"Latar belakang: Perubahan pola hidup dan kondisi mental selama pandemi Covid-19 menyebabkan perubahan faktor risiko penyakit Gastrointestinal Tract (GIT) termasuk GERD. GERD-Q merupakan alat skrining yang umum digunakan di Indonesia dan dapat menilai pengaruh GERD dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Penelitian ini bertujuan menilai perubahan proporsi GERD dan kualitas hidup akibat GERD selama pandemi Covid-19 di Indonesia. Metode: Penelitian ini berdesain potong lintang menggunakan data sekunder yang diambil menggunakan kuesioner daring. Sebanyak 9.843 responden dikelompokkan berdasarkan hasil GERD-Q, waktu pengisian data, gejala yang muncul, dan pengaruh GERD dalam kualitas hidup. Hasil: Terdapat peningkatan frekuensi dan intensitas heartburn (p<0,001), regurgitasi (p=0,005), gangguan tidur akibat gejala GERD (p<0,001), konsumsi obat OTC (p<0,001), prevalensi heartburn (p=0,015), prevalensi GERD (p<0,001), dan penurunan kualitas hidup (p=0,003) antar sebelum dan saat pandemi. Penurunan kualitas hidup juga terlihat pada Gelombang 2 dibandingkan Gelombang 1 Covid-19 di Indonesia (p=0,019). Kesimpulan: Terdapat peningkatan prevalensi GERD selama pandemi Covid-19 di Indonesia dengan heartburn menjadi gejala tersering. Tidak ditemukan perbedaan signifikan antar gelombang Covid-19 dengan prevalensi GERD. Penurunan kualitas hidup diamati pada pandemi Covid-19 dan gelombang 2 Covid-19 di Indonesia.

Introduction: Lifestyle and mental health shifting during the Covid-19 pandemic caused alteration of Gastrointestinal Tract (GIT) disease risk factors, including GERD. GERD-Q is a common screening tool in Indonesia and can assess GERD impact on daily life. This research aims to evaluate the difference of GERD proportion and GERD-related quality of life during the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia. Methods: This research was a cross-sectional study using secondary data collected online. About 9,843 respondents were grouped based on GERD-Q score, submission date, symptoms, and GERD impact on daily life. Results: We observed significance increase in frequency and intensity of heartburn (p<0.001) , regurgitation (p=0.005), GERD-related sleep disturbance (p<0.001), OTC drug consumption (p<0.001), heartburn prevalence (p=0.015), GERD prevalence (p<0.001), and decrease of QoL (p=0.003) in before and during pandemic. A QoL decrease was also observed in the second wave compared to the first wave Covid-19 (p=0.019). Conclusions: We found an increased GERD prevalence during the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia, with heartburn being the common symptom. There was no significant difference between Covid-19 waves compared to GERD prevalence. A decrease of QoL was also observed during the Covid-19 pandemic and the second wave of Covid-19 in Indonesia."

