"Apoteker adalah sarjana farmasi yang telah lulus sebagai apoteker dan telah mengucapkan sumpah jabatan apoteker memegang peranan penting dalam pekerjaan kefarmasian. Menurut Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 51 Tahun 2009 Tentang Pekerjaan Kefarmasian, salah satu tugasnya memuat terkait penyimpanan, pendistribusian atau penyaluran obat, dan pengelolaan obat. Dalam proses pendistribusian atau penyaluran obat, tersedia fasilitas distribusi yang digunakan untuk menyalurkan sediaan farmasi ke pelayanan kefarmasian yang biasa disebut pedagang besar farmasi. Tujuannya adalah untuk memahami cara distribusi obat yang baik di PBF, memahami peran serta tanggung jawab Apoteker dalam menjalankan pekerjaan kefarmasiaan di PBF, dan memiliki kemampuan dan pengalaman praktis dalam mempersiapkan tenaga farmasi yang profesional untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di PBF. Cara Distribusi Obat yang Baik yang dilakukan PT. Kimia Farma Trading and Distribution cabang Jakarta 1 sebagai Pedagang Besar Farmasi (PBF) telah berpedoman pada CDOB dan CDAKB yang dikeluarkan oleh BPOM RI. Dalam melakukan kegiatannya PT. Kimia Farma Trading and Distribution cabang Jakarta 1 telah menunjuk apoteker sebagai penanggung jawab fasilitas distribusi, dimana tanggung jawab apoteker yaitu menyusun, memastikan dan mempertahankan penerapan sistem manajeman mutu di fasilitas distribusi.

Methods of Good Drug Distribution by PT. Kimia Farma Trading and Distribution Jakarta 1 branch as a Pharmaceutical Wholesaler (PBF) has been guided by the CDOB and CDAKB issued by BPOM RI. In carrying out its activities PT. Kimia Farma Trading and Distribution Jakarta 1 branch has appointed a pharmacist as the person in charge of distribution facilities, where the pharmacist's responsibility is to compile, ensure and maintain the implementation of a quality management system in distribution facilities."

"Apoteker merupakan salah satu tenaga Kesehatan yang memiliki peran yang penting untuk membantu pasien dalam mendapatkan pengobatan yang sesuai dengan kondisi mereka. Apoteker memiliki tugas untuk melakukan pembacaan resep, menyiapkan obat sesuai dengan resep, memastikan bahwa obat yang diberikan sudah sesuai dengan dosis, mencegah adanya interaksi obat, dan memberikan konseling kepada pasien mengenai penggunaan obat yang tepat dan aman. Melalui Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA), mahasiswa program profesi apoteker diharapkan dapat menerapkan pengetahuan kefarmasian yang dimilikinya ke dalam dunia Kesehatan. Calon apoteker diharapkan sudah memiliki pengetahuan, wawasan, dan keterampilan yang berguna untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup pasien, Pada kesempatan ini, PKPA dilakukan di PT. Through the Pharmacist Professional Work Practice (PKPA), students of the pharmacist profession program are expected to be able to apply their pharmaceutical knowledge to the world of Health. Prospective pharmacists are expected to have knowledge, insight, and skills that are useful for improving the quality of life of patients. On this occasion, PKPA was conducted at PT. Kimia Farma Trading & Distribution – Jakarta 3, Roxy Poltangam Pharmacy, and PT. SOHO Pharmaceutical Industry."

"Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker adalah sarana yang memberikan kesempatan bagi para calon apoteker untuk mengalami dan mempelajari tugas-tugas apoteker di setiap macam sektor bisnis yang dipilih secara langsung. Pada setiap tempat PKPA yaitu di PT Kimia Farma Trading & Distribution Jakarta 3, Apotek Jacoebson, dan PT SOHO Industri Pharmasi, calon apoteker melakukan observasi dan kemudian menganalasis kesesuaian keadaan di lapangan dengan literatur-literatur yang bersangkutan dengan topik bahasan yang telah ditentukan. Telah ditemukan bahwa terdapat beberapa ketidaksesuaian kondisi di lepangan dengan literatur, mau dengan justifikasi ataupun tidak. Oleh sebab itu, calon apoteker telah memberi beberapa saran atau solusi yang dapat dilakukan untuk permasalahan-permasalahan yang ditemukan.

