"Channel estimation memiliki definisi untuk memperkirakan koefisien filter melalui sinyal yang diterima dan informasi lain yang dikenal. Ada beberapa metode channel estimation yang dapat diguanakan seperti minimum mean square error, least square, zero-force, maximum likelihood. Dalam penelitian ini, least square dan zero-force akan dibahas lebih lanjut. Kedua jenis ini dikenal umum sebagai jenis yang paling sederhana dan paling mudah untuk diterapkan di dalam komunikasi nirkabel. Meskipun metode lain seperti minimum mean square error atau maximum likelihood telah dikenal secara luas untuk memperkirakan kanal, metode tersebut terbukti sangat kompleks untuk diimplementasikan.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami efek dan membandingkan kinerja channel estimation dengan menggunakan kapasitas multi antenna seperti Single-Input Single Output (SISO), Multiple-Input Single-Output (MISO), Single-Input Multiple-Output (SIMO) dan Multiple-Input Multiple-Output (MIMO). Least square dan metode estimasi zero-force telah digunakan dengan memakai modulasi Binary Phase Shift Keying (BPSK), hal ini dikarenakan BPSK adalah metode phase shift keying yang paling sederhana untuk di implementasikan di dalam penelitian ini.
Pertama-tama, segala parameter perlu dikonfigurasi terlebih dahulu untuk digunakan di dalam simulasi. Kemudian, data dalam sistem pilot dikirim ke penerima menggunakan modulasi BPSK di setiap sistem multi antenna dengan menggunakan saluran nirkabel yang berbeda. Lalu, Alamouti encoder dieksekusi khusus untuk sistem MIMO dan MISO. Setelah itu, least square dan zero-force diterapkan dan tingkat kesalahan bit atau dengan nama lain bit error rate (BER) dapat dicapai dengan menyamakan sinyal yang ditransmisikan. Kemudian, analisa hasil data dengan membandingkan kinerja least square dan zero-force dapat dicapai.
Pada akhirnya, hasil yang telah ditemukan menunjukkan bahwa least square melakukan performa lebih baik daripada metode estimasi zero force yang berlaku pada kinerja tingkat kesalahan bit dengan sinyal terhadap noise atau dengan nama lain signal to noise ratio (SNR).

Channel estimation has a definition to estimate the filter coefficient through received signal and other known information. There are many methods that channel estimation can be used such as minimum mean square error, least square, zero-force, maximum likelihood. In this research, least square and zero force will be discussed further. These two types are commonly known as the simplest and easiest type to implement in the wireless communication. Even though other methods like minimum mean square error or maximum likelihood have been widely known to estimate channel, such methods are proven very complex to implement.
The aimed of this research is to understand the effect and compare the performance of the channel estimation method with the capacity of multiple antennas such as Single-Input Single-Output (SISO), Multiple-Input Single-Output (MISO), Single-Input Multiple-Output (SIMO) and Multiple-Input Multiple-Output (MIMO). Least square and zero force estimation method were being used with BPSK modulation, this is due to BPSK is the simplest phase shift keying.
First, the parameters need to be configured in simulation software. Then, the data within pilots system transmitted to receiver using BPSK modulation in each of the wireless antenna systems with different wireless channels. Space time block coding of Alamouti encoder were executed for MIMO and MISO system. After that, least square and zero force method were implemented and bit error rate (BER) performance can be achieved by equalizing the transmitted signal. Analysing the result by comparing the performance of least square and zero force were accomplished.
In the recent result, it was shown that the least square performs better than zero force estimation method for the performance of bit error rate with signal to noise ratio.

"This study aims to examine the factors influence of IPO performance to IPO returns. This study tries to define an appropriate mechanism to determine the factors that can influence IPO return in Indonesia, as represented by the companies in Indonesia Stock exchange (IDX). Factors influencing IPO performance are representative by six variables, namely firm size, age of the firm, total share ofter to public type of investor, debt level of the firm and price ratio of offeringp price and earning per share. IPO returns factors are represented by one variable, which is short term return (initial return) . Data for this study were taken from compaines listed in IDX year 1996 -2006. Based on the research finding and analysis, it is found that the factors scrutinzed by the researcher (firm size, age of the firm, Total share offter to public, type of investor, debt level and price ratio) cannot influence the IPO return in Indonesia market: This possibly occurs because the invesment condition cannot can be influenced by the internal condition of the company. Furthermore, the investor especially outsider one, probably still has doubts on external conditions such unstable, economic condition, political condition, government regulation and security conditions in Indonesia thus, it is possible that external condition can influence the IPO return in Indonesia."