Latar belakang: Penyakit refluks gastroesofagus PRGE pada remaja sulit didiagnosis, karena gejala klinis tidak spesifik dan menyebabkan penurunan kualitas hidup. Gastroesofageal reflux disease questionnaire GERD-Q dan pediatric gastroesophageal symptom and quality of life questionnaire PGSQ telah divalidasi dan dikembangkan untuk mengidentifikasi PRGE dan kualitas hidup. Penggunaan GERD-Q dan PGSQ pada populasi remaja sebagian besar tidak diketahui.Tujuan: Untuk memperoleh prevalens dugaan PRGE pada remaja menggunakan GERD-Q dan penilaian kualitas hidup pada remaja yang memiliki GERD-Q positif skor ge; 7 dengan menggunakan PGSQ.Metode: Remaja usia 12-18 tahun di evaluasi menggunakan kuesioner GERD-Q. Remaja yang memiliki skor GERD-Q positif dievaluasi kualitas hidupnya menggunakan PGSQ. Analisis mengenai faktor risiko dugaan PRGE juga dilakukan.Hasil: Pada 520 subjek, rasio laki-laki dan perempuan 1:1,3 dan usia median 13 tahun. Background Gastroesophageal reflux disease in adolescent is difficult to diagnose due to nonspecific symptom and often lead to poor quality of life. Gastroesophageal reflux disease questionnaire GERD Q and pediatric gastroesophageal symptom and quality of life questionnaire PGSQ are validated questionnaire that was developed to help identify GERD patients and their quality of life respectively. The application of GERD Q and PGSQ in adolescent population is largely unknown.Aim To obtain suspected GERD prevalence in adolescent using GERD Q and quality of life score assessment in adolescent with GERD Q positive.Methods Adolescent age 12 18 years were evaluated using indonesian version of GERD Q. Adolescents with GERD Q positive were then evaluated their quality of life using Indonesian version of PGSQ. "LATAR BELAKANG: Kualitas hidup telah menjadi salah satu komponen utama dalam penanganan Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease GERD . Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai kesahihan eksternal kuesioner GERD-QOL berbahasa Indonesia.METODE:. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian potong lintang dengan subyek penelitiannya adalah pasien yang mengalami gejala GERD dan berusia 18 tahun atau lebih yang berobat ke Rumah Sakit Umum Kecamatan RSUK Tebet. Total skor GERD-Q minimal adalah 8. Pasien kemudian diminta mengisi kuesioner GERD-QOL berbahasa Indonesia dan kuesioner SF-36. Quality of life has become major concern in the management of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease GERD . The aim of this study was to determine the external validity of the Indonesian Version of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease Quality of Life GERD QOL questionnaire. METHODS This cross sectional study consisted of subjects who developed symptoms of GERD and aged 18 years or more. The subjects were recruited from district public hospital in Tebet. Total score for GERD Q was at least 8. These patients were invited to complete the Indonesian version of GERD QOL and validated Indonesian Short Form 36 SF 36 . External validity was then evaluated using Spearman rsquo s correlation coefficient.RESULT A total of 91 subjects completed the questionnaires. "Latar belakang: Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) adalah gangguan gastrointestinal yang memiliki manifestasi klinis paling umum berupa heartburn dan regurgitasi, dengan prevalensi sejumlah 57,6% di Indonesia. Stres, salah satu faktor risiko GERD, dapat terjadi pada mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran dengan prevalensi yang mencapai 88,9%. Selain itu, mahasiswa kedokteran umumnya mengalami perubahan tingkat kesehatan seiring dengan berjalannya tingkat perkuliahan. Adanya pandemi COVID-19 yang menyebabkan munculnya metode perkuliahan dalam jaringan (online) juga dapat memengaruhi tingkat kesehatan mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai hubungan antara tingkat stres, tingkat perkuliahan, dan metode perkuliahan terhadap kejadian GERD pada mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Indonesia di masa pandemi COVID-19.
Metode: Penelitian ini memiliki desain potong lintang dengan menggunakan data primer melalui kuesioner dalam jaringan. Sejumlah 224 responden kemudian dikelompokkan berdasarkan tingkat stres, tingkat perkuliahan, metode perkuliahan, dan kejadian GERD. Data kemudian dianalisis menggunakan chi square.
Hasil: Prevalensi GERD pada mahasiswa FKUI adalah sejumlah 12,1%. Ditemukan bahwa faktor-faktor tingkat stres (p=0,531), tingkat perkuliahan (p=0,202), dan metode perkuliahan (p=0,544) tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan kejadian GERD.
Kesimpulan: Tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara tingkat stres, tingkat perkuliahan, dan metode perkuliahan dengan kejadian GERD pada mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Indonesia di masa pandemi COVID-19.

Introduction: Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) is a gastrointestinal disorder with its most prominent clinical manifestations being heartburn and regurgitation, and the prevalence of 57.6% in Indonesia. Stress, one of the risk factors of GERD, can happen to medical students with the prevalence of 88.6%. Aside from that, medical students are prone to having health degree changes as they go through medical school. The online learning method due to the COVID-19 pandemic may have an impact on medical students' health. This research's purpose is to determine the relationship between stress levels, academic year, and learning methods to the incidence of GERD in medical students of Universitas Indonesia during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Method: This research was conducted with cross-sectional design using primary data collected through online questionnaires. The amount of respondents gathered was 224, which was further classified by stress levels, academic year, learning method, and incidence of GERD. The data was then further analysed using chi-square.
Result: The prevalence of GERD in medical students of Universitas Indonesia is 12.1%. It was found that the factors stress level (p=0.531), academic year (p=0.202), and learning method (p=0.544) have no significant relationship with the incidence of GERD.
Conclusion: There is no significant relationship between stress level, academic year, and learning method with the incidence of GERD in medical students of Universitas Indonesia during the COVID-19 pandemic.

