"Saat ini, belanja online di Indonesia semakin berkembang dan diminati oleh masyarakat. Perkembangan tersebut dapat dilihat salah satunya dari banyaknya perusahaan yang menyediakan layanan online grocery shopping. Online grocery shopping semakin banyak digunakan oleh masyarakat di Indonesia, terutama saat pandemi Covid-19 kemarin berlangsung. Tantangan yang dihadapi oleh perusahaan-perusahaan tersebut adalah mempertahankan kualitas layanan mereka baik saat pandemi kemarin berlangsung dan pasca pandemi, untuk memastikan para pelanggan tetap merasa puas dan akan kembali menggunakan layanan online grocery shopping. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat penerapan manajemen kualitas dalam online grocery shopping dan pengaruhnya terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan niat pelanggan untuk menggunakan layanannya kembali. Survei kepada 215 responden dilakukan dan dianalisis dengan metode SEM menggunakan SmartPLS 4. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kualitas layanan dan perceived benefit berpengaruh terhadap customer satisfaction dan kemudian juga berpengaruh terhadap reuse intention.

Currently, online shopping in Indonesia is growing and is in demand by the public. One of these developments can be seen from the many companies that provide online grocery shopping services. Online grocery shopping is increasingly being used by people in Indonesia, especially during the recent Covid-19 pandemic. The challenge faced by these companies is to maintain the quality of their services both during the pandemic and after the pandemic, to ensure that customers are still satisfied and will return to using their online grocery shopping services. This study aims to look at the application of quality management in online grocery shopping and its impact on customer satisfaction and customer intentions to reuse the service again. A survey of 215 respondents was conducted and analyzed using the SEM method using SmartPLS 4. The results of this study indicate that service quality and perceived benefits have an effect on customer satisfaction and then also have an effect on reuse intention."

"Pembelian makanan melalui online food delivery platform belakangan ini menjadi pilihan banyak masyarakat dan penggunannya diprediksi akan terus bertumbuh beberapa tahun ke depan. Pelayanan dari pengemudi online food delivery merupakan faktor penting untuk mencapai kepuasan dari pengguna layanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh dari Service Quality, Customer Perceived Value, dan Trust yang ada pada pengemudi online food delivery service terhadap Customer Satisfaction dengan Trust juga berfungsi sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini mengambil studi kasus pada pelayanan dari pengemudi ShopeeFood, yaitu salah satu platform online food delivery di Indonesia. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan single cross-sectional secara kuantitatif dan metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan judgemental sampling. Terdapat sebanyak 287 data yang diperoleh dari pengguna ShopeeFood di area Jabodetabek dan dianalisis menggunakan metode Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa Service Quality memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Customer Satisfaction apabila dimediasi oleh Trust. Selain itu Customer Perceived Value dan Trust juga ditemukan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Customer Satisfaction. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa Trust merupakan variabel mediasi yang memiliki dua efek sekaligus yaitu full-mediation terhadap hubungan antara Service Quality dan Customer Satisfaction dan partial-mediation terhadap hubungan antara Customer Perceived Value dan Customer Satisfaction. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi berupa saran manajerial untuk meningkatkan pelayanan dari para pengemudi online food delivery.

The purchase of food through online food delivery platforms has recently become the main choice of many people and its use is predicted to continue to grow in the next few years. The service from the online food delivery personnel or driver is an important factor to achieve satisfaction from service users. This study aims to examine the effect of Service Quality, Customer Perceived Value, and Trust on online food delivery service drivers on Customer Satisfaction with Trust also functioning as a mediating variable. This research takes a case study on services from ShopeeFood drivers, which is one of the online food delivery platforms in Indonesia. The design of this study is a single cross-sectional with quantitative methods and data collection is done by judgmental sampling. There are 287 data obtained from ShopeeFood users in the Greater Jakarta area and analyzed using the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. The results of this study found that Service Quality can only have a positive effect on Customer Satisfaction if it is intervened by Trust. In addition, Customer Perceived Value and Trust were also found to have a positive effect on Customer Satisfaction. This study also found that Trust can be a mediating variable by producing two types of effects at once, namely full-mediation and partial-mediation. This study contributes managerial advice to improve the services of online food delivery drivers."

"Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara Islamic service quality, Muslim Customer Perceived Value (MCPV), customer satisfaction, dan repurchase intention pada hotel syariah di Bandung. Sebanyak 255 sampel diperoleh dari tamu yang pernah menginap di Hotel Syariah di Bandung digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Hotel tersebut diantaranya adalah Orange Home Syariah, Narapati Syariah Hotel, Cottage Daarul Jannah, Daarul Mutmainah dan MQ Guest House.
Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode SEM. Pengukuran dalam penelitian ini menggunakan konsep baru yang diajukan Gayatri (2013) dalam mengukur variabel service quality dan Muslim Customer Perceived Value (MCPV) yang diajukan Eid dan Gohary (2015) dalam mengukur variabel perceived value.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat pengaruh yang positip dan signifikan antara Islamic service quality dan Muslim Customer Perceived Value terhadap customer satisfaction. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukan terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara customer satisfaction terhadap repurchase intention. Penelitian ini juga menemukan pengaruh tidak langsung antara variabel Islamic service quality terhadap repurchase intention melalui customer satisfaction.

The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between Islamic service quality, Muslim Customer Perceived Value (MCPV), customer satisfaction, and repurchase intention on sharia hotels in Bandung. A total of 255 samples were obtained from guests who stayed at the hotel in Bandung Sharia used in this study. The hotel include Orange Home Sharia, Sharia Narapati Hotel, Cottage Daarul Jannah, Daarul Mutmainah and MQ Guest House.
The method used in this research is Structural Equation Model. The measurements in this study was using a new concept proposed by Gayatri (2013) to measure the variables of service quality and Muslims Customer Perceived Value (MCPV) from Eid and Gohary (2015) to measure the perceived value variables.
The results showed a significant influence of Islamic Muslim service quality and Customer Perceived Value to customer satisfaction. The results also revealed that there was a significant effect of customer satisfaction on repurchase intention. The study also found indirect influence of Islamic variable service quality on customer satisfaction through repurchase intention.

"Dalam satu dekade terakhir, pertumbuhan usaha kuliner di Indonesia sangat cepat. Warunk Upnormal muncul sebagai salah satu usaha yang tingkat pertumbuhannya sangat tinggi. Bagaimana Warunk Upnormal menjaga kualitas layanannya agar konsumen tetap merasa puas dan loyal? Penelitian ini meneliti pengaruh service quality, perceived value pada customer satisfaction dan loyalty yang dilakukan Warunk Upnormal di Jakarta. Menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling, kuesioner penelitian dibagikan kepada sebanyak 245 responden. Software yang digunakan untuk mengolah data adalah SPSS dan SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa service quality yang dilakukan oleh Warunk Upnormal berpengaruh postif terhadap customer satisfaction, dan customer satisfaction yang pada akhirnya memberikan pengaruh positif pada loyalitas pelanggan. Menarik untuk disikapi bahwa hasil dari variabel perceived value memperlemah hubungan antara service quality terhadap customer satisfaction. Implikasi manajerial dan saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya diberikan berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan.

In the past decade, the growth of culinary businesses in Indonesia is very fast. Warunk Upnormal emerged as one of the businesses whose growth rates were very high. How does Warunk Upnormal maintain the quality of its services so that consumers remain satisfied and ultimately loyal? This study studies the effect of service quality, perceived value on customer satisfaction and loyalty by Warunk Upnormal in Jakarta. Using the non-probability sampling technique, questionnaire distributed to 245 respondents. This research was processed using SPSS and SmartPLS 3.0 tools. Realizing the quality of service performed by Warunk Upnormal determines positively to customer satisfaction, and customer satisfaction determines which eventually provide a positif impact toward customer loyalty. It is interesting to note here that the perceives value aparently weakning the relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction. Managerial implication and and suggestions for further research are given based on the research report."

