"Latar belakang: Penggunaan media sosial di kalangan pelaku praktik kedokteran gigi marak dilakukan di seluruh dunia, termasuk Indonesia. Fenomena pelanggaran e-profesionalisme telah dilaporkan dalam literatur dan dapat diamati dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Timbulnya ekspektasi pasien yang terlalu tinggi atau tidak logis terhadap perawatan, termasuk di bidang Prostodonsia, semakin marak terjadi. Terlebih lagi, definisi e-profesionalisme di Indonesia masih merupakan perdebatan. Minimnya aturan tentang penggunaan media sosial untukpelaku praktik kedokteran gigi di Indonesia menyebabkan tidak jelasnya batas tindakan profesional dalam bermedia sosial.
Tujuan: Mengetahui preferensi, intensi dan perilaku penggunaan media sosial di kalangan pelaku praktik kedokteran gigi di Indonesia.
Metode: Studi dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner kepada tiga kelompok subjek, yaitu dokter gigi spesialis, dokter gigi umum dan mahasiswa koas. Studi kualitatif melalui wawancara singkat dilakukan pada 8 orang perwakilan kelompok subjek tersebut untuk memperkaya item kuesioner dari literatur. Diskusi pakar dilakukan untuk merumuskan item kuesioner yang menyusun domain preferensi, intensi dan perilaku bermedia sosial. Validasi kuesioner dilakukan melalui uji coba kuesioner kepada 30 orang perwakilan kelompok subjek. Kuesioner disebarkan melalui media sosial ke 450 responden dari ketiga kelompok subjek. Hasil penelitian dianalisis secara deskriptif.
Hasil: Pelaku praktik kedokteran gigi di Indonesia dari setiap kelompok generasi menggunakan media sosial 1-3jam/ hari. Platform yang paling banyak digunakan adalah Whatsapp, Instagram dan YouTube. Tujuan utama mereka adalah mencari hiburan dan jenis konten yang paling banyak dibagikan adalah update kehidupan pribadi. Mayoritas responden memasang pengaturan privasi untuk mengatasi hambatan berupa ancaman terhadap keamanan data. Mereka percaya bahwa penggunaan media sosial dapat memberikan informasi dan memperluas jaringan sosial, namun menyita waktu. Pelaku praktik kedokteran gigi di Indonesia menganggap konten iklan/promosi berisi kalimat ajakan, diskon, harga, dan dokter gigi sebagai duta merk termasuk sebagai kategori konten yang tidak profesional. Banyaknya konten promosi yang beredar di media sosial memicu pemilihan sikap netral responden dalam menentukan sikap e-profesionalisme terhadap konten promosi. Organisasi profesi dianggap belum memberikan aturan yang memadai, terutama dalam hal pengaturan tata cara beriklan di media sosial. Konten restorasi direk kedokteran gigi merupakan konten utama yang banyak dilihat di media sosial. Bidang Prostodonsia merupakan bidang yang terdampak tertinggi kedua oleh adanya media sosial. Tingkat kekhawatiran terhadap dampak dari media sosial pada citra diri, citra institusi profesi dan karir meningkat seiring meningkatnya pendidikan. Pada kelompok subjek dengan tingkat pendidikan dan usia yang lebih tinggi, cresponden cenderung tidak terpengaruh oleh media sosial dalam mendiagnosis/menentuka rencana perawatan
Kesimpulan: Preferensi pelaku praktik kedokteran gigi terhadap penggunaan media sosial tergambarkan melalui pemahaman terhadap faktor sosiodemografis, kepercayaan terhadap penggunaan media sosial, pemberlakuan aturan penggunaan media sosial, serta sikap e-profesionalisme dalam bermedia sosial. Preferensi, Intensi dan Perilaku bermedia sosial di setiap kelompok generasi cenderung sama. Setiap kelompok generasi cenderung memilih sikap netral terhadap konten promosi di media sosial. Aturan tentang tata cara beriklan di media sosial merupakan salah satu aturan yang dirasakan perlu untuk diterapkan di Indonesia. Preferensi dan intensi bermedia sosial di kalangan pelaku praktik kedokteran gigi di Indonesia selaras dan dapat menggambarkan perilaku mereka dalam bermedia sosial.

