This article is about public health services during the COVID-19 pandemic. By focusing on the relationship between non-communicable diseases (NCD) and maternal and child health nutrition, the authors describe how primary health recovery such as Community Health Centers (PUSKESMAS) is carried out to anticipate disruptions to access to health services due to the COVID-19 pandemic, especially in PTM and nutrition services. (Handoyo, et al., 2021; KSI, 2021). Using a socio-ecological approach, this paper discusses the implementation of PN-PRIMA's social change communication—what is this—especially in their Non-Communicable Diseases (NCD) and Maternal and Child Health Nutrition (KIA) Campaign. This paper is based on data obtained from interviews with kader participants held at few Community Health Centers in Bekasi District, Bandung City, and Depok City to understand the implementation and effectiveness of social change communication on NCD health and nutrition. The findings show that the implementation of entertaining and educative activities, the use of interactive media, as well as key opinion formers such as community leaders and regional leaders are factors in the effectiveness of social change communication in the PN-PRIMA health campaign. This emphasizes that in order to instill health messages in the community in the hope of changing attitudes and behavior, various strong social influences and attractive stimulus activities are needed that can encourage the spread of messages and influence the behavior of each individual."
