"Menurut BPOM (2015), produk rantai dingin atau cold chain product merupakan produk yang sensitif terhadap temperatur sehingga diperlukan pengendalian temperatur yang ketat. Contoh dari produk rantai dingin yaitu antiserum, vaksin, reagen diagnostik, dan lainnya. Pengendalian temperatur dalam penyimpanan dan pengiriman produk rantai dingin yang baik harus dilakukan untuk menghindari penurunan efikasi dan masalah keamanan yang dapat berakibat fatal. Laporan ini mengkaji produk rantai dingin yang terdapat pada PT. Kimia Farma Trading & Distribution (KFTD) Jakarta 3. Pengkajian yang dilakukan dikhususkan terhadap prosedur penyimpanan serta penyaluran produk rantai dingin yang dilakukan oleh KFTD Jakarta 3. Pengkajian dilakukan dengan metode observasi. Berdasarkan pengkajian yang dilakukan, maka prosedur penyimpanan maupun penyaluran produk rantai dingin yang dilakukan sudah sesuai dengan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) dari KFTD dan Cara Distribusi Obat yang Baik (CDOB).

Praktik kerja profesi apoteker merupakan kegiatan pelatihan bagi calon apoteker yang bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai peran apoteker di dunia kerja serta meningkatkan kompetensi yang dimiliki calon apoteker. The implementation of pharmacists professional practice in pharmaceutical service facilities is one of the important aspects to produce a professional pharmacist. The pharmacists professional practice is held at PT Soho Industri Pharmasi from January to February 2022 and Apotek Roxy Biak in April 2022. Through this pharmacists professional practice at pharmaceutical industry and pharmacy, future pharmacists are expected to increase their knowledge, understanding, experience, and skills.

"Industri Farmasi adalah badan usaha yang memiliki izin dari Menteri Kesehatan untuk melakukan kegiatan pembuatan obat atau bahan obat. Pembuatan obat adalah seluruh tahapan kegiatan dalam menghasilkan obat, yang meliputi pengadaan bahan awal dan bahan pengemas, produksi, pengemasan, pengawasan mutu, dan pemastian mutu sampai diperoleh obat untuk didistribusikan. Analisis pengkajian resep meliputi aspek administrasi, farmasetik, dan klinis. Praktik kerja ini dilakukan mulai dari juli hingga November 2021 dengan hasil pengamatan lapangan dalam bentuk laporan praktik kerja dengan kesimpulan hasil analisa dan solusi yang diberikan.

Pharmacist Work Practices is a learning tool for prospective pharmacists to improve their understanding of their roles, functions, and responsibilities in appropriate pharmaceutical facilities. Pharmacist Work Practices activities are carried out in two places, namely at PT SOHO Industri Pharmasi in the January – February 2022 and at the Roxy Biak Pharmacy in the April 2022. With this activity, prospective pharmacists are expected to have insight, knowledge, and skills to understand their duties and responsibilities. responsible for carrying out pharmaceutical work in the Pharmaceutical and Pharmacy Industry. In addition, it is also expected to increase self-confidence to become a professional pharmacist."

"Tenaga Kefarmasian melaksanakan Pekerjaan Kefarmasian di industri farmasi obat, apotek, rumah sakit, ataupun pada pemerintahan seperti di Badan Pengawasan Obat dan Makanan. Penelitian ini memiliki beberapa tujuan, yaitu untuk mengetahui proses pengujian sampel QC serta mengetahui kebutuhan biaya analisa sampel di laboratorium Departemen Quality Control pada PT. Soho Industri Pharmasi selama periode Juli – Agustus 2021; diharapkan dapat menambah pengetahuan dan pengalaman para calon Apoteker sehingga dapat memahami pengawasan Obat dan Makanan yang dilakukan oleh BPOM, serta berkontribusi sebagai seorang apoteker di lingkungan masyarakat; untuk mengetahui kesesuain resep pasien baik kajian administratif, farmasetik, dan klinis, serta untuk melaksanakann praktik kefarmasian berupa konseling obat terhadap pasien di Apotek Roxy Poltangan, Jakarta Selatan periode 01 – 30 November 2021. Pengambilan data diperoleh dari dokumen prosedur tetap setiap produk finished goods dan raw material and packaging; diperoleh dari seluruh UPT di Indonesia yang diakses melalui SIPT (Sistem Informasi Pengawasan Terpadu); resep diperoleh dari pengunjung yang melakukan penebusan resep di Apotek Roxy Poltangan. Hasil penelitian diperoleh yakni kegiatan kefarmasian di PT. Soho Industri Pharmasi khususnya pada quality control telah sesuai dengan penerapan CPOB dan GMP untuk memastikan hasil produk yang konsisten sesuai persyaratan kualitas, keamanan, dan kemanjuran; Badan POM bertugas untuk melakukan pengawasan Obat dan Makanan sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan, dengan berkoordinasi dengan Menteri Kesehatan dan bertanggung jawab kepada Presiden; Apotek Roxy Poltangan melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian yang telah sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku, melalui pelaksanaan penyiapan dan pelayanan resep yang diawali dengan skrining resep secara administratif, farmasetik dan klinis, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan dispensing obat.

