyalty in Indonesia’s local green cosmetics market. A measurement model created based on valid and reliable responses from online questionnaire from sustainable cosmetics product’s customer for green marketing mix, green image, green satisfaction, green trust, and green customer loyalty using 6-point Likert Scale with the help of PLS-SEM. The results of this study indicate that green product has a positive effect on green image and green satisfaction. Green price has a positive influence on green image, green satisfaction, and green customer loyalty. Green place has a positive influence on green image, green satisfaction, and green trust. Green promotion has a positive influence on all dimensions of green brand equity where the green public relations show a large role in determining the relationship between the two. Green image has a positive influence on green satisfaction and green trust. Green satisfaction has a positive effect on green trust and green customer loyalty. Green trust has a positive influence on green customer loyalty."