Background: The use of social media among dental practitioners is rife worldwide, including in Indonesia. Violation of e-professionalism has been reported in the literature and easily observed. Unrealistic patient expectations for treatment result, especially in Prosthodontics, is increasing across the board. Furthermore, the definition of e-professionalism in Indonesia is still a debate. The lack of regulations regarding the use of social media among Indonesian dental practitioners has led to blurry boundaries between professional and unprofessional actions.
Objective: To find out about preferences, intentions, and behavior of social media usage among dental practitioners in Indonesia.
Methods: The study was conducted using a questionnaire among three groups, including specialist dentists, general dentists and dental students. A qualitative study was conducted through interviews with eight representatives to enrich the questionnaire items found in a literature search. Expert panel discussions were held to determine questionnaire items that build the preferences, intentions, and behavior domains on social media usage. Questionnaire validation was performed by testing the questionnaire on 30 representatives of the subject group. The questionnaire was spread-out through social media with a target of 450 respondents. The research results were analyzed descriptively using statistic software.
Results: Dental practitioners in Indonesia from each generation group use social media for 1-3 hours/day regardless of the various sociodemographic factors behind it. The most used platforms are Whatsapp, Instagram, and YouTube. Their main goal and most shared digital content are to seek entertainment and personal life updates. Most respondents install privacy settings to overcome obstacles in the form of threats to data security. They believe that social media can provide information and broaden social networks, yet it is time-consuming. Dental practitioners in Indonesia consider advertising/promotional content that incorporates solicitations, discounts, prices, and dentists as brand ambassadors included as unprofessional content. The widely shared promotional content on social media triggers respondents' neutral attitude in determining e-professionalism towards promotional content. Indonesian Dental Association is considered not to provide adequate rules, especially in regulating advertising procedures on social media. The prosthodontics sector is the second highest affected dental field by social media. Higher levels of education shows increase of concern over social media's effects on career, professional institutions, and self-image. With increasing age and educational level, there was a decline in the proportion of respondents who acknowledged that social media had influenced their diagnosis or development of treatment plans.
Conclusion: Dental practitioners' preference for using social media is illustrated by understanding their sociodemographic factors, belief in the use of social media, regulations, and attitudes towards e-professionalism. Social media preferences, intentions, and behavior in each generation group tend to show the same result. Each generation group tends to choose a neutral attitude towards promotional content on social media. Indonesian Dental practitioners demand regulation on how to advertise on social media. Social media preferences and intentions among dental practitioners in Indonesia are in conjunction and explaining their behavior in social media.

"Penelitian ini membahas mengenai dinamika dramaturgi dalam penggunaan media sosial Path pada mahasiswa Universitas Indonesia. Media sosial merupakan bagian dari perkembangan teknologi yang tidak dapat dipisahkan dari kehidupan sehari-sehari pada masa ini. Salah satu perkembangan media sosial adalah munculnya media sosial Path. Saat ini, Path merupakan media sosial yang populer dan digunakan oleh berbagai kalangan, terutama kaum muda atau mahasiswa. Telah terjadi perubahan interaksi pada masyarakat di era media sosial. Perubahan interaksi langsung menjadi interaksi virtual yang dilakukan melalui media sosial turut menjadikan perubahan proses dramaturgi di era media sosial. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif melalui wawancara mendalam informan, observasi di dunia nyata, observasi di media sosial Path, dan survei ringkas. Berdasarkan hasil survei, mahasiswa Universitas Indonesia secara umum merupakan tipe pengguna media sosial Path ?Socializers?. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa terjadi proses dramatugi yaitu berubahnya batasan antara front stage dan backstage, yang secara spesifik disebut sebagai the forefront of the backstage, melalui interaksi virtual di media sosial Path.

