Profesi apoteker berperan penting dalam berbagai aspek pekerjaan kefarmasian.  Peran tersebut dimulai dari menemukan obat, pembuatan, distribusi sampai keamaan untuk pasien agar mendapatkan pengobatan yang efektif. Salah satu hal penting yang harus dilakukan untuk menjadi seorang apoteker professional, calon apoteker dituntut untuk menjalani Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) sebagai bekal dan pengalaman untuk memahami peran apoteker dalam melaksanakan pekerjaan kefarmasian dan meningkatakn kompetensi sebelum memasuki duni kerja. PKPA dilaksanakan dilaksanakan di Apotek Roxy Poltangan periode Februari 2022 dan PT Pfizer Indonesia periode April-Mei 2022. Melalui PKPA di apotek dan di industri farmasi tesebut, calon apoteker diharapkan mampu memperoleh wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman untuk melakukan praktek kefarmasian.

Pharmacists have an important role in various aspects of pharmacy work. The role starts with finding drugs, manufacturing them, and distributing them to safety for patients to get effective treatment. One of the important things to become a professional pharmacist, prospective pharmacists are required to undergo the Pharmacist Professional Work Practice (PKPA) as a provision and experience to understand the pharmacist's role in carrying oit pharmaceutical work and increase competence before entering the professional world. PKPA is held at Apotek Roxy Poltangan for the February 2022 period and PT Pfizer Indonesia for the April-May 2022 period. Through PKPA in pharmacy and the pharmaceutical industry, prospective pharmacists are expected to gain insight, knowledge, skill, and experience in practicing pharmacy.

"Apoteker merupakan sarjana farmasi yang telah lulus sebagai apoteker dan telah mengucapkan sumpah apoteker. Apoteker memiliki peran dalam melakukan praktek kefarmasian klinis atau industri farmasi. Calon apoteker sebelum memasuki dunia kerja sesungguhnya dituntut untuk menjalani Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA). Tujuan dari PKPA adalah untuk mempersiapkan calon apoteker yang mampu memahami tugas dan tanggung jawabnya sebagai apoteker, serta memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, pengalaman, dan gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan praktek kefarmasian klinis ataupun industri. Calon apoteker yang telah melaksanakan PKPA diharapkan dapat menjalankan peran dan menerapkan wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalamannya di dunia kerja yang sesungguhnya sehingga nantinya dapat menjadi apoteker yang profesional dan berkompeten dalam menjalankan praktek kefarmasian.

Pharmacists is a bachelor of pharmacy have graduated as pharmacists and have taken the pharmacist oath. Pharmacists have a role in conducting clinical pharmacy practice or the pharmaceutical industry. Aspiring pharmacists before entering the real world of work are required to undergo the Work Practice for Profession of Apothecary (PKPA). The purpose of PKPA is to prepare aspiring pharmacists who can understand their duties and responsibilities as pharmacists, and have insight, knowledge, skills, experience, and a real picture of the problems of clinical or industrial pharmacy. PKPA is carried out in the pharmaceutical industry, at PT Abbott Indonesia in the January - March 2022 period and clinical pharmacy, at Apotek Roxy Pondok Labu in the May 2022 period. Aspiring pharmacists who have done PKPA are expected to be able to carry out their roles and apply their insights, knowledge, skills and experience in the real world of work so that later can become professional and competent pharmacists in carrying out the pharmaceutical practice."

"Pelayanan kefarmasian dari seorang profesi apoteker dapat diinterpretasikan sebagai suatu pelayanan langsung dan bertanggung jawab kepada pasien yang berkaitan dengan sediaan farmasi dengan maksud mencapai hasil yang pasti untuk meningkatkan mutu kehidupan pasien. Peran tersebut merupakan peran yang penting sebagai wujud aplikatif dari sistem pembelajaran yang telah didapatkan pada program sarjana. Calon apoteker dituntut untuk melaksanakan program Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) yang dilakukan sebagai wadah untuk memberi gambaran terhadap calon apoteker akan dunia kerja yang sebenarnya. PKPA dilaksanakan di apotek yang bersifat wajib sebagai penunjang farmasi komunitas dan pilihan industri sebagai penunjang untuk industri farmasi. PKPA dilaksanakan di Apotek Roxy Rawakalong periode Januari 2022 dan PT. Integrated Healthcare Indonesia periode April - Mei 2022. Kegiatan PKPA ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pengalaman dan keterampilan yang lebih untuk calon apoteker sehingga dapat mengaplikasikan serta menambah wawasan dan ilmu pengetahuan, serta selanjutnya akan siap untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian dibidangnya masing-masing.

