"Latar Belakang : Kabupaten Karawang adalah salah satu daerah dengan kawasan industri terbesar di Indonesia. Tingginya jumlah pekerja di industri tersebut membuat klaster industri menjadi penyumbang kasus Covid-19 di wilayah Kab.Karawang. Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara faktor individu, faktor specific health belief, dan faktor lingkungan dengan perilaku penerapan protokol kesehatan (3M) pencegahan Covid-19 pada pekerja industri manufaktur. Metode : Desain studi yang digunakan adalah cross sectional. Data dikumpulkan pada bulan Agustus – September 2022 melalui survei online secara non-probablity sampling dengan sampel 454 pekerja. Hasil : Sebagian besar responden pekerja industri manufaktur memiliki perilaku yang baik (50.2%) dalam perilaku penerapan protokol kesehatan (3M). Hasil analisis multivariat menunjukkan bahwa variabel yang memiliki hubungan bermakna dengan perilaku penerapan protokol kesehatan (3M) pencegahan Covid-19 adalah pengetahuan (p value = 0.038, OR=1.66), dukungan keluarga (p value = 0.001, OR=2.23), & penerapan kebijakan pencegahan Covid-19 di tempat kerja (p value = 0.034, OR=1.66). Pekerja dengan dukungan keluarga yang rendah berpeluang 2.2 kali lebih tinggi memiliki perilaku penerapan protokol kesehatan (3M) yang kurang dibandingkan pekerja dengan dukungan keluarga inti yang tinggi setelah dikontrol variabel pengetahuan, penerapan kebijakan pencegahan Covid-19, sikap, persepsi kerentanan, persepsi manfaat, dukungan rekan kerja, & dukungan tenaga kesehatan. Kesimpulan : Untuk meningkatkan perilaku penerapan pencegahan Covid-19 pekerja tetap perlu diberikan edukasi yang rutin oleh tenaga kesehatan dengan melibatkan keluarga pekerja serta didukung dengan pengawasan dari penerapan kebijakan pencegahan Covid-19 dari manajemen perusahaan.

Background: Karawang Regency is one of the areas with the largest industrial estate in Indonesia. The high number of workers in the industry makes the industrial cluster a contributor to Covid-19 cases in the Karawang Regency area. Objective: This study aims to determine the relationship between individual factors, specific health belief factors, and environmental factors with the behavior of implementing health protocols (3M) to prevent Covid-19 in manufacturing industry workers. Methods: The study design used was cross sectional. Data were collected in August - September 2022 through an online survey by non-probability sampling with a sample of 454 workers. Results: Most respondents of manufacturing industry workers have good behavior (50.2%) in the behavior of implementing health protocols (3M). The results of multivariate analysis show that the variables that have a significant relationship with the behavior of implementing health protocols (3M) for Covid-19 prevention are knowledge (p value = 0.038, OR = 1.66), family support (p value = 0.001, OR = 2.23), & implementation of Covid-19 prevention policies in the workplace (p value = 0.034, OR = 1.66). Workers with low family support were 2.2 times more likely to have poor health protocol implementation behavior than workers with high nuclear family support after controlling for variables of knowledge, implementation of Covid-19 prevention policies, attitudes, perceived vulnerability, perceived benefits, coworker support, & health worker support. Conclusion: To improve the behavior of implementing Covid-19 prevention, workers still need to be given routine education by health workers by involving workers' families and supported by supervision of the implementation of the Covid-19 prevention policy from company management."

"Situasi pandemi Covid-19 mengharuskan karyawan menerapkan protokol kesehatan di lingkungan kerja sebagai cara untuk mengurangi potensi penularan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh modal psychological capital, work stress & leader member exchange terhadap produktivitas karyawan di PT KAI DAOP 1 wilayah Jakarta yang dimediasi oleh kepatuhan terhadap protokol kesehatan. Belum ada penelitian sebelumnya tentang kepatuhan karyawan terhadap protokol kesehatan covid khususnya di perusahaan transportasi. Teori-teori yang dibahas untuk mendukung penyusunan penelitian ini berupa teori-teori yang berkaitan dengan psychological capital, work stress & leader member exchange, dan productivity karyawan. Responden penelitian ini berjumlah 391 karyawan PT KAI di wilayah Daop 1 Jakarta dengan metode penelitian cross sectional menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis penelitian ini menggunakan SEM dan dilakukan dengan software Lisrel 8.80. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara modal psikologis, stres kerja, dan pertukaran pemimpin anggota terhadap produktivitas karyawan di PT KAI DAOP 1 wilayah jakarta yang dimediasi oleh kepatuhan terhadap protokol kesehatan.

