"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meninjau implementasi persyaratan fungsional Electronic Records Management System (ERMS) dari perspektif arsiparis dan pengembang sistem. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus pada tiga Lembaga Kearsipan Perguruan Tinggi (LKPT) berprestasi di Indonesia. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa ERMS yang dikembangkan belum memenuhi persyaratan fungsional; terdapat kecenderungan ketidaksiapan unit kerja dalam menerapkan ERMS yang diberikan oleh ANRI. Di sisi lain, ada kesadaran arsiparis dan pengembang ERMS terhadap pentingnya persyaratan fungsional yang harus diterapkan pada ERMS, dengan ketentuan dapat menyesuaikan proses bisnis organisasi dan dikembangkan dengan berorientasi pengguna. Ditemukan pula bahwa terdapat ekspektasi arsiparis dan pengembang ERMS dalam mewujudkan manajemen kearsipan yang baik. Salah satunya adalah dengan meninjau peraturan yang dasar manajemen arsip. Penelitian ini merupakan refleksi dari penerapan persyaratan fungsional ERMS di LKPT Indonesia. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dapat menjadi rujukan bagi peneliti dengan subjek yang sama dalam melakukan penelitian selanjutnya.

This research aims to review the implementation of functional requirements Electronic Records Management System (ERMS) from archivists and system developers perspective. The study was conducted by using qualitative research with case study methods on the best three of Academic Archive Institutions (LKPT) in Indonesia. The findings show that the ERMS developed are not meet the functional requirements yet; there is a tendency of record centers unpreparedness in applying ERMS given by ANRI. On the other side, there is awareness of archivists and ERMS developers toward the importance of functional requirements must be embedded to the ERMS, with condition could adjust organizations business and developed by user-oriented. It is also found that there are expectations by archivists and ERMS developers in realizing the good records management. One of them is reviewing the regulations underlying the records management. This research is reflection of ERMS functional requirements implementation on Academic Archives Institutions in Indonesia. Therefore, this research can be used as a representation for next researchers with similar subject in conducting the further research."

"Perencanaan dan penjadwalan adalah tahap yang sangat penting dalam menentukan keberhasilan suatu proyek. Masalah yang sering terjadi dalam suatu proyek adalah keterlambatan pekerjaan karena ketidaksesuaian antara rencana awal dengan realisasi pelaksanaan proyek.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan Metode Critical Chain Project Management (CCPM) dalam mencari solusi optimalisasi dalam segi waktu proyek. Penelitian ini menganalisis penjadwalan proyek instalasi DCS dengan metode CCPM terhadap penjadwalan yang telah ditetapkan oleh pihak manajemen proyek untuk mengetahui durasi optimal proyek dengan memperhitungkan hubungan keterkaitan pekerjaan, 50% probabilitas, kendala sumber daya, jalur kritis, project buffer dan feeding buffer.Hasil dari pengembangan penjadwalan dengan metode critical chain dapat mengoptimalkan jadwal karena menghilangkan waktu pengaman pada setiap pekerjaan sehingga didapat waktu penyelesaian proyek menjadi 279.75 hari dari penjadwalan sebelumnya yaitu 285 hari. hal ini juga dapat mengantisipasi kebiasaan buruk seperti student's syndrome.

Planning and scheduling are very important stage in determining the success of a project. A problem that often occurs in project is project lateness due to the mismatch between the first schedule plan and realization in project implementation.This research aim to implementing the critical chain project management (CCPM) to find a solution in term of optimization of project time. This study analyzes the Project Scheduling Installation of DCS with scheduling of the CCPM method which has been established by the management of the project to find out the optimal duration of project. The indicators used to calculate the project can be implemented are the corresponding relationships between activity, change duration with 50% probability, resource constraints, critical chain, project buffer and feeding buffer.The result of the development of scheduling with critical chain method can optimize the schedule because it eliminates a safety time on every job so come by the time the completion of the project becomes 278.75 days from the previous scheduling that was 285 days. It also can anticipate a bad habit such as student's syndrome."

"ABSTRAKSkripsi ini membahas mengenai kewajiban hukum penyelenggara sistem electronic untuk menjaga sistemnya dari fake account. Secara Internasional, Baru Uni Eropa dan beberapa negara bagian di Amerika Serikat yang menaruh perhatiannya kepada manajemen identitas digital, dan membuat hukum yang mengaturnya. Padahal, pengaturan ini sangatlah penting dalam berbagai sektor terutama dalam sektor e-commerce, dan tidak terkecuali juga dalam sektor jejaring sosial. Di Indonesia sendiri, belum dibuat peraturan yang membahas mengenai manajemen identitas digital, apalagi peraturan terspesifik perihal fake account. Dalam skripsi ini akan dibahas beberapa asas yang berlaku dalam pertanggungjawaban hukum suatu penyelenggara sistem elektronik dan penyelenggara identitas, dan hukum apa yang dapat ditarik untuk menjadi tanggung jawab penyelenggara sistem elektronik terhadap fake account. Untuk menjadikan diskusi dalam skripsi ini lebih konkrit, akan dianalisa pula bagaimana Facebook dan Google telah memenuhi kewajibannya sebagai penyelenggara sistem elektronik dan identitas digital.

ABSTRACTThis final assignment discusses about the legal obligation of electronic system provider from fake account. From the intenational perspective, only European Union and several states in America that puts their attention on digital identity management, so far to make regulations of it. Even though, these kinds of regulation is very significant, in particular on e-commerce sector, but not excluding social networking sector. While in Indonesia, there has yet to be any specific regulation to rule about identity management, leave alone about fake account. In this final assignment, it will be discussed upon several principles that may be applied on electronic service provider and identity providers legal responsibility, and what laws might be streched to rule over system profiders responsibility towards fake account. To make the discussion in the essay more concrete, will also be analyzed upon how Facebook and Google had fulfilled their obligation as electronic system and digital identity provider."