"Aim: to obtain a valid and reliable GERD-QOL questionnaire for Indonesian application.
Methods: at the initial stage, the GERD-QOL questionnaire was first translated into Indonesian language and the translated questionnaire was subsequently translated back into the original language (back-to-back translation). The results were evaluated by the researcher team and therefore, an Indonesian version of GERD-QOL questionnaire was developed. Ninety-one patients who had been clinically diagnosed with GERD based on the Montreal criteria were interviewed using the Indonesian version of GERD-QOL questionnaire and the SF 36 questionnaire. The validity was evaluated using a method of construct validity and external validity, and reliability can be tested by the method of internal consistency and test retest.
Results: the Indonesian version of GERD-QOL questionnaire had a good internal consistency reliability with a Cronbach Alpha of 0.687-0.842 and a good test retest reliability with an intra-class correlation coefficient of 0.756-0.936; p<0.05). The questionnaire had also been demonstrated to have a good validity with a proven high correlation to each question of SF-36 (p<0.05).
Conclusion: the Indonesian version of GERD-QOL questionnaire has been proven valid and reliable to evaluate the quality of life of GERD patients.

"Latar belakang: Situasi pandemi COVID-19 membawa dampak terhadap berbagai aspek kehidupan, terutama pada masyarakat dengan penyakit kronis seperti kanker paru. Perubahan akibat pandemi memengaruhi tingkat kualitas hidup pasien yang penting untuk kesejahteraan hidup mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran kualitas hidup pasien kanker paru pada pandemi COVID-19.
Metode: Studi dengan metode potong-lintang dilakukan di Poli Rawat Jalan Onkologi Toraks RSUP Persahabatan, Jakarta. Sampel diambil menggunakan metode consecutive sampling. Tingkat kualitas hidup dinilai menggunakan kuesioner European Organisation for Research and Treatment of Cancer Quality of Life Questionnaire Core 30 items (EORTC QLQ-C30) versi Bahasa Indonesia. Penelitian ini juga menilai karakteristik sosiodemografis dan klinis pasien, serta faktor terkait COVID-19 yang meliputi kekhawatiran akan terhambatnya pengobatan, paparan informasi mengenai COVID-19, hambatan akses menuju fasilitas kesehatan, hambatan kelanjutan pengobatan, tekanan mental yang dialami, serta hubungan dengan keluarga dan teman selama pandemi COVID-19.
Hasil: Sebanyak 94% dan 6% pasien kanker paru memiliki tingkat kualitas hidup sedang dan buruk selama pandemi COVID-19. Keseluruhan pasien mengalami gangguan kualitas hidup selama pandemi, tetapi tidak ditemukan adanya hubungan yang bermakna secara statistik pada tingkat kualitas hidup dengan karakteristik subjek, maupun dengan pandemi COVID-19. Sebagian besar pasien mengkhawatirkan keterlambatan pengobatan dan mengalami tekanan psikologis, namun hanya sedikit pasien yang mengalami hambatan pengobatan selama pandemi.
Kesimpulan: Studi ini menunjukkan adanya gangguan kualitas hidup pada pasien kanker paru selama pandemi COVID-19. Diperlukan adanya penelitian lebih lanjut serta pengembangan intervensi yang lebih holistik dan komprehensif untuk pasien kanker paru, terutama selama pengobatan jarak jauh.