This research discusses the dynamics of dramaturgy in the usage of Path, a platform of social media, among students of Universitas Indonesia. Social media is a product of the technological advancement that nowadays cannot be separated from everyday life. The emergence of Path marks a phase of evolution of social media. Now, Path is one of the more popular social media, and it reaches all kinds of social groups, especially to those who are in young age or are in college. There has been a change in interaction among people in this era of social medias. The change from direct interactions through social media has also brought a change in the process of dramaturgy. This research used qualitative methods with in-depth interviews; observations on real world and virtual world of social media Path; and quick survey. According to the survey, the students of Universitas Indonesia in general are ?Socializers? type of Path user. This research also found that there is a process of dramaturgy, that is a shift of borders between the front stage and the backstage, specifically called as the forefront of the backstage, following the virtual interaction on Path."

"Latar Belakang : Praktik kedokteran gigi ternyata memberikan dampak buruk bagi lingkungan sekitar. Saat ini sudah ada konsep praktik kedokteran gigi yang lebih ramah lingkungan yaitu green dentistry. Belum terdapat studi yang memberikan gambaran faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kesediaan dokter gigi di Jakarta untuk mengadopsi konsep green dentistry. Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kesediaan dokter gigi di Jakarta dalam mengadopsi konsep green dentistry dalam praktik sehari-hari. Metode : Penelitian ini merupakan studi cross sectional menggunakan teknik proportional quota sampling. Dokter gigi dari 5 wilayah di DKI Jakarta berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini. Peneliti menggunakan kuesioner penelitian yang terbagi menjadi beberapa domain yaitu kesediaan, kategori pengadopsi, pengetahuan, sikap, praktik, serta faktor adopsi inovasi. Hubungan antarvariabel dianalisis menggunakan uji beda proporsi chi square, continuity correction test, fisher’s exact test serta uji korelasi spearman’s rho dan kendall’s tau b pada perangkat lunak IBM SPSS Statistik. Hasil Penelitian : Jumlah responden penelitian ini mencapai 210 dokter gigi di Jakarta. Terdapat 54,3% responden yang belum pernah mendengar istilah green dentistry dan hanya 2,9% yang sudah mengikuti pelatihan. Berdasarkan kategorisasi dokter gigi di Jakarta menurut teori difusi inovasi, terdapat 1% kelompok inovator, 28% pengadopsi awal, 44,3% mayoritas awal, 20,5% mayoritas akhir, dan 6.2% laggards. 75.2% dokter gigi telah memiliki pengetahuan yang tinggi, 54,3% sikap positif, dan 35,7% responden cukup mempraktikkan konsep green dentistry. Kesimpulan : Tidak ada hubungan karakteristik responden dengan kesediaan kecuali persepsi (mendengar istilah). Tidak ada hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan, praktik, dan faktor adopsi inovasi dengan kesediaan. Terdapat hubungan antara kategori pengadopsi dan sikap dengan kesediaan. Terdapat hubungan antara faktor pengaruh adopsi inovasi dengan praktik serta hubungan antara pengetahuan, sikap, dan praktik dokter gigi di Jakarta tentang konsep green dentistry.

Backgrounds: Dental practice has a negative impact on the surrounding environment. Currently, there is a concept of dental practice that is more environmentally friendly, namely green dentistry. There are no studies that provide an overview of the factors affecting willingness of dentists in Jakarta to adopt the concept of green dentistry. Objective: This study aims to describe the factors affecting willingness of dentists in Jakarta to adopt the concept of green dentistry in daily practice. Methods: This research is a cross sectional study using proportional quota sampling technique. Dentists from 5 regions in DKI Jakarta participated in this study. Researcher used a research questionnaire which was divided into several domains, namely willingness, adopter categories, knowledge, attitudes, practices, and innovation adoption factors. The relationship between variables was analyzed using the chi square difference test, continuity correction test, fisher's exact test and spearman's rho and kendall's tau b correlation tests on IBM SPSS Statistics software. Results: The number of respondents in this study reached 210 dentists in Jakarta. There were 54.3% of respondents who had never heard the term green dentistry and only 2.9% who had attended training. Based on the categorization of dentists in Jakarta according to the theory of diffusion of innovation, there are 1% innovator group, 28% early adopters, 44.3% early majority, 20.5% late majority, and 6.2% laggards. 75.2% of dentists already have high knowledge of dentistry, 54.3% had a positive attitude, and 35.7% of respondents moderately practiced the concept of green dentistry. Conclusion: There is no relationship between respondent characteristics and willingness except perception (hearing the term). There is no relationship between the level of knowledge, practice, and innovation adoption factors with willingness. There is a relationship between adopter category and attitude with willingness. There is a relationship between the innovation adoption factors and practice and there is relationship between knowledge, attitude, and practice of dentists in Jakarta about the concept of green dentistry."

