"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor value co-creation, social media marketing (SMM) activities, brand self connection dan brand image terhadap brand engagement in self-concept (BESC) serta pengaruhnya terhadap brand loyalty dan positive word-of-mouth (WOM). Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian konklusif deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data secara cross-sectional menggunakan kuesioner online melalui Google Form. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat Indonesia yang pernah membeli produk LVMH dalam rentang usia 18-58 tahun. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 192 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode structural equation modeling (SEM) dengan aplikasi SmartPLS. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa BESC memberikan nilai yang signifikan bagi LVMH dan mendorong perusahaan untuk terlibat dengan konsumennya dengan fokus pada mengembangkan konsep diri. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa value co-creation, social media marketing (SMM) activities, brand self connection dan brand image berpengaruh terhadap brand engagement in self-concept (BESC), dan selanjutnya BESC berpengaruh terhadap brand loyalty dan positive word-of-mouth (WOM) pada merek fesyen mewah LVMH.
The aim of the study is to understand consumer brand engagement processes in luxury fashion brands. Grounded on the brand engagement in self-concept (BESC), this study examines key drivers such as value co-creation, social media marketing (SMM) activities, brand self connection and brand image of BESC that in turn, enhance brand loyalty and positive word-of-mouth (WOM) in the context of luxury fashion brands, specifically on LVMH. This study uses a descriptive survey approach with cross-sectional data collection using online questionnaires via Google Form. The sample used in this study are Indonesian, who own or have previously owned an LVMH product in the age range of 18-58. Number of respondents in this study were 192 respondents. Data were analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM) method with SmartPLS software. The result of this study recognized that consumer experiences add significant value to a brand and drive companies to engage with their consumers focusing on the self-concept. The study shows that value co-creation, SMM activities, brand self connection, and brand image are significantly related to BESC and subsequently, BESC is related to both brand loyalty and positive WOM."

"Industri fashion telah mengalami evolusi yang signifikan dari satu abad ke abad berikutnya, dengan perubahan tren dan dinamika yang mendefinisikan setiap periode waktu. Pada setiap zaman, dunia mode menghadirkan tren berpakaian yang unik dan mencerminkan nilai-nilai tersendiri pada saat itu. Perbedaan-perbedaan ini juga tercermin dalam cara pelaku usaha membangun citra merek dan mengelola proses penyebaran informasi produk. Erigo, sebuah merek pakaian yang telah beroperasi selama sepuluh tahun, sukses menciptakan identitasnya sendiri dan meraih tingkat popularitas yang signifikan. Dengan itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh dari brand engagement in self-concept dan value consciousness terhadap brand loyalty. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode survei kepada konsumen Erigo yang berusia ≥ 18 tahun di DKI Jakarta dengan jumlah sampel 100 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara brand engagement in self-concept dan value consciousness terhadap brand loyalty.
The fashion industry has undergone significant evolution from one century to the next, marked by changing trends and dynamics that define each period. In every era, the world of fashion introduces unique clothing trends that reflect distinct values at that time. These differences are also reflected in how business actors build brand images and manage the product information. Erigo, a clothing brand that has been operating for ten years, has successfully crafted its own identity and achieved a significant level of popularity. Therefore, the aim of this research is to determine whether there is an influence of brand engagement in self-concept and value consciousness on brand loyalty. This research employs a quantitative approach and survey method targeting Erigo consumers aged ≥ 18 years in DKI Jakarta, with a sample size of 100 respondents. The research findings indicate a significant influence between brand engagement in self-concept and value consciousness on brand loyalty."

"Pada era ini, strategi pemasaran suatu brand khususnya fashion sudah beralih menjadi serba digital. Media sosial seperti instagram menjadi platform yang sangat sering digunakan untuk melakukan kegiatan promosi. Penggunaan digital influencer merupakan salah satu cara yang digunakan untuk memberikan pengaruh dan promosi kepada konsumen di media sosial tadi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meneliti tingkat keefektifan dari perceived influence yang diberikan oleh digital influencer terhadap intention to purchase konsumen dengan studi kasus pada brand Erigo. Selain itu juga diteliti variabel lain seperti influencer trustworthiness dan information quality yang bisa mempengaruhi intention to purchase konsumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan structural equation modelling (SEM) dengan menggunakan data kuesioner dari 228 responden yang diolah menggunakan Lisrel 8.51. Hasil dari penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa terdapat 3 variabel yang terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan intention to purchase konsumen khususnya pada brand Erigo yaitu perceived influence, brand engagement in self concept, dan influencertrustworthiness.
In this era, the marketing strategy of a brand, especially fashion, has turned to digital. Social media such as instagram isa platform that is very often used to carry out promotional activities. The use of digital influencers is one of the ways used to influence and promote consumers on social media. The purpose of this study was to examine the level of effectiveness of the perceived influence given by digital influencers on consumer intention to purchase specifically using study case Erigo. In addition, other variables such as influencer trustworthiness and information quality were also investigated that could affect consumers' intention to purchase. This study uses structural equation modeling (SEM) using questionnaire data from 228 respondents which were processed using Lisrel 8.51. The results of this study reveal that there are 3 variables that have proven effective in increasing consumer intention to purchase: perceived influence, brand engagement in self-concept, and influencer trustworthiness."