Pharmaceutical fields carry out Pharmaceutical Work in the pharmaceutical industry, pharmacies, hospitals, or in government such as the Food and Drug Administration. This study has several objectives, to determine the process of testing QC and the cost of analysis in the laboratory of the Quality Control Department at PT. Soho Industri Pharmasi during the period July – August 2021; increase the knowledge and experience of prospective Pharmacists so that they can understand the supervision of Drugs and Food carried out by BPOM, as well as contribute as a pharmacist in the community; determine the suitability of patient prescriptions for administrative, pharmaceutical, and clinical studies, as well as to carry out pharmaceutical practices in the form of drug counselling to patients at the Roxy Poltangan Pharmacy, South Jakarta for the period 01 – 30 November 2021. Data were obtained from the standard procedure documents for raw materials and packaging finished goods products; obtained from all UPTs in Indonesia which are accessed through SIPT (Integrated Monitoring Information System); prescriptions are obtained from visitors who redeem prescriptions at the Roxy Poltangan Pharmacy. The results obtained are pharmaceutical activities at PT. Soho Industri Pharmasi, especially in quality control, has complied with the implementation of GMP and GMP to ensure consistent product results according to quality, safety, and efficacy requirements; BPOM Agency is in charge of supervising Drugs and Food by the provisions of the legislation, in coordination with the Minister of Health and is responsible to the President; Roxy Poltangan Pharmacy carries out pharmaceutical work that is by applicable laws and regulations, through the preparation and service of prescriptions, beginning with administrative, pharmaceutical and clinical prescription screening, followed by the drug dispensing."

"Apoteker dalam prakteknya didasarkan pada pedoman yang diatur dalam undang-undang. Apoteker klinis berperan dalam meningkatkan pelayanan obat, sedangkan apoteker di industri berperan dalam menjamin mutu produksi obat. Diantara penyimpangan mutu yang terjadi adalah penyimpanan obat yang tidak tepat dan kejadian di luar spesifikasi ( Out Of Spesification /OOS ) selama produksi. Karya ilmiah ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi penyimpanan obat di apotek dan menginvestigasi penyimpangan terhadap produk “x” BN ss6 yang memiliki nilai viskositas di luar spesifikasi. Evalusi dilakukan dengan cara pengamatan kulitatif dan kuantitatif. Investigasi dilakukan untuk mencari akar masalah dengan metode Fish Bone. Hasil evalusi menunjukan penyimpanan obat yang sesuai ketentuan sebanyak 89,4%. Hasil investigasi menunjukan bahwa faktor perubahan sumber bahan baku dapat mempengaruhi produk akhir walaupun secara skala pilot sudah memenuhi syarat.

Pharmacists in practice are based on guidelines regulated by law. Clinical pharmacists play a role in improving drug services, while pharmacists in industry play a role in ensuring the quality of drug production. Among the quality deviations that occur are inappropriate drug storage and out of specification (OOS) events during production.

This scientific work aims to evaluate drug storage in pharmacies and investigate deviations from product “x” BN ss6 which has a viscosity value outside the specification. Evaluation is done by means of qualitative and quantitative observations. An investigation was conducted to find the root of the problem using the Fish Bone method. The results of the evaluation showed that the storage of drugs in accordance with the provisions was 89.4%.

The results of the investigation show that the change in the source of raw materials can affect the final product even though on a pilot scale it has met the requirements."

