Sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan calon apoteker mengenai peran, fungsi, dan tanggung jawab apoteker serta mendapatkan gambaran pekerjaan kefarmasian, calon apoteker perlu melaksanakan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker terlebih dahulu sebelum memasuki dunia kerja. Praktik kerja profesi apoteker dilakukan di Puskesmas Kecamatan Kebayoran Lama periode Maret 2022, KFTD Jakarta 1 periode April 2022, RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo periode Mei-Juni 2022, PT. Forsta Kalmedic Global periode Juli-Agustus 2022, dan Apotek Roxy Biak September 2022. Setelah pelaksanaan praktik kerja profesi apoteker di Puskesmas, PBF, Rumah Sakit, Industri, dan Apotek, calon apoteker diharapkan dapat memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman yang cukup sehingga siap untuk memasuki dunia kerja sebagai apoteker yang kompeten dan profesional.

A professional pharmacist must be able to apply the knowledge that has been acquired during the study period in carrying out pharmaceutical work. As an effort to increase the knowledge and skills of prospective pharmacists regarding the roles, functions and responsibilities of pharmacists and to get an overview of pharmaceutical work, prospective pharmacists need to carry out Pharmacist Professional Work Practice before entering the world of work. Pharmacist professional work practice is carried out at Puskesmas Kecamatan Kebayoran Lama for the period of March 2022, KFTD Jakarta 1 periode for the period of April 2022, RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo for the period of May-June 2022, PT. Forsta Kalmedic Global for the period of July-August 2022, and Apotek Roxy Biak for the period of September 2022. Setelah pelaksanaan praktik kerja profesi apoteker di Puskesmas, PBF, Rumah Sakit, Industri, dan Apotek, The new pharmacist are expected to have sufficient insight, knowledge, skills and experience so that they are ready to enter the world of work."

"Apoteker berperan penting dalam pekerjaan kefarmasian. Pekerjaan kefarmasian adalah pembuatan termasuk pengendalian mutu sediaan farmasi, pengamanan, pengadaan, penyimpanan dan pendistribusian atau penyaluran obat, pengelolaan obat, pelayanan obat atas resep dokter, pelayanan informasi obat, serta pengembangan obat, bahan obat, dan obat tradisional sesuai dengan standar kefarmasian. Melalui praktik kerja profesi apoteker, calon apoteker dapat mengonfirmasi kesesuaian antara ilmu yang telah didapatkan dan praktik di lapangan sesuai dengan standar yang berlaku dan meningkatkan kompetensi sebagai apoteker. Praktik kerja profesi apoteker dilaksanakan di PT Forsta Kalmedic Global periode Januari–Februari 2022, Apotek Roxy Cabang Biak periode Maret 2022, dan Suku Dinas Kesehatan Kota Jakarta Selatan periode Mei–Juni 2022. Setelah menjalani praktik kerja profesi apoteker, diharapkan calon apoteker memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker dalam melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian.

Pharmacists play an important role in pharmacy practice. Pharmacy practice is manufacture including quality control of pharmaceutical preparations, security, procurement, storage and distribution or distribution of drug, drug management, drug service based on doctor's prescriptions, drug information service, as well as drug development, medicinal ingredients, and traditional medicines in accordance with pharmaceutical standards. Through the professional practice of pharmacists, prospective pharmacists can confirm conformity between knowledge that has been obtained and practice in the field in accordance with applicable standards and improve competence as a pharmacist. The professional practice of pharmacists is held at PT Forsta Kalmedic Global in January–February 2022, Roxy Biak Pharmacy in March 2022, and the South Jakarta City Department of Health in May–June 2022. After completing professional practice of pharmacists, prospective pharmacists are expected to understand pharmacist's duties and responsibilities in pharmacy practice."

"Puskesmas sebagai fasilitas kesehatan tingkat pertama, bertanggung jawab dalam kegiatan pelayanan kesehatan secara menyeluruh, terpadu, dan berkesinambungan. Dalam rangka melaksanakan program JKN dan memenuhi himbauan dari Kepala Dinas Kesehatan DKI Jakarta terkait akreditasi, Puskesmas Kecamatan Ciracas telah menyusun pedoman berupa Formularium Puskesmas. Pemilihan obat untuk Formularium Puskesmas mengacu pada daftar Obat Esensial Nasional (DOEN) dan Formularium Nasional (Fornas). Formularium tersebut digunakan sebagai acuan oleh Puskesmas Kecamatan Ciracas dalam menjamin ketersediaan obat yang berkhasiat, bermutu, aman, dan terjangkau. Tujuan dari laporan PKPA ini adalah untuk memahami alur penyusunan formularium puskesmas serta mengevaluasi kesesuaian daftar obat di formularium puskesmas dengan formularium nasional. Laporan ini didasarkan dari penelusuran literatur dan observasi data formularium puskesmas serta wawancara dengan apoteker yang terlibat dalam penyusunan formularium puskesmas. Berdasarkan analisis, alur penyusunan formularium telah sesuai dengan prosedur yang berlaku dan dilakukan evaluasi satu tahun sekali. Daftar obat di formularium puskesmas secara keseluruhan telah sesuai dengan formularium nasional yang berlaku. Namun, terdapat beberapa obat kategori fasilitas kesehatan tingkat 2 dan/atau 3 yang tetap dimasukkan ke Formularium Puskesmas Kecamatan Ciracas Tahun 2023 didasarkan atas hasil rapat dan disertai kajian/justifikasi dari dokter yang mengusulkan.