"Penelitian ini merupakan adaptasi dari penelitian yang sebelumnya pernah dilakukan di Spanyol. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perceived influence, brand engagement in self-concept, dan brand expected value terhadap intention to purchase recommended brand studi pada beauty vlogger sebagai digital influencer. Data dikumpulkan melalui self-administered questionnaire kepada responden yang berdomisili di Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, dan Bekasi yang aktif menggunakan media sosial YouTube dan mengikuti beauty vlogger di channel YouTube dan mendapatkan 405 responden. Peneliti menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari peran beauty vlogger terhadap brand engagement, brand expected value, dan purchase intention.
Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah perceived influence berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap brand engagement in self-concept dan brand expected value. Perceived influence yang dirasakan responden tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap purchase intention. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan referensi untuk perusahaan makeup jika ingin menggunakan jasa beauty vlogger untuk endorsement sesuai dengan karakteristik brand dan beauty vlogger.
This research is an adaptation of research previously carried out in Spain. This study aims to determine the effect of perceived influence, brand engagement in self-concept, and brand expected value on intention to purchase recommended brand studies on beauty vloggers as digital influencers. Data was collected through a self-administered questionnaire to respondents who live in Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi who actively use YouTube social media and follow the beauty vlogger on the YouTube channel and got 405 respondents. Researchers used Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) to analyze the effect of the role of beauty vloggers on brand engagement, brand expected value, and purchase intention. The results of this study are perceived influence positively and significantly influence brand engagement in self-concept and brand expected value. Perceived influence perceived by the respondent does not significantly influence purchase intention. The results of this study can be used as a reference for makeup companies if you want to use the services of a beauty vlogger for endorsement in accordance with brand characteristics and beauty vlogger."

"Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi komunikasi dan internet sekarang ini, media sosial telah menjadi sarana komunikasi, sumber informasi, dan pemasaran merek yang strategis bagi perusahaan, salah satunya dengan digital influencer. Sebagai online opinion leader, opini dan rekomendasi digital influencer mampu mempengaruhi persepi para pengikutnya. Namun beberapa hasil penelitian terdahulu menyatakan bahwa tingkat popularitas digital influencer belum tentu sebanding dengan tingkat pengaruh yang dapat diberikan kepada pengikutnya. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh perceived influence Tasya Farasya sebagai mega-influencer produk kosmetik Indonesia terhadap purchase intention pengikutnya pada produk kosmetik merek Maybelline melalui brand engagement in self-concept dan brand expected value sebagai variabel mediasi. Pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dengan sampel sebanyak 220 orang melalui kuesioner online Gform dengan metode non probabilita. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perceived influence berpengaruh positif secara langsung terhadap purchase intention; perceived influence berpengaruh positif terhadap purchase intention melalui brand engagement in self-concept dan brand expected value, serta brand engagement in self-concept berpengaruh positif terhadap brand expected value. Rekomendasi penelitian agar Maybelline mempertahankan penggunaan influencer yang memiliki keahlian di bidang produk kosmetik seperti Tasya Farasya serta meningkatkan pertimbangannya untuk memilih influencer yang memiliki kemampuan persuasif yang tinggi dalam mempengaruh persepsi pengikutnya.
Along with the development of communication technology and the internet nowdays, social media has become a means of communication, a source of information, and strategic brand marketing for companies, one of which is digital influencers. As an online opinion leader, digital influencers' opinions and recommendations are able to influence the perceptions of their followers. However, some previous research results state that the level of popularity of digital influencers is not necessarily proportional to the level of influence that can be given to their followers. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the effect of Tasya Farasya's perceived influence as a mega influencer on the purchase intention of Maybelline cosmetic products by her followers on Instagram through brand engagement in self-concept and brand expected value as a mediating variable. A quantitative research approach with a sample of 220 people through an online google form questionnaire with a non-probability method. The results shows that perceived influence had a direct positive effect on purchase intention; perceived influence has a positive effect on purchase intention through brand engagement in self-concept and brand expected value; and brand engagement in self-concept has a positive effect on brand expected value. This study recommends that Maybelline maintain the use of influencers who have expertise in cosmetic products such as Tasya Farasya and increase their consideration in choosing influencers who have high persuasive abilities in influencing the perceptions of their followers."

