The research analyses Serikat Buruh Migran Indonesia (SBMI) strategies in encouraging the Indonesia Law number 39/2004 on Placement and Protection for Indonesian Migrant Workers Overseas. This movement happen is because of the Indonesian Law have minimum of human right essence for Indonesian migrant workers. This research used qualitative method with study case research, and used Sidney Tarrow and Donate Della Porta theoretical frame work about transnational social movement, with process of diffusion, domestication, and externalization.
The research found that SBMI is non state actor with transnational movement model in encouraging the Indonesian Law. SBMI use two main strategies are Jaringan Buruh Migran (JBM) or Migrant Workers Network is SBMI`s coalition on domestic level, and Migrant Forum in Asia (MFA) and Human Right Working Group (HRWG) is SBMI`s coalition in international level.
All process (diffusion, domestication, and externalization) encouraging to transnational social movement in revising the Indonesian Law. SBMI`s social movement is dominated by action of movement in domestic level. But it was influenced by idea and social movement that located in international level. In this case, the movement encourages to adopt the Migrant Convention 1990 and ILO Convention number 189 in SBMI social movement.

"The right to privacy figures prominently in popular discourse and law. Its popularity, however, is not matched by the respect it receives. A close look at empirical understandings of privacy, how it shapes development, and how privacy itself can be shaped, provides important lessons for addressing the critical juncture facing privacy rights and privacy itself. To increase respect for privacy and foster privacys effective outcomes, society must capitalize on opportunities to shape adolescents use of privacy. Yet, as currently developed, the legal system has difficulty recognizing adolescents privacy rights and supporting systems that would shape adolescents skills and abilities in ways that would foster respect for privacy. As a result, the system fails to address the needs of adolescents and society. The upshot is that a developmental understanding of privacy essentially asks that the legal system take an entirely different approach to adolescents privacy. This book provides the foundation for understanding privacy rights and how they relate to adolescents. It then explores the place of privacy in adolescent development and builds on that understanding to chart ways to better address adolescents privacy needs and rights as well as societys broader privacy interests. It argues that privacy actually is an inherently social phenomenon, one that can and must be shaped more effectively."

""Important to the study of entertainment law is the appreciation that the various entertainment industries are often comprised of extremely creative individuals who interact with for-profit business ventures. This can lead to conflict, which has led to litigation, published decisions, changes in law, and so on. An appreciation that entertainment continues to move into American households via computer screens, video games, advanced HDTV broadcasts, and plasma television sets is vital."--Jacket. "