The Pharmacist Professional internship is a medium that provides opportunities for prospective pharmacists to directly experience and learn the duties of pharmacists in every type of business sector chosen. At each internship location, namely at PT Kimia Farma Trading & Distribution Jakarta 3, Apotek Jacoebson, and PT SOHO Industri Pharmasi, prospective pharmacists made observations and then analyzed the suitability of the situation in the field with the relevant literature with a predetermined topic of discussion. It has been found that there were some discrepancies between the conditions in the field and the literature, whether justified or not. Therefore, prospective pharmacists have given several suggestions or solutions that can be done for the problems found."

"Apotek merupakan sarana pelayanan kefarmasian tempat dilakukan praktek kefarmasian oleh Apoteker. Standar pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek meliputi standar pengelolaan sediaan farmasi, alat kesehatan, dan bahan medis habis pakai serta pelayanan farmasi klinik. Kegiatan pengelolaan sediaan farmasi meliputi kegiatan perencanaan, pengadaan, penerimaan, penyimpanan, pemusnahan, pengendalian, serta pencatatan dan pelaporan. Sedangkan pelayanan farmasi klinik meliputi kegiatan pengkajian resep, dispensing, pelayanan informasi obat (PIO), konseling, pelayanan kefarmasian di rumah, pemantauan terapi obat (PTO) dan monitoring efek samping obat (MESO). Analisis ini dilakukan untuk memahami peran dan tanggung jawab apoteker di apotek serta mengetahui segala kegiatan di apotek, terutama cara penyimpanan sediaan farmasi dan pelayanan farmasi klinik. Pengumpulan data dilakukan di Apotek Roxy Jati Baru pada periode 8 Februari – 6 Maret 2021 dengan cara observasi cara penyimpanan sediaan farmasi dan alur pelayanan resep. Berdasarkan pelaksanaan tugas khusus terkait analisis penyimpanan sediaan farmasi dan pelayanan farmasi klinik di Apotek Roxy Jati Baru dapat disimpulkan bahwa penyimpanan sediaan farmasi sudah sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku, namun kegiatan pelayanan farmasi klinik hanya sebagian yang sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan karena konseling, home pharmacy care, pemantauan terapi obat, dan monitoring efek samping obat belum dilaksanakan dengan maksimal.

A drugstore is a pharmaceutical service facility where pharmacists practice pharmacy. Pharmaceutical service standards in pharmacies include management standards for medicine, medical devices, and medical consumables as well as clinical pharmacy services. Pharmaceutical preparation management activities include planning, procurement, receipt, storage, destruction, control, and recording and reporting activities. While clinical pharmacy services include prescription assessment, dispensing, drug information services (PIO), counseling, pharmaceutical services at home, monitoring drug therapy (PTO), and monitoring drug side effects (MESO). This analysis was conducted to understand the roles and responsibilities of pharmacists in pharmacies and to know all activities in pharmacies, especially the storage of pharmaceutical preparations and clinical pharmacy services. Data collection was carried out at the Roxy Jati Baru Pharmacy in the period February 8th – March 6th 2021 by observing the drug storage method and the flow of prescription services. Based on the implementation of the drug storage method and clinical pharmacy services at the Roxy Jati Baru, it can be concluded that the drug storage is per applied legislation, but only part of the clinical pharmacy service activities are under the legislation because counseling, home pharmacy care, monitoring of drug therapy, and monitoring of drug side effects have not been carried out optimally."

