"Pertumbuhan Kota Jakarta telah memberikan implikasi terhadap perumahan dan peruntukkan ruang bagi pemukimnya sehingga kesempatan mengakses tanah di perkotaan semakin langka dan akhirnya lebih memilih tinggal pada tanah illegal di sekitar sungai salah satunya Ci Liwung Kota Jakarta Selatan. Sedangkan, perempuan merupakan komuniti yang paling merasakan dampak tidak baik tersebut karena sebagian besar waktu dihabiskan dengan kegiatan rumah tangga sehingga keterbatasan ruang akan mempengaruhi produktivitas dan kualitas hidup mereka. Tingkat kualitas hidup perempuan dapat diketahui dari hasil perhitungan skoring parameter setiap indikator dan pemberian bobot setiap indikator yang digunakan.Untuk mengetahui hubungan kualitas hidup perempuan dengan keterbatasan ruang dan jenis perumahan digunakan bantuan analisis statistika. Kualitas hidup perempuan sekitar Ci Liwung sebagian besar berada pada kelas sedang sebanyak 40 area, sedangkan kelas tinggi sebesar 16 area. Perumahan yang berada semakin jauh dari sungai memiliki kualitas hidup tinggi, tingkat keterbatasan ruang semakin rendah, dan jenis perumahan teratur.

The growth of Jakarta has made implication toward housing and spatial usage for its resident, so that the opportunity to access a land in the city is getting rare and finally such resident choose to live in an illegal land surrounding the river, one of which is Ci Liwung in South Jakarta. Meanwhile, woman are the community who suffer such bad impact since most of their time were spent with household activity so that limited space will influence their productivity and quality of life. Women's quality level of life can be known from scoring measurement and result parameter and weighted on every indicator.

To get information about the relationship between women's quality of life with the spatial limitation and housing type, we can use statistic analysis for assistance. The quality of life of woman residing around CiLiwung in majority existed on mid-level class as many as 40 areas, while high level is amounting to 16 areas. Residential area which getting farther from the river has higher quality of life, lower limited space, dan well-arranged residency."

"[ABSTRAKPerawat maternitas merupakan tenaga kesehatan yang berwenang dan mampumemberikan perawatan kesehatan reproduksi perempuan khususnya antenatalcare. Namun masyarakat belum mengenal peran dan fungsi perawat spesialismaternitas dalam pelayanan antenatal care. Penelitian ini bertujuan untukmenggali pengalaman ibu hamil dalam melakukan kunjungan antenatal padapraktik mandiri perawat maternitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kualitatiffenomenologi. Enam orang partisipan berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini. Analisisdata dilakukan dengan tematik konten analisis. Teridentifikasi tujuh tema yangmenggambarkan pengalaman ibu hamil dalam melakukan kunjungan ANC dipraktik mandiri perawat. Tema tersebut antara lain, pengalaman mencaripelayanan ANC bersama suami melalui media sosial dan survey langsung, alasanibu hamil mencari tempat ANC baru karena pelayanan tempat sebelumnya tidaksesuai keinginan, ibu hamil merasakan komunikasi petugas yang baik dalammelayani, ibu hamil merasakan pelayanan yang berpusat pada keluarga, baikwaktu pelayanan, jenis pelayanan, biaya pelayanan dan fasilitas sesuai keinginanibu hamil. Ibu hamil berharap klinik dilengkapi USG dan bekerjasama denganasuransi kesehatan, perawat di klinik maternitas berperan sebagai care provider,manager, educator dan counselor. Hasil penelitian ini menganjurkan bahwaperawat harus meningkatkan kemampuannya dalam memberikan pelayanan padakesehatan reproduksi perempuan sesuai dengan kebutuhan klien.

This study aims to explore pregnant women?s experience aboutantenatal care visit in nursing practice. This study used a qualitative researchdesign with phenomenology. Six participants have participated. Seven themeswere derived from this study. The themes are the pregnant women were lookingfor ANC with her husband through social media and direct surveys, the pregnantwomen looking for a new antenatal service because previous experiences of ANCdid not match their needs, the pregnant women experienced that the care providershave good communication style, the pregnant women experienced the familycenteredcare system in the clinic including time of services, type of service, costof service and facilities. Pregnant women hope that the clinic will provalultrasound service and make collaboration with the health insurance. They alsosaid the nurses in the clinic have provide care and role as care provider, manager,educator and counselor.