"Dewasa ini, jasa pesan antar makanan secara daring semakin berkembang dan banyak digunakan oleh masyarakat karena kepraktisan dan kemudahan yang ditawarkannya. Dalam hal ini, perusahaan harus dapat memberikan kualitas layanan belanja seluler yang maksimal untuk mendapatkan kepuasan dari pelanggan serta nantinya akan berdampak pada munculnya loyalitas dari pelanggan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas layanan belanja seluler dan kepuasan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada pengguna Traveloka Eats Delivery di DKI Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner daring kepada 180 responden yang merupakan pengguna Traveloka Eats Delivery, pernah melakukan setidaknya dua kali pembelian, dan berdomisili di DKI Jakarta. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif serta pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei dengan purposive sampling. Data dalam penelitian ini diolah dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana dan berganda dengan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan belanja seluler memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan loyalitas pelanggan. Disamping itu, hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan pelanggan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada pengguna Traveloka Eats Delivery di DKI Jakarta

Nowadays, online food delivery services business is growing and widely used by the society because of its practicality and convenience it offers. In this case, the company must be able to provide maximum of mobile shopping service quality to gain customer satisfaction and have an impact on the emergence of customer loyalty. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of mobile shopping service quality and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty on Traveloka Eats Delivery users in DKI Jakarta. This research was conducted by distributing online questionnaires to 180 respondents who are Traveloka Eats Delivery users, have made at least two purchases, and live in DKI Jakarta. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach and data collection using survey method with purposive sampling. The data in this study were processed using simple and multiple regression analysis with SPSS. The results of this study indicate that the mobile shopping service quality had a significant impact on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. In addition, the results of the study also indicate that customer satisfaction had a significant impact on customer loyalty on Traveloka Eats Delivery users in DKI Jakarta."

"Skripsi ini membahas tentang pengaruh service failure severity service recovery justice dan perceived switching costs terhadap customer loyalty di wilayah Jabodetabek Penelitian ini berhasil mengumpulkan 157 responden dan menguji hubungan antar variabel yang diobservasi Metode pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa distributive justice interactional justice dan perceived switching costs memiliki hubungan positif terhadap customer loyalty Selain itu hasil penelitian menunjukkan distributive justice dan interactional justice mempengaruhi hubungan service failure severity dan customer loyalty.

This research aims to study the relationship of service failure severity service recovery justice and perceived switching costs with customer loyalty in Jabodetabek area This research succeeded to collect 157 respondents and examine the relationship between the observed variables Methods used to process the data on this research is by using the Structural Equation Modeling.
The results of research shows that distributive justice interactional justice and perceived switching costs is positively related to customer loyalty Moreover the results of research shows that distributive justice and interactional justice affects the relations service failure severity and customer loyalty.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari kualitas layanan dan kualitas makanan terhadap tingkat kepuasan konsumen dan tingkat loyalitas konsumen dengan dimoderasi oleh variabel atmosfer pada objek penelitian restoran Sushi-Tei. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner terhadap pengunjung Sushi-Tei dengan jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 162 responden. Data yang didapat diolah menggunakan metode pengolahan data hierarchical regression untuk meihat pengaruh moderasi atmosfer pada restoran etnik. Model yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini mengikuti model yang digunakan dalam penelitian Ha dan Jang (2010).
Penelitian ini memberikan hasil bahwa semakin baik kualitas makanan dan layanan yang diberikan restoran maka akan semakin tinggi pula tingkat kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan yang dicapai. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga memberikan hasil bahwa terdapat peran positif dari atmosfer restoran terhadap hubungan antara kualitas makanan dan layanan yang diberikan restoran dengan tingkat kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan yang dicapai.

This research will assess the relationship between service quality and food quality with the level of customer satisfaction and customer loyalty, while moderated by the variable of atmosphere occurring at Sushi-Tei restaurants. This research uses questionnaires as data gathering method distributed to Sushi-Tei visitors with a recorded sample size of 162 respondents. The data is processed hierarchical regression for analyzing the effect of atmospherics in ethnic restaurant. The model used in this research replicates the same model used in the previous study of Ha and Jang (2010).
The result of this research indicates that the better food and service quality provided by the restaurant, the higher level of customer satisfaction and loyalty are achieved. Moreover, this research also yields a result showing that there is a positive impact from restaurant atmosphere on the relation between food and service quality with perceived customer satisfaction and loyalty.

