Distribution Requirement Planning (DRP) is a method for handling inventory procurement in a distribution network to determine the demands and needs to replenish at each distribution center. Problems that occur in the distribution system of PT XYZ, a bottled water company, arise due to differences between customer demand and the actual deliveries made towards agents. Moreover, the company is also facing fairly high distribution costs. Both of these problems are caused by demand fluctuations and a lack of distribution system. A good distribution system is defined by the capability to forecast demands and plan inventories to meet customer needs. The method used to solve the problem is DRP, with the first phase being to forecast the demand for the next six periods with the linear forecasting method that generates the most accurate forecast values. Followed by determining the lot sizing with Lot for Lot (LfL) and Least Unit Cost (LUC) methods that produce the lowest total cost of Rp115,605,334 over a six-month period. The application of the DRP method to the eight agents was able to decrease the total costs by Rp74,388,066 or 39.15%. Furthermore, the demands from each agent will also be fulfilled for each period.

This research was conducted to measure the supply chains of bottled water companies (AMDK). Measurement of supply chain performance needs to be done to determine the condition of the supply chain of a company. The method used is the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR). The improvements made in this study are related to problems that occur in the supply chain circuit. The security level of the security attribute is measured by weighting with a pairwise comparison questionnaire by several experts. There are 28 performance indicators that are measured and divided into the SCOR attribute model. From the measurement results, the acquisition of the company's supply disruption performance in 2022 is 49.59% which shows the company's performance is in the marginal category with orange color on the Traffic Light Monitoring System. By using the Traffic Light System method previously obtained 8 indicators in the company's supply chain whose performance did not reach the target and needed to be repaired as soon as possible. Therefore, a strategy is needed to improve this performance.

Dunning’s electic theory, yaitu: besarnya perusahaan, pengalaman internasional, risiko
geografis).

ABSTRACT
Internationalization as the strategy that is used by Multinational Enterprises (MNEs) has
been widely used to reach international markets. The literature research in this thesis will
encourage Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) in entering international
markets. This research expects that SMEs will use exporting activity and international
joint venture for their entry mode strategy. Furthermore, those entry mode strategies are
expected to be influenced by four factors derived from Dunning’s eclectic theory, such
as: firm size, international experience, country risk and geographical distant.
The literature studies in this research found that exporting activity and international joint
venture have their own advantages and disadvantages to be applied as an entry mode
strategy for SMEs. Each influencing factor gives both positive and negative
consequences in using exporting activity and international joint venture. Therefore, this
research concludes that exporting activity and international joint venture may be fit for
SMEs if they meet the characteristics based on four influencing factors (firm size,
international experience, country risk and geographical distant)."

""The process known as Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment (CPFR) is supply chain management taken to the extreme. The first book to document this cutting-edge technique that's been adapted by companies like Wal-Mart, Pillsbury, and Procter and Gamble, Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment collects case studies and contributions by the foremost experts in the field to give readers an insightful introduction to this revolutionary new supply chain method. The CPFR technique involves supply chain members sharing information in real time over the Internet, enhancing the collaborative dialogue between retailers and vendors. The process allows long- and short-term planning to happen instantaneously, as information is shared regarding forecasts, shipping and production, point-of-sale data, and order generation. Based on groundbreaking research done at Harvard Business School, this book shows anyone involved in long-term strategic planning how CPFR can be implemented -- quickly, successfully, and in almost any setting.""
