"The transformation process from idea to product and finally to wealth creation is one of the major problems in the agriculture sector in Iran. This study used a qualitative-exploratory approach to investigate the barriers and the solutions, which were derived from the interview results of our study, to commercialization of research findings in Iranian schools of agriculture. The data was collected through in-depth semi-structured interviews. The results showed that the highest ranking barriers to commercialization were inappropriate perspectives and policy-making, financial-investment barriers, mistrust, and poor communication; the barriers related to the participation of the private sector were among the lowest ranking items. The top ranking solutions for commercialization were related to planning, legislation, policy-making, needs assessment, goal setting, and prioritization. The technical-specialized solutions were the lowest ranking items."

"Teknologi Informasi akan terus berkembang seiring dengan perkembangan zaman, pada saat ini penggunaan IT di Indonesia sudah mulai berkembang terutama pada sektor perbankan, saat ini sudah banyak sekali perusahaan fintech yang mulai bermunculan dan tentunya mendisrupsi bank untuk melakukan transformasi digital. Tranformasi digital ditopang oleh penggunaan sistem informasi dan juga aplikasi-aplikasi yang dapat memudahkan pengguna. Aplikasi pada TI perbankan di kelola dan dikembangkan dengan metode SDLC. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengurangi keterlambatan pelaksanaan pengembangan aplikasi pada bank BUMN. Pendekatan business process reengineering dan teknik pemodelan IDEF0 digunakan dalam mencapai ke siklus SDLC yang lebih efisien terutama pada pain point siklus SDLC tempat penulis melakukan penelitian yaitu tahap requirement dan tahap procurement. Penelitian ini menghasilkan rancangan perbaikan proses baru berupa tiga skenario untuk tahap requirement dan procurement. Untuk menguji efektivitas masing-masing skenario, dilakukan simulasi menggunakan bantuan software iGrafx. Menggunakan parameter waktu, hasil simulasi menunjukan skenario 3 menjadi skenario perbaikan terbaik dengan penurunan waktu mencapai 33% dan 33%.

Information Technology will continue to develop along with the times, at this time the use of IT in Indonesia has begun to develop, especially in the banking sector, now there are many fintech companies that have started to emerge and of course disrupt banks to carry out digital transformation. Digital transformation is supported by the use of information systems and applications that make it easier for users. Banking IT applications are managed and developed using the SDLC method. The purpose of this research is to reduce delays in the implementation of application development at state-owned banks. The business process reengineering approach and the IDEF0 modeling technique are used in achieving a more efficient SDLC cycle, especially at the pain points of the SDLC cycle where the author conducts research, namely the requirements stage and the procurement stage. This research resulted in a new process improvement design in the form of three scenarios for the requirements and procurement stages. To test the effectiveness of each scenario, a simulation was carried out using the iGrafx software. Using the time parameter, the simulation results show that scenario 3 is the best improvement scenario with a decrease in time reaching 33% and 33%."

"Innovation is needed to preserve local culinary clover as a culinary ingredient which becomes one of the elements of the tourist attraction. With the momentum of healthy lifestyle trend in Surabaya, a beverage product is created from local ingredient in surabaya. A clover known in Latin as Marsilea Crenata is usually used as a Pecel Semanggi. Marsilea Crenata is known as herbal medicine. It used to cure sore throat, sprue, and fever. It contains high isoflavones. The herbal drink is created by producing clover powder through the stages of drying using dehydrator. The herbal beverage is produced through experimental stages with dry mix and crystallization method. Sensory test is used to discover about the taste, aroma, color, and texture of the herbal drink. They are acceptable and 53.3% of panelists like it. Nutrition test is conducted in Balai Riset dan Standardisasi Industri Surabaya to discover the nutrition facts of the herbal drink. The herbal drink contains of 20,62% ash, 7,31% sugar, 1,16% protein, 6,15% carbohydrate, and energy 38,96 kcal/100 g. In further research other methods can be used such as vacuum drying or freeze drying so that the vitamin content is keep remain. The clover leaf utilization can be optimized by producing an instant herbal drink water clover. Thus teh Kampung Semanggi as one of tourist destinations deserves to receive more attention, particularly from the government."

