"Laporan magang ini bertujuan untuk melakukan evaluasi terhadap prosedur due diligence atas piutang usaha yang dilakukan oleh KAP X terhadap PT OI sesuai dengan teori -  teori terkait yaitu teori audit dan teori rasio keuangan. PT OI merupakan salah satu rumah sakit swasta terkemuka di Indonesia. Sehingga penulis merasa tertarik untuk melakukan evaluasi terhadap prosedur yang dilakukan terhadap PT OI. Laporan magang ini bertujuan untuk mencari tahu kesesuaian prosedur analisis dalam due diligence  dengan metode – metode yang diajarkan pada Analisis Bisnis & Valuasi dan Audit. Selain itu, Laporan magang ini juga bertujuan untuk menceritakan refleksi diri penulis atas pengalaman magang yang telah dilalui. Berdasarkan evaluasi yang didapat penulis mendapati bahwa masih terdapat beberapa hal yang dapat ditingkatkan baik terkait prosedur teori audit dan teori rasio keuangan

This apprenticeship report aims to evaluate the due diligence procedure on accounts receivable by KAP X against PT OI in accordance with the theory. - related theories, namely audit theory and financial ratio theory. PT OI is one of the leading private hospitals in Indonesia. So that the authors feel interested in evaluating the procedures performed on PT OI. This internship report aims to find out the suitability of analytical procedures in due diligence with the methods taught in Business Analysis & Valuation and Audit. In addition, this internship report also aims to tell the author's self-reflection on the internship experience he has gone through. Based on the evaluation obtained, the authors found that there are still several things that can be improved, both related to audit theory procedures and financial ratio theory.
