"Profesi apoteker sangat memegang peranan penting dalam pekerjaan kefarmasian. Pekerjaan Kefarmasian adalah pembuatan termasuk pengendalian mutu Sediaan Farmasi, pengamanan, pengadaan, penyimpanan dan pendistribusi atau penyaluranan obat, pengelolaan obat, pelayanan obat atas resep dokter, pelayanan informasi obat, serta pengembangan obat, bahan obat dan obat tradisional. Calon apoteker memiliki kewajiban untuk melakukan praktik profesi sebagai gambaran untuk memahami peran apoteker dan mengasah kompetensi sebelum berpraktik kerja. Praktik kerja Profesi Apoteker dilaksanakan di Puskesmas Setiabudi Jakarta pada periode Februari 2022, di Industri Farmasi PT. Kalbio Global Medika pada periode Maret – April 2022, dan Apotek Kimia Farma 152 Pasar Minggu pada periode Mei 2022. Proses PKPA ini diharapkan dapat mempersiapkan calon apoteker melalui wawasan dan keterampilan yang sesuai untuk melakukan peran pekerjaan kefarmasian.

Pharmacist plays an important role in pharmacy practices. Pharmacist role including quality control of pharmaceutical preparations, quality assurance, procurement, storage and distribution, management, pharmaceutical services based on the doctor's prescriptions, drug information services, drug development, medicinal ingredients, and traditional medicines. Pharmacists have an obligation to carry out a professional practice as an illustration to understand the role of pharmacists and hone competence before practicing working. The Practice was carried out at the Setiabudi Public Health Center, Jakarta in the period of February 2022, at the Pharmaceutical Industry of PT. Kalbio Global Medika in the period March – April 2022, and Apotek Kimia Farma 152 Pasar Minggu in the period May 2022. This PKPA process is expected to prepare prospective pharmacists through the appropriate insight and skills to perform the role of pharmacy practice."

"Pelaksanaan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) merupakan suatu wadah bagi calon apoteker dalam peningkatan wawasan dan juga kompetensi sesuai dengan area nya masing-masing. Penulis mendapatkan kesempatan untuk melaksanakan PKPA pada bidang farmasi industri di PT. Soho Industri Farmasi, bidang pelayanan kefarmasian di Apotek Kimia Farma 340 Cikarang, lembaga pemerintahan khususnya terkait registrasi obat pada Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan (BPOM) RI, dan pada bidang distribusi di PT. Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari. Pelaksanaan PKPA dilakukan pada periode bulan Juli – November Tahun 2021. Setiap area PKPA memiliki fokus dan tujuan yang berbeda-beda. Pada laporan ini akan membahas masing-masing pelaksanaan PKPA sesuai dengan ruang lingkup serta analisis masalah yang dilakukan. Pengalaman praktik kerja tersebut diharapkan dapat membantu calon apoteker untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di masa mendatang.

Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) is a place for pharmacist to increase their knowledge and competence with their respective areas. Author had the opportunity to carry out apothecary internship for pharmaceutical industry at PT. SOHO Industri Pharmasi, good pharmacy practice at Kimia Farma Pharmacy 340 Cikarang, pharmaceutical related government for drug registration at Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan (BPOM) RI, and distribution sector at PT. Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari. The implementation of internship program was carried out in period of July-November 2021. Each internship program has different focus area and its aim. This report will discuss implementation for its scope and analyzing problems of each internship place. The internship experiences were hoped to help pharmacist to do pharmaceutical practice in the future.

Sebelum mengaplikasikan keilmuan di bidang kefarmasian secara profesioanl, seorang apoteker perlu menempun pendidikan profesi untu mendapat gelar apoteker. Kegiatan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) merupakan salah satu kegiatan pada perkuliahan profesi apoteker yang bertujuan mengasah kemampuan praktik calon apoteker sebelum terjun langsung ke dunia kerja sebagai seorang apoteker yang profesional. The pharmacist profession degree is a very important education in the career development of a pharmacist. Before applying knowledge in the field of pharmacy professionally, a pharmacist needs to undergo professional education to get a pharmacist degree. The Pharmacist Professional Practice Activity (PKPA) is one of the activities in the pharmacist profession curriculum which aims to hone the practice skills of prospective pharmacists before going directly into the world of work as a professional pharmacist. This PKPA activity was carried out at Kimia Farma Pekapuran Pharmacy for the January 2022 period and PT. Kalbio Global Medika for the period March – April 2022. Through this activity, the author hopes that the knowledge gained during PKPA can be a good provision to become a professional pharmacist, both in community service and the pharmaceutical industry."

Melalui proses PKPA di industri farmasi, pedagang besar farmasi, dan apotek tersebut, calon apoteker diharapkan mampu memperoleh wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman yang sesuai untukmelakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian.

Tugas khusus ini memiliki tujuan agar mahasiswa dapat mengetahui lebih dalam tentang penyakit ulkus peptikum, memahami tata laksana pengobatan ulkus peptikum, serta menilai kesesuaian resep antiulcer oral.

Internship Professionals Program held in Kimia Farma Pharmacy No. 2 Senen - Jakarta Pusat aims to make students understand the role of the prospective pharmacist, duties, and responsibilities of pharmacists in the pharmacy. Special assignment given at the Internship Professionals Program in the Kimia Farma Pharmacy No. 2 Senen - Jakarta Pusat was Antiulcer Oral Prescribing Analysis. The purpose of this special task so that students can learn more about peptic ulcer disease, understanding governance peptic ulcer treatment, and to assess the suitability of prescription oral antiulcer."