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh yang dimiliki oleh tingkat penggunaan media sosial terhadap tingkat resiko viktimisasi online harassment pada mahasiswa angkatan 2013 Universitas X. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang didasari oleh Teori Aktivitas Rutin dari Cohen dan Felson dalam melihat resiko viktimisasi online harassment. Dengan menggunakan instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner, indikator-indikatornya telah ditentukan oleh penulis. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisa dengan menggunakan SPSS dan kajian teori serta jurnal peneltian yang digunakan. Dari 383 responden, hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa terdapat hubungan serta pengaruh antara pengguna tingkat penggunaan media sosial terhadap viktimisasi online harassment yang dialami oleh mahasiswa angkatan 2013 Universitas X.

ABSTRACT
This research aims to understand the extent of influence of the use of social media towards the risks of online harassment victimization on batch 2013 students of University X. this research ia a quantitative reseach that is based on Routine Activity Theory by Cohen and Felson in order to see the risks of online harassment victimization. Questionnare, which indicators have been determined by the writer, is used as an instrument in conducting this research. The received data is then analyzed by using SPSS, theoretica studies, and research journals. The result revealed by 383 respondents that there is a correlation and impacts between the social media usage level and the level of online harassment victimization that is experienced by batch 2013 students of University X."

"Latar Belakang: Berbagai perubahan kondisi yang terjadi akibat terjadinya pandemi Covid-19 seperti berkurangnya pengalaman bekerja langsung pada pasien, keterbatasan pasien, serta penyesuaian lingkungan klinik mungkin dapat memengaruhi kesiapan mahasiswa profesi terhadap praktik kedokteran gigi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kesiapan mahasiswa profesi FKG UI melakukan praktik kedokteran gigi pada masa pandemi Covid-19 Metode: Studi analitik observasional cross-sectional dengan metode total population sampling dilakukan pada 97 mahasiswa profesi FKG UI yang telah melalui seluruh stase klinik dengan menggunakan kuesioner secara daring. Analisis meliputi statistik deskriptif, uji korelasi Spearman, dan uji bivariat (p < 0,05). Hasil: 70.1% mahasiswa menilai instruktur baik, 59.8% mahasiswa menilai lingkungan klinik kondusif, 63.9% mahasiswa menilai metode penilaian terukur, 79.4% mahasiswa menilai interaksi instruktur klinik dan mahasiswa baik serta 62.9% mahasiswa menilai metode pembelajaran baik. Terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara instruktur klinik, lingkungan klinik, interaksi instuktur klinik dan mahasiswa profesi, serta metode pembelajaran dan kesiapan mahasiswa profesi melakukan praktik kedokteran gigi (p < 0,05). Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan antara instruktur klinik, lingkungan klinik, interaksi instuktur klinik dan mahasiswa profesi, serta metode pembelajaran klinik dan kesiapan mahasiswa profesi melakukan praktik kedokteran gigi.

