"Brand identity refers to how a company believes it should be perceived and identified by consumers. Brand identity is essential to differentiate a brand from its competitors. A strong brand identity is critical for establishing credibility, reputability, and quality for a brand. Two core components comprise a brand's identity: personality and positioning. A brand can communicate with and promote its brand identity to consumers in a variety of ways, one of which is through social media. Instagram, in particular, is a social media platform that includes numerous features such as photo and video sharing, captions, shares, and comments. Many businesses use Instagram to promote their brands, including Rihanna's Savage X Fenty lingerie line. Savage X Fenty, Rihanna's most recent endeavor, has been actively utilizing Instagram since the brand's first launch. Savage X Fenty uses Instagram to share a variety of different types of content, one of which is to communicate their brand personality and positioning. The purpose of this research paper is to analyze how Rihanna's lingerie line, Savage X Fenty, communicates and promotes their brand positioning and personality through the use of their Instagram account.

Identitas merek mengacu pada bagaimana perusahaan percaya bagaimana mereka harus dilihat dan diidentifikasi oleh konsumen. Identitas merek sangat penting untuk membedakan merek dari pesaingnya. Identitas merek yang kuat sangat penting untuk membangun kredibilitas, reputasi, dan kualitas merek. Dua komponen inti terdiri dari identitas merek: kepribadian merek dan penentuan posisi merek. Sebuah merek dapat berkomunikasi dengan dan mempromosikan identitas mereknya kepada konsumen dengan berbagai cara, salah satunya melalui media sosial. Instagram, khususnya, adalah platform media sosial yang mencakup banyak fitur seperti berbagi foto dan video, keterangan, berbagi, dan komentar. Banyak bisnis menggunakan Instagram untuk mempromosikan merek mereka, termasuk bisnis pakaian dalam Rihanna Savage X Fenty. Savage X Fenty, usaha terbaru Rihanna, telah secara aktif memanfaatkan Instagram sejak peluncuran pertama merek tersebut. "Penelitian ini membahas mengenai pemanfaatan Instagram sebagai media promosi di Perpustakaan Kemendikbud RI. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi pemanfaatan Instagram sebagai media promosi di Perpustakaan kemendikbud RI melalui konten yang diunggah dan fitur yang dimiliki Instagram sehingga informasi yang dipromosikan dapat tersampaikan kepada followers, yang mana dengan pemanfaatan Instagram oleh Perpustakaan tersebut diharapkan dapat memberitahu pengguna mengenai informasi seperti koleksi terbaru, layanan, dan juga kegiatan lain yang dimilikinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dalam penelitian ini melalui wawancara online, observasi online, dan analisis dokumen. Hal ini dilakukan untuk menekan penyebaran COVID-19. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa jauh sebelum pandemi COVID-19, Perpustakaan Kemendikbud RI sering memposting konten promosi seperti kegiatan komunitas, workshop, dan mendongeng di perpustakaan. Akan tetapi, pandemi Covid-19 berdampak besar pada kegiatan promosi melalui Instagram perpustakaan sehingga sebagian besar konten yang diposting saat ini adalah promosi koleksi digital. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah Perpustakaan Kemendikbud RI aktif dalam memposting kegiatan promosi perpustakaan karena memiliki tema untuk setiap konten yang diposting setiap harinya. Dalam hal fitur, mereka telah menggunakan hampir semuanya, namun mereka harus belajar dan improvisasi lagi dalam menggunakan fitur seperti fitur live streaming yang belum pernah digunakan.

This research discusses Instagram utilization as a promotion media at Kemendikbud RI Library. The purpose of this study is to identify Instagram utilization as a promotion media at the Kemendikbud RI Library through the posted content and features of Instagram so that the promoted information can be conveyed to followers, which with the use of Instagram by the library is expected to inform users about information such as collections. updates, services, and other activities that it provide. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection was carried out in this study through online interview, online observation, and document analysis. This method is conducted to reduce the spread of COVID-19. The results of this study indicate that long before the COVID-19 pandemic, the Kemendikbud RI Library often posted promotion content such as community activities, workshops, and storytelling in the library. However, the Covid-19 pandemic had a major impact on promotional activities through the library's Instagram so that most of the content posted today is the promotion of digital collections. The conclusion of this study is that the Kemendikbud RI Library is active in posting library promotional activities because it has a theme for every content posted every day. In terms of features, they have used almost everything. However, they have to learn and improvise again in using features such as the live streaming feature that has never been used."