"Penelitian ini meneliti mengenai pengaruh service quality dan price fairness terhadap student satisfaction di KKI FEUI dan Psikologi UI. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 mahasiswa yang dibagi menjadi 50 mahasiswa KKI FEUI dan 50 mahasiswa KKI Psikologi UI. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan regresi berganda, untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara service quality (empathy, assurance, responsiveness, reliability, dan tangibleness) terhadap student satisfaction, dan price fairness terhadap student satisfaction.
Berdasarkan hasil analisis, di dapatkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif antara price fairness terhadap student satisfaction. Pada variabel service quality hanya empathy dan tangibleness yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap student satisfaction. Didapatkan juga bahwa price fairness lebih berpengaruh terhadap student satisfaction dibandingkan dengan sercive quality.

This study will analyze of the effects of service quality and price fairness on student satisfaction in KKI FEUI and KKI Psikologi UI. To obtain the appropriate data for the research 100 respondents were asked to fill the questionnaire these respondents were devided into two groups 50 KKI FEUI and 50 KKI Psikologi UI. This study uses multiple reggresion, it will assess the impact of service quality toward student satisfaction and the impact of price fairness torwards student satisfaction.
The result indicates that price fairness has positive impact on student satisfaction. On service quality, the only variables that have positive and significant effect are empathy and tangibleness. Moreover, it also indicates that price fairness has more significant impact towards student satisfaction compared of service quality.

"Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh kualitas layanan elektronik terhadap minat beli kembali konsumen melalui kepuasan konsumen pada e-commerce Zalora Indonesia. Variabel yang akan diuji pada penelitian ini adalah variabel e-service quality, variabel repurchase intention dan variabel customer satisfaction. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dimana data penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui survei dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 100 orang responden yang merupakan Pria ataupun Wanita berusia 18 tahun keatas yang berdomisili di Jabodetabek dan minimal pernah membeli produk melalui Zalora Indonesia sebanyak satu kali. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear, regresi berganda, uji analisis jalur dan uji sobel. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa customer satisfaction berhasil memediasi e-service quality untuk meningkatkan customer repurchase intention pada Zalora Indonesia.

This study examines the effect of e-service quality toward customer repurchase intention through customer satisfaction on e-commerce Zalora Indonesia. The variable that used in this research is e-service quality, repurchase intention and customer satisfaction. This research uses quantitative approach and the data collected through survey by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents who are man or woman age above 18 years old, lived in Jabodetabek area and have bought a product from Zalora Indonesia at least once. The analysis technique used in this research is linear regression, multiple regression, path analysis, and sobel test. The result shows that customer satisfaction did mediated e-service quality to increase customer repurchase intention."

"Melaksanakan kegiatan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) adalah suatu kewajiban yang wajib dilakukan perusahaan pada umumnya. XL sebagai salah satu perusahaan telekomunikasi dan operator seluler sejak tahun 2006 sudah mulai menerapkan program CSR. Selain itu service quality merupakan suatu elemen penting di dalam perusahaan yang dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan. Dimana nantinya dari loyalitas pelanggan dapat ditunjukkan dalam beberapa cara seperti customer retention, recommendation, dan share of wallet.
Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa CSR tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap customer satisfaction, sedangkan service quality berpengaruh secara segnifikan terhadap customer satisfaction, dan customer satisfaction berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap customer retention, recommendation, dan share of wallet.

Nowadays, the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a must for every firm in Indonesia. XL, as one of the players in Indonesia telecommunication industry since 2006, has implemented CSR program. Besides that, service quality is an important element that gives affects to customer satisfaction. Customer retention, recommendation, and share of wallet are factors that try to be identified as the customer loyalty.
Based on the research result, CSR does not affect customer satisfaction significantly, whereas service quality affects customer satisfaction significantly and customer satisfaction affects customer retention, recommendation, and share of wallet significantly.
