"THE OBJECTIVE AND PURPOSES OF THE STUDY.
Foreign exchange exposure has been recently a main issue in the era of globafization, where flows of currencies are able to across countries borderlessly. Especialy, in Indonesia which is in the stage of rapid developments with its balance of payment problems due to high flows of capitals and capital goods from foreign countries that creates a kind of "foreign exchange gaps". Corporations that are highly exposed to foreign exchange should be fully aware of such a risks. For those corporation, mis paper is presented, following the application of studies of" PROGRAM MAGISTER MANAJEMEN - FPS-UI".
THE SPECIFIC OBJECTIVE OF THE STUDY.
The writter choose Inernational Finance Management as the main couse of this paper. The specific subject in this International Finance management is FOREIGN EXCHANGE EXPOSURE AND MANAGEMENT with Economic and Transaction Exposure as the cenral theme. The most desirable purpose of this study is a practical application that beneficial to the writter as the Excecutlve of his organization especialy how to confront with foreign exchange exposures. In fact, this method had been succesfully aplied and save substantial amount of debt expenses.
METHOD OF RESEARCH
The research consists of library research, several informal interviews with business practicioners, and spot visit to Foreign Exchange Markets available in Jakarta. This Paper is presented in the form of Case Study and adopt the Alternative Outline allowed by the Program MM. Since the Company we select as Case Study has no skill of Foreign Exchange at all, this paper is presented in suggestive form for that Company to apply.

"Sebagai bentuk implementasi hasil dari evaluasi pelaksanaan Reformasi Birokrasi Tahun 2017 di Lingkungan Kementerian Sekretariat Negara oleh Kemenpan RB yaitu dengan memanfaatkan hasil informasi capaian kinerja individu sebagai dasar pemberian tunjangan kinerja. Kementerian Sekretariat Negara melalui Biro Sumber Daya Manusia telah membangun dan mengimplementasikan Sistem Manajemen Kinerja yaitu Portal Informasi Kinerja Pegawai (PIAWAI) sejak tahun 2018 untuk mengukur capaian kinerja pegawai dan pejabat di lingkungan Kementerian Sekretariat Negara. Namun dalam pelaksanaan-nya, dilihat persentase pengguna PIAWAI melalui fitur pelaporan kinerja harian hanya 18% dari target yang diharapkan. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, maka penelitian ini melakukan analisis lebih lanjut untuk mengetahui faktor- faktor yang memengaruhi kepuasan dan penerimaan pengguna terhadap PIAWAI. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan menyebarkan kuesioner online ke pegawai di Kementerian Sekretariat Negara yang menggunakan PIAWAI dan pengelolaan data serta penarikan kesimpulan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling dan Partial Least Square untuk melakukan analisis data. Analisis dilakukan terhadap 96 data responden atau 7,1% dari jumlah pengguna PIAWAI dengan sebaran data responden pada 3 Unit Kerja atau 30% dari jumlah Unit Kerja di Kementerian Sekretariat Negara. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dari 9 hipotesis terdapat 6 hipotesis yang diterima dan 3 hipotesis yang ditolak. Faktor- faktor yang memengaruhi penerimaan pengguna terhadap PIAWAI yaitu faktor Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, Information Quality, Commitment from Leadership, User Satisfaction. Selanjutnya diharapkan penyedia Biro Sumber Daya Manusia dapat menyederhanakan aplikasi PIAWAI dengan dibuat versi mobile baik android/IOS serta penambahan fitur reminder pada tiap harinya.

As a form of implementation of the evaluation of the performance of the 2017 Bureaucratic Reform in the Ministry of State Secretariat by the Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform, namely by utilizing the results of the information on individual performance achievements as the basis for providing performance allowances, through the Bureau of Human Resources, the Ministry of State Secretariat has built and implemented a Performance Management System, namely the Employee Performance Information Portal (PIAWAI) since 2018 to measure the performance achievements of employees and officials within the Ministry of State Secretariat. However, in its implementation, the percentage of PIAWAI users through the daily performance reporting feature is only 18% of the expected target. Based on these problems, this study conducts further analysis to determine the factors that influence user satisfaction and acceptance of PIAWAI—collecting data using questionnaires by distributing online questionnaires to employees at the Ministry of State Secretariat using PIAWAI. Data management and drawing conclusions using Structural Equation Modeling and Partial Least Square to perform data analysis. The analysis was carried out on 96 respondent data or 7.1% of the number of PIAWAI users with the distribution of respondent data in 3 work units or 30% of the number of work units in the Ministry of State Secretariat. This study indicates that of the 9 hypotheses, there are 6 accepted hypotheses and 3 rejected hypotheses. The factors that influence user acceptance of PIAWAI are Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, Information Quality, Commitment from Leadership, and User Satisfaction. Furthermore, the Human Resources Bureau provider can simplify the PIAWAI application by making a mobile version of both android/IOS and adding a reminder feature every day."

"Tugas akhir ini bertujuan menjelaskan tentang distribusi tipe Kotz dan karakteristiknya, serta contohnya pada pemodelan statistika untuk data repeated measurements. Distribusi tipe Kotz merupakan salah satu kelas distribusi multivariat kontur eliptik. Distribusi tersebut berguna dalam pembentukan model statistika yang tidak memenuhi asumsi kenormalan. Distribusi tipe Kotz memiliki 5 parameter yaitu, vektor lokasi, matriks dispersi, dan 3 parameter skalar yang memberikan fleksibilitas pada model statistika yang terbentuk. Dalam tugas akhir ini akan dibahas tentang distribusi tipe Kotz antara lain, bentuk univariat, bivariat serta perkalian dua variabel random univariat tipe Kotz. "

"Distribusi normal merupakan salah satu distribusi probabilitas data, yang banyak digunakan dalam berbagai bidang karena sifat ideal yang dimilikinya, yaitu distribusi probabilitas data-datanya terpusat di sekitar mean dan distribusi probabilitas data lainnya tersebar secara merata. Namun ada kasus-kasus tertentu di mana distribusi normal sebaiknya tidak digunakan karena akan menghasilkan analisis yang kurang sesuai, terutama ketika data memiliki kemencengan yang kuat dan mempunyai heavy-tail.
Pada tugas akhir ini diperkenalkan distribusi probabilitas yang dapat memfasilitasi kemencengan data, yaitu distribusi skew-normal. Distribusi skew-normal merupakan bentuk perluasan dari distribusi normal dengan memasukkan parameter kemencengan.
Tugas akhir ini memberikan penjelasan mengenai karakteristik-karakteristik dari distribusi skew-normal univariat dan perluasannya dengan memasukkan parameter location dan scale, serta distribusi skew-normal secara umum dalam bentuk multivariat. Karakteristik-karakteristik yang dimaksud adalah fungsi kepadatan probabilitas, fungsi distribusi, mean, variansi, fungsi pembangkit momen, dan sifat-sifatnya.

The normal distribution is one of the probability distribution of data, which are widely used in various fields because of the nature of the ideal, namely the probability distribution of data centers around the distribution of average data and other probability is spread evenly. But there are certain cases where the normal distribution should not be used because it will produce less precise analysis, especially when the data has a strong skewness and heavy-tail.
This final project will introduce a probability distribution which can facilitate the skewness of data, i.e skew-normal distribution. The skew-normal distribution is an extend form of normal distribution, allowing a skewness parameter.
This final project will give an explanation about the chararteristics of the univariate skew-normal distribution and its extend to the location and scale family, and skew-normal distribution in general in multivariate form. The characteristics are probability density function, distribution function, mean, covariance, variance, moment generating function, and the properties of the distribution.
