"Sebuah Instrumen Voltametri Siklik berbasis LabVIEW telah berhasil dibuat. Instrumen Voltametri Siklik terdiri dari rangkaian potensiostat dan perangkat antarmuka menggunakan NI DAQ PCI 6024-E yang dilengkapi dengan konektor blok SCB-68 dan kabel SH68-68EP. Sel elektrokimia yang dipakai adalah elektroda emas sebagai elektroda kerja, Ag/AgCl dalam KCL 3.5M sebagai elektroda referensi dan kawat Pt sebagai elektroda pendukung. Rangkaian potensiostat merupakan rangkaian pembangkit tegangan dan rangkaian pengubah arus ke tegangan. Elektroda yang diberikan tegangan, menghasilkan arus sebagai respon atas tegangan yang diberikan. Arus respon tersebut di baca PC melalui rangkaian pengubah arus ke tegangan. Nilai arus dan tegangan ditampilkan pada grafik voltamogram siklik melalui perangkat lunak. Perancangan perangkat lunak menggunakan program LabVIEW 8.0 dan NI DAQmx. Hasil pengujian menggunakan larutan potassium ferricyanide K3Fe(CN)6 memberikan hasil yang sama dengan pengukuran menggunakan instrumen voltametri siklik standar VersaStat II Princeton Applied Research yang terdapat di laboratorium NMR Departemen Kimia FMIPA UI Depok dengan kesalahan relatif rata-rata 5%. Potensial reduksi dan oksidasi yang dihasilkan sama untuk setiap scan rate yang diberikan yaitu ±0.2V dan ±0.26V. Besarnya scan rate mempengaruhi lamanya proses scan dan besar arus yang dihasilkan. Proses scan berlangsung selama ±52 detik pada scan rate 20mV/s dan ±7 detik pada scan rate 180mV/s. Besar arus yang dihasilkan adalah -0.6 s/d 0.5μA untuk scan rate scan rate 20mV/s dan -1.6 s/d 1.7 μA pada scan rate 180mV/s.
A Cyclic voltammetry Instruments LabVIEW-based has been created. Cyclic voltammetry instrument consists of a series potentiostat and interface devices use the NI 6024 DAQ PCI-E is equipped with SCB-68 connector block and cable SH68-68EP. The electrochemical cell used is a gold electrode as the working electrode, Ag / AgCl in KCl 3.5m as a reference electrode and Pt wire as an electrode supporter. Potentiostat circuit is a voltage generator circuit and the circuit current to voltage converter. Electrodes were given voltage, generates a current in response to the applied voltage. The response currents in read PC through the current to voltage converter circuit. Rated current and voltage shown on the chart cyclic voltammograms through software. Software design using the program LabVIEW 8.0 and NI DAQmx. The test results using a solution of potassium ferricyanide K3Fe (CN) 6 gives the same results with measurements using standard cyclic voltammetry instruments VersaStat II Princeton Applied Research contained in the Department of Chemistry NMR laboratory UI Depok with an average relative error of 5%. Potential reduction and oxidation generated the same for any given scan rate is ± 0.2V and ± 0.26V. The amount of scan rate affects the length of the scan and the large current is generated. The scanning process takes place for ± 52 seconds at a scan rate of 20mV / s and ± 7 seconds at a scan rate of 180mV / s. Large current is generated is -0.6 s / d 0.5μA for the scan rate scan rate of 20mV / s and -1.6 s / d 1.7 uA at a scan rate of 180mV / s."