"Secara garis besar, skripsi ini membahas mengenai efektivitas promosi (biaya iklan) dalam dua perusahaan (Indosat dan Telkomsel) pada Industri Telekomunikasi Seluler. Pengaruh promosi merupakan bukti nyata dari persaingan dan dengan mengetahui efektivitas promosi maka dengan sendirinya akan diketahui juga persaingan diantara kedua perusahaan ini. Efektivitasnya akan dilihat menggunakan profitabilitas sebagai proksi dari kinerja perusahaan karena profitabilitas merupakan ukuran dari kinerja operasional perusahaan. Selain promosi yang menggunakan proksi biaya iklan untuk mengetahui efektivitas perusahaan digunakan juga faktor-faktor lain yang dapat mempengaruhi profitabilitas perusahaan. Oleh sebab itu penulis juga memasukkan beberapa variabel yang diduga turut mempengaruhi profitabilitas, yaitu biaya gaji (salary), aktiva tetap dan usia erusahaan.
Penelitian ini memfokuskan penelitiannya pada dua perusahaan terbesar pada industri telekomunikasi yakni Indosat dan Telkomsel. Untuk melihat pengaruh promosi (biaya iklan), biaya gaji (salary), aktiva tetap dan usia perusahaan, terhadap profitabilitas perusahaanperusahaan yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada tahun 2000-2005 Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara variabel biaya iklan (advert) dengan kinerja perusahaan (ROA, Rev/Aset dan NPM). Sementara hubungannya dengan variabel lain berbeda-beda, hal ini bergantung dari variabel dependen (kinerja perusahaan).
Kesimpulan lainnya adalah biaya iklan mungkin bukan merupakan variabel terbaik untuk menggambarkan persaingan yang terjadi pada industri telekomunikasi seluler, tetapi cukup dapat memberi gambaran persaingan yang terjadi pada industri telekomunikasi seluler. Dari hasil penelitian maka dapat terlihat adanya persaingan antara Indosat dan Telkomsel di dalam industri walaupun tidak terlalu jelas tergambarkan pada penelitian kali ini. Pada akhirnya biaya iklan cukup efektif menggambarkan persaingan di Indosat dan Telkomsel pada industri telekomunikasi seluler.
Marginally, this scripts study to regarding promotion effectiveness (advertising expense) between two company (Telkomsel and Indosat) in Telecommunication Cellular Industry. Influence Promotion represent real evidence from emulation and given the promotion effectiveness hence by itself will know also emulation both of this company. ffectiveness will be seen to use profitability as proxy from company performance because profitability represents size measure from company operational performance. Besides promotion using advertising expense proxy to know company effectiveness used also other factors able to influence company profitability. On that variable, writer include some anticipated variable partake to influence profitability, that is salary expense (salary), fixed asset and company age.
This research focused its research beween two biggest company in Telecommunication Cellular Industry namely Indosat and Telkomsel. To see promotion influence (advertising expense), salary expense (salary), fixed asset and company age, is noted by company rofitability in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in the year 2000-2005.
Conclusion from this research, there is a positive relation among advertising expense variable (advert) with company performance (ROA, Rev/Aset and NPM). While the relation with other variable different each other, this matter hinge from dependent variable (company performance). Other conclusion is advertising expense possible not such a best variable to depict emulation that happened at Telecommunication Cellular Industry, but enough can give emulation picture that happened at Telecommunication Cellular Industry. From result of research hence earning seen the existence of emulation between Indosat and Telkomsel in industry although do not too clear depicted in this research. In the end effective to advertising expense enough depict emulation in Indosat and Telkomsel at telecommunication Cellular Industry

"Competition at radio media industry in Jakarta become more sophisticated recently. To the year 2008, there is 41 private radio in Jakarta. Radio has unique, personal and segmented characteristic makes advertiser can not leave this media to advertise. Defeat their competitor, Mugi Rekso Abadi?Broadcast Media Division should creates appropriate promotion strategy for both of audiences and business customers. Business customers is main revenue resource for radio media. Promotion strategy for this customers have special particular way distinguished from to the audiences. The differencess can be detected from how to classified of business customers, messages to communicate and promotional tools to be used. To survive, radio should develop planning, implementing and evaluating proses promotion strategy Business to Business continously.
This research purposed to answer how were planning, implementation and evaluating process strategy promotion Business to Business running at MRABMD. These process starting with identification of needs and wants MRA-BMD business customers. Hopefully, this research can expanding and digging marketing theory especially about promotion strategy B2B at radio media which is rare topics appear, whereas has big contribution for radio?s live prospect.
Methods used for this undergraduate thesis is qualitative research. Reason of qualitative methods used for this research is to deeper digging about promotion strategy B2B which naturally personal. Primary data collected through field observation and in depth interview with five experties informan, they are; sales, marketing communication and R&D managers of MRA BMD which is expected had qualification to give valid and accountable input data. Secondary data gain from internal company and other references.
The research finding obtained by following results: (1) MRA-BMD has been understanding the characteristic, needs and wants of their business customers, altough all this comprehension do not supported to the right and appropriate promotion strategy. Business customers based on the purpose divided into barter client, semi barter client and full commercials client . (2) Promotion strategy B2B planning begin with formulating strategic plan, afterward business plan, until identificating work plan. Implementation process dominated to personal selling and direct marketing promotional tools. Evaluating done beyond CSI vi (Customers Satisfaction Index) and others internal research. For several ways, discovered that promotion strategy B2B can be excecute together with promotion strategy B2C. (3)Specific promotion strategy not really focuss on the context because more than a half amount of business customers considering content, they are so rational. The implications of this research result are: (1) To face this problem, MRA BMD business strategy more focuss on developing performance of each radio station. (2) Researcher recomendation is MRA-BMD should evaluate the integration of all promotion strategy B2B process for raising brand perception and image to be better. In addition, it is important to measures efectivity and eficiency of promotional tools used, so that MRA-BMD can counting to the pricesely promotional tools exposed to business customers.

