"Latar Belakang : Special Care Dentistry merupakan salah satu cabang spesialisasi
Kedokteran Gigi yang berfokus dalam memberikan perawatan kepada individu dengan
disabilitas dan membutuhkan perawatan serta penanganan khusus. Guna memberikan
perawatan yang maksimal, sikap dan persepsi dari operator selaku pemberi pelayanan
merupakan salah satu faktor krusial. Oleh sebab itu, studi mengenai sikap dan persepsi
mahasiswa Kedokteran Gigi Universitas Indonesia, Universitas Can Tho, dan Universitas
Khon Kaen perlu dilakukan. Tujuan : Mengetahui sikap dan persepsi mahasiswa
Fakultas Kedokteran Gigi Universitas Indonesia, Universitas Can Tho, dan Universitas
Khon Kaen terhadap Special Care Dentistry. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan selfadminisered
questionnaire dengan memanfaatkan google form di 2021 kemudian diolah
menggunakan perangkat lunak statistik SPSS pada tahun 2022 dengan menggunakan uji
mann whitney, kruskal wallis, dan chi-square. Hasil Penelitian : Didapatkan total
responden mahasiswa sebanyak 471 dari Universitas Indonesia, Universitas Can Tho, dan
Universitas Khon Kaen angkatan 2016-2018 dengan response rate 70%. Sebanyak 71,5%
responden dapat mendefinisikan Special Care Dentistry dengan 66,9% merasa
membutuhkan pembelajaran didaktik maupun 94,3% responden merasa dibutuhkannya
pelatihan klinis mengenai Special Care Dentistry guna menunjang pelayanan.
Kesimpulan : Mahasiswa Kedokteran Gigi Universitas Indonesia, Universitas Can Tho,
dan Universitas Khon Kaen memiliki sikap dan persepsi yang baik terhadap individu
pasien dengan disabilitas.

Background: Special Care Dentistry is a specialty branch of Dentistry that focuses on
providing care to individuals with disabilities who require special care and treatment. In
order to provide maximum care, the attitude and perception of the operator as a service
provider is one of the crucial factors. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct a study on the
attitudes and perceptions of Dentistry students at the University of Indonesia, Can Tho
University, and Khon Kaen University. Objective: To find out attitudes and perceptions
of students of the Faculty of Dentistry, University of Indonesia, Can Tho University, and
Khon Kaen University towards Special Care Dentistry. Methods: This study used a selfadministered
questionnaire by utilizing the Google form in 2021 and then processed using
the SPSS statistical software in 2022 using the Mann Whitney, Kruskal Wallis, and Chisquare
tests. Research Results: A total of 471 student respondents were obtained from
the University of Indonesia, Can Tho University, and Khon Kaen University class of
2016-2018 with a response rate of 70%. As many as 71.5% of respondents can define
Special Care Dentistry with 66.9% feeling the need for didactic learning and 94.3% of
respondents feeling the need for clinical training on Special Care Dentistry to support
services. Conclusion: Dentistry students at the University of Indonesia, Can Tho
University, and Khon Kaen University have good attitudes and perceptions of individual
patients with disabilities

"ABSTRAK
Kondisi medis pasien akan mempengaruhi modifikasi perawatan dental dan dapat bermanifestas pada rongga mulut. Catatan rekam medik yang terintegrasi antara kesehatan sistemik dan kesehatan gigi dan mulut diperlukan untuk membangun standar informasi kesehatan pasien dan kemungkinan keterkaitan antara penyakit. Tujuan: Mengetahui pola kondisi medis pasien dan informasi yang terkait kondisi medis tersebut berdasarkan rekam medik RSKGM FKG UI dalam periode Januari ndash; Desember 2016. Metode: Penelitian deskriptif dari data sekunder rekam medik status kesehatan gigi dan mulut pasien RSKGM FKG UI dalam periode 2016. Hasil: Tercatat 4649 pasien yang tercatat, sebanyak 1820 pasien 39.14 dan tercatat 586 kondisi medis pasien dengan frekuensi penyakit tertinggi meliputi alergi sebanyak 215 pasien, kelainan gastrointestinal sebanyak 190 pasien, dan kelainan kardiovaskular 77 pasien. Informasi terkait penyakit sistemik yang ditanyakan adalah durasi, konsumsi obat, kondisi terakhir, dan lain-lain. Pasien RKSGM UI yang berkunjung ke departemen Ilmu Penyakit Mulut relatif lebih banyak memiliki riwayat kondisi sistemik kelainan pencernaan sebanyak 17 pasien 23.3 . Kesimpulan: Alergi, kelainan gastrointestinal, dan kelainan kardiovaskular merupakan kondisi terbanyak pada pasien RSKGM FKG UI tahun 2016.