The Covid-19 pandemic situation requires employees to implement health protocols in the work environment as a way to reduce the potential for transmission. This study aims to analyze the influence of psychological capital, work stress, and leader member exchange on employee productivity at PT KAI DAOP 1 Jakarta area which is mediated by compliance with health protocols. There is no prior study about employee’s compliance towards covid health protocol, especially in transportation company. The theories discussed to support the preparation of this study are in the form of theories related to psychological capital, work stress, leader member exchange, compliance theory, and employee productivity. This study used respondents in the form of 391 employees of PT KAI in the Daop 1 Jakarta region with a cross-sectional research method using a questionnaire. The analysis of this study used SEM and was carried out with Lisrel 8.80 software. The results showed that there was a relationship between psychological capital, work stress, leader member exchange, and in employee productivity at PT KAI DAOP 1 Jakarta area which is mediated by compliance with health protocols."

"Pandemi COVID-19 berdampak pada seluruh aktivitas kehidupan termasuk bidang pendidikan. Seluruh praktik di perguruan tinggi termasuk pembelajaran ditiadakan diganti dengan pembelajaran jarak jauh atau daring. Pegawai perguruan tinggi juga merasakan adanya peningkatan beban kerja dan perubahan kondisi kerja. Pandemi ini mengubah mekanisme kerja seperti implementasi kebijakan baru, aturan pembatasan kontak fisik yang kemudian memungkinkan adanya konflik antara pekerjaan dengan gaya
hidup yang dijalankan. Salah satu gaya hidup baru yang perlu diadopsi yaitu perilaku pencegahan COVID-19. Selama pandemi COVID-19, perguruan tinggi tetap memberlakukan work from office bagi pegawai sehingga risiko terjadinya penularan COVID-19 di lingkungan kerja tetap ada. Tentunya perilaku pencegahan COVID-19 menjadi aspek penting yang perlu menjadi perhatian karena merupakan cara terbaik berperang melawan COVID-19. Dalam teori health belief model disebutkan bahwa praktik perilaku kesehatan bergantung pada keyakinan yang dianut individu yaitu perceived susceptibility, perceived severity, perceived benefit, perceived barrier, selfefficacy dan cues to action. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah menganalisis hubungan faktor perilaku pencegahan dengan perilaku personal higiene pegawai perguruan tinggi.
Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi cross sectional dengan penyebaran kuesioner pada 179 pegawai perguruan tinggi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan pada bulan April 2022.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perceived barrier, self-efficacy, dan cues to action merupakan tiga komponen prediktor perilaku personal higiene pegawai. Beberapa rekomendasi dari hasil penelitian di antaranya menggencarkan sosialisasi kebijakan serta protokol kesehatan dengan konten yang dapat memotivasi self-efficacy serta menurunkan persepsi hambatan pegawai terhadap perilaku personal higiene positif, menyebarkan
infografis dan media promosi yang menarik, memastikan ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana pendukung (fasilitas cuci tangan, hand sanitizer, masker, sarung tangan, cairan disinfektan maupun APD lainnya), serta menunjuk duta prokes di kalangan pegawai untuk kemudian memberlakukan mekanisme pemberian apresiasi bagi pegawai yang telah rajin mempraktikkan perilaku personal higiene positif