Background: Various changes that occurred due to Covid-19 pandemic such as reduced experience working with patients, patient limitations, and adjustments to the clinical environment may affect the preparedness of dental students for dental practice. This study aims to determine the factors related to the preparedness of dental students of FKG UI for dental practice during Covid-19 pandemic. Methods: A cross-sectional observational analytical study using the total population sampling method was conducted on 97 students using an online questionnaire. Statistical analysis included descriptive statistics, Spearman correlation test, and bivariate test (p<0.05). Results: 70.1% of students rated the clinical instructor as good,59.8% students rated the clinical environment as conducive,63.9% of students rated the clinical assessment method as measurable,79.4% students rated the interaction between clinical instructors and students as good and 62.9% students rated the clinical learning method as good. There were significant differences between the clinical instructors, the clinical environment, interactions between clinical instructors and students, and clinical learning methods with the preparedness of dental students for dental practice (p<0.05). Conclusion: There is a relationship between the clinical instructors, the clinical environment, interactions between clinical instructors and professional students, and clinical learning methods with the preparedness of dental students for dental practice."

"Kajian literatur ini membahas tentang potensi bahaya dan manfaat potensial dari penggunaan media sosial pada perilaku self harm remaja dan implikasinya pada praktik pekerjaan sosial. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh media sosial yang telah menjadi pengaruh yang cukup signifikan terhadap perilaku self harm, dimana penggunaan media sosial ini memiliki pengaruh yang beragam, bukan hanya kepada remaja, tetapi pada kelompok usia lainnya juga. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi literatur dengan melakukan pencarian dan pengumpulan data melalui database online (Sage Journal, ScienceDirect, dan lain sebagainya). Berdasarkan hasil penelusuran, diperoleh sebanyak 15 jurnal yang relevan dalam rentang waktu 2007-2021. Dari sejumlah penelitian tersebut terdapat 5 penelitian empirik yang menjadi bahan acuan dalam penulisan kajian literatur ini, diantaranya adalah penelitian milik Mars, et al. (2015), Jacob, et al. (2017), Arendt, et al. (2019), Wey Lung, et al. (2020), dan Jones, et al. (2011). Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data lintas kasus dengan mengulas kelebihan dan kekurangan yang dimiliki masing-masing bahan acuan. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga mengulas hasil temuan penelitian dari masing-masing bahan acuan terkait potensi bahaya dan manfaat potensial dari penggunaan media sosial pada perilaku self harm remaja. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang dilakukan didapati potensi bahaya dari penggunaan media sosial pada perilaku self harm ini dapat menyebabkan depresi, gangguan kecemasan, gangguan emosional, peniruan perilaku pada pengguna yang rentan bahkan berpotensi untuk mendorong tindakan self harm yang lebih parah sehingga dapat menyebabkan eksaserbasi perilaku self harm karena normalisasi dan peningkatan paparan. Sedangkan untuk manfaat potensialnya antara lain media sosial dapat dijadikan sebagai indikator dalam upaya pencegahan perilaku self harm dan sebagai informasi pencarian situs bantuan maupun pencarian dukungan sosial empati secara online oleh para pelaku self harm. Selain itu, penggunaan media sosial dan perilaku self harm di kalangan remaja ini juga dapat berpengaruh pada tingkat kebahagian seorang individu. Hasil kesimpulan dalam kajian literatur ini menunjukkan bahwa media sosial memainkan peranan penting dalam praktik perilaku self harm di kalangan remaja. Dalam hal ini, perlu adanya pemahaman dari para tenaga profesional, termasuk pekerja sosial dalam memahami perilaku self harm dan kaitannya dengan penggunaan media sosial sebagai suatu aspek penting dalam memahami dan menangani fenomena self harm ini. Dalam penelitian ini, disajikan pula implikasi bagi praktik pekerjaan sosial, dimana terdapat beberapa saran kegiatan intervensi sosial yang dapat digunakan sebagai program promotif, preventif, kuratif dan rehabilitatif dalam menangani fenomena self harm ini.

