Skripsi ini memberikan penjelasan yang komprehensif mengenai Analisis Yuridis Penerapan LPS Rate dalam Simpanan Deposito Terhadap Perlindungan Nasabah yang dihubungkan dengan fenomena banyaknya bank-bank yang menerapkan bunga simpanan deposito diatas ketentuan yang ditetapkan di dalam LPS Rate. Hal ini nantinya dapat membahayakan nasabah dimana simpanannya tidak akan dijaminkan oleh LPS dikarenakan simpanan tersebut dianggap sebagai simpanan tidak layak bayar karena telah menikmati keuntungan yang tidak wajar. Dari permasalahan tersebut maka pokok permasalahan yang dapat ditarik adalah bagaimana pengaturan dan konsep perlindungan nasabah terkait dengan ketentuan LPS Rate di dalam simpanan deposito dan bagaimana implementasi dari pengaturan mengenai LPS Rate terkait dengan simpanan deposito ditinjau dari hukum perbankan di Indonesia.
This Thesis Provides a comprehensive explanation about Juridicial Analysis of the application of LPS in the savings deposits rate againts the protection of the customers associated with the phenomenon of large banks that apply interest savings deposits on the conditions set out in the LPS Rate. This can evetually harm the customer where they deposit savings would not be warranted by LPS because the deposits are considered as savings is not worth paying for having enjoyed an unnatural advantage. Of these problems then the principal problem that can be drawn is how is the regulation and customer protection concept is related to the provision of LPS in the savings deposit rate and how is the implementation of the arrangements regarding LPS Rate associated with savings deposits of the Indonesian Banking law