Puskesmas, as the first-level health facility, is responsible for comprehensive, integrated, and sustainable health service activities. In order to implement the JKN program and comply with the appeal from the Head of the DKI Jakarta Health Office regarding accreditation, the ciracas subdistrict health center has developed guidelines in the form of a Puskesmas Formulary. The selection of drugs for the Puskesmas Formulary refers to the National Essential Medicines List and the National Formulary. The formulary is used as a reference by the ciracas subdistrict health center to ensure the availability of efficacious, quality, safe, and affordable medicines. The purpose of this PKPA report is to understand the flow of the formulation of the puskesmas formulary and to evaluate the conformity of the drug lists in the puskesmas formulary with the national formulary. This report is based on a literature search and observation of puskesmas formulary data, as well as interviews with pharmacists who were involved in preparing the puskesmas formulary. Based on the analysis, the flow of the formulation of the formulary is in accordance with the applicable procedures and is evaluated once a year. The list of medicines in the Pukkesmas formulary as a whole is in accordance with the applicable national formulary. However, there are several level 2 and/or 3 health facility category drugs that are still included in the ciracas subdistrict health center formulary based on the results of the meeting and accompanied by a review or justification from the doctor who proposed it."

"Apoteker merupakan lulusan sarjana farmasi yang telah melalui pendidikan profesi apoteker dan mengucapkan sumpah dan janji apoteker. Dalam meningkatkan profesionalitas, keterampilan, dan kemampuan lulusan apoteker dalam menjalankan praktik kefarmasian, maka perlu dilakukannya program praktik kerja pada saat pendidikan profesi apoteker. Praktik kerja profesi apoteker (PKPA) dilakukan sebagai bekal dan pengalaman calon apoteker untuk memahami peran apoteker di dunia kerja, PKPA merupakan kegiatan pembelajaran secara langsung di lapangan pekerjaan kefarmasian. Kegiatan PKPA merupakan aplikasi dan penerapan ilmu yang telah didapatkan melalui pendidikan tinggi farmasi sehingga dapat menjadi pengalaman dan pembelajaran apoteker di dunia kerja. Praktik kerja profesi apoteker ini dilaksanakan di 3 (tiga) sarana kefarmasian, yaitu industri farmasi, PT Forsta Kalmedic Global pada periode 5 April 2021 – 31 Mei 2021; Apotek, Apotek Roxy Pademangan pada periode 8 Februari 2021 – 06 Maret 2021 ; dan Pedagang Besar Farmasi, PT Kimia Farma Trading & Distribution Jakarta 3 pada periode 18 Januari 2021 – 01 Februari 2021.

Pharmacists are pharmacy graduates who have gone through pharmacist professional education and take pharmacist oaths and promises. In improving the professionalism, skills, and abilities of pharmacist graduates in carrying out pharmaceutical practice, it is necessary to carry out a work practice program during pharmacist professional education. Pharmacist professional practice (PKPA) is carried out as a provision and experience for prospective pharmacists to understand the role of pharmacists in the world of work, PKPA is a direct learning activity in the pharmaceutical job field. PKPA activities are the application and application of knowledge that has been obtained through higher education in pharmacy so that it can become the experience and learning of pharmacists in the world of work. This pharmacist professional work practice is carried out in 3 (three) pharmaceutical facilities, namely the pharmaceutical industry, PT Forsta Kalmedic Global in the period 5 April 2021 – 31 May 2021; Pharmacy, Roxy Pharmacy Pademangan for the period 8 February 2021 – 06 March 2021 ; and Pharmaceutical Wholesaler, PT Kimia Farma Trading & Distribution Jakarta 3 for the period 18 January 2021 – 01 February 2021."

"Tenaga kefarmasian terdiri dari apoteker dan tenaga teknis kefarmasian. Dalam menjalankan praktik kefarmasian pada pelayanan fasilitas kefarmasian, hanya apoteker yang memiliki surat tanda registrasi yang bisa menjalankan dan menerapkan standar pelayanan kefarmasian di fasilitas pelayanan kefarmasian. Hal inilah yang menjadi dasar Program Profesi Apoteker Fakultas Farmasi Universitas Indonesia bekerja sama dengan RSUP dr. Pharmacy staff consists of pharmacists and pharmaceutical staff. This is the basis of University of Indonesia’s Pharmacy Faculty Pharmacist Professional Program collaboration with RSUP dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo (RSCM) and Apotek Atrika to organize internship during the February – May 2020 period for students as prospective pharmacists. During the internship, students are expected to able to understand the roles, duties, and responsibilities of pharmacists in hospitals and pharmacies in accordance with the provisions and ethics of health services and pharmaceutical services."

