"The transformation process from idea to product and finally to wealth creation is one of the major problems in the agriculture sector in Iran. This study used a qualitative-exploratory approach to investigate the barriers and the solutions, which were derived from the interview results of our study, to commercialization of research findings in Iranian schools of agriculture. The data was collected through in-depth semi-structured interviews. The results showed that the highest ranking barriers to commercialization were inappropriate perspectives and policy-making, financial-investment barriers, mistrust, and poor communication; the barriers related to the participation of the private sector were among the lowest ranking items. The top ranking solutions for commercialization were related to planning, legislation, policy-making, needs assessment, goal setting, and prioritization. The technical-specialized solutions were the lowest ranking items."

"Teknologi Informasi akan terus berkembang seiring dengan perkembangan zaman, pada saat ini penggunaan IT di Indonesia sudah mulai berkembang terutama pada sektor perbankan, saat ini sudah banyak sekali perusahaan fintech yang mulai bermunculan dan tentunya mendisrupsi bank untuk melakukan transformasi digital. Tranformasi digital ditopang oleh penggunaan sistem informasi dan juga aplikasi-aplikasi yang dapat memudahkan pengguna. Aplikasi pada TI perbankan di kelola dan dikembangkan dengan metode SDLC. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengurangi keterlambatan pelaksanaan pengembangan aplikasi pada bank BUMN. Pendekatan business process reengineering dan teknik pemodelan IDEF0 digunakan dalam mencapai ke siklus SDLC yang lebih efisien terutama pada pain point siklus SDLC tempat penulis melakukan penelitian yaitu tahap requirement dan tahap procurement. Penelitian ini menghasilkan rancangan perbaikan proses baru berupa tiga skenario untuk tahap requirement dan procurement. Untuk menguji efektivitas masing-masing skenario, dilakukan simulasi menggunakan bantuan software iGrafx. Menggunakan parameter waktu, hasil simulasi menunjukan skenario 3 menjadi skenario perbaikan terbaik dengan penurunan waktu mencapai 33% dan 33%.

Information Technology will continue to develop along with the times, at this time the use of IT in Indonesia has begun to develop, especially in the banking sector, now there are many fintech companies that have started to emerge and of course disrupt banks to carry out digital transformation. Digital transformation is supported by the use of information systems and applications that make it easier for users. Banking IT applications are managed and developed using the SDLC method. The purpose of this research is to reduce delays in the implementation of application development at state-owned banks. The business process reengineering approach and the IDEF0 modeling technique are used in achieving a more efficient SDLC cycle, especially at the pain points of the SDLC cycle where the author conducts research, namely the requirements stage and the procurement stage. This research resulted in a new process improvement design in the form of three scenarios for the requirements and procurement stages. To test the effectiveness of each scenario, a simulation was carried out using the iGrafx software. Using the time parameter, the simulation results show that scenario 3 is the best improvement scenario with a decrease in time reaching 33% and 33%."

Dalam menjalankan penelitian ini, pemilihan aplikasi MyPertamina sebagai fokus utama tidak terlepas dari fakta bahwa PT Pertamina (Persero) merupakan Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) yang bertanggung jawab untuk mengelola sumber daya minyak dan gas bumi di Indonesia sekaligus berperan secara strategis untuk menjawab tantangan ini. Terlebih, Pertamina memiliki jaringan SPBU yang sangat luas dan merata di seluruh Indonesia. Jaringan SPBU Pertamina yang menyeluruh ini memberikan aksesibilitas yang lebih tinggi kepada masyarakat luas untuk menggunakan layanan digital yang ditawarkan melalui aplikasi MyPertamina. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis secara mendalam aplikasi MyPertamina menggunakan metodologi Design Science Research (DSR), yang meliputi analisis kebutuhan pengguna, analisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi niat penggunaan aplikasi MyPertamina, dan merancang pengembangan solusi dalam bentuk desain antarmuka dan prototipe alternatif dari aplikasi MyPertamina. Studi ini dilakukan dengan menggabungkan metode penelitian kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Penelitian kualitatif dilakukan dengan menganalisis hasil wawancara yang diperoleh berdasarkan sesi wawancara bersama sepuluh narasumber yang seluruhnya merupakan pengguna aplikasi MyPertamina. Selanjutnya, hasil wawancara tersebut dijadikan acuan untuk merancang model penelitian yang merepresentasikan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi niat penggunaan aplikasi MyPertamina. Penelitian kuantitatif ini disebar memperoleh 283 responden yang seluruhnya merupakan pengguna aplikasi MyPertamina. Hasil penelitian kuantitatif ini menunjukkan bahwa usability, completeness, security, responsiveness, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, government regulation, dan trust berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap intention to use. Selanjutnya, penulis merancang solusi desain dan prototipe perbaikan aplikasi MyPertamina berdasarkan tahapan penelitian sebelumnya. Hasil perancangan desain ini kemudian dievaluasi dengan SUS dan usability testing. Dengan demikian, hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan untuk mengatasi resistensi pelanggan terhadap teknologi digital, khususnya dalam pemanfaatan aplikasi MyPertamina. Selain itu, temuan dari penelitian ini juga mendukung program pemerintah dalam mendorong kebijakan energi berkelanjutan.