Pharmaceutical practice from a pharmacist profession can be interpreted as a direct and responsible service to patients related to pharmaceutical preparations with the aim of achieving definite results to improve the quality of life of patients. This role is an important role as an applicative form of the learning system that has been obtained in the undergraduate program. Prospective pharmacists are required to carry out the Pharmacist Professional Practice (PKPA) program which is carried out as a forum to give prospective pharmacists an overview of the real world of work. PKPA is implemented in pharmacies that are mandatory as a support for community pharmacy and industry choices as a support for the pharmaceutical industry. PKPA was held at Roxy Rawakalong Pharmacy for the period of January 2022 and PT. Integrated Healthcare Indonesia for the period April - May 2022. This PKPA activity is expected to provide more experience and skills for prospective pharmacists so that they can apply and add insight and knowledge, and will then be ready to do pharmaceutical work in their respective fields."

Dikarenakan kompleksnya bidang tersebut, seorang apoteker dituntut untuk berpartisipasi langsung dalam melakukan praktek kefarmasian. Salah satu bentuk partisipasi tersebut adalah dilakukan dengan diadakannya Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) yang dijalani oleh calon apoteker sebagai bekal dan pengalaman untuk memahami peran apoteker dan meningkatkan kompetensi sebelum memasuki dunia profesional. Puskesmas Kecamatan Kebayoran Baru, Apotek Roxy Pondok Labu, dan PT. CKD OTTO Pharmaceuticals merupakan salah satu instansi yang bekerja sama dengan Program Studi Profesi Apoteker Fakultas Farmasi Universitas Indonesia agar calon apoteker dapat menjalankan PKPA pada periode periode Januari – Mei 2022. Melalui PKPA di puskesmas, apotek, dan industri tersebut, calon apoteker diharapkan mampu memperoleh wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman untuk melakukan praktek kefarmasian.

Due to the complexity of the field, a pharmacist is required to participate directly in the practice of pharmacy. One form of participation is carried out by holding the Pharmacist Professional Work Practice (PKPA) which is carried out by prospective pharmacists as a provision and experience to understand the role of pharmacists and to improve competence before entering the professional world. Kebayoran Baru Public Health Center, Roxy Pondok Labu Pharmacy, and PT CKD OTTO Pharmaceuticals are one of the agencies that collaborate with the Pharmacist Professional Study Program, Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Indonesia so that prospective pharmacists can run PKPA in the period January – May 2022. Through the activities in public health center, pharmacy, pharmaceutical and pharmaceutical industry, prospective pharmacists are expected to be able to gain appropriate insight, knowledge, skills, and experience to perform pharmacy practice."

"Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di PT.Ristra Indolab Jl.Lanbow, Kp. Lio Baru, Ds. Sanja, Kec. Citeureup, Bogor, Periode 11 Juni-29 Juni 2012 dan PT.Kimia Farma Jl.Cihampelas No.5, Bandung bertujuan untuk mempelajari dan mengamati secara langsung peran apoteker didalam industry farmasi dan mengetahui apakah industry tersebut telah memenuhi persyaratan CPOB ataupun CPKB. Pada PT. Kimia Farma bagian riset dan pengembangan, disimpulkan bahwa telah memenuhi persyaran CPOB, begitu pula pada PT.Ristra Indolab juga telah memenuhi persyaratan CPKB. Tugas khusus pada laporan ini mengenai metode validasi sedian tablet glibenklamid-metformin hcl dan mengenai studi literature sediaan antioksidan pada produk kosmetik.