This literature review discusses the potential harm and benefit of using social media on adolescent self-harm behavior and its implications for social work practice. This research is motivated by social media, which has become a significant influence on self-harm behavior, where the use of social media has various effects, not only on adolescents but on other age groups as well. This research uses a literature study approach by searching and collecting data through online databases (Sage Journal, ScienceDirect, etc.). Based on the search results, 15 relevant journals were obtained from 2007-2021. From these studies, five empirical studies became the reference material in writing this literature review, including the research of Mars, et al. (2015), Jacob, et al. (2017), Arendt, et al. (2019), Wey Lung, et al. (2020), and Jones, et al. (2011). This study uses cross-case data analysis techniques by reviewing the advantages and disadvantages of each reference material. In addition, this study also examines the research findings of each reference material regarding the potential harm and benefit of using social media on adolescent self-harm behavior. Based on the analysis results, it was found that the potential harms presented in this study include depression, anxiety disorders, emotional disturbances, imitation of behavior in vulnerable users, and even the potential to encourage more severe self-harm so that it can cause exacerbation of self-harm behavior because of normalization and increased exposure. As for the potential benefits, among others, social media can be used as an indicator in efforts to prevent self-harm behavior and information by searching help sites and seeking online empathy also social support for the self-harm actors. In addition, the use of social media and self-harm behavior among adolescents can also affect an individual's level of happiness. The conclusion of this literature review shows that social media plays a vital role in the practice of self-harm among adolescents. In this case, it is necessary to have an understanding from professionals, including social workers, about self-harm behavior and its relation to the use of social media as an important aspect in understanding and dealing with this self-harm phenomenon. In this study, the implications for the practice of social work are also presented, where there are several suggestions for social intervention activities that can be used as promotive, preventive, curative, and rehabilitative programs in dealing with this self-harm phenomenon."

"Latar Belakang: Media di bidang kedokteran gigi dapat dimanfaatkan untuk melakukan social marketing kepada masyarakat sehingga bisa menjangkau banyak orang dalam waktu yang singkat.
Tujuan: Untuk mengobservasi pola penggunaan media sosial oleh dokter gigi dan pasien.
Metode: Studi deskriptif cross-sectional menggunakan alat ukur kuesioner pada 293 dokter gigi dan 282 pasien di Jakarta dengan metode non probability dengan tipe kuota sampling.
Hasil: Sebagian bedar responden dokter gigi (75.6%) dan pasien (69.3%) berjenis kelamin perempuan. Menurut dokter gigi (94,5%) dan pasien (88,4%), media sosial merupakan media yang menarik digunakan untuk social marketing. Lalu instagram (67,2%) merupakan media sosial paling populer yang digunakan dokter gigi untuk social marketing dan whatsapp (93,6%) merupakan media sosial terpopuler di kalangan pasien. Reputasi yang baik (58,7%) merupakan faktor yang paling ingin dokter gigi tekankan. Sekitar 47,3% dokter gigi menganggap bahwa media sosial efektif dalam mencari pasien baru. Lalu, menurut pasien, rekomendasi dari teman dan keluarga (55%) merupakan faktor yang paling penting dalam memilih dokter gigi dan komentar yang positif (51,7%) merupakan alasan yang penting saat pasien melihat media sosial dokter gigi.
Kesimpulan: Dokter gigi dapat menjadikan media sosial sebagai alternatif untuk melakukan social marketing dan pasien menjadikan media sosial sebagai alat untuk mencari dokter gigi.

Methods: Descriptive cross- sectional study using a questionnaire for 293 dentists and 282 patients in Jakarta using a non-probability method with a quota sampling type.
Results: Most of the respondents from dentists (75.6%) and patients (69.3%) were female. According to dentists (94.5%) and patients (88.4%), social media is an attractive medium for social marketing. Instagram (67.2%) is the most popular social media used by dentists for social marketing and WhatsApp (93.6%) is the most popular social media among patients. A good reputation (58.7%) is the factor most dentists want to emphasize. About 47.3% of dentists considered that social media was effective in finding new patients. According to patients, recommendations from friends and family (55%) were the most important factor in choosing a dentist and positive comments (51.7%) were an important reason when patients viewed dentist’s social media.
Conclusion: Dentists could use social media as a tool for social marketing and patients use social media as a tool to find dentists.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh penggunaan media sosial ibu terhadap kesehatan balita yang diproksi kedalam 3 hal, yaitu: status kesehatan, status pemberian ASI Eksklusif, dan status pemberian imunisasi dasar lengkap. Potensi endogenitas dalam penggunaan media sosial diatasi dengan penggunaan variabel instrumen berupa keberadaan BTS Base Transceiver Station dan kekuatan sinyal. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berasal dari Survei Sosial Ekonomi Nasional Susenas Tahun 2015 dan Pendataan Potensi Desa Podes Tahun 2014. Dengan menggunakan regresi biprobit bivariate pobit sebagai metode estimasi, hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa keberadaan BTS dan sinyal terbukti valid sebagai instrumen untuk media sosial, sementara pengaruh media sosial terhadap kesehatan balita berbeda-beda. Penggunaan media sosial berpengaruh negatif terhadap status kesehatan balita selama seminggu terakhir. Sementara jika pada status eksklusifitas pemberian ASI balita tidak dipengaruhi oleh penggunaan media sosial oleh Ibu, pengaruh positif penggunaan media sosial justru berpengaruh pada status kelengkapan imunisasai dasar balita di Indonesia.