In the era of rapidly growing digitalization, digital transformation has become an unavoidable necessity for all business and industry sectors to support growth and operational efficiency. This is also considered important in the fossil energy sector which is currently undergoing challenges in maintaining the imbalance of energy needs. In conducting this research, the selection of MyPertamina application as the main focus is inseparable from the fact that PT Pertamina (Persero) is a State-Owned Enterprise responsible for managing oil and gas resources in Indonesia as well as playing a strategic role to answer this challenge. Moreover, Pertamina has a very extensive and evenly distributed network of gas stations throughout Indonesia. This comprehensive Pertamina gas station network provides higher accessibility to the wider community to use digital services offered through the MyPertamina application. The purpose of this research is to deeply analyze the MyPertamina application using the Design Science Research (DSR) methodology, which includes analyzing user needs, analyzing factors that influence the intention to use the MyPertamina application, and designing solution development in the form of interface design and alternative prototypes of the MyPertamina application. This study was conducted by combining qualitative and quantitative research methods. Qualitative research was conducted by analyzing the results of interviews obtained based on interview sessions with ten interviewees who were all users of the MyPertamina application. Furthermore, the results of these interviews were used as a reference to design a research model that represents the factors that influence the intention to use the MyPertamina application. This quantitative research distributed obtained 283 respondents who are all users of the MyPertamina application. The results of this quantitative research show that usability, completeness, security, responsiveness, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, government regulation, and trust have a significant effect on intention to use. Furthermore, the author designed design solutions and prototypes for MyPertamina application improvements based on the previous research stages. The results of this design are then evaluated with SUS and usability testing. Thus, the results of this study can be used to overcome customer resistance to digital technology, especially in the utilization of the MyPertamina application. In addition, the findings of this research also support government programs in encouraging sustainable energy policies."

"Innovation is needed to preserve local culinary clover as a culinary ingredient which becomes one of the elements of the tourist attraction. With the momentum of healthy lifestyle trend in Surabaya, a beverage product is created from local ingredient in surabaya. A clover known in Latin as Marsilea Crenata is usually used as a Pecel Semanggi. Marsilea Crenata is known as herbal medicine. It used to cure sore throat, sprue, and fever. It contains high isoflavones. The herbal drink is created by producing clover powder through the stages of drying using dehydrator. The herbal beverage is produced through experimental stages with dry mix and crystallization method. Sensory test is used to discover about the taste, aroma, color, and texture of the herbal drink. They are acceptable and 53.3% of panelists like it. Nutrition test is conducted in Balai Riset dan Standardisasi Industri Surabaya to discover the nutrition facts of the herbal drink. The herbal drink contains of 20,62% ash, 7,31% sugar, 1,16% protein, 6,15% carbohydrate, and energy 38,96 kcal/100 g. In further research other methods can be used such as vacuum drying or freeze drying so that the vitamin content is keep remain. The clover leaf utilization can be optimized by producing an instant herbal drink water clover. Thus teh Kampung Semanggi as one of tourist destinations deserves to receive more attention, particularly from the government."

