"Penelitian ini bertujuan dalam melakukan analisis dan pengelolaan data lebih lanjut dalam mengetahui pengaruh antara social media use, employer brand attractiveness, organizational reputation terhadap intention to apply bagi mahasiswa terhadap perusahaan fast moving consumer goods atau FMCG. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan pendekatan positivis, yakni menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data primer dari purposive sampling. Sampel yang didapatkan pada penelitian ini diperoleh dari 285 bagi mahasiswa Generasi Z (kelahiran tahun 1995-2012) di perguruan tinggi atau universitas di Indonesia, dengan domisili DKI Jakarta. Pengelolaan data dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan perangkat lunak Lisrel dalam menguji hipotesis dan mengetahui hubungan antarvariabel. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa intention to apply terhadap perusahaan FMCG dipengaruhi oleh usaha perusahaan melalui adanya social media use, yang dalam hal ini berhubungan secara langsung dengan organizational reputation serta employer brand attractiveness. Keterkaitan dalam penggunaan sosial media oleh perusahaan FMCG menjadi salah satu bentuk digitalisasi sistem sumber daya manusia saat ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan dalam mengidentifikasi bagaimana intention to apply dapat berhubungan dengan adanya social media use pada perusahaan FMCG, yang juga perlu dipertimbangkan dengan mengusahakan peranan organizational reputation serta employer brand attractiveness yang menarik bagi mahasiswa yang merupakan bagian dari Generasi Z di Indonesia, sebagai acuan praktik manajemen sumber daya manusia oleh manajemen di organisasi maupun perusahaan.

This study aims to conduct further analysis and data management to determine the influence of social media use, employer brand attractiveness, and organizational reputation on the intention to apply among students towards fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) companies. The study adopts a positivist approach, employing quantitative research methods with primary data collected through purposive sampling. The sample consists of 285 Generation Z students (born between 1995 and 2012) from universities in Indonesia, specifically located in DKI Jakarta. Data management is conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Lisrel software to test hypotheses and identify relationships between variables. The research findings demonstrate that the intention to apply to FMCG companies is influenced by the company's efforts through social media use, which directly relates to organizational reputation and employer brand attractiveness. The integration of social media use by FMCG companies represents a form of digitization in human resource management systems today. This study aims to identify how the intention to apply can be related to social media use in FMCG companies, which should also consider the role of Organizational reputation and attractive employer brand for Generation Z students in Indonesia. The findings of this research can serve as a reference for human resource management practices by management in organizationals and companies."

"Menciptakan keunggulan kompetitif penting bagi perusahaan sebagai kegunaan untuk menarik para pencari kerja kompeten yang diperlukan untuk keberlanjutan bisnis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji peran langsung employer brand attractiveness dan corporate social responsibility sebagai variabel dependen dalam memengaruhi intention to apply, serta pengaruh tidak langsung organizational reputation memediasi hubungan antara employer brand attractiveness dan corporate social responsibility terhadap intention to apply,sebagai variabel independen. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang diberikan kepada total 315 responden. Responden adalah mahasiswa tahun terakhir dan lulusan baru yang belum memasuki dunia kerja dan merupakan bagian dari Generasi Z di Indonesia. Kuesioner menggunakan skala Likert 7 poin, dan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) digunakan untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh antara variabel yang digunakan dalam studi ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa employer brand attractiveness dan corporate social responsibility perusahaan secara signifikan memengaruhi intention to apply. Sementara itu, organizational reputation mempengaruhi hubungan antara employer brand attractiveness dan corporate social responsibility perusahaan dengan intention to apply melalui mediasi positif. Penelitian ini memiliki beberapa keterbatasan, seperti tidak adanya detail tentang jenis perusahaan yang dituju oleh responden, penggunaan metode cross-sectional, dan pengukuran self-assessment yang dapat menyebabkan bias subjektif. Berdasarkan penelitian ini, perusahaan dapat belajar bagaimana membentuk organizational reputation yang berfungsi sebagai keunggulan kompetitif dalam meningkatkan employer brand attractiveness dan corporate social responsibility di kalangan Generasi Z sebagai calon tenaga kerja baru yang memasuki pasar kerja.