"Perkembangan media sosial global menyebabkan strategi pemasaran perusahaan bergeser untuk menggunakan konten digital media sosial melalui influencer, khususnya makro-influencer yang memiliki followers di atas seratus ribu hingga satu juta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh perceived influence terhadap purchase intention melalui brand engagement in self concept dan brand expected value sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square untuk menganalisis data melalui perangkat lunak SMARTPLS-3. Kuesioner dihimpun melalui Google Form dan disebarkan melalui fitur direct message, Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin, dan Whatsapp kepada 279 responden. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa perceived influence dari Rifat Sungkar dapat berpengaruh terhadap purchase intention Mitsubishi Xpander apabila dimediasi oleh brand engagement in self concept dan brand expected value (H1 dan H2 diterima). Namun, tidak ada pengaruh signifikan pada perceived influence Rifat Sungkar pada purchase intention Mitsubishi Xpander secara langsung (H3 ditolak). Hasil juga menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan signifikan antara brand engagement in self concept dan brand expected value (H4 diterima).
The development of global social media has caused companies' marketing strategies to shift to using social media digital content through influencers, especially macro-influencers who have followers above one hundred thousand to one million. This study aims to analyse the effect of perceived influence on purchase intention through brand engagement in self concept and brand expected value as mediating variables. This study used Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square to analyse the data through SMARTPLS-3 software. The questionnaire was collected through Google Form and distributed through direct message, Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin, and Whatsapp features to 279 respondents. The results of this study prove that perceived influence from Rifat Sungkar can affect Mitsubishi Xpander purchase intention when mediated by brand engagement in self concept and brand expected value (H1 and H2 accepted). However, there is no significant effect on Rifat Sungkar's perceived influence on Mitsubishi Xpander purchase intention directly (H3 is rejected). The results also show that there is a significant relationship between brand engagement in self concept and brand expected value (H4 accepted)."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dua bentuk consumer participation, yaitu consumer-consumer interaction dan consumer-brand interaction terhadap consumer brand engagement (cognitive engagement, emotional engagement, dan behavioral engagement). Serta pengaruh mediasi consumer satisfaction dalam mendorong pengaruh consumer brand engagement terhadap brand loyalty (positive eWOM, ongoing search, dan repurchase intention) dalam konteks merek kecantikan lokal Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan survei yang disebarkan secara daring pada 328 responden berusia 18-34 tahun yang pernah membeli dan membuka media sosial merek kecantikan lokal. Data yang terkumpul kemudian diolah menggunakan metode structural equation modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa consumer-consumer interaction dan consumer-brand interaction berpengaruh secara positif pada cognitive engagement, emotional engagement, dan behavioral engagement. Dapat diketahui bahwa consumer satisfaction memediasi pengaruh cognitive engagement, emotional engagement, dan behavioral engagement terhadap positive eWOM, ongoing search behavior, dan repurchase intention. Penelitian ini juga memberikan implikasi bagi pemasar untuk mengelola partisipasi konsumen di media sosial.
This study aims to determine the effect of two forms of consumer participation, namely consumer-consumer interaction and consumer-brand interaction on consumer brand engagement (cognitive engagement, emotional engagement, and behavioral engagement). As well as the mediating effect of consumer satisfaction in encouraging the influence of consumer brand engagement on brand loyalty (positive eWOM, ongoing search behavior, and repurchase intention) in the context of Indonesian local beauty brands. This study uses a survey distributed online to 328 respondents aged 18-34 years who had purchased and opened the social media of a local beauty brand. The data collected was then processed using the structural equation modeling (SEM) method. The results of this study indicate that consumer-consumer interactions and consumer-brand interactions have a positive effect on cognitive engagement, emotional engagement, and behavioral engagement. It can be seen that consumer satisfaction mediates the effect of cognitive engagement, emotional engagement, and behavioral engagement on positive eWOM, ongoing search behavior, and repurchase intention. This study also provides meaningful implications for marketers to manage consumer participation on social media."

