Human as a social being need an interaction with any other human being as a part of the daily needs so working and interact with other is something that we as a human cannot avoid. In my life I have been a part of many groups in different aspect either formal or informal group with different purposes and focus. For the purpose of this assessment I choose my experience when I did an internship in Indonesia stock exchange which gave me a very important experience and real world example for me. In this paper I will introduce the group and the group organization structure, how the group function, managing the conflict in group, leadership process, and finally things that I have learned from this assignment."