Creating a competitive advantage is crucial for companies to attract competent job seekers necessary for business sustainability. This study aims to examine the direct role of employer brand attractiveness and CSR as dependent variables influencing the intention to apply, as well as the indirect influence of organizational reputation mediating the relationship between employer brand attractiveness and CSR on the intention to apply, as independent variables. Data were collected through questionnaires given to a total of 315 respondents, consisting of final-year students and fresh graduates who have not yet entered the workforce and are part of Generation Z in Indonesia. The questionnaire used a 7-point Likert scale, and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was employed to analyze and explain the relationships between the variables in this study. The results showed that employer brand attractiveness and CSR significantly affect the intention to apply. Meanwhile, organizational reputation positively mediates the relationship between employer brand attractiveness and CSR with the intention to apply. This study has several limitations, such as the lack of detail about the type of companies targeted by respondents, the use of cross-sectional methods, and self-assessment measurements that can cause subjective bias. These limitations necessitate careful interpretation of the results due to potential response variation, inability to explain post-study changes, and possible bias in the findings. Based on this research, companies can learn how to shape organizational reputation as a competitive advantage in enhancing employer brand attractiveness and CSR among Generation Z as new job market entrants."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh employer brand attractiveness terhadap intensi untuk melamar pekerjaan dengan menggunakan reputasi organisasi sebagai variabel mediasi. Variabel employer brand attractiveness diukur dengan beberapa indikator dari Berthon, untuk variabel reputasi organisasi diukur menggunakan indikator dari Bergammi dan Bagozzi, dan yang terakhir untuk variabel intensi untuk melamar pekerjaan diukur menggunakan beberapa indikator dari Lievens et al. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dimana pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dengan jumlah responden terkumpul sebanyak 425 responden. Analisis data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi sederhana dan analisis regresi berganda, analisis mediasi (causal step), dan analisis sobel test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa daya tarik merek perusahaan mempengaruhi intensi untuk melamar pekerjaan secara signifikan; employer brand attractiveness mempengaruhi reputasi organisasi secara signifikan; dan reputasi organisasi mempengaruhi intensi untuk melamar pekerjaan secara positif. Hasil analisis mediasi menunjukkan bahwa reputasi organisasi tidak memediasi pengaruh employer brand attractiveness terhadap intensi untuk melamar pekerjaan dalam penelitian ini.

This study aims to examine of Employer Brand Attractiveness on Intention to Apply by considering organizational reputation as a mediating variable. Employer Brand Attractiveness variable is measured by several indicators from Berthon, for organizational reputation measured by several indicators by Bergammi and Bagozzi, and the last for intention to apply variable measures by several indicators from Lievens et al. The study uses quatitative approach, collecting data by distributing questionnaires with 425 respondents collected. Data analysis was done by descriptive analysis, regression analysis, mediation analysis (causal step) and sobel test analysis. The results showed that employer brand attractiveness affect intention to apply significantly; employer brand attractiveness affects organizational reputation significantly; and organizational reputation affects intention to apply significantly. Based on mediation analysis, organizational reputation does not mediate the effect of employer brand attractiveness on intention to apply."

"Adanya pengaruh penyebaran informasi terkait produk dimedia sosial terhadap minat beli suatu produk ini dinilai dapat menjadi solusi untuk mendorong minat beli terkait produk ramah lingkungan melalui penyebaran informasi produk ramah lingkungan di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling pada 150 responden yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner secara online dengan memanfaatkan Google Form. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah Generasi Z dengan rentang usia 17-27 tahun dengan DKI Jakarta sebagai lokus dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa social media information sharing memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap green purchase intention. Selain itu, hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa perceived green value dan subjective norms berpengaruh positif dalam memediasi social media information sharing dan green purchase intention.

