"Saudi Vision 2030 merupakan inisiatif strategis yang dirancang oleh Pemerintah Arab Saudi untuk mengurangi ketergantungan ekonomi negara pada sektor minyak dan mendorong diversifikasi ekonomi, dengan fokus utama pada transformasi sektor non-minyak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi dan implementasi dari Saudi Vision 2030 dalam transformasi sektor non-minyak, khususnya dalam pencapaian diversifikasi ekonomi. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori pertumbuhan ekonomi, yang menekankan pentingnya diversifikasi ekonomi dalam mengurangi ketergantungan pada sektor tertentu dan mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi jangka panjang.Meskipun Saudi Vision 2030 telah menetapkan strategi diversifikasi ekonomi, masih terdapat hambatan seperti perubahan budaya bisnis dan ketergantungan historis pada minyak. Namun, diversifikasi ini diharapkan dapat mengurangi kerentanan ekonomi dan mendorong pertumbuhan lapangan kerja baru. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi diversifikasi ekonomi Saudi Arabia adalah dengan menginvestasikan modal di bidang non minyak: property, pendidikan, pariwisata, dan jasa.

This research aims to analyze the strategy and implementation of Saudi Vision 2030 in the transformation of the non-oil sector, particularly in achieving economic diversification. The results of this research indicate that Saudi Arabia's economic diversification strategy involves investing capital in non-oil sectors such as property, education, tourism, and services."