"An instrument is developed to measure the performance of lecturers in the management of the teaching and learning process. The first instrument consisted of 30 items using criteria of Centra (1976; 1993) and Miller (1974; 1987) about the a) quality of lecturer's perfomance in the classroom, b) content of the course and c) evaluation of students' achievement. The first try out is conducted at the Dept of Architecture, Faculty of Engineering, Untar. The results of the first try out indicated that a. five items did not meet the critical r value of the corrected items-total correlation (r<0.288). b. the reliability of the instrument using a Cronbach is adequately high (r=0.86). c. according to students the instrument is too long, and should not contain open questions. A second instrument is developed using the same criteria but the amount of items is reduced to 10 items (more than 60%). The second try out is conducted at the Faculty of Engineering and Faculty of Medicine. The result obtained revealed that all of the items are valid, and the internal consistency using a Cronbach is 0.67-0.73. More try outs should be conducted to have a better instrument. "

"In distance education system, the learning process should be assessed using a self-learning instrument for the reason to measure learning competency. So, it should not be measured by the instructors feeling. In practicing writing III course, students are demanded to practice writing, whereas measuring the writing competency is needed to identify the progress of writing practice. To meet this need, this study attempts to develop a self-assessment instrument through an Instructional System Design Method. To assess the writing III course the instrument was developed through 5 steps: (a) analyzing material of writing III courses by which module writing III was used as area of study, (b) developing the blue print of the manual, (c) deciding the purpose of the manual (d) developing the manual guidance/directory and (e) developing exercises and the answers key. The quality of the writing self-assessment instrument was analyzed by experts and tutors of the writing III course. A thirty (30) students coming from English Language Departement of Teacher Traning Universitas Terbuka registered in 2008. 1 were chosen to write their comments about the instrument. Data was collected using close and open questionaires and was analysed through three (3) stages: reducing , categorizing and defining/interpreting. It was revealed that the quality of the manual self-assessment fulfilled the seven criteria of writing assessment, namely good format, good appearance, simple language, easy to use, usefull, innovative and brief content."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh persepsi kepaduan tim dan interpretasi kecemasan kompetitif terhadap performa olahraga atlet. Lebih spesifik lagi, peneliti ingin mengetahui faktor apa yang memberikan pengaruh lebih besar terhadap performa atlet, di antara faktor kepaduan tim dan interpretasi kecemasan kompetitif. Responden penelitian ini adalah atlet sepakbola (n=43) level amatir yang bermain di Liga Utama Sepakbola Kota Bengkulu. Setiap atlet mengisi modifikasi dari alat ukur kepaduan tim dan adaptasi kecemasan kompetitif pada saat 30-45 menit sebelum bertanding. Setelah bertanding, atlet mengisi modifikasi alat ukur kepuasan performa yang mengukur persepsi atlet terhadap performanya dalam pertandingan.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa persepsi kepaduan tim (β = .403, t(40,2) =2.90, p <.01) dan interpretasi kecemasan kompetitif (β = .289, t(40,2) = 2.12, p <.05) mempengaruhi performa olahraga atlet (R2 = .229, p <.01). Atlet yang mempunyai persepsi kepaduan tim tinggi dan interpretasi kecemasan kompetitif sebagai suatu hal yang fasilitatif, lebih mungkin mempunyai performa yang lebih baik dibandingkan atlet yang mempunyai persepsi kepaduan tim rendah dan interpretasi kecemasan kompetitif sebagai suatu hal yang mengganggu.
The general purpose of the present study was to determine the effects of team cohesion and athlete's interpretation of competitive state anxiety to their sport performance. Respondent were football's amatir athletes (n=43)who participated in major league football in Bengkulu city, Indonesia. Each athlete completed the modified team cohesion inventory, adaptation of competitive state anxiety inventory 30-45 minutes prior to a competion, and the modified of performance satisfaction scale, 10 minutes after the game. Result showed that athlete's perception about team cohesion (β = .403, t(40,2) =2.90, p <.01) and interpretation of competitive state anxiety (β = .289, t(40,2) = 2.12, p <.05) influencing athlete's performance (R2 = .229, p <.01). Athlete who perceived team cohesion is high and competitve anxiety as fasilitative may have a better performance than athletes who perceived team cohesion is low and competitve anxiety as debilitative."