"Skripsi ini membahas hubungan bauran promosi dengan penjualan dan laba penjualan polis asuransi studi kasus pada PT. Asuransi Umum Bumiputera Muda 1967. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan data sekunder berupa biaya promosi, hasil penjualan dan laba penjualan untuk melihat hubungan biaya promosi dengan penjualan dan laba penjualan polis asuransi pada PT. Asuransi Umum Bumiputera Muda 1967. Setelah dilakukan uji korelasi statistik non parametrik, diketahui bahwa bauran promosi tidak berhubungan dengan penjualan, namun pada bauran promosi dimensi promosi penjualan dan hubungan masyarakat terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dengan laba penjualan. Untuk itu PT. Asuransi Umum Bumiputera Muda sebaiknya membentuk ulang strategi pemasaran yang lebih efektif dalam meningkatkan penjualan serta melakukan inovasi-inovasi terhadap bauran promosi produknya.

This script is talking about the relations of promotion mix with sales and sales profit of insurance policy, case study for PT. Asuransi Umum Bumiputera Muda 1967. The research in this script is quantitative research which is using secondary data such as promotion cost, sales product and sales profit to see the relations of promotion cost with sales and sales profit of insurance policy at PT. Asuransi Umum Bumiputera Muda 1967. After statistic correlation non parametric test is done, is known that promotion mix is not related with the sales, however, at promotion mix combination the dimention of sales promotion and public relations have a significant relations with sales profit. For that, PT. Asuransi Umum Bumiputera Muda 1967 should remake the marketing strategy to be more effective in increasing the sales and do some innovation to promotion mix of its product."

Dunia yang sedang berkembang menuntut organisasi untuk bertahan dan memiliki daya saing. Corporate entrepreneurship diketahui memiliki peran positif dalam pertumbuhan dan perkembangan organisasi. Corporate entrepreneurship dikaitkan dengan aktivitas pengambilan risiko, pengembangan inovasi, dan proaktif. Dan untuk itu, faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi Corporate entrepreneurship, baik yang berpengaruh secara langsung maupun tidak langsung, perlu diselidiki lebih lanjut. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif untuk menentukan hubungan antara lingkungan eksternal, lingkungan internal organisasi, serta berbagi pengetahuan, dengan corporate entrepreneurship. Lingkungan eksternal yang diteliti terdiri dari kedinamisan, munificence, dan kompleksitas. Sedangkan lingkungan internal organisasi yang terkait dengan corporate entrepreneurship adalah dukungan manajemen, diskresi kerja, penghargaan/pengakuan, dan ketersediaan sumber daya. Sedangkan berbagi pengetahuan diteliti sebagai unidimensional. Secara umum, pembahasan tentang entrepreneurship lebih sering ditujukan pada organisasi sektor swasta atau usaha kecil-menengah. Penelitian ini dilakukan di salah satu organisasi sektor publik di Indonesia yang bergerak di bidang jaminan sosial yaitu BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. Data diambil dari 85 kepala kantor cabang yang berasal dari seluruh daerah di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian ini akan memperkaya studi sebelumnya yang telah dilakukan, dengan konteks organisasi publik di Indonesia.

ABSTRACT
A growing world requires organizations to survive and have competitiveness. Corporate entrepreneurship is known to have a positive role in organizational growth and development. Corporate entrepreneurship is associated with risk taking activities, innovativeness, and proactiveness. And for that, the factors that influence Corporate entrepreneurship, both those that affect directly or indirectly, need to be investigated further. This research was conducted with quantitative methods to determine the relationship between the external environment, internal organization environment, and knowledge sharing, with corporate entrepreneurship. The external environment studied was dynamism, munificence, and complexity. While internal organization environment related to corporate entrepreneurship are management support, work discretion, rewards/recognition, and resource availability. And knowledge sharing is examined as unidimensional. In general, the discussion on entrepreneurship is aimed more at private sector organizations or small-medium enterprises. The research was conducted in one of the public sector organizations in Indonesia that is engaged in social security namely BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (Workers Sosial Security Agency). The data is taken from 85 head of branch office originated from regions in Indonesia. The results of this study will enrich previous studies that have already been carried out, with the context of public organizations in Indonesia"