The COVID-19 pandemic impacts all life activities, including the education sector. All university practices have been removed and replaced with online learning. Academic staff feel an increase in workload and changes in working conditions. This pandemic has changed work mechanisms, such as implementing new policies and rules for limiting physical contact, allowing for conflicts between work and the lifestyle that is carried out.
One new lifestyle that needs to be adopted is COVID-19 prevention behavior. During the COVID-19 pandemic, universities continue to enforce work from the office for employees; hence the risk of COVID-19 transmission in the work environment remains.
Of course, COVID-19 prevention behavior is an important aspect that needs attention because it is the best way to fight against COVID-19. The health belief model theory stated that the practice of health behavior depends on the beliefs held by the individual, namely perceived susceptibility, perceived severity, perceived benefit, perceived barrier,
self-efficacy, and cues to action. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between preventive behavior factors and personal hygiene behavior of academic staff.
This study used a cross-sectional study design with questionnaires distributed to 179 academic staff. Data collection was carried out in April 2022. The study results show that perceived barriers, self-efficacy, and cues to action are significant and directly affected employee personal hygiene behavior. Some recommendations from the results include
intensifying the dissemination of health policies and protocols with content that can motivate self-efficacy and reduce employee perceptions of barriers, distributing interesting infographics and social media campaign, ensuring the availability of supporting facilities and infrastructure (hand washing facilities, hand sanitizers, masks, gloves, disinfectant liquid, and other PPE) as well as appointing health care ambassadors
among employees to then implement a mechanism for giving appreciation to employees who have been diligent in practicing positive personal hygiene behavior.

"Sekolah memainkan peran penting dalam penularan COVID-19, oleh karena itu memahami proses penularan di sekolah dapat meningkatkan kemampuan untuk merencanakan intervensi yang efektif dalam menanggapi andemic COVID-19. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesiapan sekolah dasar negeri dalam upaya penerapan protokol kesehatan untuk Pembelajaran Tatap Muka (PTM) terbatas pada masa pandemic COVID-19 di Kabupaten Bogor. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis data kualitatif dengan desain non eksperimental dan comparative descriptive pada rentang waktu dari bulan April-Juni 2022. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara telaah dokumen, observasi, wawancara mendalam terhadap 13 informan dari sekolah maupun guru dan Focus Group Discussion (FGD) terhadap 8 informan dari siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa PTM terbatas yang dilakukan oleh Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Bogor pada 4 SDN dari 4 kecamatan tersebut sudah diterapkan dengan perencanaan matang, pelaksanaan yang cukup terarah, dan rutin melakukan evaluasi kegiatan PTM terbatas meskipun ada beberapa hambatan yang dialami sehingga belum dapat memenuhi semua persyaratan SKB 4 Menteri Tahun 2021 secara penuh. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menyarankan bahwa Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Bogor maupun sekolah agar melakukan peningkatan kualitas dan kuantitas dalam penyebaran informasi, pengawasan sekaligus penegakan disiplin, sosialisasi terkait dengan peningkatan daya tahan tubuh, serta melakukan evaluasi dalam mempersiapkan PTM dengan acuan regulasi terbaru yaitu SKB 4 Menteri tahun 2022.

.Schools play an important role in Covid-19 transmission, therefore understanding the transmission pattern helps improve capability in planning effective intervention to address covid-19 pandemic. This study aims to define public schools preparedness in implementing the health protocol for limited Face-to-face meeting during Covid-19 pandemic in Bogor District. This study uses qualitative data types with non-experimental and comparative descriptive designs was conducted during April-June 2022. Data was derived from documents review, observation, and in-depth interview to 13 informants from schools including teachers, Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with 8 students. This study shows that the implementation of Face-to-face meeting, organized by the education authorities in 4 schools from 4 villages has been well-planned, focused, and has routinely conducted evaluation, despite the hurdles in achieving SKB 4 2022 requirements. This study suggests Bogor District Education Authorities and schools to keep increasing both quality and quantity in distributing information, monitoring and enforcing discipline. Socializing the way to improve immunity, and doing evaluation in planning PTM according to new regulation, SKB from 4 Ministries 2022."

"Dengan pandemi COVID-19 yang terjadi di dunia, masyarakat perlu patuh dan beradaptasi dengan protokol baru untuk menekan jumlah kasus. Kementerian Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif bekerja sama dengan influencer media sosial dalam mempromosikan protokol kesehatan selama COVID-19. Protokol tersebut meliputi penggunaan masker, social distancing, dan cuci tangan menggunakan sabun atau hand sanitiser. Makalah ini akan menganalisis peran influencer dalam mempromosikan kampanye protokol kesehatan Kementerian Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif di era COVID-19. Teori pembelajaran sosial Bandura berpendapat bahwa salah satu metode untuk mengubah perilaku adalah dengan menetapkan model peran. Melalui tinjauan pustaka dan pengumpulan data sekunder, ditemukan bahwa influencer bertindak sebagai panutan publik dalam mempromosikan protokol kesehatan yang baru dan juga meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat dalam menerapkan protokol tersebut.