"This study examines the structural and digital transformation within the financial industry, portraying the urging need for green sustainable digitalization within Industry 4.0. This study aims to explore the role of digital technologies, such as artificial intelligence (AI), big data analytics, and the Internet of Things (IoT), in promoting environmental sustainability in the financial sector. The study reviews the existing literature and the identified critical challenges and opportunities in sustainable digital transformation. It proposes pathways for leveraging digitalization to attain socio-environmental sustainability and green finance. Empirical evidence supports such analysis, finding positive impacts that digital finance brings to green technology innovation and carbon neutrality, emphasizing the synergy of digital development with sustainability goals. The study finds that policy and regulation will be critical in smoothing the transition and fostering diverse social and environmental implications of sustainable digital finance. In this context, the study brings a futuristic outlook on the way digital technologies are integrated within corporate strategies to be part of sustainable development."

"ABSTRAK
Sumber daya merupakan komponen penting bagi suatu organisasi dalam menjalankan aktivitas bisnisnya. Kesadaran akan kepemilikan sumber daya serta alokasi sumber daya yang optimal sangat berperan untuk mencapai hasil yang maksimal. BLU Pusfatekgan LAPAN memiliki sejumlah sumber daya yang unik yang membedakan dengan pelaku usaha layanan produk dan jasa teknologi dirgantara yang lain. Kepemilikan serta penggunaan sumber daya dan kapabilitas BLU Pusfatekgan LAPAN secara efisien akan memunculkan peluang besar bagi organisasi agar dapat beroperasi secara ekonomis dan baik untuk mencapai keunggulan kompetitif. Untuk mempertahankan kinerja yang unggul dalam bisnis layanan produk dan jasa teknologi dirgantara, maka BLU Pusfatekgan LAPAN harus memiliki faktor-faktor yang mampu membuatnya sulit untuk ditiru oleh pesaing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis lingkungan internal BLU Pusfatekgan LAPAN melalui pendekatan Resource-Based View (RBV) dengan mengetahui sumber daya dan kapabilitas melalui analisis rantai nilai (value chain) dan dalam upaya merumuskan strategi keunggulan kompetitif bisnis menggunakan kerangka kerja VRIO, yang terdiri dari bernilai (value), langka atau sulit didapatkan (rare), tidak mudah ditiru (imperfectly imitable), dan terorganisasi dengan baik oleh perusahaan (organization). Pendekatan RBV ini dapat mengidentifikasi sumber daya dan kapabilitas yang berpotensi sebagai kekuatan internal perusahaan untuk mencapai keunggulan bersaing yang berkelanjutan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sumber daya (resources) dan kapabilitas (capabilities) yang dimiliki BLU Pusfatekgan LAPAN dan teridentifikasi sebagai sumber keunggulan berjumlah 24 sumber daya dan 28 kapabilitas. Berdasarkan pengujian menggunakan kerangka VRIO diperoleh hasil bahwa terdapat 9 sumber daya dan 10 kapabilitas yang mampu memberikan keunggulan kompetitif bagi bisnis produk dan layanan yang dijalankan oleh BLU Pusfatekgan LAPAN.

ABSTRACT
Resources are essential components for an organization in carrying out its business activities. Awareness of resource ownership and optimal resource allocation was instrumental to achieve maximum results. BLU Pusfatekgan LAPAN has a number of unique resources differenta from other businesses competitors. Ownership and use of resources and capabilities efficiently BLU Pusfatekgan LAPAN will bring great opportunities for organizations to operate in an economical and good for achieving a competitive advantage. To maintain superior performance in business services aerospace technology products and services, the BLU Pusfatekgan LAPAN must have factors that could make it difficult to be imitated by competitors. This study aimed to analyze the internal environment through an approach BLU Pusfatekgan LAPAN Resource-Based View (RBV) to determine the resources and capabilities through the value chain analysis (value-chain analysis) and in an effort to formulate strategies competitive advantage VRIO business use framework, which comprises of worth (value), rare or difficult to obtain (rare), not easily imitated (imperfectly imitable), and well organized by the company (organization). The RBV approach can identify resources and capabilities as a potential internal power companies to achieve sustainable competitive advantage. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method of case studies. The results show the resources (resources) and capability (capabilities) that are owned BLU Pusfatekgan LAPAN and identified as a source of excellence resource totaling 24 and 28 capabilities. Based on testing using the framework VRIO result that there are 9 resources and 10 capabilities that can provide a competitive advantage for the business products and services that are run by BLU Pusfatekgan LAPAN.
