Sedangkan hasil penelitiannya menyimpulkan diplomasi pemerintah Indonesia lewat kebijakannya terkesan tidak serius untuk menangani isu Papua. Kemudian peran dan pengaruh dari Operasi Papua Merdeka (OPM) semakin meningkat dalam menggalang dukungan di kancah internasional. Olehnya itu, perlu adanya pemetaan kembali masalah Papua secara baik dan pelibatan aktor-aktor lain dalam pelaksanaan diplomasi Indonesia

This Thesis discusses the failure of Indonesian diplomacy to prevent internationalization of Papua in the UK from 2008 and 2013. The method used is qualitative explanative. While the research results conclude diplomacy Indonesia government through its policy does not seem serious to deal with the issue of Papua. Then the role and influence of Operations Free Papua (OPM) is increasing in garnering support in the international arena. By him, the needs for mapping back problems as well Papua and the involvement of others actors in the implementation of Indonesia`s diplomacyInternationalization Papua, Indonesia`s Diplomacy, Operation of Free Papua (OPM)."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan diplomasi publik Amerika Serikat terhadap Indonesia, melalui studi kasus program pertukaran Sebuah Dialog Agama dan Masyarakat Amerika Serikat dan Indonesia (Religion and Society: A Dialogue U.S. and Indonesia). Penelitian ini menggunakan konsep soft power dari Joseph S. Nye untuk menjawab pertanyaan penelitian dan menguji hipotesa yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu terorisme.Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa kegiatan diplomasi publik yaitu melalui program pertukaran Sebuah Dialog Agama dan Masyarakat Amerika Serikat dan Indonesia (Religion and Society: A Dialogue U.S. and Indonesia) yang dilaksanakan Amerika Serikat di Indonesia adalah untuk menghambat penyebaran terorisme di Indonesia. Dalam program pertukaran yang dijadikan studi kasus dalam penelitian ini, terdapat tiga sumber soft power yaitu kebudayaan, nilai-nilai politik dan kebijakan luar negeri.

This research is exactly purposed to analyze the implementation of America's public diplomacy to Indonesia through Religion and Society: A Dialogue U.S. and Indonesia case study. In doing analysis, Joseph Nye?s soft power concept is comprehensively employed in this research to answer research question and to put the test of hipothesis.By analyzing America?s public diplomacy in soft power framework, this research proves that this program is purposed to solve the spread of terrorism in Indonesia through three main source of soft power, namely culture, politics value, and foreign policy."