With the COVID19 pandemic happening in the world, the public needs to obey and adapt to a new protocol to reduce the number of cases. The Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy collaborated with social media influencers in promoting health protocol during COVID19. These protocol includes wearing a mask, social distancing and washing hands using soap or hand sanitiser. This paper will analyse the role of an influencer in promoting the health protocol campaign for the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy in the COVID19 era. Bandura’s social learning theory argues that one of the methods of behaviour change is by setting a role model. Through literature review and secondary data collection, it is found that influencers act as a role model in promoting the new health protocols as well as raising awareness in applying the health protocols."

"Cakupan vaksinasi COVID-19 lansia di Kelurahan Batu Ampar sebesar 61%. Cakupan tersebut menjadikan Kelurahan Batu Ampar termasuk wilayah terendah kedua dalam cakupan vaksinasi di Kecamatan Kramat Jati, Jakarta Timur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perilaku vaksinasi COVID-19 pada lansia dan determinannya di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kelurahan Batu Ampar Jakarta Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Teknik pengolahan sampel menggunakan analisis univariat, bivariat dan multivariat dengan uji regresi logistik ganda. Pengumpulan data melalui pengisian kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya pada 121 lansia yang berdomisili di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kelurahan Batu Ampar Jakarta Timur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 82,6% lansia telah menerima vaksinasi COVID-19 dengan status dosis pertama sebanyak 5,8%, dosis kedua sebanyak 37% dan booster pertama sebanyak 46,3%. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan pengetahuan (p=0,011) dan aksesibilitas jarak (p=0,001) sangat berhubungan dengan perilaku vaksinasi COVID-19 pada lansia. Aksesibilitas jarak merupakan faktor yang dominan berhubungan dengan perilaku vaksinasi COVID-19 pada lansia.

The coverage of the elderly COVID-19 vaccination in Batu Ampar Village is 61%. This coverage makes Batu Ampar Village the second lowest area in vaccination coverage in Kramat Jati District, East Jakarta. This study aims to determine the behavior of COVID-19 vaccination in the elderly and its determinants in the work area of the Batu Ampar Village Health Center, East Jakarta. This study uses a quantitative method with a cross sectional design. The sample processing technique used univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis with multiple logistic regression. Collecting data through filling out questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability on 121 elderly who live in the working area of the Puskesmas Batu Ampar, East Jakarta. The results showed that 82.6% of the elderly had received COVID-19 vaccination with 5.8% first dose status, 37% second dose and 46.3% first booster. The results also showed that knowledge (p=0.011) and distance accessibility (p=0.001) were strongly related to the behavior of COVID-19 vaccination in the elderly. Distance accessibility is the dominant factor related to COVID-19 vaccination behavior in the elderly"