The influence of information dissemination related to products on social media on buying interest in a product is considere to be a solution to encourage purchase intention to environmentally friendly products through information dissemination on environmentally friendly products in Indonesia. This study used a quantitative approach with a purposive sampling technique on 150 respondents who were obtained through online questionnaires using the Google Form. The objects in this study were Generation Z with an age range of 17-27 years in DKI Jakarta as the locus in this study. The results of this study indicate that social media information sharing has a positive and significant impact on green purchase intention. In addition, the results of this study also show that perceived green values ​​and subjective norms have a positive effect in mediating social media information sharing and green purchase intention."

"Media sosial telah merubah persaingan industri kecantikan dan kosmetik menjadi lebih dinamis. Dinamisnya persaingan ini menjadikan Wardahbeauty menciptakan strategy baru dalam mempertahankan dan menarik lebih banyak pengikutnya di Instagram menggunakan digital marketing. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh perceived values terhadap brand loyalty dengan brand page engagement sebagai variabel mediasi (studi pada pengikut akun instagram wardahbeauty di DKI Jakarta). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan pengumpulan data yang dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner secara online. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa perceived values memiliki pengaruh terhadap brand loyalty, perceived value memiliki pengaruh terhadap brand page engagement, serta brand page engagement memiliki pengaruh terhadap brand loyalty. Berdasarkan hasil uji mediasi yang telah dilakukan, terdapat pengaruh perceived value terhadap brand loyalty melalui mediasi brand page engagement. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan supaya Wardahbeauty dapat meningkatkan perceived value dan brand page engagement untuk meningkatkan brand loyalty kepada perusahaan.

Social media has changed the competition in the beauty and cosmetic industry to be more dynamic. The dynamics of this competition have made Wardahbeauty create a new strategy in maintaining and attracting more followers on Instagram using digital marketing. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of perceived values on brand loyalty with brand page engagement as a mediating variable (study on followers of the Wardahbeauty Instagram account in DKI Jakarta). This study uses a quantitative approach and data collection is carried out through the distribution of online questionnaires. The results show that perceived values have an influence on brand loyalty, perceived value has an influence on brand page engagement, and brand page engagement has an influence on brand loyalty. Based on the results of the mediation test that has been carried out, there is an effect of perceived value on brand loyalty through mediation of brand page engagement. This study recommends that Wardahbeauty can increase perceived value and brand page engagement to increase brand loyalty to the company."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi person-organization fit terhadap organizational attractiveness baik secara langsung maupun dimediasi oleh employer branding dan use of social media. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan cross-sectional design dan metode purposive sampling untuk mengumpulkan data primer. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari 311 Mahasiswa Strata 1 dan Strata 2 di Indonesia dan pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa persepsi person-organization fit memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap organizational attractiveness, namun persepsi person-organization fit memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap employer branding dan use of social media. Kemudian employer branding dan use of social media ditemukan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap organizational attractiveness. Sehingga employer branding dan use of social media memediasi pengaruh persepsi person-organization fit terhadap organizational attractiveness secara penuh. Selain itu, employer branding juga ditemukan memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap use of social media.

he study aim to discover the effects of perceived person-organization fit on organizational attractiveness both directly and mediated by employer branding dan use of social media. This study uses a quantitative approach with cross-sectional design and purposive sampling method to collect primary data. Sample was obtained from 311 Undergraduate and Graduate Students in Indonesia while data is analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Result indicates that perceived person-organization fit has a negative effect on organizational attractiveness, but perceived person organization fit has a positive effect on employer branding and use of social media. Afterward employer branding and use of social media was found to have a positive effect on organizational attractiveness. Which means employer branding and use of social media fully mediate the effect of perceived person-organization fit on organizational attractiveness. In addition, employer branding was also found to have a negative effect on use of social media.

"Seiring dengan meningkatnya tantangan dalam pembentukan consumer brand engagement melalui media sosial, penggunaan media sosial Instagram untuk mencari konten dan informasi terkait suatu merek terus meningkat di Indonesia. Hal ini menjadi jendela peluang bagi bisnis yang dianggap sebagai gaya hidup untuk memanfaatkan pemasaran media sosial sebagai alat untuk mengembangkan consumer engagement dan brand knowledge. Penelitian kuantitatif ini ditujukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pemasaran media sosial terhadap consumer-brand engagement, dan menganalisa lebih lanjut mengenai pengaruh consumer-brand engagement terhadap brand knowledge yaitu brand awareness dan brand image pada merek Skincare di Indonesia. Sebanyak 304 responden yang merupakan pengguna Instagram dan pelanggan Scarlett dikumpulkan menggunakan purposive sampling method, dan dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Squares – Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa elemen electronic word of mouth, trendiness, dan entertainment di dalam pemasaran media sosial Scarlett merupakan kunci utama untuk mempengaruhi consumer brand engagement, dimana consumer brand engagement juga mempengaruhi brand knowledge.

