"Profesi apoteker mempunyai peran penting dalam pekerjaan kefarmasian. Salah satu hal penting yang harus dilakukan untuk menjadi seorang apoteker profesional adalah berpartisipasi langsung dalam melakukan praktik kefarmasian. Oleh karena itu, calon apoteker dituntut untuk menjalani praktik profesi sebagai bekal dan pengalaman untuk memahami peran apoteker dan meningkatkan kompetensi sebelum memasuki dunia kerja. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker dilaksanakan di PT Aventis Pharma periode Januari – Maret 2022 dan Apotek Kimia Farma Senen periode April 2022. Melalui proses PKPA di industri farmasi dan apotek, calon apoteker diharapkan mampu memperoleh wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman yang sesuai untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian.

Pharmacists have important role in pharmacy practice. One of important things that must be done to become a professional pharmacist is participate directly in the practice of pharmacy. Therefore, prospective pharmacists are required to undergo professional practice as a provision and experience to understand the role of pharmacists and increase competence before entering the world of work. The Professional Practice of Pharmacist is held at PT Aventis Pharma for the period January – March 2021 and Apotek Kimia Frama for the April 2021 period. Through the activities in the pharmaceutical industry, and pharmacy, prospective pharmacists are expected to be able to obtain appropriate insight, knowledge, skills, and experience to perform pharmaceutical practice."

"Profesi Apoteker merupakan profesi yang penting dalam pekerjaan kefarmasian untuk membangun tenaga kesehatan profesional yang dapat berkerja dalam pelayanan kefarmasian dan manajemen kefarmasian. Untuk menjalankan tugas apoteker tersebut, seorang Apoteker harus berperan atau berkontribusi dalam praktik kefarmasian yang bertujuan untuk membawa ilmu dan pengalaman agar dapat memahami peran Apoteker, meningkatkan kompetisi, serta membangun kode etik profesi sebelum memasuki dunia kerja. To carry out the those tasks, a pharmacist must play a role or contribute to Proffesional Pharmaceutical Practice which aims to bring knowledge and experience in order to understand the role of pharmacists, increase competition, and build a professional code of ethics before entering the world of work. Good pharmacists must have a professional and competent attitude in their work which must be applied in drug manufacturing process until the drugs are distributed to the patients safely and accordingly. One of the ways to train pharmacists’ professional and competent attitude is by experiencing professional practice in pharmaceutical industry and pharmacy. The Professional Practice of Pharmacist in pharmaceutical industry is held at Sanofi Indonesia PT. Aventis Pharma in January – February 2022 while Professional Practice of Pharmacist in pharmacy is held at Apotek Kimia Farma 298 Bendungan Hilir in April 2022. The experience of internship in pharmaceutical industry and pharmacy can increase the knowledge, insight, as well as the professional attitude that is required as a pharmacist."

"Menurut Peraturan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia Nomor 51 Tahun 2009, pekerjaan kefarmasian adalah pembuatan termasuk pengendalian mutu Sediaan Farmasi, pengamanan, pengadaan, penyimpanan dan pendistribusian atau penyaluran obat, pengelolaan obat, pelayanan obat atas resep dokter, pelayanan informasi obat, serta pengembangan obat, bahan obat dan obat tradisional. Pekerjaan kefarmasian tersebut dilakukan oleh seorang apoteker. Gelar apoteker didapat dari pendidikan profesi yang ditempuh setelah sarjana farmasi. Seorang apoteker dituntut untuk memiliki kemampuan akademik dan kemampuan profesi dalam mengaplikasikan Pekerjaan Kefarmasian. Oleh karena itu, calon apoteker harus dibekali ilmu-ilmu secara teori maupun praktik. Keilmuan secara praktik didapatkan melalui program praktik kerja profesi apoteker PKPA. Dikarenakan kompleksnya bidang tersebut, seorang apoteker dituntut untuk berpartisipasi langsung dalam melakukan praktek kefarmasian. Salah satu bentuk partisipasi tersebut adalah dilakukan dengan diadakannya Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) yang dijalani oleh calon apoteker sebagai bekal dan pengalaman untuk memahami peran apoteker dan meningkatkan kompetensi sebelum memasuki dunia profesional. Puskesmas Kecamatan Kebayoran Baru, Apotek Roxy Pondok Labu, dan PT. Melalui PKPA di puskesmas, apotek, dan industri tersebut, calon apoteker diharapkan mampu memperoleh wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman untuk melakukan praktek kefarmasian.

Through the activities in public health center, pharmacy, pharmaceutical and pharmaceutical industry, prospective pharmacists are expected to be able to gain appropriate insight, knowledge, skills, and experience to perform pharmacy practice."

Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik CPOB adalah suatu pedoman cara pembuatan obat bagi suatu industri farmasi di Indonesia. CPOB bertujuan untuk menjamin obat diproduksi secara konsisten, memenuhi persyaratan yang ditetapkan serta sesuai dengan tujuan penggunaannya. Industri farmasi harus memiliki 3 tiga orang apoteker sebagai penanggung jawab pada masing-masing bidang pemastian mutu, produksi, dan pengawasan mutu dari produksi sediaan farmasi sesuai dengan CPOB. ABSTRACTHealth is a basic human right and is a must to be fulfilled in realizing the establishment of a good resource. In the health service, drugs becomes one of the important components, so the government is responsible for ensuring the availability of drugs for the community. Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik CPOB is a guideline for drug manufacturing for a pharmaceutical industry in Indonesia. The CPOB aims to ensure that drugs are produced consistently, meet the requirements set out as well as in accordance with their intended use. The pharmaceutical industry must have 3 three pharmacists in charge of each area of quality assurance, production, and quality control of pharmaceutical production in accordance with the CPOB. Therefore, Pharmacists are required to possess knowledge and skills in performing pharmaceutical work in the pharmaceutical industry. Apothecary Profession Program of Universitas Indonesia has established a partnership with PT Aventis Pharma in order to organize internship of Apotechary students. PT Aventis Pharma has implemented every aspect of CPOB well and refers to the international cGMP, CPOB as well as the Sanofi Global Quality Policy and Guidelines. In addition, PT Aventis Pharma has maximized the role of Pharmacist well in key positions."

Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari bertujuan untuk mengamati kegiatan distribusi obat dan bahan medis habis pakai dalam ruang lingkup Pedagang Besar Farmasi (PBF), mengetahui peran dan fungsi apoteker di PBF secara profesional, serta secara khusus melakukan identifikasi permasalahan pada proses pendaftaran customer baru kemudian mengembangkan inovasi pada eZView PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari. The Pharmacy Professional Internship at PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari aims to observe the distribution of drugs and medical consumables within the scope of Major Pharmaceutical Supplier, to know the roles and functions of pharmacists in Major Pharmaceutical Supplier professionally, and specifically to identify problems in the new customer registration process then develop innovations on eZView at PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari. The Pharmacy Professional Internship at Kimia Farma Pharmacy 382 aims to analyze the activities of pharmaceutical services at the pharmacy in general, to know the role and function of pharmacists in the pharmacy in a professional manner, and specifically to determine the rationality of prescribing to diabetes mellitus patients at Kimia Farma 382 Pharmacy."

"Apotek, Puskesmas, dan rumah sakit merupakan sarana pelayanan kefarmasian tempat dilakukan praktik pelayanan kefarmasian oleh apoteker. Pelayanan kefarmasian harus mengikuti standar pelayanan kefarmasian sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku. Tugas khusus ini dilaksanakan untuk mengevaluasi pemusnahan vaksin COVID-19 yang telah kedaluwarsa di Puskesmas Kecamatan Kebayoran Lama pada periode Maret – Desember 2021, membandingkan kesesuaian standar pelayanan kefarmasian yang dilakukan di Apotek Roxy Pamulang menurut PMK No. 73 Tahun 2016, dan untuk melihat kecenderungan penggunaan narkotika dan psikotropika (NAPZA) di Rumah Sakit Universitas Indonesia selama periode bulan Maret 2021 hingga Februari 2022. Hasil dari tugas akhir ini menunjukkan bahwa Vaksin COVID-19 yang sudah kedaluwarsa di Puskesmas Kecamatan Kebayoran Lama belum bisa dimusnahkan karena menunggu arahan dari Suku Dinas Kesehatan Jakarta Selatan, pelayanan kefarmasian di Apotek Roxy Pamulang sudah memenuhi Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor 73 Tahun 2016, dan Penggunaan obat NAPZA paling banyak di RSUI pada periode Maret 2021 – Februari 2022 adalah Klobazam 10 mg.

A pharmacy, public health center, and a hospital are pharmaceutical service facilities where pharmacists practice pharmaceutical services. Pharmaceutical services must follow pharmaceutical service standards in accordance with applicable regulations. This task was carried out to evaluate the disposal of expired COVID-19 vaccines at Puskesmas Kecamatan Kebayoran Lama in the period March – December 2021, comparing the suitability of pharmaceutical service standards carried out at Apotek Roxy Pamulang according to PMK No. 73 of 2016, and to look at the trend of using narcotics and psychotropic drugs (NAPZA) at the University Indonesia Hospital during the period from March 2021 to February 2022. The results of this final project show that the expired COVID-19 vaccine at Puskesmas Kecamatan Kebayoran Lama has not been able to be disposed of due to waiting for directions from the South Jakarta Health Sub-dept., the pharmaceutical services at Apotek Roxy Pamulang have complied with the Regulation of the Minister of Health Number 73 of 2016, and the highest use of narcotic drugs in RSUI in the period March 2021 - February 2022 is 10 mg Klobazam."