"Penerapan perilaku kepatuhan pada protokol kesehatan COVID-19 seyogyanya dapat menurunkan penyebaran COVID-19, namun saat ini masih terjadi kasus di PT X. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis berbagai faktor yang berhubungan dengan perilaku kepatuhan protokol kesehatan COVID-19 pada Pekerja Perkantoran di PT X tahun 2022. Desain penelitian adalah cross sectional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Jumlah responden sebanyak 76 orang diambil secara acak sederhana. Data primer didapat dari kuesioner yang disebarkan dengan aplikasi googleform, dilengkapi dengan data observasi dan telaah dokumen. Hasil telitian menunjukkan tingkat kepatuhan protokol kesehatan COVID-19 sebesar 82,9%. Hasil analisis menunjukkan pada pria 5 kali lebih beresiko tidak patuh di banding Perempuan (OR 5,677), pada pekerja yang merasakan manfaat rendah 4 kali lebih beresiko tidak patuh (OR 4,329) dibanding yang merasakan manfaat tinggi, pada pekerja yang efikasi diri rendah 4 kali lebih beresiko tidak patuh (OR 4,329) dibandingkan yang efikasinya tinggi. Di samping itu, pada pekerja yang tidak mendapat dukungan lingkungan kerjanya 5 kali lebih berisiko tidak patuh (OR 5, 417) dibanding dengan pekerja yang mendapat dukungan lingkungan kerjanya, pekerja yang tidak mendapat dukungan keluarga 9 kali lebih beresiko tidak patuh (OR 9,02) dibanding dengan pekerja yang mendapat dukungan keluarga, begitu pula bagi pekerja yang merasakan tidak memadainya penghargaan dan sanksi 5 kali lebih beresiko tidak patuh (OR 5,211) dibanding pekerja yang merasakan penghargaan dan sanksi memadai. Penelitian ini mendapatkan tidak ada hubungan antara umur, status pernikahan, pengalaman, pengetahuan, ketersediaan instruksi, kerentanan yang dirasakan, keparahan yang dirasakan, hambatan yang dirasakan, isyarat untuk bertindak (faktor predisposisi), ketersediaan fasilitas dan sarana serta pelatihan dan promosi kesehatan (faktor pemungkin), dan tim inspektur (faktor penguat) dan perilaku kepatuhan prototol kesehatan COVID-19. Pandemi COVID-19 masih berlangsung hingga saat ini, maka Perusahaan masih perlu melakukan upaya pencegahan terhadap COVID-19 yaitu dengan meningkatkan program promosi kesehatan serta implementasi penghargaan dan sanksi. Promosi kesehatan disusun dengan melibatkan seluruh pekerja secara bottom up. Selain itu, mengikutsertakan keluarga pada program promosi kesehatan metode lebih interaktif dan dapat menjangkau seluruh usia. Penyusunan kriteria penghargaan dan sanksi dengan melibatkan pekerja dan diimplementasikans secara konsisten. Pekerja juga perlu untuk berkontribusi dengan saling mengingatkan untuk mematuhi protokol kesehatan COVID-19 dengan dukungan dari manajemen dan berperan aktif dalam penyusunan program promosi kesehatan dan kriteria penghargaan dan sanksi. Dan bagi peneliti selanjutnya dapat mengembangkan penelitian dengan menambah variabel, memperluas sasaran penelitian dan melanjutkan analisis multivariate

Implementation of compliance behavior with the COVID-19 health protocol should reduce the spread of COVID-19, but currently there are still cases at PT X. The purpose of this study was to analyze various factors related to establishing COVID-19 health protocol compliance behavior in office workers at PT. X year 2022. The research design was cross sectional with a quantitative approach. The number of respondents as many as 76 people were taken at simple random. Primary data were obtained from questionnaires distributed using the googleform application, completed with observation data and document review. The results showed that the level of compliance with the COVID-19 health protocol was 82.9%. The results of the analysis show that men are 5 times more at risk of non-compliance than women (OR 5,677), workers who feel low benefits are 4 times more at risk of non-compliance (OR 4,329) than those who feel high benefits, workers with low self-efficacy are 4 times were more at risk of non-compliance (OR 4,329) than those with high efficacy. In addition, workers who do not receive support from their work environment are 5 times more to be non-compliance (OR 5,417) compared to workers who do not receive support from their work environment, workers who do not receive family support are 9 times more likely to be non-compliance ( OR 9.02) compared to workers who received family support, as well as workers who felt inadequate rewards and sanctions were 5 times more likely to be non-compliance (OR 5,211) than workers who felt adequate rewards and sanctions. This study found that there was no relationship between age, marital status, experience, knowledge, availability of instructions, perceived susceptibility, perceived severity, perceived barriers, cues to action (predisposing factors), availability of facilities and facilities as well as training and health promotion (enabling factors), and a team of inspectors (reinforcing factors) and COVID-19 health protocol compliance behavior. The COVID-19 pandemic is still ongoing, so the Company still needs to take preventive measures against COVID-19, namely by increasing health promotion programs and implementing awards and sanctions. Health promotion is developed by involving all employees on a bottom-up basis. In addition, involving families in health promotion programs is more interactive and can reach all ages. Compilation of reward and sanction criteria by involving workers and implemented consistently. Workers also need to contribute by reminding each other to comply with the COVID-19 health protocol with support from management and take on the active role in the development of health promotion programs and award and sanction criteria. And for further researchers, they can develop research by adding variables, expanding research targets and continuing into multivariate analysis."