Pharmacists Professional Practice in PT.Ristra Indolab Jl.Lanbow, Kp. New Lio, Ds. Sanja, district. Citeureup, period 11 June to 29 June 2012 and PT.Kimia Farma Jl.Cihampelas No.5, London aims to study and observe directly the role of pharmacists in the pharmaceutical industry and determine whether the industry has met the requirements of GMP or CPKB.

In Farma PT. Kimia the research and development, concluded that persyaran GMP compliance, as well as on PT.Ristra Indolab also meets CPKB.

The specific task of this report on the validation method perfomed glibenclamide-metformin hcl tablets, and the study of literature preparations antioxidants in cosmetic products."

"Salah satu peran seorang apoteker adalah sebagai life-long learner, sehingga penting bagi seorang apoteker untuk terus meningkatkan pemahaman dan kompetensinya di dunia farmasi. Bagi seorang calon apoteker, satu cara untuk meningkatkan hal tersebut adalah dengan melakukan Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA). Bidang yang dipraktikkan oleh calon apoteker Universitas Indonesia pada saat PKPA di antaranya adalah apotek serta industri (Pabrik dan/atau Distributor) atau klinis (RS atau Puskesmas). Pada Laporan PKPA ini dapat dipelajari dan juga diterapkan terkait konsep Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), terutama mengenai validasi pembersihan sebagai tugas khusus PKPA di Industri (PT Takeda Indonesia), yang dilaksanakan selama 3 bulan, dari Januari – Maret 2021. Selain itu juga, dapat dipelajari dan juga diterapkan terkait pelayanan farmasi seperti pengkajian resep, menyiapkan obat, pelayanan informasi obat (PIO), konseling dan bahkan cara membuat rancangan kerjasama untuk pengobatan rujuk balik (PRB) sebagai tugas khusus PKPA di Apotek (Apotek Atrika), yang dilaksanakan selama 1 bulan, dari Maret – April 2021. PKPA ini dilakukan dengan harapan calon apoteker mampu mengemban tanggung jawab dalam melaksanakan tugasnya di bidang apapun yang akan ditempuh olehnya nanti, baik itu merupakan bidung apotek, bidang industri ataupun bidang klinis.

One of a pharmacist’s roles is being a life-long learner, so it is important to continuously upgrade their knowledge and competency within the field. For an upcoming pharmacist, one of the ways to upgrade them is by doing Pharmacist Field Practice (PKPA). The sector that will be practiced by the upcoming pharmacist of Universitas Indonesia during PKPA are either from practice in pharmacy, industrial (Manufacturer and/or Distributor) or clinical (Hospital or Puskesmas). In this report, we can learn and implement concepts of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), especially regarding cleaning validation as the specific task in the industrial PKPA (PT Takeda Indonesia), implemented for 3 months, from January – March 2021. Aside from that, we can also learn and implement concepts of pharmaceutical services such as recipe screening, drug preparation, drug information service (PIO), counselling, and how to plan a referral treatment as the specific task for the PKPA in pharmacy (Apotek Atrika) implemented for 1 month, from March – April 2021. The field practice is conducted in hopes that upcoming pharmacists will be able to uphold their responsibilities and tasks in any sector, be it pharmacy, industrial or even clinical."

"Apoteker merupakan profesi yang didapatkan seorang sarjana farmasi setelah lulus dari program pendidikan profesi apoteker dan lulus Ujian Kompetensi Apoteker Indonesia (UKAI). Seorang apoteker selanjutnya dapat berkarir di industri (obat, obat tradisional, kosmetik), pedagang besar farmasi (PBF), apotek, rumah sakit, puskemas, maupun klinik. Sebagai perbekalan calon apoteker untuk terjun ke dunia kerja kedepannya, dilaksanakan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) sebagai bagian dari kurikulum program studi profesi apoteker. PKPA dilaksanakan di PT Mahakam Beta Farma pada periode Januari – Februari 2022 ditempatkan di divisi Pemastian Mutu dan Apotek Roxy Pitara periode Mei 2022. Saat melaksanakan PKPA di PT Mahakam Beta Farma, calon apoteker berfokus pada bagian dokumentasi, terutama pembuatan Product Quality Review (PQR). Kemudian, saat melaksanakan PKPA di Apotek Roxy Pitara, calon apoteker belajar bagaimana melakukan pengelolaan sediaan farmasi, alat kesehatan, dan Bahan Medis Habis Pakai (BMHP) serta melakukan pelayanan farmasi klinik. Calon apoteker diharapkan dapat belajar dan mendapatkan pengalaman, pengetahuan, serta keterampilan yang dapat mendukung calon apoteker tersebut kedepannya lewat PKPA di industri dan apotek.