This study aims to explore the effect of mother 39 s social media usage on child health indicators. These indicators are health status, exclusive breastfeeding status, and complete basic immunization status. To account the potential endogenity in social media usage. I used the presence of BTS Base Transceiver Station and signal strength as the instrumental variables. The data used in this study are derived from the National Socioeconomic Survey Susenas of 2015 and Village Potential Data Collection Podes of 2014. Using the biprobit regression bivariate pobit as the estimation method, the analysis results show that the presence of BTS and the proven signals are valid instrument for social media, while the influence of social media on the three children health are various. The use of social media negatively affects the health status of children under five during the past week. Meanwhile, the status of exclusivity of breastfeeding infants is not influenced by the use of social media by Mother. Finnaly, the positive effect of social media found on the status of completeness of basic toddler immunization in Indonesia."

"Penelitian ini membahas mengenai kondisi perundungan siber di Indonesia dan bagaimana strategi pemasaran sosial di media sosial dapat mengurangi hal tersebut di konteks Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah tinjauan pustaka, dimana peneliti meninjau berbagai literatur seperti jurnal, buku, dan laporan terkait isu terkait. Peneliti melakukan analisis mengenai kondisi perundungan siber di Indonesia. Selanjutnya, peneliti menganalisis strategi pemasaran sosial di media sosial yang berfokus pada perundungan siber yang telah dilakukan di Amerika Serikat dan Indonesia. Melihat konteks kalangan remaja yang menjadi pengguna internet dan media sosial tertinggi di Indonesia, peneliti melihat potensi media sosial sebagai platform implementasi pemasaran sosial. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa angka perundungan siber di kalangan remaja Indonesia terbilang sangat tinggi. Salah satu faktor penyebab tingginya angka perundungan siber ini adalah kurangnya edukasi mengenai tindakan perundungan siber di masyarakat. Peneliti kemudian fokus membahas strategi pemasaran sosial di media sosial berdasarkan contoh pemasaran sosial di media sosial yang sudah pernah dilakukan di konteks negara Amerika Serikat dan Indonesia.Temuan lainnya adalah belum terdapat pemasaran sosial di media sosial mengenai perundungan siber yang dilaksanakan oleh pemerintah di Indonesia. Disarankan bahwa pemerintah Indonesia perlu melakukan strategi pemasaran sosial mengacu pada P.O.S.T model dalam upaya menanggulangi tindak perundungan siber di kalangan remaja Indonesia.

This research focuses on the issue of cyber bullying in Indonesia and analysis how social marketing on social media can reduce this issue in Indonesia. The research method used is literature review, where the writer analyzes various literatures such as journals, books, and related reports to form a conclusion. Researcher analyses the condition of cyber bullying on Indonesian adolescence. Furthermore, the writer analyses social marketing strategy on social media that focuses on cyber bullying and has been carried out in both Indonesia and America. Based on the context that adolescence is the highest internet and social media user in Indonesia, the researcher saw the potency of social marketing to be implemented on social media. The result of the research shows that the case numbers of cyber bullying on Indonesian adolescence are high. One of the factors of it is lack of education about cyber bullying in the community. Finally, the researcher focuses on social marketing strategy on social media based on example of social marketing on social media that has been succesfully executed in America and Indonesia. Another finding is that there is no social marketing on social media regarding cyber bullying carried out by the government in Indonesia. It is suggested that the Indonesian government needs to carry out a social marketing strategy on social media based of P.O.S.T Model as an effort to tackle acts of cyber bullying among Indonesian youth."

