"[Proyek Pengembangan Infrastruktur Sosial Ekonomi Wilayah (PISEW) merupakan salah satu Program Nasional Pemberdayaan Masyarakat (PNPM). Keterlibatan dan interfensi pemangku kepentingan pada setiap tahapan proyek menyebabkan keterlambatan waktu penyelesaian proyek yang mengakibatkan buruknya kinerja waktu proyek. Hal tersebut diakibatkan oleh penyampaian informasi pada setiap tahapan pada setiap pemangku kepentingan yang membutuhkan koordinasi dan metoda yang berbeda sehingga menyita waktu yang cukup banyak. Dalam penelitian ini telah dilakukan identifikasi stakeholder internal dan eksternal, kekuatan dan wewenang masing-masing stakeholder yang paling berpengaruh pada kinerja waktu proyek, yang kemudian dianalisa dengan metoda Structural Equation Modelling (SEM).Hasil yang didapatkan berupa penerapan manajemen stakeholderpada rencana kerja dalam keterlibatan, peran, dan perlakuan kepada para stakeholder untuk mereduksi kemungkinan terjadinya keterlambatan waktu penyelesaian proyek dan meningkatkan kinerja waktu proyek.;The Rural Infrastructure for Social Economic Development (PISEW) is one of National program of community empowerment (PNPM).Stakeholder engagement and intervention in each project step are the reason of the project completion delay causing low projectperformance. "This work starts from the empirical observation that all three dimensions, namely time, space, and structural functional forms, are important for an integrative framework of modern empirical analysis in regional science. The work thus aims at combining up-to-date econometric tools from the fields of spatial econometrics, panel time-series analysis and structural simultaneous equation modelling to analyse the different research questions at hand. Most of the topics dealt within this work start from a concrete empirical problem, while problem solving also aims at generating some new knowledge in a methodological way, e.g. by the complementary use of Monte Carlo simulation studies to compare the empirical performance of different estimators for specific data samples. "Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan faktor-faktor terpenting dalam menciptakan loyalitas konsumen di lingkungan e-commerce dan memberikan usulan pengembangan perusahaan sesuai dengan hasil penelitian. "Penelitian memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis dampak pandemi COVID-19 pada performa pasar saham di negara ASEAN-5 dengan menggunakan pendekatan Bayesian Structural Time Series. Sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan data harian indeks pasar saham di negara ASEAN-5 dan sektor yang terdapat di pasar saham tersebut. Penelitian memiliki rentang waktu penelitian antara 1 Oktober 2019 hingga 30 Juni 2020. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya dampak negatif signifikan yang diberiakn pandemi COVID-19 pada performa pasar saham di negara ASEAN-5 maupun sektor yang terdapat di pasar saham tersebut. Selain itu penelitian juga melihat bahwa pemulihan pasar saham hanya terdapat di tiga negara ASEAN-5 yaitu Indonesia, Malaysia, dan Thailand.

This study aims to analyze the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on stock market performance in ASEAN-5 countries using the Bayesian Structural Time Series approach. The sample in this study uses daily stock market index data in ASEAN-5 countries and the sectors contained in the stock market. This research has a research time span between October 1, 2019 to June 30, 2020. The results show that there is a significant negative impact that the COVID-19 pandemic has had on stock market performance in ASEAN-5 countries and sectors in the stock market. In addition, the study also saw that stock market recovery was only found in three ASEAN-5 countries, namely Indonesia, Malaysia, and Thailand."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan prediksi time series pada jaringan seluler dengan memasukkan variabel lagged ke dalam model peramalan yang berbeda. Penelitian ini berfokus pada memprediksi Total Traffic Volume (Payload) pada jaringan seluler menggunakan model statistik dan machine learning. Teknik feature engineering melibatkan pemilihan variabel lagged, termasuk beban PRB, CQI, dan pengguna RRC, bersama dengan variabel waktu. Model yang memasukkan variabel lagged tambahan, yaitu SARIMAX, LSTM Multi, dan SVR Multi, memiliki performa lebih baik daripada model sebanding univariat tambahan, dengan hasil RMSE yang lebih rendah, MAE yang lebih rendah, dan nilai R-squared yang lebih tinggi. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya memasukkan variabel lagged dan menghitung peningkatan akurasi peramalan pada model multi-variabel dibandingkan dengan model variabel tunggal. This research aims to improve time series prediction in cellular networks by incorporating lagged variables into different forecasting models. The study focuses on predicting the Total Traffic Volume (Payload) in cellular networks using statistical and machine learning models. Feature engineering involves selecting lagged variables, including PRB load, CQI, and RRC users, along with time variables. The models incorporating additional lagged variables, namely SARIMAX, LSTM Multi, and SVR Multi, outperform their counterparts without additional variables, resulting in lower RMSE, MAE, and higher R-squared values. The study highlights the importance of incorporating lagged variable and calculates the improvement of forecasting accuracy at multi-variable models compared to single variable models. These findings contribute to the understanding of time series forecasting in cellular networks and provide insights for accurate traffic volume prediction."