A pharmacist is a profession that is obtained by a pharmacy graduate after graduating from the pharmacist professional education program and passing the Indonesian Pharmacist Competency Examination (UKAI). A pharmacist can then have a career in industry (drugs, traditional medicines, cosmetics), pharmaceutical wholesalers (PBF), pharmacies, hospitals, health centers, and clinics. As provosion for prospective pharmacists to enter the world of work in the future, the Pharmacist Professional Work Practice (PKPA) is carried out as part of the pharmacist profession study program curriculum. PKPA was implemented at PT Mahakam Beta Farma in the period January – February 2022 placed in the Quality Assurance division and Roxy Pitara Pharmacy for the period May 2022. Prospective pharmacists focus on the documentation section, especially the manufacture of Product Quality Review (PQR) at PT Mahakam Beta Farma. Then, prospective pharmacists learn how to manage pharmaceutical preparations, medical devices, and Medical Consumables (BMHP) and perform clinical pharmacy services at Roxy Pitara Pharmacy. Prospective pharmacists are expected to learn and gain experience, knowledge, and skills that can support future pharmacists on their next journey through PKPA in industry and pharmacy."

"Investigasi terhadap terhadap Hasil Uji di Luar Spesifikasi (HULS) diperlukan untuk mengidentifikasi akar permasalahan dari HULS sehingga Tindakan Korektif dan Tindakan Perbaikan (TKTP) atau Corrective Action and Preventive Action (CAPA) dapat diinisiasi untuk mencegah terjadinya keterulangan (recurrence) dari HULS. Pemantauan parameter air berdasarkan parameter nilai organik total (Total Organic Carbon/TOC) dibutuhkan sebagai bentuk pemastian mutu sistem air yang digunakan dalam kegiatan produksi obat. Laporan ini disusun untuk mengetahui imlementasi dari investigasi HULS dan inisiasi terhadap TKTP atau CAPA. Laporan ini disusun di PT. Kalbio Global Medika, Cikarang, Jawa Barat pada periode Mei hingga Juni 2022 terhadap sampel air murni (Pure Water). Berdasarkan hasil investigasi HULS, HULS disebabkan oleh pengambil sampel (sampler) tidak menempatkan vial TOC langsung pada kotak sampel yang mengakibatkan sampel terkontaminasi oleh alkohol. Pada laporan ini, diagram fishbone digunakan sebagai langkah awal dalam mengidentifikasi akar permasalahan HULS. TKTP yang diinisasi adalah penambahan tanda (sign tag) pada kotak sampel TOC.

Investigation on Out-of-Specification (OOS) results are needed to identify the root causes of OOS so that Corrective Action and Corrective Action (CAPA) can be initiated to prevent recurrence of OOS. Water quality parameters based on total organic carbon (TOC) is needed as a form of quality assurance of water systems used in drug production activities. This report aims to find out the implementation of OOS investigations and to initiate CAPA. This report was composed on May to June 2022 at at PT. Kalbio Global Medika, Cikarang, West Java, with Pure Water (PW) as the samples. Based on the results of the OOS investigation, OOS was caused by the sampler not placing the TOC vial directly in the sample box which resulted in the sample being contaminated with alcohol. In this report, a fishbone diagram is used as a first step in identifying the root causes of OOS. The CAPA initiated is the addition of a sign (sign tag) to the TOC sample box."