ABSTRACT
Patients medical condition will be related to dental treatment modification and oral manifestations. An integrated medical record systemic health and oral health is required to establish patient health information standard and possible linkage between diseases. Objective To describe patients medical condition pattern and any information related to the condition based on their dental records of RSKGM Faculty Dentistry Universitas Indonesia in January December 2016. Method this study was descriptive research through secondary data of medical record dental and oral health status to record and analyze patient medical history of RSKGM Faculty of Dentistry Universitas Indonesia in 2016 period. Result From 4649 patients recorded, there were 1820 patients 39.14 and there were 586 patients who have medical conditions with the highest frecuency of disease, allergy 215 patients, gastrointestinal abnormalities 190 patients, and abnormalities cardiovascular 77 patients. The most common related medical condition information which asked include duration, drug consumption, last condition, and others. Patients of RKSGM Universitas Indonesia who visited Department of Oral Medicine were relatively having history of gastrointestinal abnormalities systemic conditions, as many as 17 patients 23.3 . Conclusions allergies, gastrointestinal abnormalities, and cardiovascular disease have the common rsquo s systemic condition in patient visiting RSKGM FKG UI in 2016."

"Latar Belakang: Perawatan terhadap individu disabilitas dinilai kompleks dan komprehensif. Namun, terdapat keterbatasan akses bagi individu disabilitas ke dokter gigi dikarenakan kurangnya tenaga yang terlatih. Sikap tenaga kesehatan terhadap individu disabilitas menjadi penting karena akan mempengaruhi perawatan yang akan diberikan kepada individu disabilitas. Sehingga, dibutuhkan penelitian mengenai sikap mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran Gigi Universitas Indonesia terhadap individu pasien dengan disabilitas.
Tujuan: Mengetahui perbedaan sikap mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran Gigi di Universitas Indonesia terhadap individu pasien dengan disabilitas berdasarkan variabel usia, jenis kelamin, program pendidikan, tahun angkatan, prior knowledge mengenai disabilitas, riwayat kontak personal dengan individu disabilitas, dan pengalaman merawat individu disabilitas.
Metode: Studi cross-sectional dengan self-administered online questionnaire pada mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran Gigi Universitas Indonesia tahun angkatan 2015-2021. Kuesioner yang digunakan adalah ATDP form yang terdiri dari 20 pertanyaan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis univariat dan bivariat melalui uji independent t-test, Mann-Whitney atau Kruskal Wallis.
Hasil: Terdapat 572 mahasiswa yang berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini dengan response rate 70%. Berdasarkan analisis bivariat, tidak terdapat perbedaan yang bermakna secara statistik (p > 0,05) antara rerata skor ATDP dengan variabel-variabel yang terkait.
Kesimpulan: Mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran Gigi Universitas Indonesia memiliki sikap yang netral terhadap individu pasien dengan disabilitas.

Background: Treating individuals with disabilities is considered complex and comprehensive. However, there is still limited access for individuals with disabilities to dentists due to the lack of trained personnel. The attitudes of health care workers toward individuals with disabilities will affect how people with disabilities are treated. Thus, research is still needed on the attitudes of students of the Faculty of Dentistry, University of Indonesia toward patients with disabilities.
Objective: To find out the different attitudes of students at the Faculty of Dentistry, University of Indonesia toward patients with disabilities based on age, gender, education program, year of class, prior knowledge about disability, history of personal contact with disabled person, and experience in giving care for individual with disability.
Methods: A cross-sectional study with self-administered online questionnaire for students of the Faculty of Dentistry, University of Indonesia in the years of 2015-2021. ATDP form is used in this research which consists of 20 questions. The data were analysed using univariate and bivariate analysis through independent t-test, Mann-Whitney or Kruskal Wallis tests.
Results: 572 students participated in this study with a response rate of 70%. Based on the bivariate analysis, there was no statistically significant difference (p > 0.05) between the mean of ATDP score and related variables.
Conclusion: Students of the Faculty of Dentistry, University of Indonesia have neutral attitudes toward patients with disabilities.

"Penelitian ini membahas faktor internal dan eksternal yang mempengaruhi persepsi keselamatan berkendara sepeda motor pada mahasiswa FKM UI. Faktor internal berupa pengetahuan, pengalaman, dan motivasi keselamatan berkendara, faktor eksternal adalah kondisi lingkungan, pengaruh teman sebaya, dan kebijakan UI dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Desain penelitian adalah cross sectional. Sampel adalah 69 mahasiswa yang berkendara sepeda motor.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan persepsi baik, yaitu mengganggap keselamatan berkendara itu penting. Faktor internal yang paling dominan yaitu pengalaman, sedangkan sedangkan faktor eskternal adalah kondisi lingkungan, pengaruh teman sebaya, dan kebijakan UI. Perlu meningkatkan pengetahuan dan motivasi keselamatan berkendara sepeda motor seperti sosialisasi dan pemilihan duta safety. Kata kunci : persepsi keselamatan berkendara, faktor internal, faktor eksternal.