Tesis ini membahas business coaching yang dilaksanakan Penulis dengan PT. Citramas Alfa Sejahtera, khususnya pada Divisi Sales Marketing yang memiliki tugas dan tanggung jawab untuk menjual produk teknik, peralatan industri, dan elektronik merek luar negeri untuk dipasarkan di Indonesia. Salah satu tujuan dari tesis ini adalah membantu pertumbuhan bisnis Divisi Sales Marketing PT. Citramas Alfa Sejahtera melalui perluasan saluran pemasaran dengan digital marketing. Produk trading merek KS Tools disepakati untuk menjadi benchmark sebagai tahap awal proyek digital marketing. Data dari hasil business coaching diolah dengan menggunakan analisis internal perusahaan, analisis bauran pemasaran 4P , analisis segmenting, targeting, dan positioning, analisis SWOT, analisis model bisnis kanvas, analisis industri melalui Porter rsquo;s Five Forces, dan analisis kesenjangan. Langkah yang diambil adalah perbaikan website KS Tools Indonesia yang lebih interaktif dan berpotensi untuk pengembangan e-commerce serta rencana perluasan pemasaran melalui media sosial dan marketplace.

ABSTRACT
This thesis discusses business coaching process that conducted on PT. Citramas Alfa Sejahtera, mainly on Sales Marketing Division that has duties and responsibilities to sell engineering products, industrial equipments, and foreign brand electronics goods to be marketed in Indonesia. One of the goals of this thesis is to help the growth of Sales Marketing Division business operation of PT. Citramas Alfa Sejahtera through the expansion of marketing channels to digital marketing. KS Tools brand products has already decided to become a benchmark as an intial stage of this digital marketing projects. The data from business coaching is processed using company rsquo s internal analysis, marketing mix analysis 4P , segmenting, targeting, positioning analysis STP , SWOT analysis, business model canvas analysis, Porter rsquo s Five Forces industry analysis, and gap analysis. The measurement that has been taken is an improvement of KS Tools Indonesia rsquo s website, which is now become more interactive and have potential for e commerce development, and also marketing expansion plans through social media and marketplace. "

"Meningkatkan penjualan dan memperbaiki manajemen hubungan pelanggan sangat penting untuk bisnis apapun. Alaskaki Concept Store sebagai subyek penelitian merupakan sebuah usaha skala menengah yang menjual pakaian dan aksesoris seperti sepatu, kacamata, topi dan tas. UKM ini menghadapi kesulitan dalam meningkatkan penjualan online dan dalam mengelola hubungan dengan para pelanggannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memandu dan mendampingi UKM Alaskaki Concept Store dalam mengembangkan saluran penjualan melalui platform online (Tokopedia dan Shopee) dan memperbaiki manajemen hubungan pelanggannya. Pendampingan bisnis (business coaching) dilakukan selama bulan Januari sampai Juni 2022. Analisis data dan informasi yang diperoleh dilakukan menggunakan analisis kualitatifdeskriptif. Semua data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung, pengisian kuesioner online, dan tinjauan literatur. Melalui pendampingan bisnis ini penjualan UKM Alaskaki Concept Store diharapkan dapat meningkat dan penggunaan database pelanggan dapat membantu dalam mengembangkan layanan kanal dan relasi pelanggan yang melayani pelanggan secara efektif dan efisien.

Increasing sales and improving customer relationship management are important for any business. Alaskaki Concept Store, the object of the study through business coaching approach, is a small enterprise who sells apparels and accessories such as shoes, glasses, hats, and bags. The store is facing difficulties to increase its online sales and to manage relationships with customers. The study aims at guiding Alaskaki Concept Store on how to develop or increase the sales through online channels (Tokopedia and Shopee) and improving its customer relationship management. The business coaching was conducted in January-June 2022. Qualitative research and descriptive analysis have been applied. All data was collected by in-depth interviews, observations, online questionnaires, and literature reviews. Through this business coaching approach, it is expected that the sales of Alaskaki Concept Store will increase, and the store can maximize the use of customer’s database to conduct more targeted promotion."