"Apoteker merupakan salah satu tenaga kesehatan yang memiliki tugas dan tanggung jawab serta perannya sangat dibutuhkan dalam pengelolaan obat baik dalam rangka produksi maupun pelayanan kepada masyarakat luas. Pelayanan kefarmasian untuk masyarakat secara langsung dapat dilakukan di apotek, rumah sakit, maupun puskesmas. Sedangkan dalam rangka melakukan pengembangan serta produksi obat dengan kualitas yang telah terstandar dapat dilakukan di industri farmasi. Bertujuan agar terlatihnya calon apoteker dalam melakukan tugas kefarmasian serta meningkatkan pemahaman terhadap peran, fungsi, posisi, dan tanggung jawab apoteker sehingga diperlukan praktik langsung di lapangan dengan melakukan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker. Praktik Kerja dilakukan bertempa di Apotek Roxy Klender selama periode Februari 2022 dan PT. Soho Industri Pharmasi selama periode Maret – April 2022. Dengan dilakukannya praktik kerja diharapkan apoteker dapat mengetahui tugas serta tanggung jawabnya baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung kepada masyarakat luas.

"Dalam rantai pemasokan farmasi, obat-obatan yang dibuat dari produsen farmasi atau industri farmasi akan didistribusikan oleh distributor sampai di tangan konsumen melalui pelayanan kefarmasian di fasilitas kesehatan, termasuk Apotek. Penelitian ini memiliki beberapa tujuan, yaitu untuk untuk mengidentifikasi ketidakselarasan database vendor pada Quality Compliance dengan Approved Vendor List (AVL) di PT. Soho Industri Pharmasi selama periode Juli – Agustus 2021; mengkaji resep obat-obat pada pasien kardiovaskular di Apotek Roxy Cabang Biak periode September 2021, serta pembuatan pembatas antar batch berbeda dalam satu produk di PT Anugerah Phamrindo Lestari cabang Bogor. Pengambilan data diperoleh dari database vendor yang dimiliki oleh Quality Compliance dan Quality Assurance; pembuatan pembatas dilakukan dengan observasi langsung ke Gudang PT Pharmindo Lestari cabang Bogor; serta resep diperoleh dari pengunjung yang melakukan penebusan resep di Apotek Roxy Biak. Hasil penelitian diperoleh yakni kegiatan kefarmasian di PT. Soho Industri Pharmasi khususnya pada Quality Compliance bahwa terdapat gap pada database vendor di Quality Compliance dan AVL; distributor PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari memiliki pembatas untuk menghindari terjadinya kesalahan pengambilan produk dengan nomor batch yang berbeda; Apotek Roxy Biak melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian yang telah sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku, melalui pelaksanaan penyiapan dan pelayanan resep yang diawali dengan skrining resep secara administratif, farmasetik dan klinis, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan dispensing obat.

In the pharmaceutical supply chain, medicines made from pharmaceutical manufacturers or the pharmaceutical industry will be distributed by distributors to consumers through pharmaceutical services at health facilities, including pharmacy or drugstore. This study has several objectives, there is to identify the inconsistency of the vendor database on Quality Compliance with the Approved Vendor List (AVL) at PT. Soho Industri Pharmasi during the period July – August 2021; studied the prescription of drugs for cardiovascular patients at the Roxy Pharmacy, Biak Branch for the period of September 2021, as well as the manufacture of barriers between different batches in one product at PT Anugerah Phamrindo Lestari, Bogor branch. Data retrieval is obtained from vendor databases owned by Quality Compliance and Quality Assurance; making the barrier is done by direct observation to the warehouse of PT Pharmindo Lestari Bogor branch; and recipes obtained from visitors who redeem prescriptions at the Roxy Biak Pharmacy. The results obtained are pharmaceutical activities at PT. Soho Industri Pharmasi especially on Quality Compliance that there is a gap in the vendor database in Quality Compliance and AVL; the distributor of PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari has a barrier to avoid the occurrence of errors in taking products with different batch numbers; Roxy Biak Pharmacy carries out pharmaceutical work in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, through the preparation and service of prescriptions, beginning with administrative, pharmaceutical and clinical prescription screening, followed by drug dispensing."