Along with the increasing challenge of forming consumer brand engagement through social media, the use of Instagram as a social media to seek brand-related contents and information has been increasing in Indonesia. This becomes a window of opportunity for businesses that are perceived as a lifestyle to utilize social media marketing as a tool to develop consumer engagement and brand knowledge. This quantitative study is aimed to analyse the effectiveness of social media marketing elements on consumer brand engagement, and further analyse the effectiveness of consumer brand engagement on brand knowledge in the context of Skincare brands in Indonesia. A total of 304 respondents are gathered who are Instagram users and Scarlett customers using a purposive sampling method, which is then further analysed with Partial Least Squares – Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). The result reveals that electronic word of mouth, trendiness, and entertainment element in Scarlett’s social media marketing are the key predictors influencing the consumer brand engagement, in return enhancing the brand knowledge.

"Consumer-based brand equity (CBBE) merupakan instrumen brand paling bernilai dari instrumen brand lainnya. Salah satu strategi pemasaran yang mampu meningkatkan CBBE adalah dengan social media marketing activities (SMMA) yang dapat dirasakan pengikutnya, atau perceived SMMA. Shopee Indonesia merupakan salah satu e- commerce yang mempunyai media sosial Instagram untuk memberi informasi terbaru dan berhubungan dengan konsumennya, khususnya di Jakarta yang penduduknya mempunyai angka melek media sosial hingga 99%. Perceived SMMA dapat menciptakan brand experience konsumen, serta nantinya brand experience mampu meningkatkan CBBE. Selain itu, co-creation dapat berperan sebagai moderasi antara hubungan perceived SMMA dan brand experience. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh perceived SMMA terhadap CBBE melalui brand experience serta co-creation behaviour sebagai moderasi pada pengikut Instagram Shopee Indonesia di Jakarta. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui teknik purposive sampling pada 211 responden yang diperoleh melalui online quiestionnaire. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perceived SMMA berpengaruh signifikan terhadap CBBE. Perceived SMMA juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap brand experience. Selain itu, brand experience mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap CBBE. Peran brand experience sebagai mediasi antara perceived SMMA dan CBBE mempunyai pengaruh signifikan. Namun, tidak ada pengaruh signifkan pada co- creation behaviour sebagai moderasi antara perceived SMMA dan CBBE.

Consumer-based brand equity (CBBE) is the most valuable brand instrument among the other brand instruments. One of the marketing strategies that can increase CBBE is social media marketing activities (SMMA) that can be perceived by its followers, or perceived SMMA. Shopee Indonesia is one of the e-commerce sites that has Instagram to provide the latest information and connect with its consumers, especially in Jakarta where the population has a social media literacy rate of up to 99%. Perceived SMMA can affect consumer’s brand experience, and also brand experience can increase CBBE. In addition, co-creation can be a moderator between the relationship between perceived SMMA and brand experience. This study aims to analyze the effect of perceived SMMA on CBBE through brand experience and co-creation behavior as a moderator from Shopee Indonesia's Instagram followers in Jakarta. The research method uses quantitative approach with purposive sampling technique on 211 respondents obtained through online questionnaires. The results showed that perceived SMMA had a significant effect on CBBE. Perceived SMMA also has a significant effect on brand experience. Futhermore, brand experience has a significant influence on CBBE. The role of brand experience as a mediation between perceived SMMA and CBBE has a significant effect. However, there is no significant effect on co-creation behavior as a moderator between perceived SMMA and CBBE."