ABSTRAKPerkembangan teknologi dan informasi di Indonesia berdampak pada lingkungan bisnis yang menjadi semakin kompetitif. Salah satu sektor bisnis di Indonesia yang terkena dampak tersebut adalah sektor industri smartphone. Brand loyalty menjadi faktor penting dalam bertahan dalam berkompetisi dalam lingkungan bisnis tersebut. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat pengaruh dari customer engagement di dalam komunitas merek online untuk brand Xiaomi terhadap brand loyalty. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 responden yang aktif di komunitas merek online Mi Community yang berusia minimal 18 tahun yang pernah membeli produk brand Xiaomi setidaknya dua kali dengan menggunakan metode non-probability sampling serta teknik purposive sampling yang dilakukan secara online. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa customer engagement berpengaruh terhadap brand loyalty sebesar 0,519.
ABSTRACTIn Indonesia, the growth of information and technology has an impact on the increasingly competitive business environment. One of the affected business sectors in Indonesia is the smartphone industry sector. Brand loyalty is an important factor in staying competitive in this business environment. This research was conducted to see the influence of customer engagement in the online brand community for the Xiaomi brand on brand loyalty. In this study, researcher used quantitative methods. The sample in this study was 100 respondents who were active in the Mi Community online brand community who were at least 18 years old who had bought Xiaomi brand products at least twice, using non-probability sampling methods and purposive sampling techniques conducted online. This research instrument used a questionnaire and analyzed using linear regression. The results of this study indicate that customer engagement has an impact about 0,519 on brand loyalty."

Buttonscarves merupakan salah satu brand fashion muslim yang telah berhasil masuk ke pasar internasional. Untuk dapat bersaing di pasar internasional maupun nasional Buttonscarves melakukan strategi pendekatan yang berorientasi kepada pelanggannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh brand community identification dan reward terhadap brand loyalty melalui consumer brand engagement pada pelanggan Buttonscarves di Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei dan menggunakan purposive sampling. Data yang diperoleh dari 100 orang responden dianalisis mengunakan SPSS melalui analisis statistik deskriptif dan uji regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antar variabel dalam model penelitian secara signifikan.
The increase in people's clothing consumption has increased from year to year. As a country with a majority of Muslims, the Muslim fashion industry has mushroomed and contributed to GDP and national exports. Buttonscarves is a Muslim fashion brand that has successfully entered the international market. To be able to compete in international and national markets, Buttonscarves carries out a customer-oriented approach strategy. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of brand community identification and rewards on brand loyalty through consumer brand engagement for Buttonscarves customers in Jakarta. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method and uses purposive sampling. Data obtained from 100 respondents was analyzed using SPSS through descriptive statistical analysis and regression tests. The research results show that there is a significant influence between the variables in the research model."

"Industri pada sektor beauty personal care memiliki persaingan yang sangat ketat. Ketatnya persaingan ini membuat pemain dalam sektor beauty personal care mempertahankan konsumennya agar tidak beralih ke produk lain. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh kesadaran nilai terhadap loyalitas merek melalui keterlibatan merek dalam konsep diri pada generasi Z konsumen merek BLP Beauty di Jabodetabek. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan pengumpulan data yang dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner online. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kesadaran nilai memiliki pengaruh sedang terhadap loyalitas merek, kesadaran nilai memiliki pengaruh lemah terdapat keterlibatan merek dalam konsep diri, serta keterlibatan merek dalam konsep diri memiliki pengaruh sedang terhadap loyalitas merek. Berdasarkan hasil uji mediasi yang telah dilakukan, terdapat pengaruh kesadaran nilai terhadap loyalitas merek melalui mediasi keterlibatan merek dalam konsep diri. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar merek dapat meningkatkan kesadaran nilai dan keterlibatan merek dalam konsep diri untuk meningkatkan loyalitas.
The beauty personal care industry has a very fierce competition, every player has to do its best to keep their consumer not to switch or even try to the other products. The purpose of this study is to analyse the effect of value consciousness on brand loyalty through brand engagement in self-concept towards Generation Z consumers of BLP Beauty brand in Jabodetabek. This study uses quantitative approach by collecting data through an online questionnaire. The results showed that value consciousness has a moderate effect on brand loyalty while value consciousness has a low effect on brand engagement in self-concept. The other result is brand engagement in self-concept has a moderate effect on brand loyalty. Based on mediation analysis, brand engagement in self-concept affects the relationship of value consciousness and brand loyalty. This study recommends that the brands could increase their value consciousness and brand engagement in self-concept to increase brand loyalty."
