The focus of this journal is to discusses the representation of female body image in the mass media. Nowadays, mass media has created a standard to deciding the ideal female body image. Then, that standard represented by mass media continualy. Because of that, there is a willingness from females in this day, to follow the standar of mass media body image. This willingness becomes one of ‘to have’ mode in To Have or To Be. When that willingness happens, To Have or To Be explicitly said that all of that female have delivered to consume the emptiness and not more as a mass media victim."
