"ABSTRAKPenyediaan sistem informasi (SI) dan teknologi informasi (TI) yang baik dan mengatur segala bentuk layanan terkomputerisasi merupakan tugas pokok dari Bagian Perencanaan Sistem Informasi (BPSI) Sekolah Tinggi Teknik – Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN). Tingginya angka keluhan mengenai layanan infrastruktur baik SI maupun jaringan yakni terdapat rata-rata gangguan 160 dalam bentuk layanan jaringan dan 170 bentuk layanan SI sesuai dengan laporan yang diterima melalui SMS center keluhan sistem kampus. Sesuai dengan Service Level Agreement (SLA) didalam renstra BPSI tahun 2011-2016 bahwa sesuai dengan laporan gangguan tersebut sudah melampaui batas SLA yang telah direncanakan, sehingga terdapat kesenjangan antara layanan yang diberikan dengan layanan yang sesuai direncanakan.Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Pengukuran kualitas informasi, kualitas sistem dan kualitas layanan akan dilakukan menggunakan model 3Quality. Model ini telah sukses dapat menilai tingkat kualitas yang telah diberikan kepada pengguna. Data akan dianalisis menggunakan tahapan yang terdapat pada Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan menggunakan data primer yang langsung di dapat dari responden yakni pengguna SI/TI STT-PLN. Hasil analisis akan di dapat hipotesis yang valid sesuai dengan hasil analisis. Hasil tersebut akan menjadi menjawab pertanyaan penelitian yang dikemukakan pada indentifikasi permasalahan.Hasil kesimpulan menyatakan terdapat beberapa hipotesis yang sesuai dengan analisis yang telah dijalankan melalui beberapa tahapan yang diberikan didalam SEM. Terdapat sembilan hipotesis yang valid dan delapan lainnya dinyatakan tidak valid sesuai dengan hasil analisis SEM. Saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya adalah dapat meneliti untuk mengevaluasi sistem yang telah berjalan di institusi pendidikan lainnya dengan meningkatkan ke dalaman model yang ditawarkan oleh 3Quality. Peneliti menganggap bahwa model ini masih dapat dikembangkan agar benar-benar memenuhi kebutuhan institusi dalam mengevaluasi SI/TI yang diberikan kepada pengguna.

ABSTRACTProvision of information systems ( IS ) and information technology ( IT ) is good and regulates all forms of computerized services are the main duties of the Department of Planning Information Systems ( BPSI ) Sekolah Tinggi Teknik – Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN). The high number of complaints about service either IS or network infrastructure there is an average of 160 disturbances in the form of network services and 170 forms of IS services according to reports received via SMS center keluhan campus system. In accordance to Service Level Agreement (SLA) in 2011 to 2014 that including in BPSI strategic plan, according to the disturbance report excessive and SLAs that have been planned, so there is a gap between the services provided with the appropriate services are planned.Methods of data collection is using questionnaires. Measurement of quality of information, quality system and quality of service will be conducted using the 3Quality model. This model has been successfully able to assess the level of quality that has been given to the user. Data will be analyzed using the steps contained in the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) by using primary data from respondents directly to the user / IT STT-PLN. The results of the analysis will be valid hypotheses in accordance with the results of the analysis. The results of the research will be to answer questions raised in the identification problem.The results are some of the conclusions stated in accordance with the hypothesis with that analysis has been run through several stages given in the SEM. There is nine hypothesis that valid and eight more are not valid according to result of SEM analysis. Suggestions for further research is to investigate to evaluate systems that have been running in other educational institutions to increase the depth to the models offered by 3Quality model. Researchers believe that this model can still be developed in order to really meet the needs of the institution in evaluating IS / IT are given to the user."

"Industrial process identification and control design is devoted to advanced identification and control methods for the operation of continuous-time processes both with and without time delay, in industrial and chemical engineering practice. The simple and practical step- or relay-feedback test is employed when applying the proposed identification techniques, which are classified in terms of common industrial process type : open-loop stable, integrating; and unstable, respectively. Correspondingly, control system design and tuning models that follow are presented for single-input-single-output processes. Furthermore, new two-degree-of-freedom control strategies and cascade control system design methods are explored with reference to independently-improving, set-point tracking and load disturbance rejection. Decoupling, multi-loop, and decentralized control techniques for the operation of multiple-input-multiple-output processes are also detailed. Perfect tracking of a desire output trajectory is realized using iterative learning control in uncertain industrial batch processes. All the proposed methods are presented in an easy-to-follow style, illustrated by examples and practical applications. "
