"The study sought to evaluate smartwatch-based sleep quality indicators of fitness to work. Eighteen males (aged 20–26 years) were assigned to three randomized daytime sleep conditions (bad/moderate/good), which varied in terms of lighting, noise, and temperature, for a six-hour period. After this daytime sleep, participants completed simulated computer tasks during a 12-hour nighttime waking period. Prior to those tasks, participants’ fitness to work was determined by subjective measures that included the Sleep Quality Index-Karolinska Sleep Diary (SQI-KSD)), the Psychomotor Vigilance Task (PVT)), and the Karolinska Sleepiness Scale (KSS) to measure drowsiness. Total sleep time (TST), light sleep quantity (LSQ), deep sleep quantity (DSQ), and REM sleep quantity (REMSQ) were recorded using a smartwatch. The results confirmed that TST, LSQ, and SQI-KSD can be used as measures of sleep quality and fitness to work (p < 0.05)."

As we know the population in Indonesia is increasing and aging, the use of smartwatches and fitness bands that can be used everywhere can reduce the social burden caused by the increasing human need for care and the need for health. To facilitate and encourage the use of smartwatches and fitness bands among young people to the elderly, this study investigates the dominant factors in the continued intention to use on smartwatches and fitness bands, and the smartwatch and fitness band acceptance models for generation Y, X and baby boomers, developed using structural equation modeling. This model was validated using 327 survey samples collected from people aged 17 years to 74 years.
The results show that there are 6 hypotheses accepted in all generations, that PSR negatively affects PEOU Customer, PR negatively affects PEOU customers, Health negatively affects PU customers, PSR negatively affects PU customers, PSR negatively affects IU customers, and PR negatively affecting IU customers.

ABSTRACT
Physical activity and sleep quality are two of important factor that may affect our health. Office workers are individuals who are vulnerable to having a sedentary lifestyle, so they lack of physical activity. Lack of physical activity suspected to be related to sleep quality in office workers. This study aimed to examine the correlation between physical activity and sleep quality in office workers.
The method of his study is cross-sectional and the subjects are office workers at Jakarta. The physical activity data was acquired from International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ) Indonesian version and the sleep quality data was acquired from Pittsburghs Sleep Questionnaire Index (PSQI) Indonesian version.
Results of the data founds subjects median of total energy expenditure is 2865 MET-minutes/weeks and subjects median of sleep quality index is 6. The result of this study showed that there is no significant correlation between total energy expenditure and sleep quality index in office workers at Jakarta with the neglectable power of correlation (p = 0,28; r = 0,15).
The relation between physical activity and sleep quality are indirectly. Sleep quality is affected by several factors, among them are fatigue and stress. Physical activity may decrease the risk of fatigue and stress, that are indirectly may increase sleep quality.

Device shipments in the wearable device industry are predicted to increase until 2026, especially smartwatches or smartwatches. In this pandemic phenomenon, smartwatches are becoming more critical because they can monitor fitness and rest activities in detail. In addition, the technology contained in smartwatches must also be considered. The advanced technology available may make some users feel uncomfortable and insecure. This study assessed the Technology Readiness Index (TRI) such as Optimism, Innovativeness, Insecurity, and Discomfort in the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) on user acceptance in using their smartwatch. 212 respondents completed an online survey, then tested it using the PLS-SEM method. The results showed that, of the 12 hypotheses, three hypotheses had no effect. Insecurity has no impact on Perceived Ease of Use and Perceived Usefulness, and optimism also does not affect Perceived Usefulness."