"Profesi apoteker memiliki peranan penting dalam menyokong pelayanan kesehatan. Dalam dangka menjadi seorang apoteker, perlu dilakukan suatu kegiatan praktik kefarmasian agar mendapatkan bekal pengalaman dalam meningkatkan kompetensi dan pemahaman tentang peran apoteker. Praktik kefarmasian dilakukan di tiga tempat, yang mencangkup industri, distributor, dan apotek. Praktik kefarmasian industri dilakukan di PT. Forsta Kalmedic Global pada periode Januari – Februari 2022. Praktik kefarmasian distributor dilakukan di PT. Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari yang berlangsung selama 2 minggu, yaitu dari tanggal 01 April hingga 14 April 2022. Pembelajaran di apoteker dilakukan pada Apotek Roxy cabanag Jagakarsa pada periode Mei 2022. Calon apoteker diharapkan dapat memperoleh pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman yang dapat menjadi bekal di dunia kerja nantinya.

Pharmaceutical practice is carried out in three places, which include industry, distributors, and pharmacies. The practice of industrial pharmacy is carried out at PT. Forsta Kalmedic Global in the period of January – February 2022. Distributor's pharmaceutical practices are carried out at PT. Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari which lasts for 2 weeks, from April 01 to April 14, 2022. Learning at the pharmacist is carried out at the Roxy Pharmacy branch Jagakarsa in the period May 2022. Prospective pharmacists are expected to gain knowledge, skills, and experience that can be a provision in the world work later."

"Apotek, Puskesmas, dan rumah sakit merupakan sarana pelayanan kefarmasian tempat dilakukan praktik pelayanan kefarmasian oleh apoteker. Pelayanan kefarmasian harus mengikuti standar pelayanan kefarmasian sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku. Tugas khusus ini dilaksanakan untuk mengevaluasi pemusnahan vaksin COVID-19 yang telah kedaluwarsa di Puskesmas Kecamatan Kebayoran Lama pada periode Maret – Desember 2021, membandingkan kesesuaian standar pelayanan kefarmasian yang dilakukan di Apotek Roxy Pamulang menurut PMK No. 73 Tahun 2016, dan untuk melihat kecenderungan penggunaan narkotika dan psikotropika (NAPZA) di Rumah Sakit Universitas Indonesia selama periode bulan Maret 2021 hingga Februari 2022. Hasil dari tugas akhir ini menunjukkan bahwa Vaksin COVID-19 yang sudah kedaluwarsa di Puskesmas Kecamatan Kebayoran Lama belum bisa dimusnahkan karena menunggu arahan dari Suku Dinas Kesehatan Jakarta Selatan, pelayanan kefarmasian di Apotek Roxy Pamulang sudah memenuhi Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor 73 Tahun 2016, dan Penggunaan obat NAPZA paling banyak di RSUI pada periode Maret 2021 – Februari 2022 adalah Klobazam 10 mg.

A pharmacy, public health center, and a hospital are pharmaceutical service facilities where pharmacists practice pharmaceutical services. Pharmaceutical services must follow pharmaceutical service standards in accordance with applicable regulations. This task was carried out to evaluate the disposal of expired COVID-19 vaccines at Puskesmas Kecamatan Kebayoran Lama in the period March – December 2021, comparing the suitability of pharmaceutical service standards carried out at Apotek Roxy Pamulang according to PMK No. 73 of 2016, and to look at the trend of using narcotics and psychotropic drugs (NAPZA) at the University Indonesia Hospital during the period from March 2021 to February 2022. The results of this final project show that the expired COVID-19 vaccine at Puskesmas Kecamatan Kebayoran Lama has not been able to be disposed of due to waiting for directions from the South Jakarta Health Sub-dept., the pharmaceutical services at Apotek Roxy Pamulang have complied with the Regulation of the Minister of Health Number 73 of 2016, and the highest use of narcotic drugs in RSUI in the period March 2021 - February 2022 is 10 mg Klobazam."

"Kegiatan praktek kerja profesi di Puskesmas Kecamatan Kebon Jeruk dilakukan agar calon apoteker mampu memahami peranan, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker di puskesmas sesuai dengan ketentuan standar pelayanan farmasi di puskesmas. Selain itu juga, diharapkan agar calon apoteker mempelajari mengenai struktur puskesmas, instalasi farmasi, serta jenis pelayanan yang tersedia di puskesmas. Dalam melakukan pelayanan kefarmasian, petugas depo farmasi memberikan pelayanan konseling kepada pasien yang menggunakan obat dengan instruksi khusus. Untuk itu, dibuat sebuah lembar balik berisi gambar dan instruksi untuk memudahkan petugas dan pasien dalam proses konseling.

Pharmacist professional practice in Puskesmas Kecamatan Kebon Jeruk was conducted for prospective pharmacists to understand the role, duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in hospitals in accordance with the provisions of the pharmaceutical care standard in community health center. In doing pharmaceutical care, pharmacy depot personnel provide counseling services to patients who use the drug with special instructions.
