"Perempuan penggemar fans kisah percintaan antar lelaki tersebut di sebut fujoshi Fujoshi sendiri adalah sebutan istilah yang diambil dari bahasa Jepang sedangkan boy s love adalah sebutan untuk genre penerbitan media fiksi yang berfokus pada hubungan antar pria yang bersifat homoerotis maupun homoromantis Di Jepang ada beberapa istilah atau genre yang berkaitan dengan boy s love dalam komik manga Istilah istilah tersebut adalah june shota con shounen ai yaoi dan lain lain Dalam skripsi saya ini saya berfokus pada genre yaoi yaitu kisah percintaan antar lelaki yang berisikan materi hubungan seksual yang lebih banyak dan lebih jelas Penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian etnografi dengan mengunakan metode wawancara mendalam in depth interviews dan pengamatan berperanserta participant observation dengan para informan di dunia maya atau biasa dikenal dengan metode cyberetnography dimana subyek fujoshi yang di ambil tidak terbatas Melalui wawancara mendalam dan pengamatan berperanserta diharapkan bisa mengetahui apa saja fantasi dan representasi fujoshi terhadap gay terutama dalam genre yaoi.

Females who is into and is a fan of love story between men is called fujoshi. Fujoshi itself is a reference term taken from the Japanese language, while "boy's love" is the term used as the genre of a fiction story focusing on the relationships between men in a homoromantic and homoerotic nature. In Japan there are several terms or genre of comic books (manga) that are associated with "boy's love", these terms are june, shota-con, shounen-ai, yaoi and others. My thesis will be focusing on the genre, yaoi, which is a love story between men with a more obvious depiction of sexual relationship. This thesis is an ethnographic research using in-depth interviews and participative observation as the data collecting methods. These methods are used as I interact with the informants in cyberspace, commonly known by the method of 'cyberethnography', where fujoshi subjects are unlimited. Through in-depth interviews and observations this thesis is expected to be able to inform the fantasies and representation of fujoshi towards gays, especially in the genre, yaoi."

"Skripsi ini menelusuri realita pengalaman dan kehidupan sehari-hari yang dialami kelompok gay dan lesbian. Biseksualitas juga akan dibahas secara ringkas dalam tulisan ini. Ancaman kekerasan fisik serta kekerasan verbal berupa mikroagresi dan pesan tersembunyi yang disampaikan kepada individu dengan homoseksualitas ditelusuri dan dilihat sebagai pengalaman hidup kelompok marginal. Keberadaan stigma dan proses passing sebagai proses manajemen stigma ditelusuri sebagai realita kehidupan. Heteroseksisme hukum yang mengatur dan menciptakan lingkungan ini ditelusuri dan dikritik sebagai salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi homofobia. Rezim HAM dalam hukum juga ditelusuri untuk dilihat kemungkinannya sebagai titik tolak perlindungan.

This study will explore the experiential reality of lesbians and gays. Bisexualty will also be explored, though to a limited extent. Risks of violence and experienced violence, both physical and verbally expressed through microagressions is explored as an everyday reality for homosexual individuals. Stigma and its management is expressed as an everyday experience for marginalized society. Heterosexism of the legal system of Indonesia as a contributing factor to homophobia will be critiqued and explored. The human rights regime as law and its basis for protection of marginalized society is evaluated as a stepping stone for progress."

"Masa orientasi perawat baru merupakan masa transisi perawat dari sebagai mahasiswa menjadi seorang perawat. Perlu pendampingan oleh mentor untuk perawat baru agar dapat melewati masa transisi dan mencapai target kompetensi. Peran mentor sebagai advisor, role model, coach, problem solver, teacher, supporter, organiser and planner, guide akan memberikan kepuasan kerja bagi mentor sendiri karena dapat membantu orang lain dalam meningkatkan prestasi kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendapatkan pengalaman menjadi mentor dalam membimbing perawat baru di rumah sakit. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif fenomenologi, melibatkan enam orang perawat sebagai partisipan dan pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam. Hasil riset ini berupa tema yaitu: 1 Memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab sebagai mentor, 2 Pengetahuan mentor tentang mentee yang pernah bekerja di tempat lain dan kinerja mentee, 3 Persepsi mentor tentang mentee, 4 Saran mentor dalam program penerimaan perawat baru untuk mengurangi turnover pada perawat baru, 5 Mentor membutuhkan dukungan dari kepala ruangan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa mentor telah melaksanakan tugasnya dalam mempersiapkan staf baru untuk siap bekerja. Saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya adalah mengeksplorasi perawat yang mengundurkan diri ditahun pertama kerja dan alasan perawat untuk bertahan dalam pekerjaannya.

Orientation of fresh graduate nurses is a transition period for nurse as a student to become a nurse. The role f mentor is advisor, rolemodel, coach, problem solver, teacher, supporter, orgniser and planner, guiede will provide job satisfaction for their own mentor because it can help others to improve work performance.The objective of this study is to outlines experience of becoming a mentor to guide fresh graduate nurses in Premier Jatinegara Hospitals. This research used a phenomenology qualitative approach, involving six nurses as participants and collecting data process through interviews, observation.

In this study has identified into five themes, i.e. 1 Understanding duties and responsibilities as a mentor, 2 Mentor knowledge in respect to mentee who has worked in another place and mentee performance, 3 Mentor perception towards the mentee, 4 Mentor advices in nurses enrollment program to eliminate new nurse turnover, 5 mentor need support and support.

The research concluded that a mentor has been carrying out its work in preparing for new nurses tobe ready to work. Sugestion for further research is explore the nurses who resign in the first year of work and the reasons nurses to survive. "

"[ABSTRAKKemandirian pelajar telah menjadi tema penting dalam konteks pembelajaran bahasa asing selama beberapa decade, tetapi penelitian mengenai mengenai keyakinan guru tentang kemandirian pelajar ini masih sangat terbatas. Artikel ini membahas persepsi dan keyakinan guru tentang konsep kemandirian pelajar dan bagaimana keyakinan tersebut dituangkan ke dalam praktek mengajar. Aspek yang akan diobservasi adalah orientasi pengajaran, prinsip pedagogik, tahapan dalam pengembangan kemandirian pelajar dan peran guru dalam mengembangkan sikap mandiri pelajar.Tiga orang guru bahasa Inggris dari 3 sekolah yang berbeda menjadi partisipan dalam penelitian ini. Peneliti menggunakan data kuantitatif dan kualitatif melalui instrumen kuesioner, wawancara dan observasi kelas untuk mendapatkan triangulasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman mengajar, lingkungan sekolah, karakteristik guru, latar belakang pendidikan dan program pengembangan profesi memengaruhi keyakinan dan praktek mengajar guru dalam mengembangkan kemandirian pelajar.