"ABSTRAK
Sumber daya merupakan komponen penting bagi suatu organisasi dalam menjalankan aktivitas bisnisnya. Kesadaran akan kepemilikan sumber daya serta alokasi sumber daya yang optimal sangat berperan untuk mencapai hasil yang maksimal. BLU Pusfatekgan LAPAN memiliki sejumlah sumber daya yang unik yang membedakan dengan pelaku usaha layanan produk dan jasa teknologi dirgantara yang lain. Kepemilikan serta penggunaan sumber daya dan kapabilitas BLU Pusfatekgan LAPAN secara efisien akan memunculkan peluang besar bagi organisasi agar dapat beroperasi secara ekonomis dan baik untuk mencapai keunggulan kompetitif. Untuk mempertahankan kinerja yang unggul dalam bisnis layanan produk dan jasa teknologi dirgantara, maka BLU Pusfatekgan LAPAN harus memiliki faktor-faktor yang mampu membuatnya sulit untuk ditiru oleh pesaing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis lingkungan internal BLU Pusfatekgan LAPAN melalui pendekatan Resource-Based View (RBV) dengan mengetahui sumber daya dan kapabilitas melalui analisis rantai nilai (value chain) dan dalam upaya merumuskan strategi keunggulan kompetitif bisnis menggunakan kerangka kerja VRIO, yang terdiri dari bernilai (value), langka atau sulit didapatkan (rare), tidak mudah ditiru (imperfectly imitable), dan terorganisasi dengan baik oleh perusahaan (organization). Pendekatan RBV ini dapat mengidentifikasi sumber daya dan kapabilitas yang berpotensi sebagai kekuatan internal perusahaan untuk mencapai keunggulan bersaing yang berkelanjutan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sumber daya (resources) dan kapabilitas (capabilities) yang dimiliki BLU Pusfatekgan LAPAN dan teridentifikasi sebagai sumber keunggulan berjumlah 24 sumber daya dan 28 kapabilitas. Berdasarkan pengujian menggunakan kerangka VRIO diperoleh hasil bahwa terdapat 9 sumber daya dan 10 kapabilitas yang mampu memberikan keunggulan kompetitif bagi bisnis produk dan layanan yang dijalankan oleh BLU Pusfatekgan LAPAN.

ABSTRACT
Resources are essential components for an organization in carrying out its business activities. Awareness of resource ownership and optimal resource allocation was instrumental to achieve maximum results. BLU Pusfatekgan LAPAN has a number of unique resources differenta from other businesses competitors. Ownership and use of resources and capabilities efficiently BLU Pusfatekgan LAPAN will bring great opportunities for organizations to operate in an economical and good for achieving a competitive advantage. To maintain superior performance in business services aerospace technology products and services, the BLU Pusfatekgan LAPAN must have factors that could make it difficult to be imitated by competitors. This study aimed to analyze the internal environment through an approach BLU Pusfatekgan LAPAN Resource-Based View (RBV) to determine the resources and capabilities through the value chain analysis (value-chain analysis) and in an effort to formulate strategies competitive advantage VRIO business use framework, which comprises of worth (value), rare or difficult to obtain (rare), not easily imitated (imperfectly imitable), and well organized by the company (organization). The RBV approach can identify resources and capabilities as a potential internal power companies to achieve sustainable competitive advantage. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method of case studies. The results show the resources (resources) and capability (capabilities) that are owned BLU Pusfatekgan LAPAN and identified as a source of excellence resource totaling 24 and 28 capabilities. Based on testing using the framework VRIO result that there are 9 resources and 10 capabilities that can provide a competitive advantage for the business products and services that are run by BLU Pusfatekgan LAPAN.