"ABSTRAK
Employer branding dapat membentuk persepsi individu terkait karakteristik subjektif sebuah organisasi. Hal ini mendorong organisasi untuk memberikan perhatian lebih dalam memaksimalkan peran employer branding, khususnya dalam mencari pencari kerja. Social media sering dijadikan pilihan untuk memaksimalkan kegiatan tersebut. Karakteristik komunikasi yang dirasakan saat mengakses halaman social media dapat dilihat melalui perceived social presence dan perceived informativeness. Berdasarkan teori employer brand personality yang dijelaskan oleh dimensi organizational warmth dan organizational competence, dilakukan pengumpulan data untuk melihat pengaruh dari penggunaan social media dalam kegiatan employer branding perusahaan terhadap tingkat organizational attractiveness perusahaan. Data dikumpulkan pada mahasiswa tahun akhir yang akan atau sedang mencari kerja dalam waktu kurang dari satu tahun. Sesuai dengan hipotesis yang sudah disusun, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa organizational warmth dan organizational competence memediasi pengaruh perceived social presence dan perceived informativeness terhadap organizational attractiveness. Semua hasil temuan ini membuktikan bahwa penggunaan social media merupakan pilihan yang tepat untuk memaksimalkan upaya employer branding perusahaan guna meningkatkan tingkat organizational attractiveness bagi calon pencari kerja.

ABSTRACT
Employer branding can shape the perceptions of individuals related to the subjective characteristics of an organization. This encourages organizations to pay more attention in maximizing the role of employer branding, especially in finding job seekers. Social media is often used as a choice to maximize these activities. The communication characteristics perceived when accessing social media pages can be seen through perceived social presence and perceived informativeness. Based on the theory of employer brand personality described by the dimensions of organizational warmth and organizational competence, data is collected to see the effect of the use of social media in employer branding activities of the company on the level of organizational attractiveness. Data is collected from final year students who will or are looking for work in less than one year. In accordance with the hypotheses that have been prepared, the results of the study show that organizational warmth and organizational competence mediates the influence of perceived social presence and perceived informativeness towards the organizational attractiveness. All of these findings prove that the use of social media is the right choice to maximize the company's employer branding efforts to increase the level of organizational attractiveness for prospective job seekers."

"Asian Games merupakan acara olahraga terbesar di Asia dan diselenggarakan setiap empat tahun sekali. Penelitian ini menjelaskan hubungan social media marketing activities terhadap pembentukan brand awareness, brand image, dan brand loyalty Asian Games 2018 selaku acara olahraga. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner secara online yang berdasarkan teknik convenience sampling terhadap 400 responden. Berdasarkan analisis faktor yang telah dilakukan, social media marketing activities terbagi menjadi tujuh dimensi, yaitu pleasure of share, interaction, trendiness, customization, advertisement, information, dan word of mouth communication. Setelah dilakukan analisis linier, social media marketing activities terbukti dapat memprediksi brand awareness, brand image, dan brand loyalty secara signifikan. Dimensi yang berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap brand awareness adalah pleasure of share dan information, pleasure of share, customization dan information pada brand image, serta pleasure of share, information dan word of mouth communication pada brand loyalty. Selain itu, ditemukan bahwa brand awareness memiliki hubungan dengan brand image yang secara bersama memiliki hubungan dengan brand loyalty.

The Asian Games is the biggest sporting event in Asia and is held every four years. This study explains the relationship of social media marketing activities to the formation of brand awareness, brand image, and brand loyalty of the 2018 Asian Games as a sports event. This research is a quantitative research by conducting online questionnaires that discuss convenience sampling techniques for 400 respondents. Based on the analysis of the factors that have been carried out, social media marketing activities are divided into seven dimensions, namely pleasure of share, interaction, trendiness, customization, advertising, information, and word of mouth communication. After linier analysis, social media marketing activities have been shown to significantly predict brand awareness, brand image, and brand loyalty. The dimensions that influence brand awareness are pleasure of share and information, pleasure of share customization, and information on brand image, as well as the pleasure of share, information, and word of mouth communication on brand loyalty. In addition, it was found that brand awareness has a relationship with brand image related to brand loyalty."