This study discussed the internal and external factors that affected the perception of motorcycle safety driving in FKM UI students. Internal factors such as knowledge, experience, and driving safety motivation, external factors were environmental conditions, peer influence, and UI policy by used questionnaires. The study design was cross sectional. The sample was 69 students who drive motorcycles.
The results showed good perception, that was considering the safety of driving was important. An internal factor was the most dominant experienced, while external factors were environmental conditions, peer influence, and UI policy. Need to improved the knowledge and motivation of motorcycle safety driving such as socialization and selection of ambassadors of safety Keywords perceptions of safety driving, internal factor, external factor.

"Latar Belakang: Pandemi Covid-19 menyebabkan pembatasan seluruh aktivitas manusia. Di bidang pendidikan, penerapan moda pembelajaran teori IKGA menggunakan PBL yang biasanya tatap muka digantikan oleh pembelajaran daring selama pandemi Covid-19.
Tujuan: Menganalisis persepsi mahasiswa terhadap perubahan moda pembelajaran teori IKGA di Fakultas Kedokteran Gigi Universitas Indonesia selama masa pandemi Covid-19.
Metode: Penelitian cross-sectional pada mahasiswa FKG UI. Sampel penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa FKG UI angkatan 2017 - 2019. Teknik pengambilan sampel secara random sampling dan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner melalui Google Form.
Hasil Penelitian: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan persepsi mahasiswa terhadap moda pembelajaran selama pandemi Covid-19 baik dan perbedaan bermakna antar tiga kelompok hanya pada persiapan mahasiswa menuju program profesi (P-value = 0,023) dan kepercayaan diri mahasiswa memasuki program profesi (P-value = 0,000).
Kesimpulan: Persiapan mahasiswa menuju program profesi dan kepercayaan diri mahasiswa memasuki program profesi lebih baik dalam pembelajaran luring daripada pembelajaran daring.

Background: The Covid-19 pandemic has led to resctriction all of human activities. In education, the application of theorical of pediatric dentistry using PBL that are usually face-to-face was replaced by online learning during Covid-19 pandemic.
Purpose: The aim of this study was to assess dental students perceptions towards theorical of pediatric dentistry learning mode during the Covid-19 pandemic in Faculty of Dentistry at the University of Indonesia.
Methods: This study used a cross-sectional analysis and conducted on dental students of Faculty of Dentistry Univeristy of Indonesia batch 2017 - 2019. The sampling technique was random sampling and data collection used a questionnaire via Google Form.
Results: From a total of 150 respondents, all student perception mostly good and there were significant differences between students in preparation for clinical programs (P-value = 0.023) and confidence in entering clinical programs (P-value = 0.000).
Conclusions: Dental students of Faculty of Dentistry University of Indonesia have good perception towards learning mode during COVID- 19 pandemic. Student preparation for clinical programs and confidence in entering clinical programs are way better in offline than online learning

Tujuan: Mengetahui Sikap Mahasiswa Kedokteran dan Kedokteran Gigi Universitas Indonesia terhadap Kolaborasi dalam Praktik Kedokteran dan Kedokteran Gigi. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan desain cross sectional menggunakan kuesioner yang dilakukan pada mahasiswa yang terdaftar sebagai mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran dan Kedokteran Gigi Universitas Indonesia angkatan 2013-2017. Kuesioner terdiri dari 8 pertanyaan yang dirancang untuk mendapatkan sikap mahasiswa mengenai kolaborasi antara praktik kedokteran dan kedokteran gigi. Mahasiswa juga ditanya mengenai kesadaran terhadap kolaborasi antara kedokteran gigi dan kedokteran. Hasil: sebanyak 1.432 kuesioner didistribusikan dan terdapat 1.137 (79.39%) kuesioner yang valid.Rata-rata skor sikap terhadap kolaborasi (SD) dilihat dari 8 item pertanyaan adalah 6.98 (1.252). Terdapat perbedaan signifikan dalam skor rata-rata sikap antara responden yang setuju (n=752) atau yang tidak setuju (n=385) bahwa mahasiswa kedokteran seharusnya menjalani rotasi di kedokteran gigi (7.65 ± 0.72 vs. 5.68 ± 1.03; p < 0.001).Kesimpulan: Dalam penelitian ini, mahasiswa kedokteran dan kedokteran gigi pada umumnya menunjukkan sikap yang baik terhadap kolaborasi antara praktik kedokteran dan kedokteran gigi di Universitas Indonesia. Hal ini merupakan pondasi penting untuk mendorong kolaborasi dokter dan dokter gigi, yang penting dalam meningkatkan efisiensi sumber daya dan standar perawatan pasien.

