Namun, di tahun 2022 Universitas Indonesia masih menempati rangking QS rank pada posisi ke-11 se-Asia Tenggara. QS rank sendiri menempatkan rangking universitas berdasarkan 6 metriks, 3 diantaranya berhubungan langsung dengan kualitas dan kuantitas sumber daya manusia di universitas yang dinilai. Maka, secara langsung Direktorat Sumber Daya Manusia di Universitas Indonesia (DSDM UI) berperan penting dalam perwujudan target Universitas Indonesia pada tahun 2024 mendatang. Website Direktorat Sumber Daya Manusia Universitas Indonesia merupakan salah satu kiat Direktorat Sumber Daya Manusia Universitas Indonesia untuk mewujudkan target universitas dengan mempercepat layanan dan ketepatan agar menigkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas sumber daya manusia didalam universitas. Penelitian ini berpedoman pada metodologi berpikir desain (design thinking) yang akan digunakan sebagai kerangka utama penelitian bersamaan dengan metode konsep berpikir SCAMPER untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan, yang tentunya juga didukung oleh beberapa analisis statistik lainnya dalam melakukan peroses pengumpulan dan pengolahan data. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini berupa prototipe high fidelity desain antarmuka Website DSDM UI yang dihasilkan setelah dilakukan pengujian usability dan pengukuran kepuasan menggunakan kuesioner PSSUQ.

Universitas Indonesia announced that its goal for 2024 is to improve its worldwide rating (through QS rank) to become one of the top five institutions in Southeast Asia. However, the Universitas Indonesia is still ranked 11th in Southeast Asia in the QS rankings in 2022. The QS rank assigns university rankings based on six criteria, three of which are directly connected to the quality and quantity of human resources at the evaluated institutions. As a result, the Directorate of Human Resources of Universitas Indonesia (DSDM UI) plays a direct role in achieving the Universitas Indonesia's 2024 aim. The website of the Directorate of Human Resources at the Universitas Indonesia is one of the strategy by the Directorate of Human Resources at Universitas Indonesia for achieving university goals by increasing the quality and quantity of human resources within the university by accelerating service and accuracy. This research is guided by the design thinking methodology which will be used as the main research framework along with the SCAMPER concept thinking method to solve problems, which of course is also supported by several other statistical analyzes in carrying out the data collection and processing process. The final result of this research is a high fidelity prototype of the DSDM UI’s Website interface design which was produced after usability testing and satisfaction measurement using the PSSUQ questionnaire were carried out."