"Transformasi digital menjadi salah satu upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengadopsi proses tradisional menjadi digital. Upaya ini juga sedang banyak digunakan dalam pengimplementasian sistem pemerintahan, salah satunya pada layanan perpajakan di Indonesia yaitu diluncurkannya aplikasi M-Pajak. Akan tetapi, penggunaan aplikasi M-Pajak belum sepenuhnya memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna. Hal ini dilihat dari penilaian salah satu distribusi digital, aplikasi M-Pajak mendapatkan penilaian yang tergolong biasa saja atau berada di rentang rata-rata. Beberapa pengguna berpendapat aplikasi belum memiliki fitur yang lengkap, secara fungsionalitas layanan perpajakan yang diberikan belum selengkap layanan DJP Online. Keberadaan kedua layanan tersebut perlu dipertanyakan nilai kegunaan aplikasi dalam memenuhi layanan perpajakan di Indonesia. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan bagi perancang aplikasi untuk memastikan layanan dapat memberikan pengalaman yang terbaik dengan mengoptimalkan manfaat yang diberikan kepada Wajib Pajak. Pada penelitian layanan perpajakan terdahulu lebih fokus membahas tentang layanan e-Filing pada DJP Online dan belum ada penelitian yang mengevaluasi aplikasi mobile tentang perpajakan dari sisi usability. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi usability dan melakukan perancangan ulang desain antarmuka menggunakan metode pendekatan User-Centered Design (UCD) dan menerapkan prinsip Shneiderman’s Eight Golden Rules of Interface Design. Penelitian ini melibatkan partisipan yang merupakan pengguna aplikasi M-Pajak dan DJP Online pada pengumpulan data dan evaluasi usability. Evaluasi dilakukan sebanyak dua kali dengan menggunakan kuesioner System Usability Scale (SUS) dan wawancara daring dengan pengguna pada tahapan pertama. Solusi perbaikan desain yang diberikan tim penulis berupa low-fidelity dan high-fidelity design. Pada evaluasi SUS tahap pertama mendapatkan skor sebesar 64,23 atau ‘OK’ dan tahap kedua mendapatkan skor final sebesar 82 atau ‘Good’. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat berkontribusi memberikan solusi perbaikan sistem pada aplikasi M-Pajak dan dapat meningkatkan kualitas layanan perpajakan di Indonesia.