"Kegiatan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) bertujuan agar mahasiswa profesi apoteker dapat melihat langsung aktivitas yang berlangsung dalam suatu industry farmasi dan juga sarana pelayanan kefarmasian (Apotek dan Puskesmas), memperoleh pengetahuan dan wawasan tentang penerapan CPOB di Industri farmasi dan praktek kefarmasian berdasarkan standar pelayanan kefarmasian, serta dapat memiliki pemahaman yang mendalam mengenai peran dan tugas apoteker baik di bidang industri maupun pelayanan. Tugas Khusus yang diberikan pada PKPA di Industri berjudul “Kualifikasi Konkuren Excel Spreadsheet Grup 7”. Penyusunan tugas khusus ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses validasi dan kualifikasi di PT. SOHO Industri Pharmasi. Selanjutnya Tugas khusus yang diberikan pada PKPA Apotek berjudul “Pengkajian Resep Secara Administrasi, Farmasetis dan Klinis Pada Resep Program Rujuk Balik di Apotek Kimia Farma Burlian”. Penyusunan tugas khusus ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui salah satu peran apoteker dalam pelayanan klinis di apotek yaitu pengkajian resep. Pada PKPA di Puskesmas tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul “Monitoring Tingkat Kepatuhan Sarana Kefarmasian (Apotek) di Kecamatan Cipayung Terhadap Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian” yang bertujuan untuk memahami salah satu peran apoteker dalam pengawasan, pengendalian dan pembinaan saranan pelayanan kefarmasian dalam penerapan standar pelayanan kefarmasian.

This special task's preparation aims to determine one of pharmacists' roles in clinical services in pharmacies, namely prescription assessment. A special task entitled "Monitoring the Compliance Level of Pharmaceutical Facilities (Apotek) in Cipayung District Against Pharmaceutical Service Standards" was assigned at the PKPA at Puskesmas, with the goal of understanding one of the roles of pharmacists in monitoring, controlling, and fostering pharmaceutical service advice in the application of pharmaceutical service standards."

"Dalam proses produksi suatu obat, sangat penting untuk menjaga konsistensi kualitasnya agar hak konsumen dalam mendapatkan produk yang baik dapat terjamin. Pemastian mutu merupakan salah satu cara yang tercantum dalam CPOB untuk menjaga konsistensi kualitas suatu obat. Salah satu cakupan pemastian mutu adalah pengendalian mutu produk dan salah satu contoh pengendalian mutu produk adalah mengendalikan temperatur, kelembaban, dan tekanan udara pada ruangan produksi obat. Dalam proses produksi obat, ini merupakan hal yang patut diperhatikan sebab akan mempengaruhi kualitas obat yang dihasilkan. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui alasan dilakukannya kajian monitoring temperatur, kelembaban, dan tekanan udara pada ruang produksi obat sekaligus melihatnya apakah sudah sesuai yang dipersyaratkan atau tidak, dan jika tidak sesuai maka mengetahui kemungkinan penyebab dan tindakan perbaikan termasuk pengaruh yang akan terjadi pada produk yang sedang diproses. Dari hasil pengamatan, diketahui bahwa kajian monitoring dilakukan untuk memastikan agar kualitas obat yang dihasilkan memenuhi persyaratan serta untuk melihat kembali apakah keadaan ruangan produksi selama 1 tahun kebelakang tetap sesuai yang dipersyaratkan. Secara umum temperatur, kelembaban, dan tekanan udara di area produksi PT. Sydna Farma memenuhi persyaratan internal yang ditetapkan. Salah satu tindakan perbaikan yang dapat dilakukan adalah menyiapkan temperatur, kelembaban, dan tekanan udara sesuai persyaratan sebelum digunakan untuk proses produksi dan salah satu penyebab ruangan produksi tidak memenuhi persyaratan adalah ruangan tersebut baru selesai dibersihkan.

In the process of drug production, it's especially important to maintain consistency of quality so that consumers' rights to obtain a good product can be guaranteed. Quality assurance is one of the ways listed in GMP to maintain the quality of a drug. Part of quality assurance is product quality control, and the example of product quality control is controlling temperature (T), relative humidity (RH), and air pressure (P) in drug production rooms. This should be considered because it will affect the quality of the drug produced. This study aims to find out the reason for carrying out a study of monitoring T, RH, and P in the drug production room as well as to see whether it's exactly like the requirements or not, and if it's not same then find out the potential causes and corrective actions including the effects that will occur on the drug being processed. From the observations, it's known that monitoring studies are carried out to ensure the quality of the drugs produced meets the requirements and to review whether the condition of the production room for the past 1 year has remained as required. In general, T, RH, and P in the production area are like the specified internal requirements. One of the corrective actions that can be taken is to prepare the T, RH, and P correctly like requirements before being used and one of the causes of the production room not meeting the requirements is because the room has just been cleaned."
