"Analisis Pengaruh Readiness for Change terhadap Resistance to Change Karyawan dalam Proses Perubahan Organisasi Studi Kasus: BPJS Kesehatan Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami pengaruh negatif dari individual readiness for change dan organizational readiness for change terhadap resistance to change. Proses pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dengan menyebarkan kuesioner online. Objek penelitian ini adalah 3634 karyawan BPJS Kesehatan dengan masa kerja lebih dari setahun. Melalui metode Structural Equation Modelling, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa individual readiness for change memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap resistance to change kemudian individual readiness for change dan organizational readiness for change memiliki korelasi signifikan satu sama lain.

Analysis of The Effect of Readiness for Change on Employee Resistance to Change in Organizational Change Processes Case Study BPJS Kesehatan This study aims to understand the negative effects of individual readiness for change and organizational readiness for change against resistance to change. The process of collecting data in this study using survey methods by distributing the online questionnaire. The object of this study was 3634 BPJS Kesehatan employees with a working period of more than a year. Using the Structural Equation Modeling method, the results showed that individual readiness for change has a positive influence on resistance to change then individual readiness for change and organizational readiness for change have significant correlation with each other organizational change readiness for change resistance to change Structural Equation Modelling, BPJS Kesehatan

"[ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk menguji pengaruh pertumbuhan karir organisasi
(organizational career growth) dan persepsi politik organisasi (perceptions of
organizational politics) terhadap maksud pengunduran diri (turnover intention)
para pegawai dinas luar negeri non diplomatik pada Kementerian Luar Negeri
Republik Indonesia. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dan dianalisis
menggunakan metode regresi. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang diperoleh
dari 208 pegawai non diplomatik pada Kementerian Luar Negeri Republik
Indonesia. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa pertumbuhan karir organisasi
berpengaruh negatif terhadap maksud pengunduran diri, dan persepsi politik
organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap maksud pengunduran diri. Ditemukan
bahwa pencapaian tujuan karir mempengaruhi maksud pengunduran diri secara
signifikan. Peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa semakin besar peluang yang diberikan
organisasi kepada pegawai untuk mencapai tujuan karirnya, maka akan mengurangi
kecenderungan pegawai untuk meninggalkan organisasi. General political
behavior sebagai dimensi dari persepsi politik organisasi mempengaruhi maksud
pengunduran diri secara signifikan. Disimpulkan pula bahwa persepsi politik
organisasi meningkatkan niat untuk meninggalkan organisasi.

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between organizational
career growth and turnover intention, as well as perceptions of organizational
politics and turnover intention, among non diplomatic staffs of the Ministry of
Foreign Affairs of Republic of Indonesia. This research used quantitative design
and analyzed by regression method. The data were collected by questionnaires from
208 respondents of non diplomatic staffs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of
Republic of Indonesia. The results of this study show that the organizational career
growth are negatively related to turnover intention, and the perceptions of
organizational politics are positively related to turnover intention. It was found that
career goal progress have strong influences on turnover intention. The researcher
suggest that the greater opportunities provided by an organization for employees to
meet their career goals, make employees less likely to consider leaving the
organization. General political behavior as dimension of perceptions of
organizational politics have strong influences on turnover intention. It suggest that
perceptions of organizational politics are increase the intention to leave the

"The sustainability of agri-food supply chains is particularly relevant for global sustainable development. Many existing food production systems do more harm than good. They compromise the natural rhythms of the Earth, introduce toxins, and therefore sacrifice future capability for current demands the opposite of sustainable development norms. The existing system is also unbalanced with respect to its capacity to produce, the amount of waste it generates, the number of people who suffer from hunger, and the nutritional value it provides. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang perbaikan proses pengolahan data menjadi reporting insight data yang akan digunakan perusahaan untuk melakukan monitoring terhadap risiko dan kondisi terkini perusahaan dengan menggunakan pendekatan Business Process Reengineering (BPR) untuk mempercepat waktu pengolahan data dan mengurangi aktivitas yang tidak bernilai tambah, sehingga karyawan terkait dapat lebih fokus pada aktivitas yang bernilai tambah. Tujuan penelitian ini sejalan dengan salah satu tujuan perusahaan untuk mencapai operational excellence, dimana perusahaan menjalankan operasional dengan efisien dan efektif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini didapatkan 3 usulan skenario perbaikan proses. Dari hasil penelitian, didapatkan bahwa skenario 3 merupakan skenario yang mungkin diaplikasikan pada perusahaan karena menghasilkan efektifitas waktu yang paling tinggi yang didapat dengan kombinasi implementasi dashboard berbasis cloud dengan Ms. Power BI dengan memanfaatkan fitur on-premises data gateway dan proses yang berjalan secara otomatis dengan memanfaatkan implementasi RPA.


This research aims to design improvements to the data processing process into reporting insight data that will be used by companies to monitor the risks and current conditions of the company by using a Business Process Reengineering (BPR) approach to speed up data processing time and reduce non-value added activities, so that employees related activities can focus more on value-added activities. The aim of this research is in line with one of the company's goals to achieve operational excellence, where the company carries out operations efficiently and effectively. Based on the results of this research, 3 proposed process improvement scenarios were obtained. From the research results, it was found that scenario 3 is a scenario that may be applied to companies because it produces the highest time effectiveness obtained by combining the implementation of a cloud-based dashboard with Ms. Power BI utilizes on-premises data gateway features and processes that run automatically by utilizing RPA implementation.
