"Kampung Lengkong Ulama adalah kampung yang terletak di Kabupaten Tangerang dan dikelilingi oleh kota mandiri Bumi Serpong Damai atau yang dikenal dengan BSD City. Kondisi ini menjadikannya kampung enclave yaitu kampung yang terjepit di antara pembangunan yang dilakukan oleh pengembang. Keberadaan kampung yang dikelilingi kawasan elite BSD memengaruhi kondisi sosial, serta batas-batas teritori dalam Kampung Lengkong Ulama. Teritori merupakan area geografis yang dimiliki, ditandai, dan dipertahankan. Teritori dapat berubah dari waktu ke waktu atas adanya proses baik melalui kontestasi, modifikasi, transformasi yang dipengaruhi oleh pergerakan spasialitas kekuasaan, yang berpengaruh pada legalitas, aktivitas dan persepsi dalam teritori. Tulisan ini akan membahas mengenai pembentukan teritori pada kampung dalam tiga aspek pembentuk teritori, yaitu aspek aktivitas, legalitas, dan persepsi, yang menghasilkan teritori legal, fungsional dan perseptual.

Lengkong Ulama is a kampung located in Tangerang Regency and is surrounded by the development of private city called BSD City. This situation is making Kampung Lengkong Ulama into being what is called kampung enclave, which is kampung that has existed for generations rejected land acquisition process of private city development while areas surrounding them have been developed into areas of private cities, enclaving them amidst luxurious housing developments. This situation affects the social conditions, along with borders and territories in Kampung Lengkong Ulama. Territory is geographical area that is owned, marked, and defended. Territory may change from time to time with processes like contestation, modification, transformation that is affected by shifting spatialities of power, which then affect the legality, activity and perception of territory. This study aims to discuss and find the territory of Kampung Lengkong Ulama within the three main aspects of the making of territory which is  the activity, legality, and perception, that result into legal territory, functional territory, and perceptual territory."