Introduction: The COVID-19 pandemic has affected various aspects of life, especially for people with chronic diseases such as lung cancer. The changes due to the pandemic impact their quality of life (QoL) which is important for their well-being. This study aimed to provide an overview of lung cancer patients’ QoL during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Method: A cross-sectional study was conducted in the Thoracic Oncology Outpatient Clinic of Persahabatan National Respiratory Referral Hospital, Jakarta. Patients were recruited using consecutive sampling methods. QoL was assessed using the Indonesian version of the European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer Quality of Life Questionnaire Core 30 items (EORTC QLQ-C30). This study also assessed the patients’ sociodemographic and clinical characteristics and the factors related to COVID-19, including concerns about treatment delays, exposure to COVID-19 information, barriers to access to healthcare facilities and treatment continuation, psychological pressure, and interpersonal relationships with family and friends.
Results: 94% and 6% of lung cancer patients have moderate and poor QoL during the COVID-19 pandemic. All patients have impaired QoL, but no statistically significant relationship was found between QoL and the subjects’ characteristics or the factors related to the pandemic. Most patients are concerned about treatment delays and experiencing psychological pressure, but only a few patients experience treatment barriers during the pandemic.
Conclusion: This study showed an impaired QoL in lung cancer patients during the COVID-19 pandemic. Further research and development of more holistic and comprehensive interventions for lung cancer patients, particularly during remote treatment, are needed.

"Pendahuluan : GERD dapat menurunkan kualitas hidup yang dapat dipicu dan dieksaserbasi dengan stres. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara stres kerja dengan kejadian GERD.
Metode : Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian potong lintang pada Januari hingga April 2021 terhadap 100 guru SD di Cipondoh, Kota Tangerang yang dipilih melalui metode multistage cluster random sample. Para guru mengisi kuesioner melalui google form. Kuesioner GERDQ digunakan untuk mendiagnosis GERD, sementara stres kerja dinilai menggunakan Teacher Stress Inventory (TSI). Seluruh faktor risiko yang mungkin ada dianalisa. Data yang didapat diolah dengan menggunakan analisis bivariat.
Hasil : Mayoritas guru adalah perempuan, berusia dibawah 40 tahun, mengajar sekolah swasta, dan memiliki pengalaman mengajar lebih dari lima tahun. Guru yang mengalami stres rendah sebanyak 77% dengan beban kerja sebagai stresor utama. Prevalensi GERD didapatkan sebanyak 23%. Dari hasil penelitian ini, tidak didapatkan hubungan yang bermakna antara stres kerja pada guru dengan kejadian GERD (p=0,69). Faktor resiko yang bermakna secara statistik ialah merokok (p = 0,037; OR : 11,4). Karakteristik guru, obesitas, diet tinggi lemak, kafein serta peristiwa hidup yang stressful bukan merupakan faktor resiko yang bermakna.
Kesimpulan : Tidak terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara stres kerja dengan GERD.

GERD can reduce the quality of life and it can triggered and exacerbated by stress. The aim of this study is to find a relationship between occupational stress and GERD.
Method: This is a cross-sectional study, held in September 2020-July 2021. This study were involving 100 elementary teacher in Cipondoh, Kota Tangerang, whom selected by multistage cluster random sample method, and completing the questionnaire using google form application. The GERDQ Questioner were used to diagnose GERD, while occupational stress assessed using the Teacher Stress Inventory (TSI). All possible risk factors were analysed. Results were analysed using bivariate analysis.
Results: Most of the subject were female, under 40 years old, work in private school, and have more than five years experiences of teaching. They are having a low occupational stress (77%), workload being the most stressor. The prevalence of GERD was 23%. The result of this study failed to indicate a significant relationship between occupational stress among the teachers and GERD (p = 0,69). We found that the statistically significant risk factors of GERD is smoking (p = 0,037; OR = 11,4). Characteristic subject, obesity, fat dietary, caffein, and (stressful) life events were not a significant risk factors of GERD.
Conclusion: We didn’t find any significant relationship between teacher stress and GERD.

"Miopia adalah kelainan refraksi yang paling banyak ditemukan di dunia. Pandemi Covid- 19 berhubungan dengan peningkatan prevalensi miopia dan progresivitas miopia akibat pembelajaran jarak jauh pada anak usia sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan angka kejadian miopia pada pelajar Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) di Jakarta di era pandemi Covid-19 dan mencari faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian miopia pada kelompok tersebut. Penelitian ini terdiri dari 2 tahapan, yaitu: (1) Adaptasi lintas kultur kuesioner Sydney Myopia Study; (2) Pemeriksaan refraksi subjektif pada pada pelajar SMP di Jakarta dan pengisian kuesioner yang sudah tervalidasi. Dari 415 subjek penelitian, didapatkan angka kejadian miopia pada pelajar SMP di Jakarta sebesar 67,5% dengan sebagian besar subjek termasuk dalam kategori miopia sedang (37,1%). Faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian miopia pada kelompok tersebut adalah jenis kelamin perempuan, riwayat miopia pada orang tua, dan skor aktivitas melihat dekat > 9,5 jam per hari.

