"Fokus penelitian ini terletak pada perkembangan Konstitusi Prancis pada masa Republik Kelima. Tujuannya untuk menggambarkan perubahan yang terjadi pada Konstitusi Prancis selama Republik Kelima yang tercermin dalam pengubahan beberapa pasal konstitusi. Penelitian ini menggunakan data yang dianalisis berdasarkan konsep konstitusi dan amendemen. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa amendemen yang terjadi berimplikasi memperkuat karakter negara Prancis, dan menyempurnakan peran presiden, parlemen, dan dewan konstitusi sebagai lembaga tinggi negara Prancis.
This thesis discusses The focus of this research lies on the raising of French Constitution During 5th Republic. This research were analyzed based on the concept of constitution and amendment. The thesis concluded that the amendement has goals to describe the character of France, and to make perfect the role of president, parliament, and Conseil Constitutionnel as the highest state body of France."