"Praktik kefarmasian oleh apoteker memiliki peran yang penting pada lingkungan masyarakat seperti halnya di apotek, apoteker berperan dalam memberikan konseling kepada pasien dengan kondisi tertentu. Tidak hanya,di apotek, apoteker juga dapat memiliki peran di distributor terkait rantai pasok obat dengan perannya menjamin ketersediaan obat dan mempertahankan mutu sesuai yang dipersyaratkan oleh industri. Demikian halnya pada industri farmasi, apoteker juga berperan dalam menciptakan mutu obat guna menjamin bahwa obat memiliki khasiat, aman dan bermanfaat. Dalam memahami peranan tersebut, praktik kerja profesi apoteker dapat memberikan wawasan dan pengalaman kepada calon apoteker untuk memperdalam wawasan serta mengaplikasikan ilmu yang telah diperoleh saat kuliah. Oleh karena itu, dilaksanakan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di Apotek Roxy Jatibaru, PT Kimia Farma Trading & Distribution Cabang Jakarta 3, dan PT CKD OTTO Pharmaceuticals selama periode bulan Februari – Mei 2021.

Pharmacy practice by pharmacists has an important role in the community environment as in pharmacies, Pharmacists could play a role in providing counseling to patients with certain conditions. Not only in pharmacies, pharmacists can also have a role in distributors related to the drug supply chain with their role in ensuring the availability of drugs and maintaining the quality as required by the industry. Likewise in the pharmaceutical industry, pharmacists also play a role in building quality drugs to ensure the efficacy, safety, and benefit. In understanding this role, the working practice of the pharmacist profession can provide insight and experience to pharmacists perspective to deepen their insight and apply the knowledge they have gained during college. Therefore, the Pharmacist Professional Work Practice (PKPA) was carried out at the Roxy Jatibaru Pharmacy, PT Kimia Farma Trading & Distribution Jakarta Branch 3, and PT CKD OTTO Pharmaceuticals during the period from February to May 2021."

Good health is health that is felt by all citizens in each country, of course Health Workers have an important role, in this case both Doctors, Pharmacists, Nurses and other Health Workers. Pharmacists are professionals in the health sector whose role is to provide information about medicines to be consumed, ensure that all production processes in the industry comply with GMP and are responsible for implementing drug distribution. Through Work Practice, it is hoped that prospective pharmacists can understand what their duties and responsibilities are. Divided into 2 areas of specialization, namely industry and service. The practicals are held from March to October 2022. The practicums are carried out at PT Aventis Pharma, Kimia Farma K2 382 Pharmacy, Fatmawati Hospital, Kimia Farma Trading & Distribution Jakarta 3, and the Jatinegara Health Center as an illustration of the role of pharmacists in industry, distribution and service. Apart from learning directly from observing, prospective pharmacists are also given the opportunity to analyze the problems that exist in each workplace. Therefore, this internship report will discuss the problems and solutions proposed in each workplace.

Kesehatan merupakan modal utama yang dibutuhkan oleh manusia. Manusia akan terus berusaha memenuhi kebutuhan akan jasmani dan rohaninya. Kesehatan yang baik ialah kesehatan yang dirasakan oleh seluruh warga disetiap negaranya, tentunya Tenaga Kesehatan memiliki peranan yang penting, dalam hal ini baik Dokter, Apoteker, Perawat maupun Tenaga Kesehatan lainnya. Apoteker merupakan profesional di bidang kesehatan yang berperan dalam memberikan informasi tentang obat-obatan yang akan dikonsumsi, memastikan bahwa segala proses produksi di industri sesuai dengan CPOB dan menjadi penanggung jawab pada pelaksanaan distribusi obat. Melalui Praktik Kerja, diharapkan calon apoteker dapat memahami apa yang menjadi tugas dan tanggung jawabnya. Terbagi atas 2 bidang peminatan yaitu industri dan pelayanan. Praktik dilaksankan dari bulan Maret hingga Oktober 2022. Praktik kerja dilakukan di PT Aventis Pharma, Apotek Kimia Farma K2 382, RSUP Fatmawati, Kimia Farma Trading & Distribution Jakarta 3, dan Puskesmas Jatinegara sebagai gambaran peran apoteker dibidang industri, distribusi maupun pelayanan. Selain belajar secara langsung dari mengamati, calon apoteker juga diberikan kesempatan untuk menganalisis masalah yang ada di masing-masing tempat kerja. Oleh karena itu, laporan praktik kerja ini akan membahas mengenai masalah beserta solusi yang diajukan di tiap tempat praktik kerja.