ABSTRACT
Objective: this study aimed to invesigate the attitude of medical and dental students of University Indonesia about collaboration between medical and dental practice. Methods: this study is a descriptive study with cross sectional design using questionnaires conducted on students who are registered as astudents of Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry Universitas Indonesia batch 2013-2017. The questionnaire contained 8 questions designed to elicit their attitudes about the collaboration between medical and dental practice. Students were also asked about their awareness of the collaboration between dentistry and medicine. Results: A total of 1.432 questionnaires were distributed and 1.137 (79.39%) were returned. Their mean attitude score (SD) towards medical-dental collaboration derived from these 8 items was 6.98 (1.252). There is a significant difference in the mean attitude score between respondents who did (n=752) or did not agree (n=385) that medical students should have a rotation in dentistry (7.65 ± 0.72 vs. 5.68 ± 1.03; p < 0.001).Conclusion: In this study, the medical and dental students in general demonstrated a good attitude of the collaboration between medical and dental practice in University Indonesia. This established an essential foundation for fostering medica-dental collaboration, which is vital to improving resource efficiency and standards of care."

"Latar Belakang: Sebagai dokter gigi dalam melakukan layanan kesehatan kepada pasien sudah seharusnya menggunakan perawatan EBD. Mengajarkan EBD kepada mahasiswa kedokteran gigi saat ini adalah kunci untuk meningkatkan proporsi perawatan yang didasarkan pada bukti di masa yang akan datang. Tujuan: Mengetahui hubungan berbagai faktor yang berhubungan dengan pengetahuan dan persepsi mahasiswa fakultas kedokteran gigi Universitas Indonesia mengenai EBD.Metode: Design study menggunakan studi Cross-Sectional, cara pengambilan sampel menggunakan kuesioner melalui gogle form, jumlah sampel 416 mahasiswa FKG UI dimulai dari umur 18-25 tahun, angkatan 2017-2021, alat ukur menggunakan skala likert. Kuesioner terdiri dari 22 pertanyaan dengan 5 pertanyaan pada bagian pengetahuan (skala 1=benar, 0 = ragu-ragu / tidak tahu), 7 pertanyaan mengenai akses sumber pengetahuan (skala 1=Tidak pernah, 2=jarang, 3=Kadang-kadang, 4= sering , 5= sangat s ering) dan 10 pertanyaan mengenai persepsi (skala 1= Sangat tidak setuju , 2= Tidak setuju , 3= Netral, 4= Setuju , 5= Sangat setuju). Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan non probability sampling dengan purposive sampling. Data yang terkumpul diolah dengan menguji antar variabel secara bivariat dengan uji continuity correction, pearson chi-square dan regresi logistik biner. Hasil : Hasil uji bivariat menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara usia, angkatan masuk dan program pendidikan dengan pengetahuan mengenai EBD (p-value <0,05). Terdapat hubungan antara program pendidikan dan angkatan masuk dengan akses mengenai sumber pengetahuan EBD (p-value < 0,05). Namun, tidak terdapat hubungan antara usia, jenis kelamin, program pendidikan, dan angkatan masuk dengan persepsi mengenai EBD. Kesimpulan : Terdapat hubungan antara program pendidikan preklinik dan klinik mengenai akses sumber pengetahuan EBD pada mahasiswa FKG UI.

Teaching EBD to dental students today is key to increasing the proportion of evidence-based care in the future. Objective: To find out various factors related to the knowledge and perceptions of students of the Faculty of Dentistry at the University of Indonesia regarding EBD. Methods: A cross-sectional study, the sampling method used a questionnaire via Google form, the sample size was 416 FKG UI students starting at the age of 18-25 years, class 2017-2021, the measurement tool used a Likert scale. The questionnaire consisted of 22 questions with 5 questions on the knowledge section (scale 1=true, 0=doubtful / don't know), 7 questions regarding access to knowledge sources (scale 1=Never, 2=rarely, 3=Sometimes, 4 = often, 5 = very often) and 10 questions regarding perception (scale 1 = Strongly disagree, 2 = Disagree, 3 = Neutral, 4 = Agree, 5 = Strongly agree). The data collection technique uses non-probability sampling with purposive sampling. The collected data was processed by testing between variables in a bivariate manner with continuity correction, pearson chi-square and binary logistic regression tests. Results: The results of the bivariate test showed that there was a relationship between age, the enrollment force and educational programs and knowledge of EBD (p-value <0.05). There is a relationship between educational programs and the incoming cohort with access to EBD knowledge sources (p-value <0.05). However, there is no relationship between age, gender, educational program, and intake force with perceptions of EBD. Conclusion: There are differences between preclinical and clinical education programs regarding access to EBD knowledge sources for FKG UI students."