Myopia is the most common refractive error in the world. The Covid-19 pandemic is associated with an increase in the prevalence of myopia and myopia progression due to online learning in school-age children. This study aims to obtain the prevalence of myopia in junior high school students in Jakarta during the Covid-19 pandemic era and its related factors. This study consisted of 2 stages; (1) Cross-cultural adaptation of the Sydney Myopia Study questionnaire; (2) Subjective refraction examination of junior high school students in Jakarta and completion of the validated questionnaire. Of the 415 research subjects, the prevalence of myopia in junior high school students in Jakarta was 67.5%, with most of the subjects falling into the category of moderate myopia (37.1%). Factors related to myopia in this group were female gender, parental myopia, and a near work activity score of > 9.5 hours per day."

"Kualitas layanan perpustakaan merupakan bagian utama dari manajemen perpustakaan karena kualitas merupakan faktor penting dalam kepuasan pengguna dalam mendukung keberhasilan layanan perpustakaan. Oleh karena itu, perlu juga menjaga kualitas layanan yang diberikan oleh perpustakaan; salah satu caranya adalah dengan mengevaluasi layanan perpustakaan. Evaluasi layanan perpustakaan berdasarkan perspektif pengguna diperlukan karena kualitas layanan harus dinilai oleh mereka yang menerima layanan (service is in the eyes of the beholder). Selain itu, dengan adanya pandemi saat ini, pustakawan dituntut untuk lebih berhati-hati dalam memberikan pelayanan dengan mengutamakan keselamatan dan kesehatan pengguna. Penelitian ini menggunakan LIBQUAL+TM untuk mengevaluasi layanan yang diberikan oleh Perpustakaan Universitas Indonesia. LIBQUAL+TM adalah metode yang dapat mengidentifikasi kekuatan dan kelemahan perpustakaan dari sudut pandang pengguna; hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa layanan yang diberikan oleh Perpustakaan Universitas Indonesia masih di bawah harapan 104 pengguna. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan yang dapat digunakan pustakawan untuk meningkatkan pelayanannya

The quality of library services is an integral part of library management because quality is an essential factor in user satisfaction in supporting the success of library services. Therefore, it is also necessary to maintain the quality of services provided by the library; one way is by evaluating library services. Evaluation of library services based on the user’s perspective is necessary because the quality of service must be assessed by those who receive the service (service is in the eyes of the beholder). Furthermore, due to the current pandemic, librarians are required to be more careful in providing services by prioritizing the safety and health of users. This study uses LIBQUAL+TM to evaluate the services provided by Universitas Indonesia Library. LIBQUAL+TM is a method that can identify the strengths and weaknesses of a library from the user’s perspective; the study results show that the services provided by the Universitas Indonesia Library are still below the 104 user’s expectations. Thus, this study provides input that librarians can use to improve their services."

"Background: Based on our knowledge, the study of gastrointestinal reflux disease (GERD) among certain profession has never been conducted. The aim of this study is to determine the prevalence and risk factors of GERD among Indonesian doctors.
Methods: A consecutive study involving 515 doctors was conducted in October 2015.The GerdQ score was used to the diagnosis of GERD and determined its impact on daily life. All possible risk factors were also analyzed.
Results: A total of 515 subjects completed the questionnaire. The mean age of them was 41.37±11.92 years old. Fifty-five percent of them were male and 60.6% general practitioners. The prevalence of GERD was 27.4% of which 21.0% was had GERD with low impact on daily life, and 6.4% was GERD with high impact on daily life. The statistically significant risk factors of GERD was found in age >50 y.o (p = 0.002; OR 2.054), BMI >30kg/m2 (p = 0.016; OR 2.53), and smokers (p = 0.031; OR 1.982). Sex and education level were not found significant statistically as the risk factors of GERD.
Conclusions: The prevalence of GERD among Indonesian physician was 27.4%. We found that age over 50 y.o, obesity and smoking habit were the risk factors of GERD in Indonesian doctors."
