"Majalah ilmiah mempunyai peran yang sangat penting bagi kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan yaitu sebagai media komunikasi ilmiah. Dengan adanya globalisasi informasi, diperlukan adanya standardisasi penerbitan ilmiah. Sehubungan dengan hal itu, Indonesia telah menerbitkan standar penampilan majalan yaitu SNI 19-1950-1990 yang mengacu pada standar internasional ISO-8-1977. Standar tersebut antara lain memuat ketentuan mengenai informasi yang harus tercantum pada halaman sampul, judul, daftar isi, teks, cara menentukan judul majalan, menulis nomor majalah, volume majalah, dan lain-lain. Hasil kajian terhadap 288 judul majalah ilmiah dan semi ilmiah Indonesia menunjukka bahwa tak satupun terbitan yang sepenuhnya memenuhi standard an hanya 10,42% terbitan yang mendekati standar."

"This study aims to develop methodologies for crossing routes pioneering grouping according to the degree of commercialization by involving all elemetns of the welfare of the people who use criteria in addition to the operational fleet of ships (load factor) and financial criteria (profitability) fleet. The methodology was developed by applying the concept of Fuzzy-Logic, which is Multi Criteria Decision Making (MCDM). Some of the pioneers crossing the existing route is currently used as an example calculation. The results of calculations by applying the concept of fuzzy-logic suggests that the distribution of load between the government and the private sector (as operator) is more "fair" in comparison with conventional methods. In addition, this method is also more "fair" for service users because of their purchasing power is also a grouping variable in determining the route."
