Skripsi ini mengkaji alternatif-alternatif perbaikan untuk skema logistik LNG pembangkit listrik PLN di Indonesia Tengah secara ekonomi dengan metode present worth analysis. Alternatif-alternatif yang diuji adalah cara penerapan opsi pilihan untuk menjadikan Makassar sebagai hub regional, yang pertama adalah dengan membangun fasilitas tanki darat (skema 2) dan yang kedua adalah menggunakan metode ship-to-ship transfer (skema 3). Performa ekonomi kondisi yang berjalan dengan Bontang sebagai hub tunggal (skema 1) dan alternatif-alternatif perbaikan diproyeksikan selama periode sembilan tahun dan dihitung dalam bentuk net present value untuk kemudian dianalisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kedua alternatif skema 2 dan 3 lebih menguntungkan bila diterapkan di sembilan tahun kedepan di tengah peningkatan permintaan akan gas alam. Namun, skema 3 adalah skema logistik yang paling baik dalam performa ekonomi karena memberikan nilai NPV yang terbesar.

This study tests the improvement alternatives for LNG logistic scheme for PLN’s power generation in Central Indonesia economically by using present worth analysis. The alternatives that are different methods used in establishing a regional hub in Makassar. The first method is to build a land storage tank for conventional LNG transfer procedure (scheme 2). The second method is by using ship-to-ship transfer of LNG without a land storage (scheme 3). The alternatives’ economic performances are projected for nine years in the future to know how much each alternative is worth in net present value. Projection results will be compared to base case scenario with Bontang as it’s only hub (scheme 1) and to each other, the comparisons are then analyzed to achieve conclusion. The result suggested that both alternatives scheme 2 and 3 are more profitable than the existing one in nine years projection periods due to increasing global demand for natural gas. However, scheme 3 has the best economic performance because it generates the largest amount of NPV.

Perancangan Game Hub merupakan sebuah usaha penulis untuk menjawab tantangan yang dihadirkan oleh penerapan masterplan Transit Oriented Development (TOD) Simpul Manggarai.

The development of Simpul Manggarai as a transit oriented development (TOD) area increases the attractiveness of the location as a destination for the local community. No less important is the need for the quality of life of the local community. The Game Hub is a proposal with the aim of meeting the needs of a third space that focuses on aspects of entertainment, socialization and productivity, targeting all age groups, with a focus on teenagers, young adults and workers. Game Hub is a non-digital and non-physical game entertainment space, which focuses on games that are oriented towards the entertainment aspect of creativity, as well as facilitating the needs of socializing, crafting and creative education. The Game Hub design is the author's attempt to answer the challenges presented by the implementation of Simpul Manggarai Transit Oriented Development (TOD) master plan."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas penyebab kegagalan kebijakan Make in India pada masa pemerintahan Narendra Modi periode 2014-2019. Kebijakan ini memiliki tujuan untuk memfasilitasi investasi, mendorong inovasi, meningkatkan pengembangan keterampilan pekerja, dan membangun India menjadi negara pusat industri manufaktur dunia. Teori the Competitive Advantage of Nations oleh Michael Porter digunakan sebagai pedoman analisis. Teori ini digunakan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang membuat target program Make in India tidak tercapai. Ditemukan bahwa kegagalan reformasi undang-undang di bidang ketenagakerjaan (Factory Act 1948, The Apprentices Act 1961, dan Labor Laws 2011) dan pembebasan lahan (Land Acquisition Bill 2015) berimplikasi pada ketidaktercapaian target dan tujuan dari program. Make in India. Reformasi dua undang-undang ini terhenti karena adanya penolakan dari pihak oposisi di parlemen dan serikat pekerja. Hal ini akhirnya berdampak pada tingkat kompetitif perusahaan manufaktur domestik di India yang seharusnya menjadi kunci untuk memiliki keunggulan kompetitif di perdagangan global.

This study aims to discuss the causes of the failure of the Make in India policy during the reign of Narendra Modi in the 2014-2019 period. This policy aims to facilitate investment, encourage innovation, enhance worker skills development, and build India into a global manufacturing hub. The Competitive Advantage of Nations theory by Michael Porter is used as a guideline for analysis. This theory is used to analyze the factors that prevent the targets of the Make in India program from being achieved. It was found that the failure to reform labor laws (Factory Act 1948, The Apprentices Act 1961, and Labor Laws 2011) and land acquisition (Land Acquisition Bill 2015) had implications for the targets and objectives of the Make in India program not being achieved. The reform of these two laws was halted due to resistance from the opposition in parliament and the trade unions. This ultimately impacts on the competitive level of domestic manufacturing companies in India which should be the key to having a competitive advantage in global trade."

"AbstrakThe development policy in Maluku Province cannot separate from the small islands that dominate the areas. Its central potentials are in the field of fisheries, agriculture, and mining. This research aims to analyze the potentials of the leading sector and to formulate policy priorities for regional development in Maluku Province. The research used in this research is Location Quotient (LQ), Growth-Ratio Model (MRP), Overlay, SWOT and Analytic Network Process (ANP). The results showed that in Maluku Province there are eight economic categories that have base sectors. The result of Growth-Ratio Model (MRP) shows that the sector with the highest average the ratio of growth in the study area (RPs) is mining and quarrying sector. Furthermore, Overlay analysis shows that government administration, defense, social security sectors are obliged to contribute to and the highest growth. The result of SWOT-ANP shows that policy priority in regional development is the acceleration of infrastructure development."
