"Bangunan tradisional merupakan salah satu hasil karya nenek moyang masa lampau yang mengindikasikan kemahiran mereka dalam teknologi bangunan. Rumah Tuo Kampai Nan Panjang sebagai salah satu rumah gadang yang masih memperlihatkan keasliannya yang dibangun pada awal abad ke-16. Dari sudut pandang signifikansi budaya, bangunan ini memiliki nilai penting dalam kajian sejarah, kebudayaan, dan bidang ilmu lainnya. Setiap bagian dari bangunan cagar budaya ini memiliki nilai-nilai budaya yang berkesinambungan untuk pemanfaatan di masa sekarang.

A traditional building is one of the ancestor work’s in the past that indicate their proficiency in building technology. Rumah Tuo Kampai Nan Panjang as one House that has retained its authenticity Rumah Gadang in the early 16th century. From the point of view of cultural significance, the building has significant value in the study of history, culture, and other fields of science. Every part of this heritage building has cultural values for sustainable utilization in the present."

"This study investigates and analyzes learning phenomena related to moral values in the content of problem-based learning activities, the process of moral values internalization in relation to problem-based learning situations, conditions that relate to the enhancement of comprehension as well as internalization of the values, and their impact to the tendency of actualizing the values into better student behaviour. This research was conducted with participation of the students of the Arabic Department, Faculty of Language and Arts Education, Indonesia University of Education in the academic years 2009, 2010, and 2011. The data to be analyzed in this research comprises of the students' written responses (initial responses, group work responses, and written reflection), classroom observation, and in-depth interviews. The data used was analyzed by considering the principles of credibility, dependability, transferability and confirmability. Data analysis, using principles of qualitative approach, reveals phenomena relating to the students' comprehension, feelings, and behavior regarding the moral values, as a result of learning stages designed based on the theoretical framework. In addition to this result, an instructional theory and a learning theory can be formulated."

"ABSTRAK
Person-organization fit (P-O fit) dapat memrediksi performa kerja, intensi
turnover, dan kepuasan kerja (Edward, 1991, dalam Farooqui & Nagendra,
2014; Bowen, Ledford, & Nathan, 1991, Kristof, 1996, dalam Sekiguchi, 2004).
Dalam penelitian ini akan dilihat hubungan antara values set dan perceived
cultural values di wilayah Jakarta. Desain penelitian ini ialah korelasi dan
teknik multiple regression untuk menganalisis data. Alat ukur yang digunakan
untuk mengukur values set dan perceived cultural values ialah PVQ-RR
(Schwartz dkk, 2012). Data dari 117 responden, ditemukan bahwa perceived
cultural values memengaruhi secara signifikan (p<0,01) terhadap selftranscendence
dengan lebih dari 20,6% proporsi varians dapat dijelaskan oleh
setiap dimensi perceived cultural values. Ditemukan juga bahwa conservation
dipengaruhi secara signifikan (p<0,01) dengan lebih dari 7,8% proporsi varians
dapat dijelaskan oleh setiap dimensi perceived cultural values. Hal ini
menunjukkan bahwa kenaikan nilai setiap dimensi perceived cultural values
akan meningkatkan nilai pada self-transcendence dan conservation dengan
proporsi varians berbeda. Lalu, self-enhancement tidak dipengaruhi secara
signifikan (p>0,05) oleh dimensi perceived cultural values apapun. Pada
openness to change ditemukan bahwa 6 dimensi perceived cultural values
memengaruhi secara signifikan (p<0,05) dengan minimal 2,6% proporsi varians
yang dapat dijelaskan dan tidak dipengaruhi dimensi harmony (p>0,05).
Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat bermanfaat dalam penyusunan rancangan
intervensi agar hubungan values set dan perceived cultural values dapat
semakin ditingkatkan kecocokannya dalam diri karyawan di Jakarta

ABSTRACT
Person-organization fit (P-O fit) could predict job performance, intention to
turnover, and job satisfaction on employees. (Edward, 1991, dalam Farooqui &
Nagendra, 2014; Bowen, Ledford, & Nathan, 1991, Kristof, 1996, dalam
Sekiguchi, 2004). This research will be examined the relationship between
values set and perceived cultural values on employees in Jakarta. Research
design will be correlational and data will analyzed with multiple regression.
PVQ-RR will be used for measured values set and perceived cultural values
(Schwartz dkk, 2012). Data from 117 respondents, found self-transcendence
significantly influenced by perceived cultural values (p<0,01) with minimal
20,6% proportions of varians could explained by dimensions of perceived
cultural values. Research also found that conservation significantly influenced
by perceived cultural values (p<0,01) with minimal 7,8% proportions of varians
could explained by dimensions of perceived cultural values. This found also
explained that if dimensions of perceived cultural values?s scores increased,
self-transcendence and conservation?s scores would be increased too with
different proportions of varians. All dimensions of perceived cultural values
didn?t influenced self-enhancement significantly (p>0,05). Except harmony
dimension (p>0,05), all dimensions of perceived cultural values influenced
openness to change significantly (p<0,05) with minimal 2,6% proportions of
varians could explained by dimensions of perceived cultural values. This
research could be useful for providing material for prepare the intervention to
increase the match of values set and perceived cultural values on employees in
Jakarta"

"This stuy investigated the effect of cooperative learning techniques (Jigsaw II and STAD) on speaking competency viewed from students' self-confidence (high and low). ' Posttest only control group' design with 2x2 factorial arrangement using two-way ANOVA and Turkey Test was employed. The second semester students majoring in English education in Mahasaraswati University were sampled and involved in the experiment. The findings indicated that there was a significant effect of cooperative learning techniques (Jigsaw II and STAD) on students' speaking competency. The students with high self-confidence speak better after they were treated using Jigsaw II than using STAD. However, no difference was found when the low self-confidence were treated using the two techniques. This study provided an empirical evidence of the importance for taking self-confidence into consideration when a teacher decided to implement a new teaching technique in his/her class."
