"The correlation between endodontic-periodontal lesion has been documented well by researches. Endodontic lesion originates from pulp, while periodontal lesion originates from periodontal tissues. Anatomically they are connected by apical foramen, lateral canal and accesories, as well as dentin tubules. The correlation appeared as the endodontic defect can be from periodontal lesion, or a periodontal defect is from a pulp tissue. Together they can emerge and form a combination lesion. Endodontic infections have been highly correlated with deeper periodontal pockets and furcation involvement in mandibular, the causal relationship between the two pathoses has not yet been established. This consensus supports the influence of degenerated or inflamed pulp that can happen on the periodintium; but not all researchers agree about the effect of periodontal disease on the pulp. Conclusion: The mechanism of endo-perio lesion need to taken care in order to have appropriate diagnostic so that the right therapy would be able to keep the teeth in the oral cavity."

This review examinesliterature over the past 25 years with an attempt to assess the employers? perspective and specifically,the factors influencing their perspective towards inclusion of people with disabilities in employment.A search of electronic databases has resulted in the selection and analysis of 44 articles.The literature indicates that employers? perspective plays an important role in providing and maintainingemployment opportunities for people with disabilities. A number of factors including typeof disability and demographic variables affecting employers? perspective have been identified anddiscussed.Pentingnya mempekerjakan tenaga kerja penyandang disabilitas telah menjadi perhatian parapeneliti. Kesuksesan melibatkan karyawan difabel dalam ketenagakerjaan bergantung pada sudutpandang pemberi kerja terhadap integrasi mereka di dalam lingkup pekerjaan. Artikel ini menelitiliteratur sepanjang 25 tahun terakhir yang bertujuan untuk menilai sudut pandang pemberi kerjaterhadap inklusi karyawan difabel di dalam pekerjaan. Pencarian database elektronik telah menghasilkanseleksi dan analisis terhadap 44 artikel. Literatur mengindikasikan bahwa sudut pandangpemberi kerja memainkan peran penting dalam menyediakan dan melestarikan kesempatan kerjabagi para penyandang disabilitas. Sejumlah faktor telah diidentifikasikan dan didiskusikan termasuktipe disabilitas dan variabel demografis yang mempengaruhi sudut pandang pemberi kerja."

"ABSTRACTThe concept of satisfaction is being practiced worldwide at very large scale and has drawn significant attention from academics and practitioners, because it played an important role in company marketing strategies and it was recognized as driving force of loyalty. Although the antecedent of satisfaction was widely learned, the antecedent of satisfaction is still debate by the researcher. The aim of this article is to develop more integrative constructs of satisfaction and its consequences and how the correlations among constructs that form the satisfaction. By understanding the factors that form the satisfaction and its consequences, is expected to be composed of a marketing strategy that can be implemented in an effort to increase the satisfaction and loyalty of tourist destinations. This article also gives direction for future study and managerial pointers for setting up a construct of satisfaction."