This effort is also being massively used within the implementation of government systems, one of which is in the provision of tax services in Indonesia, namely the launch of the M-Pajak mobile application. However, the use of the M-Pajak mobile application had not fully met user needs. This could be seen from the assessment of one of the digital distributions in which M-Pajak got the application rating that was classified as average. Some users thought that the features within the application were incomplete in terms of functionality, meaning that the tax services provided were not as complete as the services provided in DGT Online platform. The usefulness of both services in fulfilling tax services in Indonesia needs to be questioned. Therefore, it is necessary for application designers to ensure that services can provide the best experience by optimizing the benefits that taxpayers would get. Previous research that had been done on tax services focused more on discussing e-Filing services at DGT Online as well as there had been no research evaluating mobile applications regarding taxation from the perspective of usability. Therefore, this research was conducted with the aim of evaluating usability and redesigning the interface design using the User-Centered Design (UCD) approach and applying the principles of Shneiderman's Eight Golden Rules of Interface Design. This study involved participants who were the M-Pajak and DGT Online users in data collection and usability evaluation. The evaluation was carried out in two stages using System Usability Scale (SUS) evaluation questions and online interviews with users in the first stage. "ABSTRAK
Perubahan suatu tempat non-urban menjadi urban melalui urbanisasi dapat mempengaruhi keseharian hidup masyarakat tradisional, dalam kasus ini, adalah Bali. Di Bali dikenal apa yang disebut Bale Banjar. Bale banjar adalah bangunan yang berfungsi untuk menampung kegiatan adat-keagamaan. Bangunan ini terletak memusat dalam permukiman
adat di Bali. Dalam proses perubahan menuju urban, Bale banjar Titih mengalami perubahan akibat tekanan proses urbanisasi, bangunan ini hadir bersamaan dengan kegiatan komersial kota. Penelitian ini akan mencari jawaban atas pertanyaan: i) apa dan mengapa terjadi transformasi posisi kehadiran dari semula bale banjar Titih bersifat privat, menjadi hadir bersama dengan keramaian ruang publik perkotaan?; ii) bagaimana mempertahankan privasi kehadiran Bale Banjar Titih, khususnya terkait dengan kegiatan ritual atau tradisi banjar di antara hiruk-pikuk kota. Jenis penelitian adalah kualitatif melalui single case study research untuk mengungkap habitus dan proses transformasi secara kualitatif terkait dengan nilai-tradisi yang berhadapan dengan nilai-nilai baru dari masyarakat baru yang bersifat urban dan modern. Pendekatan penelitian adalah grounded research dimana perumusan tesis muncul di akhir proses penelitian. Pengambilan sampel adalah sampel tertuju (purposive). Pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara informan yang terpilih. Temuan riset menunjukkan bahwa perkembangan Pasar Badung telah mendorong para pedagang masuk merambah area permukiman, sehingga komersialisasi terjadi pada Bale Banjar Titih, yakni, adanya peluang
memperoleh pendapatan akibat adanya aktivitas perdagangan yang dapat mendanai kebutuhan komunal banjar. Hubungan harmonis yang terjalin antara warga banjar dengan pedagang dipahami sebagai hubungan resiprokal, dapat tercipta melalui penerapan tri hita karana oleh warga banjar dalam habitus-nya, dan keuntungan kerjasama yang diperoleh oleh kedua belah pihak. Penerapan Tri Hita Karana dalam Saling Metulungan, Pajegan, dan Rungu menjadi hubungan antar warga banjar dengan pedagang yang dapat mewujudkan kebertahanan aktivitas adat-keagamaan warga berdampingan dengan aktivitas perdagangan dalam bale banjar Titih. Penelitian ini kemudian menyimpulkan bahwa ruang tradisional tidak selalu bersifat statis melainkan dapat menyesuaikan melalui habitus yang ada pada aktor didalam menanggapi lingkungan tempat tinggalnya, sehingga dapat menciptakan ruang bermukim yang paling sesuai dan dapat bertahan diantara hadirnya nilai-nilai baru

called Bale Banjar. Bale banjar is a building that serves to accommodate a customreligious activities. The building is located "centered" in the indigenous settlements in Bali. In the process of change to urban, Bale banjar Titih changes due to the pressures of urbanization process, the building comes along with the commercial activities of the city. This study will seek answers to the questions: i) what happened and why the transformation of "position" presence of the original bale banjar Titih which is private, be present along with the crowd of urban public space; ii) how to maintain the privacy of the presence of Bale Banjar Titih, particularly those related to rituals or banjar traditions amongst the crowd of the city.
This type of research is qualitative single case study research to uncover
habitus and qualitative transformation process associated with the values of tradition dealing with the new values of the new society that is both urban and modern. The research approach is grounded research thesis formulation which appears at the end of the research process. Using purposive sampling and data collection through observation and interviewing informants. The research findings indicate that the Pasar Badung developments have prompted traders penetrated residential areas, so that commercialization occurs in Bale Banjar Titih, namely, the opportunity to earn income as a result of their trading activities to finance the banjar communal needs.
Harmonious relationship that exists between banjar people with traders understood as a reciprocal relationship, can be created through the implementation of tri hita karana by banjar people in his habitus, and cooperation advantages gained by both sides. Application of Tri Hita Karana in Saling Metulungan, Pajegan, and Rungu are the relationship between banjar people with traders who can realize the survival of traditional-religious activities of banjar alongside the trading activity in the BaleBanjar Titih. The study then concluded that traditional space are not always static, but can adjust through habitus that of the actor in responding to his neighborhood, so as to create a living space that best suits and can survive among the presence of new values."