Pesatnya pertumbuhan media sosial membawa banyak perubahan. Dengan
karakternya yang berbeda dengan media lama, media sosial membuka banyak
kemungkinan, termasuk bagi representasi identitas lokal. Seperti komunitas
Banyumas, mereka menjadikan media sosial sebagai ruang baru untuk
menunjukkan identitasnya. Sebuah pertanyaan mengemuka, apakah kehadiran
media sosial yang berkarakter global akan melemahkan identitas lokal, atau
sebaliknya justru memperkuatnya.Penelitian ini mencoba melihat transformasi
identitas komunitas Banyumas dari ranah offline ke online, dengan melihat
bagaimana realitas kontemporer praktik kebahasaan orang Banyumas dalam
kehidupan sehari-hari dan di media sosial. Pengamatan praktik kebahasaan di
media sosial dikhususkan pada pesan-pesan terpilih di blog, Twitter, dan
Facebook. Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan teori Pierre Bourdieu yang
melihat identitas sebagai sebuah kontestasi dalam sebuah ranah dinamis. Hasil
penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karakter dasar orang Banyumas seperti cablaka,
penjorangan, dan dopokan, tergambar kuat dalam berbagai pesan di media sosial.
Uniknya, pesan-pesan ini banyak yang ditampilkan secara kreatif, sebagai bentuk
adaptasi karakter media sosial. Sebagai sebuah kontestasi, representasi identitas
lokal dipengaruhi oleh relasi antara ranah, habitus, dan modal. Ranah
menunjukkan setting media sosial itu sendiri. Sedangkan habitus ditunjukkan oleh
kecenderungan yang berbeda di antara para pengguna Banyumas dengan latar
belakang yang beragam. Sementara modal, ditandai kepemilikan modal yang
berbeda, baik yang berupa modal sosial, budaya, simbolik, maupun modal
ekonomi. Secara teoritis, hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan perbedaan nilai dan
kekuatan modal, antara realitas offline dan online. Jika di ranah online, modal
ekonomi menjadi dominan perannya, maka di ranah online, modal simbolik lebih
berperan. Secara praktis, hasil penelitan ini menumbuhkan optimisme bahwa
identitas lokal akan terus bertahan, bahkan menguat, di era media sosial.;

The rapid growth of social media brings many changes. Distinguishing characters
with the old one, social media opens many possibilities, including the
representation of local identity. For instance, Banyumas community uses social
media as a new space to show their identity. A question arose whether the
presence of social media which has global character may weaken or strengthen
their local identities instead. This study tries to figure out the transformation of
identity of Banyumas community from offline to online field, by paying more
attention on how the contemporary reality of Banyumas people‟s linguistic
practices in their daily life and in social media is. The Observation on linguistic
practices in social media particularly focuses on the selected messages available in
blogs, Twitter, and Facebook. The analyses were conducted using Pierre Bourdieu
theories that viewed identity as a contestation within a dynamic field. The results
showed that the basic characters of the Banyumas people, such as cablaka,
penjorangan, and dopokan, were strongly reflected in various messages available
in social media. These messages were uniquely displayed in creative ways, as
forms of character adaptation in social media. As contestation, the representation
of local identity was influenced by the relationship between field, habitus, and
capitals. Field showed the setting of social media itself. Habitus were shown by
the different tendencies among users of Banyumas with different backgrounds.
Capitals were marked by the possession of different capitals, either in the form of
social, cultural, symbolic, or economic capital. Theoretically, the results of this
study showed differences in values and capital powers, between offline and online
reality. If in online field, the economic capital had the dominant roles, the
symbolic capital had more roles. Practically, the results of this study grow
optimism that local identity will surely survive and even be stronger in the era of
